The GCW Hybrid Division is to work in place of a Tag Division. The matches will mostly be contested as Tag Team matches... With a few Handicap matches should the event arise.
If you are in an official Tag Team, you'll primarily work with your partner. If not you may find yourself place in to a 'Random' team. The major difference being that you can opt to 'Turn' on a random partner (Or your Actual partner if you so wish). When you have climbed high enough in the Hybrid Rankings (ran separate from the Singles/World Title Rankings) you gain an automatic title shot.
I've tried to answer every question I imagine this will bring, but if you have more please ask.
Hopefully this will allow us to use Tag Wrestling in an interesting manner and be engaging enough to form a working division.

The Title(s)
- The Hybrid Championship(s) can be used as both a singles and tag team title.
- At Any point during a Team's reign as Champions, one member can turn and steal both belts for themselves.
- A Solo Champion can split the title and form a new Team as Champions.
- A Solo Champion will not be placed into Random Teams.
Teams:
- Official Teams will be used were possible. If One Half of a Team is required elsewhere, double duty or Handicap Matches may result.
- Random Teams will be created as required for booking purposes. If placed in a Random Team, should neither member 'Turn' by RP deadline, Team becomes an 'Official Team'
Solo Superstar:
- If you have dissolved a team and have enough points to challenge for a title shot, you can do so as either a SOLO Superstar, or pick a new partner to join you.
- At times you will be placed into a new Random Team - If you allow this to become 'Official' by not turning your points are added to your partners.
- Turning MUST be done by RP Deadline to ensure inclusion on Show is possible.
- Turning is preformed by PMing GCW Staff via Boards to notify intent to turn.
- Only Match Victor gains points in Hybrid Rankings: Turning at an opportune moment could let you earn a title shot while costing your partner theirs.
- If your team wins a match: Turning means you turn on your partner after the victory, resulting in the match continuing as a Singles Match - In Victory should only ONE member of a team Turn, that person will win automatically.
- If your team loses a match: Turning means you will exit the ring and not suffer a loss or Ranking decline. Instead the team will dissolve and the points become yours as a single competitor.
- If BOTH members of a Team turn in Victory: The match becomes a singles match to determine the winner.
- If BOTH members of a Team turn in defeat: The match descends in to chaos and you lose (rather than walking away). The team is dissolved and all points are lost.
- If NEITHER member turns in Victory: Your team gaining points and climbs the Hybrid Rankings toward a title opportunity.
- If NEITHER member turns in Loss: Your team loses rank moving further from a title opportunity.
Rankings:
- Unlike 'The Ladder' used for Solo Ranking, only No. 1 Contender(s) can challenge for title opportunity.
- You are first entered in the Hybrid Ranks as a team. Turning on a partner dissolves the team in the rankings, giving you all the team points as a SINGLE superstar. - This may result in Handicap Matches or a New Random Team.
- If two ranked solo Superstars decide to form a team, they merge their accumulated points in the Rankings - Remember, your points can be stolen by your partner.
- A former/turned on partner can request a match for what was the Team's points/ranking position.
