I agree that Kira is posting more. I agree that Kuroi looks scummy. I agree that Dave was hammer.
I don't think I have enough information to make a decision.
So for now, I'll hold my vote close.

There's a lot of Sensitive Susan activity going on here today. Kuroi considering Bailey mirrors something I was looking into, and then Bailey votes me? Oh my Hyperion you Suck!!
Then Ratty jumps on the finger-pointing train too? Jeez man, what gives. I don't have enough ammo yet to throw stones but I appreciate you all starting to toss out names and observations. So it behooves me to agree with Rat but removing a vote early day 1 doesn't NECESSARILY mean we are both town. Though given the lack of anything to go on early I am willing to give you the benefit of the doubt here as it does HINT town.
The thing is Bailey, Hype DIDN'T VOTE Kira, or suggest he changed playstyles. He said Kira has 2 USUAL modes of activity and an active Kira is scummy. He then said this however doesn't apply since Kira likes music. Also he's wrong. It's not an active Kira that implies scum, that's usually Caffrey's MO. It's a Kira who is unusually chatty about his reads since it usually looks coached.
That said I don't think we can use the votes for Mav as scum hunt as Erez and Rat want to since the whole thing was Mav had been dead quiet the last two games and it screwed our ability to read so if he wasn't going to play we wanted him out as non-participation is a HUGE hindrance specifically to town. So lots of guys just wanted the dead weight gone. I didn't actually have any reads so far as it's all been pretty tame. The closest thing I have to possible reads is Cross trying to make Hype look bad and voting him, and the fact that Mongo and Kira appear to both be ex-Beatles which MIGHT be a game mechanic Steele put in? It might be nothing, it might be scum, it might be masons. We don't know.
Losing Mos who is usually very in depth with his reads AND ALSO THE COP is a blow. I'm getting the same usual scum vibes from Kuroi and Dylan I always get because Dylan is quiet too often and lurks every game, and Kuroi is fucking Kuroi. I question what H2F is ... French Horn .... hmmm ... is that evil? Maybe ... nah not yet.

Somebody stupid. I'll explain. DT, tried to play off that Mosler is a strong player- and he is. His deep readings are amazing When he's scumHe's far less of a threat as town (sorry Mos, you're not Steele when town) and it was a tactical mistake to take him down right away because his pokerface is such that I've been edging him into the "always scummy" pile. A smarter scum would have picked somebody who is more innocent at night and then tried to convince us that Mosler was mafia during the day. So yeah, that's my read for now. I'm trying to figure out if anyone is a Rolling Stone- I bet they're scum, straight up |

I voted Mav because he was either scum or he wasn't going to show and that'd shaft us in later days. I'd reciprocate the vote for Kuroi but he used no logic, Hype on the other hand went for the basest of logic - Kira changed his play-style. Kira votes Mav Rat votes Mav Cross votes Mav Kuroi votes Mav Hype votes Mav Mosler votes Mav So basically my vote looks most suspicious. But since I know I'm not scum, I won't vote myself. There is scum in that list of 4. Now let's sort this through since everyone but Kira on that list has been quick to point a finger so far. Yeah, you're right. I knew I was missing someone, but DT's position doesn't strike me as suspicious. The one who hammers is inherently drawing attention. I don't see why Mav saying he's here means he's town. He lurks a lot and him saying he's here doesn't really mean much. I could have removed my post and I didn't. If I were to do it all over again (assuming I didn't know his role), I would have. The thing I hate about this is my work computer blocks images so I can't tell. What's his role? Mav's role was powerful. Sucks losing him, but I don't regret my vote. I'm all for letting everyone live through the first day but we were getting nowhere, and Mav would have just been a hindrance to town by being inactive. That's why he got the vote. I haven't voted towards anyone else, yet. Dave's observations are good, and Kuroi makes some good points on Cross. Mongo/ Kira being a mechanic sounds more plausible now that others have mentioned it (I was thinking of this before). Right now Cross seems to be the most reflexive, and Rat is playing his usual game it seems. Dylan doesn't seem to be doing anything to set me off yet, and Mongo is a big fat jerk head. But I don't hate him. Yet. I need to reread a lot it seems. |
