The scene opens to show “The High Roller” Wesley Crane sitting on his Italian leather sofa. He’s dressed in designer workout pants. Laying on the sofa next to him is the WUK World Extreme Championship of the World and his WUK World Tag Team Championship. Wesley looks across from him at his extremely large, extremely expensive television. On the screen is the video of Kasper Van Zant, now going by the last name Slam, sliding in the ring to save Wesley Crane from a beatdown by the High Rollers Club. As she enters the ring and goes after the High Rollers Club. Wesley pauses the video with the remote that’s in his left hand. A glass of whiskey in his right hand.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Why, Wesley, Why? It’s a question that the entire wrestling community has been asking… and it can be answered with one statement… and that statement is this: Wesley Crane is the smartest person in the business.”
Wesley takes a sip from his drink.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “I told Kasper that I’d get her back one day when she least expected it. I told her that many months ago, back in January to be exact, when she made me bleed in a first blood match. I told you that I’d get you back, Kasper and that’s exactly what I did. Hook, Line, and Sinker!”
Wesley unpauses the video. The video resumes and shows Kasper spin around and gets hit with an HRKO out of nowhere. Wesley pauses the video once again. He takes a sip from his drink.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Revolution, I got my revenge. I waited 7 long months. I set the trap months ago. I made the entire world believe there were cracks in the High Rollers Club… but that’s not how it really was, was it? No, the fact is, the High Rollers Club is stronger now than we’ve ever been. Preston and I are the WUK World Tag Team Champions. Rage is the Commonwealth champion… and I’m the WUK World Extreme Champion of the World. There’s only one championship that we need back in the High Rollers Club and that’s my sweet Naomi… but don’t you worry about her, I’ve got plans on how I can get her back.”
Wesley unpauses the video. It shows the High Rollers Club holding Kasper’s arms as Wesley comes running in with an In Da Face V-Trigger… and then another. Kasper’s body goes limp as she collapses on the mat. Wesley pauses the video once again.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “At that moment right there, you can actually witness Kasper’s spirit leaving her body. I broke her. I don’t want to pat myself on the back, but good God, I’m good.”
Wesley takes another sip from his whiskey. He unpauses the video one last time. It shows Wesley and Reese fist bumping one another and then Wesley reaching down and grabbing Kasper by the face while he talks trash to her. As the video ends, Wesley gets his typical cocky grin on his face.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “I don’t think Kasper understands just how passionate I am about keeping my championships. So this match is a Last Person Standing match. Extreme rules. That means I can crack your skull with a lead pipe, repeatedly, until you can’t stand up any longer. I can hit you with an In Da Face and knock you out. I can send you crashing down through a couple of tables. I can do anything I want, Kasper, and there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it. The fact is, I don’t lose Extreme Matches. In all the feds I’ve been in, including WUK and HKW, I’ve never lost in an Extreme Rules Match… and I’ve defeated some of the best. Don’t believe me? Google me, bitches! (Please don’t lol)”
Wesley finishes his whiskey. He stands up and walks over to the bar. He places his whiskey down on the bar top, turns around and walks over to the weight bench in his workout area. He sits down, reaches down and grabs a couple dumbbells. He begins curling the weights. After doing 10 curls, he places the dumbbells back down on the floor.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “I keep myself in the greatest shape there is..(Does he? He does drink like a fish.) I’m in better physical shape than Kasper. I’m in a better mental state than Kasper is. In all ways imaginable, I’m stronger and better. I know it, the world knows it, and Kasper knows it… and at Legacy 29: Standing Room Only, I’m going to put the nail in the proverbial coffin once and for all and rid the wrestling world of one, Kasper Van Zant, Van Slam, whatever she wants to call herself. My God, I didn’t think of it until just now, I broke her so bad that she’s lost her identity. Hahaha, can you imagine it… Kasper, crying in her locker room, knowing she’s lost it all. She’s a shell of her former self, and I think it’s great!”
Wesley lays backwards and grabs the weight bar. He lifts the weights and then lowers them down to his chest. He then lifts the weights back up and places the bar where it belongs. Wesley sits up and wipes the sweat from his brow.
“The High Roller” Wesley Crane: “Nobody is taking my World Extreme Championship of the World from me. Definitely not you, Kasper. No, at Legacy 29, I’m going to break you even worse than you’ve already been broken. Facts are facts, and the fact is, I’m just straight up better than you, and I’m going to prove it at Standing Room Only!”
The camera fades as Wesley stands up and walks back to the bar to pour himself another drink.
