We open to see a large stage ontop of the J-ROK HQ. Wrestlers and alumni alike are all in attendance as we pan across to see a podium. We start things off with Eri Sano.
Eri Sano: "(Welcome everyone to this years J-ROK Hall of Fame! This year is special in many ways. So lets not waste any time here and lets kick this show off! Our first induction needs no introduction. They have been in J-ROK since the very beginning in their SSS days. This is the longest running group and most storied groups in J-ROK history. With members winning the likes of the Mach 20 tournament, Being the longest reigning Super Duos Champions as well as holding the Visual Kei Championship, J-ROK Trios Championships and the XHF Jr. Heavyweight and Tag Team Championships! They're history runs deep so please welcome with me to the stage! Nausicaa Suzuki, Charles, Rin Kubo, Shizuku Yamamoto, Tabby Scratch and Hayley Grimes... They are SKY Force!)"
*note will put their speach here when i hear back from Nausicaa.*
Eri Sano: "(What a wonderful speach from SKY Force, another round of applause everyone! Anyways next up is our singles induction. He's another man who needs no introduction. He started out his career in the United Kingdom and once that promotion closed its doors he flew to Japan. And when he arrived he took J-ROK by storm. He's a King of Hokkaido winner, A Parade of 1000 Demons winner, a two time J-ROK Visual Kei Champion. He's an XHF Tag Team Champion, a three time X*Crown Champion... Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome with me the one, the only, the DAEMON! DYLAN BLACK!)"
The video feed comes to life. Dylan Black is seen sitting behind a table, only the greatest promo spot ever. A faint smile graces his lips.
Dylan: Hey. It’s been a while.
He nods.
Dylan: I was kind of shocked when I got the call a few weeks ago. I thought I had severed every tie, burnt every bridge to make sure my miserable ass would never see these cameras again. And for a few months it worked. But Nausicaa of all people reached out to me, and man I wish I could have seen her face during this call, and told me how the committee decided that this year I was being inducted into the Hall of Fame. How smug I felt that my bitter SKY Force rival had to tell me I had been given a J-RoK accolade that she, as a much longer tenured member of this company, had yet to achieve. SKY Force has also barely achieved anything, so…
Even in retirement he’s still taking shots.
Dylan: But man, it’s still crazy to me how much I’ve done in J-RoK… I was the catalyst that saved J-RoK from oblivion. I’ve won almost every tournament, taken my fair share of titles, and I brought the X*Crown home to J-RoK THREE TIMES! No one has completed a fraction of what I’ve accomplished here! And it’s a shame that someone like STRiFE got inducted before me, because she tucked her tail and ran home!
Some production people whisper in his ear that he needs to wrap it up or they’ll wrap it up for him.
Dylan: Fine, fine. I appreciate my time with J-RoK, as Kira gave me the platform to mold the XHF to how I see fit. Thanks everyone, I won’t forget you. Even when you slandered my name for two years.
#BEAT#
Dylan: Oh, and FUCK YOU DARLE-
Cut to black.
Eri Sano: "(What great words from Dylan! Thanks again! But we're not finished here folks. We'll end tonight with a very special new wing to the hall of fame. Please give a warm round of applause to the brand new Steve Awesome Wing! This new wing will not only honor Steve Awesome in name, but he will also be the very first inductee into it! With his legendary run as XHF Hardcore Champion and his memorable feuds within the company as well the entire XHF, we at J-ROK would like to honor a great friend and legend of the XHF with this permanent honor. But that's not all folks, because we have one more induction into the Steve Awesome wing...)"
Eri Sano: "(Because this wing represents the best outsiders that have graced this company. And this next induction is one who has had battles since the very first Winter Festival back in 2017! He's a former X*Crown champion and XHF Tag Team Champion. A multiple time world champion and a former J-ROK Super Duos Champion. He's a former Sakura Tag League winner as well. Please welcome with me... Jason Long!)"
