Suikerbossie vs. Tuxedo Mask
Suikerbossie’s wife Mein was just trying to mop the ringside area in her flip flops, as she usually does, and Tuxedo Mask began telling her how she really fills out that housecoat. Suikerbossie snuck up on him and delivered a big boot to the back of the head. He threw Tux back into the ring, and monkey flipped him into an armbar. The Coachella crowd started chanting “Tux Sux!” Suikerbossie called for the Afrikaner spear but Tux caught him coming in with a tornado DDT. Tuxedo Mask got Suikerbossie down in the corner and then carthweeled into a handspring into a Tuxbuster. Tux gave Suikerbossie an acid drop bulldog and then a corkscrew 450 splash. The fans chant “Tux Sux”, so instead of pinning Suikerbossie, Tuxedo Mask called for the microphone from Greg Jin. Tux said “I find your chant disrespectful.” and the boos drowned him out but he continued and said “I’m better than this overstuffed South African and I don’t care about him or his weird wife.” Tuxedo Mask then walked out on the match! Richie Richardson counted him out and awarded the win to Suikerbossie.
Yes we had to edit our backstage confrontation with the Glorious Wolf Dirk van Thijmen. He wasn’t so happy he has substitute for a nearby tv taping.
Dirk ‘Glorious Wolf’ van Thijmen: What is matter the Hurricane won the Outlaw Wrestling light heavyweight belt. He needed a opponent for a non-title match but nobody wanted. So Hardkore World send Dirk van Thijmen to show the Hurricane the ropes. Dirk. Yes I ain't happy would stay in a motel near gay arena off Palm Springs were got many fans. Was invited for some wild parties. My fans saw me beat living (beep) out off Steve Awesome. I will do this non-title match for tv taping only miss a training day. Yes Seattle Simon Cruise.
After these words Dirk shut door in our face.
The Salford Squid vs. Uncle Claymore Clyde
The Salford Squid made his debut in front of the casino crowd, starting off with some mat work and an armbar. Uncle Claymore Clyde was able to hip toss him using his arm barred arm, and then applied an overhead wristlock. Clyde forced The Salford Squid into a full bridge, but the Squid kipped up and reversed it into a northern lights suplex for a two count. The Salford Squid gave Uncle Claymore a tiger bomb for another quick two, and then drilled his head into the mat with a single underhook DDT he calls The Confidence of Syberus for the three count.
Non-Title Match
The Hurricane vs. Dirk “Glorious Wolf” van Thijmen
The Hurricane had to do this match early because he was double booked for a PSOW title defense at the Palm Springs Honda Dealers in the main event later that evening. Hurricane tried to end this match as quickly as he could with a Hurricane Press but van Thijmen kicked out at two. Hurricane gave a thumbs up and tried to finish him off with a chokeslam but Dirk knocked away his arm and clocked him with a roaring elbow. Van Thijmen then applied a shoulder claw that had Hurricane crying out in pain. Dirk climbed to the top turnbuckle and caught Hurricane with a flying dropkick and then finished him off with his bearhug suplex to get a non-title win over the Palm Springs Outlaw Wrestling Champion.
Little Dragon vs. The Rookie
The Rookie monkey flipped Little Dragon over the ropes and onto the floor. He scooped Dragon and body slammed him on the casino floor. Little Dragon reversed a flapjack into a tornado DDT on the ring steps. Dragon got back into the ring and nailed The Rookie with a somersault senton on the floor. Little Dragon smashed The Rookie’s head into the ring steps and then rolled him back into the ring. He pulled him in by the arm for a Desolator rainmaker lariat, and then pulled him up into a second one. Little climbed to the top rope as The Rookie stood up and looked for him, but Dragon caught him from behind with a DSD backstabber. After the match, Steve Awesome, Wesley Crane, and Alexander Von Blankenship slid into the ring and put the boots to Little Dragon. Marty Donovan tried to join the fray but his mobility scooter could only go so fast on the casino floor carpeting. Wesley Crane and AVB held Little Dragon’s arms, and then Steve Awesome Awesome Kicked him in the face. By the time Marty got into the ring on his crutches, there was nothing left to do, so he held his arms up in triumph.
Kilroy Evans vs. Moondog Dook
This match started where both men liked it. The floor. Moondog Dook choked Kilroy with his chain, and then whipped his back with it, not caring about the fans running for cover. Dook tried to irish whip him but Kilroy hang onto his arm and pulled him into a Shake Hands With Danger headbutt. He piledrived Dook on the concrete and then rolled him back into the ring. Kilroy applied a Make You Humble camel clutch and sweetened the deal with some bites to Dook’s forehead. Kilroy Evans finally dropped the Moondog with The Bad Touch diamond cutter for the win.
Alexander Von Blankenship vs. Scorpion
Scorpion caught AVB with a Japanese arm drag and a flying headscissors to which Von Blankenship responded with an Ordained superkick. He lifted Scorpion up on his shoulder and dropped him in a barry white driver he calls Desecration. AVB knocked Scorpion out with a Baptism superman punch for the dominant victory.
Kalmin Watts vs. Dana “The Drone” Daniels
Kalmin Watts tied Dana Daniels up in knots early on, paralyzing the old rookie with superior mat work. Daniels finally had enough and scratched Watts’ back with his untrimmed, dirty fingernails that were sticky from beekeeping. Watts turned around, his eyes bugging out of his head, and nearly put him through the ring with a spinebuster. He power whipped Daniels into the ropes and almost caved his chest in with an Oklahoma Hammer and then had him tapping out to The Sooner Squeeze. As soon as the bell rang, Wesley Crane, Alexander Von Blankenship and Steve Awesome slid into the ring and began punching and kicking Kalmin Watts. Marty Donovan drove his mobility scooter in slow motion down the aisle, yelling encouragement. AVB and Steve Awesome held Kalmin Watts’ arms while Wesley Crane came off the ropes with his In The Face v-trigger. By the time Marty Donovan got to the ring, it was over, so he just pointed to the ring as the fans booed.
The Sheik vs. The Martian
The portly Martian ran up to him and started hitting him with weak punches that disgusted The Sheik so much, he struck back with a punch so hard it laid out The Martian. The Sheik brutally stomped him and then Arabian facebustered him with a chair. He got on The Martian’s back and applied The Last Crusade camel clutch and The Martian immediately tapped out. Once again, The Anointed slid in and started triple teaming The Sheik with kicks, punches and stomps. Marty Donovan drove down to the aisle on his mobility scooter, but suddenly Kilroy Evans ran past Marty, patting him on the head on the way. He slid into the ring and belly to belly suplexed Steve Awesome over the ropes. The Sheik took out Alexander Von Blankenship with a slingblade. Wesley Crane was left in the ring, and cautioned Kilroy and Sheik to calm down. He turned around into The Scimitar black mass kick by The Sheik and before he could fall, Kilroy dropped him with The Bad Touch diamond cutter. The two former enemies, who wrestled in an LA Freeway match a year ago at Palm Springs Punishment 2022, then locked eyes. The fans were on their feet as Kilroy Evans thought about it for a moment, and then held out his hand. The Coachella crowd cheered as The Sheik looked at Kilroy’s outstretched hand. After a few moments of contemplation, The Sheik shook it and The Coachella Spotlight Showroom erupted in deafening cheers. Marty demanded The Anointed go back in to the ring, and they began to climb the ropes, when suddenly Kalmin Watts and Little Dragon ran out from the back, chasing The Anointed into the crowd. Watts, Dragon, Kilroy and The Sheik stood in the ring to close out the show, soaking in the cheers.
