The closing of KSW and in turn SEC Co. in the last few days has brought allot of heartache and allot of sadness from us in SSS. We had high hopes for our little brothers, but not everything ends with a grand spectacle or happy ending. We wish those who are out of a job by the closing of KSW the best in their futures and we hope our XHF Network friends can help them. We do have some news from this turn of events though as well as many other things. So let's get right to it!
- With the closing of KSW SSS CEO Emi Sakata has decided to start a small male roster division in SSS. Much like how most women's divisions work in the west and in North America the male roster in SSS has been rumored to work in the same sense. We're not 100% sure if the male and female talents will face each other, but one things for certain, the male roster will add yet another exciting dynamic to our shows and we hope the possible 10 roster members will add something fun and new for everyone involved in SSS.
- We also have the second annual Mach 20 Tournament coming up next month. While that is the focus of next month, we'll also see title matches from all 4 titles as well as someone pulling double duty that night having a match against the Idol of Sakura Champion at the time.
- Also some news on the Male roster, the question comes about what will the new division be called? and what will the new title look like? well we're happy to say Emi Sakata will be making a rare live appearance later this month to give us the full details! Not only will she tell us the Roster division name, but also we'll find out the Title, Who's signed so far, and a few other very big announcements regarding the male division and the possibility of intergender matches or even titles!
- Regarding the Gaijin ban we were told an exception to the rule will be for a small amount of new members in the upcoming male roster division.
- Regarding the recent events with Rose City SSS has decided to still go through with the Reset Fest and will hold a show in Portland Oregon on the 27th of May. For fans on the west coast we look forward to seeing you and our roster members are very excited to get the chance to wrestle against you.
- Regarding the card to this event, we will hold it a mystery. We will say, our Angles of Sakura Championships will be on the line in the main event that night as well as many other stars and fan faves, we'll give you all an authentic SSS Show that night. Come see the beauty of Joshi Puro Resu and the awe inspiring style of Japanese Pro Wrestling.
