PHANTOM STAR WRESTLING RULES
Welcome everyone to the world of Cruiserweight/lightweight only wrestling where we are bringing the era of High flying, daredevil, no speed limit matches back. Do you remember the days of crazy outrageous competitive matches? When you watched the likes of Alex Wright, the Lightning Kid or even the famous Luchador Psychosis, well this is where you can be those type and style of characters. Phantom Star Wrestling will be a test of your wrestling knowledge along with your ability to tell a great story while participating. See winning is great but not everything and here participation and knowledge is everything. As a Cruiserweight/lightweight Fed only, your character pic base and info must match those of this division and company. See this company is all about the participation of the character the more you roleplay the bigger the push. So let's have some crazy high flying fun here are the basic rules if you need to know anything else please contact The Cosmo Kid a former AWA Cruiserweight champion and now the owner and General manager of Phantom Star Wrestling.
1) Each member is allowed as many characters as they like, just make sure you're not overextending yourself and can remain active.
2) A character must have a fully completed application before competing be creative but remember this is a Cruiserweight company and these guys are smaller. They must be under 245 pounds to fall in this category and the pic base must fit as well.
3) Use of other peoples characters in role-plays must be with full consent. It should be noted that any verbal or physical attack on a PSW Champion would be seen as an attack without consent unless management and the champion have approved such actions.
4) Role-plays will be expected to take the same caution towards words and insults regarding race, sex, drug usage, and sexuality as any other XHF Network company or to put it simply if it wouldn't be found on WWE Television don't do it.
5) Members will not flame or otherwise attack other members in or out of PSW sites. So NO OOC attacks on any XHF Network member.
6) No member is a 'better' role player than another and so should not be referred to as such. Role-playing is not a science and it's all about your character's story, so just write a great story for your character.
7) No 'insider' terms should be used in role-plays. Role-plays are completely in character. The Phantom Star Wrestling Federation should be treated as a shoot promotion, not a worked one. Also, the PSW has no card positioning, and so card positions should not be referred to. So keep it "KayFab"!
8) Self-promotion out of character is not needed or wanted. Your role-plays will do your promotion for you. In other words, DON"T go begging or crying for title shots. If you're active they will surely come to you just put in the effort.
9) There is no word limit on role plays, just remember just because it's longer than your opponents doesn't make it better. Keep that in mind when telling your story! Role-plays are basically to tell your character's story and the more you tell us and the fans the better.
10) PARTICIPATION is key to a successful storyline!!!
11) The only time role plays are mandatory is during title matches or Global events, other than that it's your choice to role play or not. Just remember rules #9 and #10.