The ooc award is very special this year. Without this man this fed wouldn't be around today. And i'm not joking when i say that. He carried this place on his back for nearly two years while i was out of internet. But even before that he would help with matches, stories and just be a guide towards something better. But most importantly he was always a friend. That person being Dylan Black. Words can't express how much Dylan means to this company both ic and ooc. He brought us the crown three times! and was always enthusiatic with stories. Even some of my bad booking, he took it in stride. Dylan became an even bigger star in J-ROK and it was a pleasure helping that happen. Thanks for joining us all those years ago. Thanks for saving this place when i was down. and thanks for everything else. Welcome to this years hall of fame brother!
*dylans speach*
I started e-fedding in the spring of 2017 in a little video game fed called Black Diamond Wrestling. We ran for only five shows before rebranding and ran another year before we had closed. While there I met a guy called Ryan, better known to some of the GWA folk as Darksyde. He had invited me to join their dice fed and for years I forged friendships, became an honorary Firestarter, and with everyone else got ghosted/banned. The itch never went away and I joined an E-Fed hub, where I found Icon Championship Wrestling. My tenure there was brief, as the fedhead Rob ended up closing shop a month after. There was some vulture who circled the entire time I was there who brought us all to XHF just after. And that’s my story before I joined “the fed.” The rest, as they say, is history…
The decision to join J-RoK all these years ago came about because after AXW closed, everybody just assumed we would all migrate to AWF and make that an ultra powerhouse of the best RPers around. I tested the waters of AWF at A Very AWF Christmas but it ultimately wasn’t for me. I chose to spend some time in J-RoK, as this was right about in the alt fed boom with other Angled, Dice, Video Game (shout out to my boys Joe and Hunter) popping up. I guess I joined J-RoK because alt feds were hip.
When Kira had his emergency in 2021 and was popping up once a month to drop new cards, results, booking, etc. I offered to ghost write and help J-RoK from closing (which Mongo was very adamant I did not do as that would take away from my admin duties). Of course it became public knowledge very quickly who was writing for J-RoK. I think this time definitely took a toll on me but I loved every minute of it. J-RoK had been the longest run non-rp fed and I guess deep down I still wanted to have something to do between global shows. Helping Kira out was never about fame or being acknowledged like the head of the table, just helping a friend out. In the end I like to think I left my mark on J-RoK and changed the game around there.
To all my former redheads; TJ, Donny, Ace, Ryan, Swann, Kira, Swann again, and Rob from ICW, and the XHF Admin team as well. Thanks for creating a playground for me and so many others to play on. Thanks for all the opportunities to grow, compete, and win.
And thanks to the friends I made along the way. Joe, Hunter, Brewer, Scorps, Mosler, Bobby, Jack, Robbie, Mav, Swann when he shows up , PRICE, Spike, Jesse, Drag, and Fargo. You guys were best friends, but better enemies.
This is Dylan, going back offline.

The powerful speech from Steve Awesome received a round of applause from the man also being inducted into the Hall of Fame right next to him, Jason slowly took a step up onto the podium and took a deep breath. He gave a small chuckle before shaking his head from side to side.
Jason Long: “Not every day that you’ll walk into a promotion and change the landscape on it’s entire head, but that’s how I felt for all of the times that I’ve come and gone inside of J-ROK or whatever it’s been over the years. I’ve been coming into this promotion for many years now, even before the inception of the brand that you see before you today. I’ve been happily making positive moments throughout the years and there’s never been a day that I come to Japan and regret a second of it. I’ve had some highs here and I’ve had some lows, and honestly? This is the one place that I love coming back to each and every fucking time that I can. No matter what, this place will always be a place that I could have fun every single night if I could and I wouldn’t turn down the offer on that either.
