OOC: Tried it a few times at parties in college (a long time ago), but it never took. Haven’t attempted it online before, though I understand it’s far more sophisticated - and apologize in advance for ignorance on general nuances. I’m just treating it like any other promo and trying to get in character, as Calculon is the greatest. IC: Calculon is the greatest. Let's say scum KNOWS there's a doctor, they could try NOT killing and if the doctor protected them, maybe they could try to pass off as town. Mostly, scum wouldn't kill during night at the end of the game, once there's more information and the benefits of not killing outweighs benefits of killing, and that's RARE for the beginning of the game. More likely - scum attempted to kill and either they were protected or there's a commute/bulletproof/hider/etc. ability which stopped them. |

Thanks Kuroi, engagement is what’s I’m going for. And the protected theory makes far more sense. I’m now off to process knowledge of abilities, before my inexperience has me dancing in the wind.

i learned to trust kuroi weather he's on my side or not in these games lol. ususually he's pretty acurate at who's who and what's what over the past games we've played. Kira is right to trust me in my scum-catching conclusions. With that said, I'm not sure Kira knows when to trust me. Kira, why do you trust me? the few times i didn't i lost lol. |

Ryan seems to be gaining momentum as a train moves from the station. I don't know that I agree with it but I don't really have a read on anyone being scum. Other than Kuroi for forgetting about me. Rude. I don't have Kira's faith in Kuroi but having 2 days without voting for someone would support the scum.

@dt: Would players who submit no action be told they were roleblocked if they were? There are role modifiers that would make it so. There are also a lot of roles that can act similar. There is also the flavor of the game to consider. I did say it might be slightly bastard. I cannot give you a yes or no but I will not lie to anyone. Whether one of you lies is on you to decide. |
