Our first group decision is when we'll be in terms of decade, after that we'll zoom down what year and then we'll pick a fed.

Pre-2003 is a little more restricted for specific years. Like I think the 70's are just 1975- but they included pretty much everyone even if they didn't debut yet (just made them jobber level). After 2003 (when the game came out) there's lots of updates because people started the tradition of monthly updates.
