“The Milkman’s Daughter” Klazina Van Dam vs. Blaze Freya
“Papa Can You Hear Me” from the Yentl soundtrack plays and Klazina Van Dam made her grand return to the Hardkore ring. Blaze Freya and Van Dam tangled with some mat work, before Van Dam got a near fall with her fisherman’s suplex. They went to the floor, but Van Dam missed a plancha and hit the railing. Blaze Freya caught her coming back into the ring with a TORN! spear and then choked her out with her Blackpool Blackout rear naked choke.
Cyan Komar attempted to end the match early with the claw, but Sugar Daddy hit him in the stomach with a kneelift. Sugar Daddy ran Komar’s scarred face across the ropes to get some boos from the Indio crowd. Komar reverses an irish whip and caught Sugar Daddy with a tiltawhirl backbreaker. Sugar Daddy grabs his bearhug and tries to squeeze the life out of Cyan Komar. The Indio crowd clapped faster and faster, pumping up Komar, who whips the steel ball in his ponytail into Sugar Daddy’s temple, dazing him. Komar hits Sugar Daddy behind the ear with his Deathstryke, a martial arts style, blood flow Atemi strike that knocks him out. After the match, Cyran Komar helped revive Sugar Daddy with a Duatsu technique.
“Underestimation is the father of Failure”
Lynx is sitting on a sofa, his forearms resting on his knees.
“I do not underestimate you, Sheik, for if I did I would end up with Broken Bones and Shattered Dreams. I do not underestimate anyone from the Hardkore World roster, for each one of the people here would be fit to main event in any given Federation out there, if they only tried hard enough to do so.”
He cracks his fingers and resumes his speech.
“I saw what you did in Hardkore World Versus Xhf Network Sheik. That is why I said what I said. I know very well what you are capable of, and so do the powers that be. But they also know what I am capable of, that is why they put me in a fight against you, in my very first fight in this Grand Federation. It is a true test of strength and wisdom. Do I emerge victorious and move on to greater fights? Or do I fail and become stagnant water in a federation where each fight is a championship material match? “
Lynx leans back, on the sofa. He crosses his arms on his chest.
“I won’t!
I won’t allow myself to be mediocre at best. Some people might settle down for that, but that´s not me. I will risk it all. Either it goes well or I go out with a bang. They say that the stars which shine strong, burn fast, but I disagree. If one shines strong, his light will be remembered for ages on. That´s what I want to be, that´s what I want to do, be the best fighter ever. Be someone to remember, someone who inspires the generations that come after him.
I want to be all that and more.
My hindrance? The Sheik.
It is either do or die, and I wouldn´t want it any other way. I am a fighter born, a fighter whose sole purpose is to be the Alpha and the Omega of anything wrestling. I know I am not that yet, but I am pretty damn close to it. Pretty damn close. Who would have thought it, some years ago, that I would end up fighting in one of the grandest stages of them all? Well, I hoped for it, or else I wouldn´t even have attempted to be a fighter.
Who would have thought that I would transform from a Street Fighter, into something as spectacular as this? Well, I have, or else I wouldn´t have even tried it. Sheik, you want to make an example out of me? Want to send a message? Well, I already am a message. The message I spread and the point I bring across is that if a man believes in a dream if a man fights for his dreams, he will surely achieve something.”
Lynx stares at the camera, cautiously nodding and then goes on speaking
“ Maybe he won´t achieve it all, maybe them people will not be able to say they have lived all their dreams, but at the end of the day and when a man looks back upon his life, that very man shouldn´t see a river of tears and regrets. That´s what I call a life well lived.”
Lynx stands up from the sofa, turns his back o the camera, and starts pacing towards the small window on his left. He reaches it and starts gazing at the night sky above.
“I do not fear you, Sheik, for I have a purpose and a dream and those things make me strong. If all I had was my physical well-being, I would have feared you, but that´s not the case here. I am not fearful, I am merely cautious. The sort of caution a predator has when he is stalking his prey. We are similar in something, Sheik; we both are pit fighters, or at least that´s where it all started for us, but we´re also a lot different from each other.
It is the difference between a Skilled and Cunning Lynx and a Rabid Dog out for Blood!
Who will win?
Only time will tell and time is not your friend, Sheik.
You say you respect me, and I must say that pleases my ego. At least your bloodshot eyes and your crimson mask still allow you to see, even if it’s short-lived, who is standing in front of you. Well, as far as this Lynx goes, he still needs to see something worth calling well, in your being. Many people say humans are an evil species; I am of the idea that if you look well into someone´s heart you will find something good in there.
