BOB MOONEY: Ladies and gentlemen… This match is for a chance for a shot at Shane Mitchell’s RSW World Heavyweight Championship belt!!!!! Introducing first……D!
The lights in the arena go dim and stay dark and silent for a few moments. “Freak” by Silverchair begins to play and D makes his way out from the backstage area, wearing his latest merchandise from RSW. He pauses for a moment and looks out over the crowd, holding his arms up high before making his way slowly down to ringside. Once he gets to ringside, he pauses before climbing into the ring and throwing a few warm-up punches, preparing for the coming fight. He shakes out his bad arm and holds his back.
BOB MOONEY: Making his way to the ring, hailing from the United Kingdom is Rob Riot!
As “I feel you” by Depeche Mode fills the arena from behind the curtain steps Rob Riot. The former member of the trilogy the Bastards receives a huge cheer. Riot proceeds to the ring touching out stretched hands as he walks. He slowly strides up the steps and looks around before entering the ring. He stretches on the ropes and adjusts the elbow pad on his right arm. He nervously ensures that the tape on his wrists is properly tight. Riot gets in D’s face and motions to the crowd. D laughs out loud and punches Riot in the jaw knocking him back a few steps. Riot puts his hand on his jaw as the crowds boo D. D charges Riot with a lariat and knocks him down to the mat. He starts to stomp down on him.
TOMMY ONIONS: Cheap shot!!!!
JOSEPH GREER: Whatever he can do to beat Riot!!
BILLY FOWLER: Bribery works.
Riot crawls over to the corner, but cannot escape the onslaught of D. D quickly pulls Riot to his feet and corners him at the turnbuckle. D sends numerous hard rights into Riot’s body each punch sending more pain throughout Riot’s body than the last hit. D finally stops his fist assault and grabs Riot by the arm. D pulls Riot forward and whips him to the opposite end of the ring, right into the opposite corner. He charges towards Riot with a clothesline, but instead of contacting his attack…Riot lifts his boot and smashes it into the face of D, causing him to stagger backward. Riot sees his opening and quickly charges into D with a standing clothesline, knocking D down hard.
The crowds cheer loudly.
JOSEPH GREER: Why do that?
TOMMY ONIONS: What?
JOSEPH GREER: Both of these guys are favourites with the people.
BILLY FOWLER: But Rob is better.
Riot gets to his feet and pulls D up along with him, immediately D sends a hard elbow into the stomach of Riot…doubling over the shocked Riot. D then grabs him by the head and drives his knee into the face of Riot, knocking him on the mat. Riot crawls back over to the ropes, but has absolutely no time to regain his strength, because immediately, D begins to stomp down upon his chest cavity…smashing in more and more. D stops the assault and looks at the crowd and laughs in their general direction.
JOSEPH GREER: Why is D being like this?
TOMMY ONIONS: Riot is the man in this industry but he’s trying to make a name for himself here.
BILLY FOWLER: My stats say you are wrong.
TOMMY ONIONS: How?
BILLY FOWLER: Wrong!
Riot sees his opportunity and quickly sends his elbow crashing into D’s groin. D falls to his knees and lets out a painful moan, as Riot regains his feet and smacks D in the face with a pump kick, sending D on his back. Riot looks at the crowd for approval, and gets just that! The crowd goes ballistic for Riot as he showboats for the crowd. Riot pulls D to his feet and quickly locks D in a headlock. D quickly reverses by sending Riot to the ropes. D turns a full 360, attempts a Clothesline, but Riot duck’s the attempt and drives D down with a DDT. The fans jump up as Riot hooks D for the cover.

………..But it is nowhere near the three count, as D powers his way out and pushes Riot off and outside of the ring.
TOMMY ONIONS: Not even close.
BILLY FOWLER: When I said we needed to be more professional I was talking about originality also.
He gets up on the outside, and scratches his head in confusion at the power of D. He leans on the guardrail as the fans surround him and try to get a piece of this wrestling legend. Riot smiles and grabs a banner with his image on and holds it up to the nearest camera. He then returns to the ring where he is met with a VERY powerful German suplex that lands Riot directly on the top of his head. Riot falls to the mat, as D looks over at the crowd and back at the fallen Riot. D bounces off the ropes, measures Riot up and drops a leg right into the face of Riot. D looks at the fallen Riot once more, and watches as he holds his face in pain. D then looks at the top rope, and actually nods his head as he runs towards the corner and climbs up to the top.
TOMMY ONIONS: What’s he up to?
JOSEPH GREER: Don’t ask me!!
BILLY FOWLER: Speak with some kind of eloquence gentlemen.
The fans look on as D raises his arms towards the crowd and then when he doesn’t get the response he wants starts shouting abuse at them. Riot gets back up and positions himself between D’s legs and power bomb’s him to the mat. The force behind the power bomb is so great, that the ring shakes. Riot rolls to the apron and scales the top rope himself. The fans blast with cheers, as Riot stands on the top rope and holds his arms up to the crowd.
The crowd cheer louder than ever.
JOSEPH GREER: Oh come on. Get on with the match.
TOMMY ONIONS: Is Frank here?
Riot turns and sees D trying to get up. He jumps down and approaches D. Riot looks from side to side and smiles. He charges the ropes and on his return hits D with a Splash. He remains on top of D, as the referee runs to the scene and counts the fall.

