While attending college in Japan she worked in retail to get by. Unfortunately she burned out and failed out of college. She could not return home to her family out of fear that they would think of her as a failure so she kept them in the dark about her failure in college and remained in Tokyo working in the retail environment. Years of working in retail having to play the nice and friendly customer service agent has built up rage inside of her and now she’s found a way to release her rage.
