Salazar: Hailing from the Mudflats of Mississippi, and weighing in at a combined weight of 581 lbs! CARLTON! CHAPPS! THE BRRRRRRROTHERS… GLUUUUUUUUCCCKKK!
[div align="center"]♫ You take my home ♫
♫ And reduce it to a tired, satirical ♫
♫ Hillbilly reference ♫
♫ IT’S BEYOND OLD! ♫
♫ (I abhor the fucking arrogance) ♫[/div]
The Brothers Gluck walk out onto the stage. Carlton spreads his arms wide while Chapps drops to one knee in a thinker’s pose. He jumps up and starts to run to the ring, but Carlton grabs him by his shaggy hair, holding him back as the Glucks walk to the ring.
(Insert some commentary)
At ringside Carlton lets go of Chapps. Carlton walks up the stairs, but Chapps jumps from the floor to the ring apron, and then over the top rope. They walk to the middle of the hardcam rope. Carlton puts one foot on the bottom rope and leans on the top rope with a roar while Chapps jumps to the middle and top ropes, raises his fists and howls.
Trademark Moves:
*The Gluck Truck (Chapps picks Carlton up piggyback style and does a cannonball splash on an opponent sitting in the corner)
*Double hiptoss, caught and turned into a double backdrop
*Real Talk in Motion (With an opponent in the corner, Chapps whips Carlton into him for a Vader press, then Carlton drops to his hands and knees for Chapps to come off his back with a flying cannonball splash)
Finishers:
*Gluckensteiner (Carlton picks a wrestler up into the electric chair, Chapps hits a diving frankensteiner off the top to the elevated opponent
*Biggest Splash (Chapps grabs the opponent and leans back so he's elevated parallel to the ground. Carlton comes off the top with the Bigger Splash.)
Carlton Gluck
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 308 lbs
Year of Birth: 1997
Alignment: Face
Hometown: The Mudflats of Mississippi
Entrance Music: "The South is Rising" - The Sign of the Southern Cross
Voice Color: 14518F
Wrestling Style: Amateur wrestling/old school power. Carlton Gluck is a savage but he's at least got enough going on to know when you need to go to work instead of going ham on everything in sight. (Real Wrestler comparison - Jeff Cobb without the high flying)
Description: Built like a one story brick house, with a sizeable beer gut but no visible fat anywhere else. Buzzed hair, magnificent mountain man beard down to the top of his chest, dark brown with some premature grey. Singlet style attire with the patterns being based on Ole Miss colors - navy blue and reddish-orange.
(Handler note - I use Jay Briscoe as a picbase, partly because he matches with Mark Briscoe who is a halfway decent picbase for Chapps, and partly because he's at least got the disheveled redneck look, but Jay Briscoe is not an accurate depiction of Carlton Gluck. I probably would've used Tank Abbot if it weren't for the whole brothers/rednecks thing)
Wrestler's Outlook: Carlton Gluck's actually something of a gentle giant outside the ring as long as you don't get in his face. In the ring though, he knows that his legitimate wrestling skills and size are a very rare combination and very difficult for most other wrestlers to deal with. He'll get in close and start throwing Gluckplexes until the opponent isn't fighting back anymore.
Background: The Brothers Gluck ended up on Daeriq Damien's radar while Damien was working with Jeff Andrews on Andrews*Promotions. Although A*P was based in Wheeling WV, financial backer Cole Christenson lived in New Orleans, and it was he who thought they had big league potential. Of course, A*P folded in 2020 before anything came of that, but when Damien needed muscle, he remembered The Glucks and found them receptive to his ideas. However, they were impatient, and luckily for Damien he (well actually Frank Wormwood) caught them conspiring with Wesley Crane to backstab The Foundation. So he fired them, but they assuredly did not care. The Glucks didn't do well as part of the High Roller's Club and were kicked out - for their part the Glucks believe that it was associating with 'cityslickers' that made them 'soft'. Their return to W:UK for revenge resulted in a rather unlikely face turn...
Common Moves:
*The Brothers Gluck do not know what a suplex is. They use Gluckplexes. A Gluckplex is just like a suplex only with a cooler name.
*Amateur wrestling based matwork. You know.
*Assorted german Gluckplexes
*Assorted belly to belly Gluckplexes
*Assorted jumping shoulder blocks and attacks
*Assorted powerslams
*Powerbomb
Trademark Moves:
*"Country Strong" Gluckplex (Jeff Cobb's Athleticplex)
*Tilt-a-whirl into front powerslam
*Throwing German Gluckplex onto the ropes (Usually followed by a gutwrench Gluckplex off the ropes, but sometimes a gutwrench powerbomb, and sometimes a tag to Chapps and a flying attack of some sort from him)
Finishers:
*Gluckbuster (sheer drop brainbuster)
*Bigger Splash (top rope flying splash - the ONLY time he goes to the top rope)
Chapps Gluck
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 273 lbs
Year of Birth: 2001
Alignment: Heel
Hometown: The Mudflats of Mississippi
Entrance Music: "The South is Rising" - Sign of the Southern Cross
Voice Color: E92B4C
Wrestling Style: Amateur wrestling/new school flashy power. Chapps Gluck is a wildman and a show-off with a wide assortment of flashy moves, both power and high flying. He's fun-loving, but his idea of fun is most people's idea of bullying and/or vandalism. (Real Wrestler Comparison: young Scott Steiner with Jeff Cobb's high flying)
Description: Chapps isn't quite as big as Carlton, but he's leaner - no beer gut. His beard is shaggy but not as big as Carlton's, about down to his collarbone. His hair is also shaggy, just wild caveman style hair, also very dark brown with some premature grey. He also wears singlets with various patterns based on the Ole Miss colors. For a guy his size he's remarkably agile, think young Scott Steiner.
(Handler's note - Mark Briscoe is a semi-decent picbase for Chapps, but he's too skinny. Imagine Mark's features and scruffy redneck look stretched out over young Scott Steiner's frame and you've got Chapps)
Wrestler's Outlook: Chapps is immature and impulsive for his age, and tends to get in trouble. He's also got both a sympathy-for-underdogs streak and a mean streak that sometimes interact in weird ways and make him unpredictable. He's still a very skilled legitimate wrestler (probably not as good at Carlton at the basics, but still good), but loves to do showoffy flashy pro~wres stuff in the ring. And Gluckplexes.