……….Suddenly, out of nowhere, D hooks Riot’s body and flips him over onto his back. D then hooks his legs and covers.

………………3. No Riot kicks his way out right before the third slap is heard against the wrestling mat. Riot jumps to his feet, as does D. D charges Riot, but he side steps the attack. D bounces off the ropes and looks for a clothesline, but Riot ducks the shot and bounces off the ropes himself. Now both D and Riot bounce off the ropes and charge right at one another…both go for a High Cross Body and crash into one another in mid-air. Thankfully for D, he has more force behind his attack that forces D to land onto Riot for the cover.

………But Riot quickly kicks out and gets to his feet.
TOMMY ONIONS: This is looking to be a classic war for both opponents.
BILLY FOWLER:
D gets to his feet, but is quickly flat on his face after a drop toe hold Riot. He then attempts to lock in a reverse chin hold, but D quickly grabs Riot by his chin and slams him down with a modified snap mare takedown. Riot is shocked, but won’t give in, as he looks up at D, and hits him with the chop. D staggers backward, holding his chest in pain, as Riot gets back to his feet and measures out D. D staggers a bit forward and throws a punch at his opponent, as Riot quickly slams him down with a snap belly to belly suplex.
JOSEPH GREER: Oh that was cool.
TOMMY ONIONS: Yes it was!
BILLY FOWLER: He did one much like that at a Wrestle-Wars show a couple of years ago.
Riot gets right back to his feet and looks on the cheering crowd…and hears the cheers go nuts as he lines up for a big move. D begins to get up dazed, as Riot begins to stalk him. He moves in closer as D begins to slowly get to his feet, oblivious to what he has planned. Riot is now stood in front of him waiting for him to get to his feet…….LOW BLOW!!!!!!
TOMMY ONIONS: D was playing Possum!!!!
BILLY FOWLER: Well, that’s not cricket!
JOSEPH GREER: What?
Riot rolls around on the mat for a while as D goads the crowd on…..but suddenly Riot kips up and points at D shaking his head.
TOMMY ONIONS: That seems vaguely familiar?
JOSEPH GREER: Oh Riot’s getting angry.
TOMMY ONIONS: What?
BILLY FOWLER: I did tell Rob that he was bulking up lately.
Shocked D rushes over to him and throws a right, which is caught. Riot grabs D in a head lock and Bull Dogs him off out of the corner. He climbs to the top turnbuckle and raises his arms. The crowd go off wild again.
JOSEPH GREER: This arena is so pro-Riot.
Both men are up. They circle one another before going at it head to head with a grapple. Riot takes D over with a sweep kick, but D pushes Riot off into the ropes. Riot comes running back at D, who avoids Riot with a leap frog. Riot continues running as he bounces off the far ropes and catches D with a drop kick, but D catches his foot, and takes Riot down with a dragon sweep! Riot limps a bit, but springs back up and as he does, D charges in with a clothesline. Riot ducks the attempt though and grabs D in a waist lock from behind. D shoots a few elbows back into Riot’s head, but he ducks them as he launches D over his head and down to the canvas with a release German suplex; D lands hard on his head as Riot gets back up onto his feet.
TOMMY ONIONS: Damn!
BILLY FOWLER: What was your motivation in becoming a ring announcer?
TOMMY ONIONS: I’m beginning to hate you.
JOSEPH GREER: Really? He’s the closest you can get to Frank.
D shakes off the suplex and is right back up in Riot’s face as the two begin exchanging punches. Riot takes the upper hand forcing D back into the ropes. Riot grabs D by the arm and sends him into the ropes. D holds on though and yanks Riot towards, taking the man off of his feet with a standing clothesline! Riot drops to the mat holding his head as D raises him to his feet and takes him over with a high elevated vertical suplex. Riot goes down holding his back as D gets back up to his feet and mounts his opponent with clutching punches to the face. Riot manages to reverse the move and is now on top. D fights for his life, trying to get to the ropes, but Riot manages to keep in from moving. The referee begins to count as Riot continues pounding away at his face.

