The XHF Presents: The Superb 7
It's been a real interesting couple of weeks here in the XHF, from rivalries that have finally seen resolution, to new ones just gaining momentum, to old ones rekindled by chance. With the amazing collection of talent that we've seen shining through this week, it's been real tough narrowing our talent down to just seven slots, but we gave it a shot, so here goes!
Number Seven
"Junior Ace" Fulton Davies
"Junior Ace" Fulton Davies
*Coming in at Number Seven this week, is the eccentric Fulton Davies. While it's unclear whether or not this young man is even mentally sane, it is hard to question whether or not he is capable of wrestling. We found out at Overheated that he can do just that, and damn good too, when Davies earned an impressive win over another newcomer, Syco! However, Davies celebration was short lived when PM Acid won a competitive battle between the two. Either way, just like his opponent last Friday, Fulton Davis is opening eyes, and getting the attention of many around the XHF. It'll certainly be interesting to see what's next for this young wrestler, and perhaps next week, we will find out!*
Number Six
Mr. Happy
Mr. Happy
*It's true, this eccentric XHF star may not have come out on top in Tag Team Action on Gastro, nor was he successful in qualifying to become the number one contender to the No Mercy Championship at Overheated. However there is no question that the guy has a lot of heart, and most certainly has big things coming in his future. We're still not exactly sure why Harold Campbell tried to attack him on Gastro, but certainly we're going to find out one way or another. What will come of this relationship between Happy and Harold, and will we ever see Happy and Tara Fenix hook up? The first question is plausible, but on the second part... don't get your hopes up!*
Number Five
"The Headliner" PM Acid
"The Headliner" PM Acid
*Making his debut on the Superb Seven is PM Acid, a new comer in the Xtreme Hardcore Federation. To be fair, this is the debut edition of the Superb Seven, so everyone is making a debut! Back on topic though, PM Acid has without a shadow of a doubt opened eyes in the XHF recently, from his disturbing promos on television, to his extremely competitive match against Fulton Davies this past Friday on Gastro! It took a hell of a fight, but in the end, PM Acid was able to defeat Davies, and henceforth is appointed to spot Number 5 this week.*
Number Four
Reeshi
Reeshi
*With a chip on his shoulder as always, Reeshi came out of Overheated after a successful title defense against Chris Kanyon. Despite retaining his title due to interference from Steve Awesome, it has become obvious that the X Crown Champion never asked for any help. Consequently, what will come from this situation, especially considering that Reeshi has had his sights set on taking out MGK once and for all? Will Steve Awesome or Chris Kanyon have a role to play, or will those two settle their differences on their own time?*
Number Three
Enmity (MGK and Tara Fenix)
Enmity (MGK and Tara Fenix)
*The members of Enmity have been on somewhat of a roll lately, with each member winning their respective matches at Overheated. The two seemed to be closing in for a win over Mr. Happy and Randy Angel on the latest edition of Gastro, but interference from Harold Campbell and Reeshi assured that no decision would be made at the end of the contest. With tempers flaring between Enmity and Hierarchy, we can expect this war to boil over for the next few weeks, perhaps, until MGK receives the X Crown Title Shot he earned against Reeshi at Decimation!*
Number Two
Primal
Primal
*Currently undefeated in the XHF, Primal made his debut by defeating two other promising new-comers. This earned him an opportunity to enter Cruiserfest 2009, and upon winning that, Primal immediately qualified for a No Mercy Championship shot! With his eye on the gold, Primal quickly took advantage of this momentum, by attacking Sexy Jason at the conclusion of Friday Night Gastro! What more can we expect to see from this demonic character?*
Number One
Sexy Jason
Sexy Jason
*It's been a real roller coaster ride for the "Sensational Rookie" this week. First, after a hellacious battle with Harold Campbell, Sexy Jason overcame the odds, and finally won the No Mercy Championship! Not only that, but just a mere five days later, he went toe-to-toe with a very intoxicated CK "Rat Bastard" Owens, and again, he came out on top! With an impressive title win, and defense, all within one week, what does the future hold for Sexy Jason? And more immediately, how will he respond to the savage attack he received at the hands of XHF newcomer, Primal?*
All these questions will be answered next week, as each event in the XHF falls into place like a piece to a puzzle! Stay tuned, to see how rises up the Superb 7, who goes down, and everything in between!
