Hey guys! As you folks know I have a crippling addiction to EWR.
Rather than that being a negative though, let's turn it into a game!
How it works is this:
-We figure out who wants to play, pick a year, pick a fed and then I'll list up the roster. You can choose a roster member or try another wrestler of that era (though I have to see if I can actually get him as they might be under contract elsewhere).
-I'll put the rest of the original roster and a few other guys into the developmental and as they "graduate" you can claim one as your secondary character.
-I will play EWR as normal with my somewhat robotic booking based on overness and who's overness is closest to the varied titles. I'll post quick summaries of the results as I play and make any notes as I go along.
-New people can jump in any time
-BUT, you won't know your guys stats. So you might end up having a bang-up match and soar up the card or be absolutely terrible and flounder the whole time.
-You can request matches (and maybe even match types for ppvs) if your sparring partner is down with it and request to change gimmicks or turn face/heel. Trash talk is greatly appreciated as long as it's funny or in character enough to be cool
-The idea is the journey, not wins and losses. Like somebody could totes pick a well known guy and win every match; but it'd be sort of boring to play as since y'know, he never loses and probably is pretty bland.
Before we start though, I need about uh....at least 10 people to join just in case we end up on prime time tv. Then we can figure out the year and the fed. Swann thinks Mexico might be fun though so we might do the first time of the game there in either AAA or CMLL
SO WHO WANTS TO DO WRASSLIN STUFF THA'S NOT VERY TIME INTENSIVE!?