TOMMY ONIONS: He doesn’t want to get disqualified, does he?
JOSEPH GREER: D won’t mind.
Riot releases D, getting up to his feet and taking a moment to catch his breath. Turning back around, Riot walks over to D, and tries lifting to his feet. Getting D up to his knees, Riot looks to pick him up to his feet, but D nails Riot with a low blow that takes him down to the mat. Riot gets to his feet and shakes off his pain of being low blowed. He grabs D and choke slams him into the mat. He looks at the crowd and waves as he begins stomping away at a helpless D. Forcing D over to the ropes, Riot grabs a hold of the top rope using it for leverage as he continues to viciously stomp the hell out of D. The referee jumps into the fight, trying to force Riot off of D, but Riot shoves him out of the way like a rag doll as the fans give cheer for their hero. Turning back to D, Riot lays the boots into him again, using his feet to choke the hell out of D.
TOMMY ONIONS: He got to finish this quickly if he wants to party with his people.
BILLY FOWLER: Rob’s gone legit so doesn’t party much.
Riot realise this himself as he drags D by the feet to the centre of the ring and locks in a rear choke hold. The referee check’s on D. He raises his arm, it drops.
……….1
…….He raises it again, it drops again,
……..2
……He raises it for the final time…..He keeps it up.
TOMMY ONIONS: He’s fighting the move. I can’t believe it.
The crowd boo as D twists in the submission and crawls towards the ropes with Riot still attached. He fights to stay conscious and eventually manages to grabs the bottom rope. The referee breaks it up. The crowd start to cheer even louder than ever.
JOSEPH GREER: What’s going on?
TOMMY ONIONS: Seems as if Shane is here to see them in action.
Shane walks down the ramp way with the title belt over his shoulder. Riot leans over the ropes shouting abuse at him. Shane smacks him in the face with the title belt knocking him back into the ring. He stumbles around the ring before doing the Riot flop and landing on his face. D is standing up and notices Riot down in the ring. He picks him back up and grabs him by the throat. A beer can hits him on the head from out of the crowd. As he picks Riot up and DDT’s him to the mat more trash gets thrown in. He peels him back off of the mat and shouts abuse at Riot as more trash follows into the ring. He lifts Riot up and hits him with a release German suplex.
TOMMY ONIONS: OH MY GOD!
JOSEPH GREER: Shane is laughing at ringside.
BILLY FOWLER: Come on Rob!
D rolls Riot up and grabs onto his tights.

……………………..Kick Out!
Shane has seen enough. He rolls into the ring and hits D with his belt knocking him out cold in the centre of the ring.
BILLY FOWLER: Come on referee!
TOMMY ONIONS: What is Shane doing?
JOSEPH GREER: He’s turning into a loose cannon these days.
BILLY FOWLER: But who’s going to be facing Shane at the pay per view?
Shane drags Riot onto the ring apron. He looks around for some kind of approval before he positions Riot correctly and pulls him up into a pulling pile driver on the ring apron.
BILLY FOWLER: That’s enough!
TOMMY ONIONS: Something needs doing guys.
JOSEPH GREER: Where’s security?
Armand walks out on the stage clapping his hands. Shane slowly turns as he registers him there.
ARMAND VON KRAUSS: Shane, Shane, stop that. Do you think by spoiling my main event that it will stop me booking you in a title match at Shadow Wars?
Shane shrugs his shoulders and smirks.
ARMAND VON KRAUSS: Do you think because I fired your friend I won’t fire you?
Shane holds up the World Championship belt.
ARMAND VON KRAUSS: Oh you think because you’ve got that gold I won’t do it? Well let me think. At Shadow Wars you will be facing BOTH D and Rob Riot for the RSW World Heavyweight Championship belt in a three way dance.
Shane looks pissed as he storms around the ring, kicking the ropes in frustration.
ARMAND VON KRAUSS: Oh you like that? Should I finish? This match will not be any match; no we can’t do that on my watch. No, Shane you will defend that belt in a When Ego’s Collide Cage match!!!!
TOMMY ONIONS: OH MY GOD!
BILLY FOWLER: That’s going to hurt.
JOSEPH GREER: That’s a brutal match ladies and gentlemen.
Shane is shouting abuse at Armand who is smiling on the stage before he turns and leaves.
TOMMY ONIONS: A When Ego’s Collide match, that’s going to be amazing.
JOSEPH GREER: Goodnight ladies and gentlemen!