Well, there are Criminals in this world and there are Monstrosities that have nothing good left in their hearts, but I do not think that that is the case here. Or is it, Sheik? Are you a human being or are you merely a thing, a weapon which´s sole purpose is to spill the blood of his adversaries? Are you a beast or are you a fighter?
If you are a fighter, you will sense that there is will and determination in me. And all this makes me strong. It makes me capable of surpassing even the highest of mountains.
If you are merely a beast out for blood, well, I will hunt you down. Or at least I will try to do so.
Is this a wrestling match or is it a pit fight?
Have we evolved and moved on or are we still brutes with no purpose and dreams?
I believe that I am much more than a simple monster of the squared circle, I am a human being first and a wrestler afterward.
You?
….Hmm.”
Lynx turns around, facing the camera again, he points at it speaking his final words
“You will do better to gather up all the strength you can muster. This isn´t going to be a walk in the park for you either”
Lynx crosses his arms on his chest as the scene fades to black.
After some sexy dancing on the ramp with Randy Candy’s little person, Little Victory, Candy stepped into the ring and caught a giant headbutt that crossed his eyes. Later, Karnage tried a suplex but Candy rolled back with an inside cradle that nearly ended the match. Karnage ducked a 180 degree mule kick and hit The Nightmare Lariot, igniting the crowd! Karnage applied The Sphinx Clutch and Candy quickly gave up.
Lynx and The Netherlands’ Biker Daddy started off with some chain wrestling, that Biker Daddy got the better of Lynx with. Biker Daddy came off the top with a double ax handle but Lynx was waiting for him with a roundhouse kick to the stomach. MJPW´s greatest Junior Heavyweight Champion ever dumped Biker Daddy on his head with a wrist clutch exploder, then finished him off by springboarding off the top with the Liger Lariato.
The 300 pound South African shooter, Suikerbossie, as usual had his wife Mein mop the floors around the ring in her trademark housecoat and slippers, while he wrestled. He asked Burrows for a handshake at the bell but sucker punched the former Fireside Champion when she tried to oblige! He shot Natalie Burrows into the ropes, but Nat came back with a Denial leg lariat that nearly took him out of his boots. Natalie kipped up and went to the outside behind a laid out Suikerbossie. She waited for Suikerbossie to get up before springboarding off the top rope, hitting him in the back with the Turmoil. She comes crashing down with her Closure scissors kick to put Suikerbossie’s lights out for a very decisive victory.
Rat Bastard was the special surprise opponent for van Thijmen, with his son Alexander Von Blankenship in his corner! Bastard no sold much of Glorious Wolf’s offense, and when van Thijmen came off the ropes with a flying body press, Rat Bastard caught him and dropped him in The Rat Breaker backbreaker. He then toyed with Dirk with a Bastard Bomb and The Plague razors edge. Bastard signaled that it was over and applied his crippler crossface known as The Rat Trap to get the easy victory.
Two time Hardkore World Heavyweight Champion Cyrus returned to Hardkore World in the main event of the evening. started on the offensive but then he irish whipped The Sheik into the ropes, and the Sheik countered with a springboard elbow smash. Later, Williams had The Sheik trapped in the corner, nearly on his back as Cyrus gave him a couple of boot scrapes. Cyrus placed a chair over The Sheik’s face, ran into the ropes, and then ran right into The Sheik tossing a chair at his face! The Sheik gave him a good stomping after that, but Cyrus was able to regain control by lighting Shiek up with some european uppercuts and kicks. He lifted him up into his signature Blackout reverse suplex into a stunner, but The Sheik landed on his feet behind him and wraps him up with a slingblade. The Sheik got on top of Cyrus’ back with his camel clutch known as The Last Crusade and Cyrus submitted, not sending the Indio fans home very happy, but scoring a big win over a Hardkore World legend. Tommy Milligan continued to signal for the bell, but The Sheik refused to release The Last Crusade. The Sheik inflicted damage on Cyrus Williams while Malcolm Xavier Graves taunted him, until Kilroy Evans came running out to save the former Hardkore World Champion. The Sheik got what he wanted and Kilroy and The Sheik fought all around the casino floor. The Sheik rammed Kilroy’s head into a slot machine, and Kilroy threw The Sheik into a blackjack table, until Fantasy Springs tribal security broke it up. Malcolm Xavier Graves had a real problem tearing The Sheik away.
Sugar Daddy vs. “Deathstryke” Cyan Komar
