Hello, I have a proposal for the XHF Network admins, I know with the influx of new and older handlers coming into the network. All of the Fed admins are extremely busy. So I have noticed that there are a lot of guys like myself that would like and that do need feedback on their roleplays. I think if the XHF admins would create an admin position just for that purpose of having a Network admin that would spend the time of reading each roleplay and then give them feedback on said roleplay it would be a massive help to the handlers.
The new admin position could also do other things that are up to you all but their main purpose would be to read each roleplay and give feedback within a 24 hour time period of that roleplay being posted. So the person who takes that position would have to have the time and the dedication to do this job. I think this would be a great way to add to the unique quality that we have here at the XHF and it would also help the members and the Fed admins.
I hope you all will consider this and accept it and see what will come of it. Thanks.
Would anyone be willing to do this?

Hmmmm, from a professional standpoint I feel like this kind of position would likely end up with trouble- a bad review from a poor perspective can leave everyone unhappy.
But from a personal standpoint I can understand the desire to want to hear feedback on your stuff. I'm curious to hear if others have ideas on how we could figure out a more standardized system for giving/getting feedback

This is a position that would probably ask for all the personal time from a person to read every rp and comment feedback for each one within a 24 hour timeframe. Is it a good idea? Sure, but I can only see execution being horrible.
I stand by if you want feedback, just come to the admins of your fed. We'll tell you where you're doing good and bad, and where you'll need to improve for success.

don't we have a feedback forum also? This too. Most people will come for feedback in my DMs, but if people are truly desperate for feedback, ask for it in said forum designed for it

That's the thing though people have went to the designated areas and asked without any responses or they have asked for feedback from their admins without getting any. Whether it be simply the admin forgot or was busy or just blew it off. Real life may have gotten the better of them with this position it would designate a person just for that.

Yeah, I've seen the responses in the feedback section and it's frequently not much and whatnot. It can especially be troublesome if you're rping against what the fed admins are looking for and don't know about it.
I feel like "just dm me bro" is the best way; but at the same time I also feel like it's hard to completely mobilize.
I WILL SAY THIS: I've seen a fed that tried to show each booking vote to people after the shows and that didn't really help anything.
Seriously guys, if you have ideas to improve the feedback system we're willing to listen

in my old fed the admins would give everyone feedback after every show we did. but... not sure if that would help or just be another thing tacked on.

Well when you have four or five admins that shouldn't be a problem to do that and I think it would really help everyone get better. it would help improve those of us still learning and it could help build storylines and things if we knew what the admins thought about our work.

The main fedhead who kept track of all the story lines and stuff, a person who did all graphics and someone who helped write most our matches.

It's a post that would be a full time job. Take this rumble match for instance. Me, Dylan and seth are all about 7 each. Viper has even more. That's before you add a potential 1rp from each other entrant. The admin would burn out so quickly.
Personally I dont think anyone needs feedback on every rp. I'm more a fan of giving feedback on someone's general direction over the last month or two. Asking for feedback on each one is needy imo

I mean you asked me to read yours and give feedback and I still haven’t gotten around to it. To ask for someone to do it and any other task on the network (RPing, matchwriting, booking) is too much.
Also something not brought up: taste differences. I have wildly different tastes than many people. I’m sure others might say the same if we ever debated what makes a good RP. But also good RPs can come from people of all different styles. A good Jeff Viper promo looks a lot different than a good Bobby Barratt promo.
___
But while we’re here, what about an official marketer of the XHF to go promote us over social media? I know Mongo’s done some past work over Twitter. I only worry about us keeping up if the job actually goes well 😂

I've never done twitter work- reddit work though I have.
I'd love a guy who actually marketed us regularly

Me and Caff have had discussions about out differing styles very recently. Doesnt mean one of them is wrong, but one persons opinion all the time only means you start catering to their taste.
