Hello everyone. I happened across this website because I was reminiscing about e-fedding. So I did google searches for ezboard/yuku and found out that my old profile there and all the boards that I remembered are either gone or something else horrible (what is tapatalk anyways?). I searched google for random usernames that I could remember and RobArnold was the one that was successful. So I was looking at the Xtreme Hardcore Federation over on their archived yuku page and that's been inactive for a decade. Long story short, I saw the link for this place and saw two usernames that I remembered from the old ezboard/yuku days. And that was Steve Awesome and lone wolf shane hunt. I believe I know Steve Awesome from around 2006-2007, very brief doing something at The Xtreme Alliance on ezboard/yuku with Dan Keeling.
I don't know if anyone may be able to provide any info, but I became curious at what has become of my e-fed friends from nearly 15 years ago. I'll name a few people that I remember specifically, and if anyone remembers these guys, that'll be a cool trip down memory lane.
First, me:
I was under this username or 'Ryan Lez' on ezboard/yuku with e-fed characters named Ryan Lez, Ryez, King Ratt (that last one is horrendous lol). I was apart of places like The Xtreme Alliance, The Xtreme Invasion, Fake Wrestling Federation, and a few more places that escape me.
I roleplayed with people like DavidWShand, Dan Keeling (aka almost every other username imaginable apparently like Brummy, Chi,and plenty more), RobArnold, lone wolf shane hunt, Holy Roller 2, Daniel GQ. There are plenty more, but it's been almost a decade since I was really involved in e-fedding and possibly 7-8 years since I've visited any of the boards. Although my RPs sucked, I do miss it and guys that entertained me with their RPs.

Haha, welcome! I’m Mongo, the XHF owner! We made this board after the XHF closed down in like 2008 or so. Just las year we relaunched with this XHF Metwork.
Rob Arnold is here! He’s the X*Crown champ. Steve Awesome isn’t too far away either.
A lot of us are from the ezboard era, most of us took a break and have recently come back.
Welcome welcome!

It was so long ago but there was a time when I was in the FCW (Flux Championship Wrestling)...All I can remember was we had to call it a Flux-o-Tron and the backgrounds were blue....
4 concussions and some damage to the head cheese turns memories into whispers...

No idea. It was forever ago. I could not even tell you when it was. All I remember was the dude was named Dennis Flux and I never won a match. TBF I was like 12 too so...

Oh wow, yeah I remember you Ryez. Not a name I was expecting to hear from! Keeling turned out to be a number of handles as you say, but I can vouch that Brummy, Chi, Shane Hunt, Joxide and David Shand are real, separate people. Roller Deuce was once somebody different but became Keeling (makes it sound like a body snatchers concept).
Anyway it’s good to have you here. I’ve only just started back up after almost 10 years. I know you’d fit right in if you fancied it!

Hi, I was just doing a speculative search to see if any of the old e-feds I was part of still existed in any archives - apparently not, but I found this thread. I wasn't sure whether to reply, to be honest. It was so long ago. But yeah, once upon a time I went by the name Dan Keeling (and a few others, as alluded to, but only place fillers - not Chi or Brummy Midlandson).
I probably wouldn't've responded if I hadn't seen the painfully recent message with the sad news of the death of Steve Awesome. I remember him from way back when, and he seemed like a lovely lad. It's just a reminder that life is fleeting, and we should all try to help the people around us have a happy time here on earth.
Anyway, I'm aware this was posted 6 years ago originally, but if anyone from back then wants to chat or ask any questions, I'll keep popping back every now and again to monitor this account (if that's ok with the people here) 👍🏻

Back around the turn of the century and the early 2000s, I was burdened with a very crappy computer because at the time my dad didn't think "real people" needed computers and the internet, so when my mom put her foot down and said I needed a computer and internet for school, he bought the cheapest weakest Hewlit Packard he could find, and 56k dialup back when everyone else was switching over to landlines.
Reason I mention my computer?
Because the efed I ran, IWA, got invited into the National Wrestling Council/National Wrestling Council Affiliated Leagues. Every one of those efeds used EZboard. But I not only didn't like EZboard (I was on Team Boardhost back then), there was something about the EZboard ads that my junky computer really hated. Getting on an EZboard forum was not a question of if, but when it would Blue Screen Of Death my computer. The NWCal guys and especially the NWCal president endlessly badgered me to ditch boardhost for EZboard, but I just plain refused.
What's weird is I don't think I've ever met anybody else who had PC stability issues when it came to EZboard.
MIDIs also used to make that computer crash. 'Member embedding MIDI versions of your theme song in your RPs? I had to ban it because I got tired of opening an RP and having my computer instantly crash.
My technical know-how back then was non existent and I didn't even realize it wasn't normal for a PC to crash every time a leaf fluttered.

The only issue my slow-ass net had with ezboard was our awesome layouts never fully would load. I spent YEARS just assuming all of our graphics were low-res. Then I went to my best friend's house and saw the board.
