NEWS ANCHOR: What's in store for your weekend weather? Stay tuned to hear the latest from WGN-TV meteorologist Tom Skilling. We'll be right back...
**News broadcast cuts away, replaced by an image of the interior of an elevator. The camera pans up and to the right, bringing into focus a man in tailored slacks and a black pea coat, the collar pushed up and framing his face. His somewhat disheveled, auburn hair is pushed back, but his most prominent feature is a substantial but well-groomed mid-length beard that frames his face. His eyes shift and he looks directly into the camera. The whirring buzz of the moving elevator is heard in the background.**
Ah. Hello there. Nice of you to join me. If you're not aware of who I am, let me introduce myself—only the polite thing to do, right? My name is Raymond T. Starr. If that's not familiar to you, it will be soon.
"Why is this gentleman talking to me?" you wonder. Why, only to warn you of the impending storm, my friends. I am here for one reason, and that is to bring a new day to Riot Star Wrestling. To shine a new light on the darkness.
**The elevator briefly shudders, there is a ding and the sound of doors sliding open. Starr nods and walks toward the camera, then out of the frame. The camera pans around and we see Starr has exited the elevator out onto a floor of what appears to be a skyscraper under construction. The buildings of downtown Chicago are easily visible in the forefront, obscured only by steel beams, not walls. The setting sun splashes reds and oranges on the horizon as Starr walks to one of the exposed beams and leans against it, surveying the city in front of him. He begins speaking again, looking into the distance rather than at the camera.**
As you can see, the view from up here is quite nice. And I've been watching. Closely watching. I see what has been going on in Riot Star Wrestling, and it's clear to me that something must be done. I've been watching and observing my fellow competitors, and I have been willing to wait. But the time for waiting is over.
What time better than the present? With Anarchy 52 on the horizon, right here in Chicago in my home state of Illinois.
Yes, this is where I will make my mark. Or, at least, the first of many in RSW. It's clear to me the standard has dropped too low. I won't point fingers—at least, not right now. There's enough blame to go around, and I have to start somewhere. So, wherever that is—whoever that is—let's make it Anarchy 52. Who will be the first to be made an example of? To be exposed?
**Starr looks over his shoulder and into the camera.**
None will burn more brightly in the night than I will. And I will burn through Riot Star Wrestling.
**Starr returns his gaze to the city, its shadows beginning to dance in the fading sunset.**
The waiting is over.
**The scene cuts to a WGN-TV weather graphic spinning onto the screen.**
