Well you guys will be hired in 6 months contract. You won't be changing company and it's up to the owner of those local companies to renew contract or not after 6 months.

Yes I will only add a 6-month contract that if the company renews with you or you with them is ttally up for the AI to choose

Like stated in the post, after each company season finale you will be offered a 6-month contract by default. But if you are around on the month start you can reject or negotiate this contract, all the updated company info will be provided then.

All the drafted wrestlers will be hired on a 6-months contract (by default) after the companies season finale as listed above. There will be the opportunity to reject or negotiate this contract, when the in-game date reaches the company season finale month.
