Killer Mike R.A.P. Music is where Mike and EL-P first did a full album together, followed by the first three Run The Jewels albums. But naw for real, this always changes tho. The Cure - Wish: This is hard, between Wish, Disintegration and Bloodflowers it's hard to pick just one. Pink Floyd - Pulse Live: amazing live album front to back, can be switched out for Darkside of the Moon. Massive Attack - Mezzanine: THE definitive trip hop album. If you like moody electronic downtemp type music this is the holy grail. Stone Sour - Come What(ever) May: can be easily swapped with Audio Secrecy or any early 4 Deftones albums Mezzanine is such a whomper. So so good.

Songs for the Deaf/ Queens of the Stone Age: Listened to a lot of rock/ nu-metal in my youth but this one lives on forever. Will always be in my top four (even though they have so many other awesome albums). 2001/ Dr. Dre: Who doesn't love this album? The single greatest rap/hip-hop album ever made, and still to this day stands as an inspiration for so many new rappers emerging. Not to mention I know probably every word off by heart (more so when I'm high). Californication/ Red Hot Chilli Peppers: They were so good, everyone loved their California-surfer-rock vibe they had going. Then they dropped this absolute banger and escalated to the most coveted band in the world...for like a few years. But this album still rocks, and always puts me in a fantastic mood. Homework/ Daft Punk: The robotic-duo have been part of my music library since forever, and still are a regular listen. Need a jam to come on? Play anything by Daft Punk, it'll get you grooving. This album had their best work IMO, including Rollin' & Scratchin', Revolution 909, Rock'n'Roll, Around The World... oh man, so good. Bonus Mentions: You've Come A Long Way Baby/ Fatboy Slim: Just a masterpiece in its day, and more than two decades later it still is. Nevermind/ Nirvana: What can I say other than it might be their finest work. It defined the grunge scene and swamped countless more bands following it. Toxicity/ System of a Down: The first ever song I ever heard that was 'nu-metal' was Forest by SOAD. It was in a homemade wrestling simulator, built my the owner of my first ever efed. I loved the song, loved the game and went online to discover efedding. This song/ album has created what is now a tenured efedding career. Chocolate Starfish & The Hot Dog Flavoured Water/ Limp Bizkit: Fuck you, this album is magical. And you know every word to Rollin', don't even lie.

Song For the Deaf is probably my favorite QOTSA album but that might have to do with Dave Grohl being on drums.

That website is terrible on mobile and pretty much doesn’t work.
Mezmerise - System of a Down - i would love to combine this with Hypnotize as well because together they make such an amazing record. But picking one it’s the first part that edges it for me.
Infinity on High - Fall out Boy - criminally underrated album and one I can listen to again and again.
Chase this Light - Jimmy Eat World - Big Casino, Carry You, Chase this Light, Dizzy. Nothing else required to be said after that.
Sing the Sorrow - AFI - The height of dirty empty rock. Girls Not Grey was one of the first songs I heard when getting into this genre, and the album just absolutely delivers. This Time Imperfect? *chefs kiss*
Honourable mentions go to Believe by Disturbed, Meteora by Linkin Park, and A Fever you Can’t Sweat Out by Panic at the Disco.

So it might be argues that my tastes are kinda all over the place. And while I'm not sure these are my favorite albums, they were the first ones that came to mind. 1. The Darkness - Permission To Land 2, Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory 3. Slayer - Reign In Blood 4. Iron Maiden - The Number Of The Beast Honorable Mentions Look What The Cat Dragged In - Poison Clutch - Clutch Pretty Much Every Other Album by Iron Maiden - Iron Maiden License to Ill - Beastie Boys

I saw Slayer live last year and regretted not seeing them live earlier. I've seen the Darkness about five times, each time amazing. And Beastie Boys? Ugh, *kisses fingers like a French chef*, perfect.

It PERFECTLY captures the spirit of Fight For Your Right to party, the song is a banger, and that ending, bro. DANG. It turns out there's actually a short film. www.youtube.com/watch?v=evA-R9OS-Vo
