A door opens. A pair of car keys are thrown into a bowl.
"Thanks again Da-"
Wait a minute. El Rey double takes. That isn't his father. What is Zoran Sainovic doing in Venom's den? Reclining in Venom's chair, with his feet up on the coffee table? Tracy is not going to like that. If she's still alive that is... nothing creepy about this.
Zoran Sainovic (waving him over with his working arm): Rey my boy, come join me.
El Rey: Kind of in the lion's den, aren't you?
Zoran Sainovic: Oh, me and your father have had a number of disagreements - largely based on him believing zat I am out to do you harm. (Cold smile) What a funny concept.
El Rey: Exactly, who would want to hurt me?
Zoran Sainovic: I can hardly blame him (smile fades) for wanting to protect his progeny. He just wants ze best for you... as do I... (waves hand around the digs) which is why I'm slumming it.
The Final Boss hands El Rey a piece of paper.
El Rey (looks at paper): The Rumble. (PTSD kicks in) Are you trying to get me killed?
Zoran Sainovic (there's that smile again): Of course not, my boy. It dawns on me zat you might have some unresolved trauma as it relates to last year's event. You didn't want to be involved, you didn't care if you won, yet as champion you were forced to participate.... and for my small role in zat finish, I can't help but feel guilty.
El Rey (nodding): You should.
Zoran Sainovic: So zere is nothing else for it, we're going to sign you up - and have you win!
El Rey: Why don't YOU win!
Zoran Sainovic (cringe): Look at me... if defending ze crown last time hadn't numbered my days, your father certainly has with his GUNS antics. I'm in no shape to become a rumble winner......... (fiendish grin) but I can train you to take it!
El Rey (almost positive Zoran is still sore about the whole EoD stabbing thing and this is a Wile E. Coyote revenge scheme): Dear God, no!
Zoran Sainovic: YES! You might not see it now, but zis is ze only way for you to move forward and put ze tragic events of ze 2022 rumble in your past...
El Rey: I'm really not comfortable-
Zoran Sainovic (holding out paper with his working arm): Trust me Rey.
He really means it.
El Rey: o... okay. We're really going to do this...
Inhaling deeply to fight through the panic attack, El Rey takes the piece of paper... and grabbing a pen, starts to fill it out.
Zoran Sainovic: You aren't going to regret zis Rey.
El Rey: Heh... we all know if I want to win the rumble I can do it in my sleep. Thanks for reminding me of that...
Zoran Sainovic (patting Rey on the shoulder in a paternal way): You've got zis my boy... we'll start training Monday.
El Rey: I can't wait-
Zoran Sainovic: Now I should probably go ...before I'm forced to murder Venom and Tracy-
El Rey: Exactly! What good is inheriting this house if a double homicide brings down the property value?
The Final Boss nods, in many ways Rey is his only protégé that gets it. Looking like he's on his last legs, Sainovic shuffles towards the door.
Zoran Sainovic: Now we'll start running drills bright and early Monday, you've got a Rumble to win!
El Rey: Those fools won't know what hit 'em!
The camera pans away from the departing pair to the Rumble Sign-Up sheet on the coffee table.... where El Rey has not signed his own name, but rather:

OOC: I was hoping to make this more but I’m unexpectedly busy this weekend and running out of time.
Magnus walks in and glances over the sign up sheet.
Magnus: Well well. Zoran’s name is on here. Time to stack the deck against him and have an ace in the hole in case Dylan doesn’t bring the Crown back to GUNS after the Rumble.
Magnus produces a pen and signs on the sheet “Magnus signing for BEEF” and unblocks the pen and puts it away.
Magnus: What’s the XHF gonna do when BEEF runs wild on them. Haha I’m hilarious.
Magnus turns and walks away, but he doesn’t look back at the paper and the pen wasn’t quite working. It reads:

BEEF
Looks like Magnus AND BEEF are in the Rumble

A dotted line comes into focus with a hand laying next to it. The top reads ‘XHF RUMBLE 2023 Entrant Application’.
Zooming out, the camera shows the scaly black mask of the Murder Lizard, Jesse Jamester. His hand reaches down and grabs a pen next to the paper, hovering it over the blank dotted line as he pauses and looks directly through the lens
“I have one reason and one reason only for doing this.”
Signing the dotted line, he makes his XHF Rumble entry legitimized.
“Dylan Black.”
Snarling, the tongue of the Murder Lizard licks his lips like a dog salivating the taste of a tasty T-Bone steak sitting in front of it.
“Relish the last few weeks of your X*Crown reign. Come the Rumble, I’m going to remind you why I am the King of Violence.”
Lifting his other arm up, he drops a barbed wire noose on the XHF Rumble contract.