I have won championships here, I’ve battled against some of the best around, I’ve won tournaments and I’ve gone through hell and back in order to save the damn universe from falling apart – of course, J-ROK will have a place in my heart. And I want to keep this as short as possible because there’s a moment in time to pour my heart out to those that have meant so much to me and that day is coming up soon. I’ve thought about it for a very long time, I’ve even gone on some hiatuses to see if it was exactly that time but I’ve made my mind up. My story has been written, has been told, and has been well documented. Whilst I could very simply just walk out of here and not even say a word, not even show up like any of this matters?
I want to put a date on it.
In 2025, at the very beginning of the year, I will wrestle my final match of my career. Whilst I’ll have obligations elsewhere and those will be sorted out very soon enough, I am going to retire in one year’s time. There’s no doubting it, there’s no bullshitting anyone – I know my time, I know my place, and I have one more year left in me because... again... I’ve done it all in my career, I can wrap it up right now and leave it all behind happily, I know what I can do right now but I won’t because I want to make sure I have one more run in me. I have one more chance to show the world why I am — and always have been — The Best Bout Machine, The Last Breathing Mercenary, a King of Professional Wrestling as a whole, and so much more! I want to show that one more time, for one more run, for one more chance.
I would have been going strong now for seven whole years at the beginning of January when I first started my journey and I think that’s a long time to let a career have one last ride into the sunset because it’s deserving. Again, I won’t begin speaking about people until it is that time but just know, I appreciate each and every single one of you who has supported me, will support me throughout the next year, and will forever support me on whatever might come down the line in the future. This means a whole lot to me, as you could tell, because this decision is not an easy one. No, it hasn’t been an easy one and neither will this moment be either.”
Jason takes a visible deep breath before turning to face Steve Awesome right beside him, the tears beginning to flow heavily down his face, but he manages to keep the smile going.
Jason Long: “Oh, you cunt.”
He began to chuckle, trying to clear up the tears continuing to fall.
Jason Long: “I had heard so much about the great Steve Awesome for so long ever since joining the XHF Network back in 2017, because everyone respected you and they loved you. That’s not a secret either, you’re loved by everyone — even though you are the biggest asshole in the world, you are their asshole. I’m sure that we’ve had our small encounters from time and time again since you showed back up here but I’ll always remember the time we’ve had over the past year. You and I have told many great tales and I’m more than glad to have been able to tell that story with you. For you have helped me, in a way, to be able to introduce myself as becoming ‘The Real Hero’ and fighting against a villain like you helped elevate that point all too well. I hadn’t planned on it being myself and you fighting for the Hardcore Championship because I had set sights on Spike Kane, because I wanted a bit of a rematch from the year beforehand, but I am more than glad with what I had gotten out of you.
Even with the added extra of Jesse Jamester, you and I are something that I’ll always have respect for because you helped me fight a little bit tougher when I thought that I was about to throw in the towel again. I had just lost back-to-back X*Crown Championship matches and those stung, but you still managed to put up a fight and not back down in the slightest. You want to know why that, Steve?
Because you’re awesome.
And the whole world will forever remember you as being awesome, just like your name says. You’re exactly what it says on the tin, figuratively speaking, of course. You will always mean everything to me, for all of the laughs that we’ve shared over the past year, and all of our times that we’ve done changed the scenery to try and piss off Mongo – or even the entire Network viewers themselves – and there wouldn’t be anyone else I’d want to share those moments with except for you. Nobody, not a fucking soul. I love you, brother. I hope that, wherever you might head to after tonight, is going to be blessed because they’ve just picked something Awesome for themselves.”
The entire arena begins to applaud as Jason reaches over and grabs onto Awesome with a hug, the tears beginning to rush down his face as Long holds onto Steve with a tightened grip. The two separate for a moment as ‘Full of Regret’ by Danko Jones begins to play through the speakers, as both men grab onto one another’s nearest arms and raise them high. The closing shot to the scene shows the arms raised of both Long and Awesome as they become the newest members to the J-ROK Hall of Fame.
Jason Long: “Not every day that you’ll walk into a promotion and change the landscape on it’s entire head, but that’s how I felt for all of the times that I’ve come and gone inside of J-ROK or whatever it’s been over the years.