"I see Magnus is beating his meat-"
All the ladies swoon, guys too, as the camera opens on Redmond Fury's bright smile. Being a gentleman, the Buckeye Bruiser waits for the audience to come too - before addressing the camera.
Redmond Fury: But when Magnus does it, he should be arrested - I on the other hand just plan on hospitalizing his hired muscle, on my way to being the third GUNS X*Crown champion in a row..... that makes Magnus see red. BEEF - if you think I'm just going to sit back and let you disparage the good name of GUNS on thus global stage - you got another thing coming! My 32-inch pythons for starters! All the GUNS Maniacs have spoken - the war cry? That Magnus protects BEEF in GUNS, so the only way I'm going to get my hands on that raided up goon? Rumble it up!
So BEEF enjoy chewing while you can, because after I get my hands on your in the Rumble? You'll only be able to eat with a straw!
Fury flexes, causing all viewers, especially you - to have a hot flash.

...for a solid ten seconds before Bogdan Tomas pulls it out of his tiny hand.
Bogdan Tomas: Whoa there sport- what are you doing with that.
Tinto: I am no longer on my best behaviour! Keep my allowance, I will have blood!
Bogdan Tomas: Ho boy... what happened?
Tinto: First Mister Marty and the Phoenix, then Miss Ollie and the Junior.... is Lightning McQueen going to steal the Rumble from me?
Bogdan Tomas: Rumble? Wait- Tinto you didn't?
I-W: Affirmative.
Tinto: I'm going to win!
Bogdan Tomas: Damn it - Norman how could you?
Norman Krabbe: He beat Corpse Killer in record time-
I-W: This unit will enter the rumble and protect him.
Norman Krabbe: No, Indie - you remember what happened the last time you wrestled....
I-W: This unit has been upgraded since then.
Bogdan Tomas: Look Norman, I know how you feel... but Tinto has been lucky to scrape by these multi-man matches without being put into a coma... the rumble? Those are much higher stakes. Industrial Woman might be his only hope.
Norman Krabbe: But-
I-W: This unit will return in prestige condition.
Tinto: Yay! I'm going to be the X*Crown champion!
The little boy runs off with the machete.

Dana: Hey there, folks! It's your favorite beekeeper and pro-wrestler, Dana "The Drone" Daniels, and I have an announcement to make. I am officially entering the XHF Rumble match!
(The camera zooms in on Dana's face, which is determined but also slightly nervous.)
Dana: Now, you might be wondering why I'm doing this. Well, let me tell you. I'm doing this for love. My ex-wife Jodie, she left me a few years ago, and I've been trying to win her back ever since. And I think entering the XHF Rumble is just the way to do it.
(The camera zooms out to show Dana gesturing towards the beehive behind him.)
Dana: You see, Jodie always loved my bees. The constant buzzing at all hours made her cry tears of joy. She used to say that they were like my little army of drones, always working together to make something sweet. I think that's just what I need to win her back.
(The camera cuts to a shot of Jack Diamond, Dana's rival in the wrestling world.)
Dana: And as for Jack Diamond, well, let's just say I've got a surprise for him. I know he's the pretty boy that lured my baby away from the hive. I'm bringing as many thermoses full of bees as I can carry, and I'm gonna throw them all at him if I have to. I'll do anything for love.
(The camera cuts back to Dana, who looks both determined and a little bit crazy.)
Dana: So watch out, XHF Rumblers. Dana "The Drone" Daniels is coming for you. And Jack Diamond, if you're listening, you'd better watch your back because I've got a swarm of bees with your name on it.
