"This was when I began my career, of course, at that time I was wrestling with my surname and everyone knew who I was. My father was well known in the Camden area and most parts of London, it was the thing of if you liked Professional Wrestling and love British Professional Wrestling then you knew who my father was. He was known for his style of wrestling, many claim he was the man who began the "British Strong Style" era of wrestling, though I kind of doubt that. I was booked in a dark match for an English promotion named London Wrestling Association. It's been like the one "home" that my father always wrestled for, and yeah, he has gone to other promotions and been booked like a celebrity but this was the one place that never treated him like one and he found respect for it."
The camera shot finally opens up in a ballroom of sorts in Camden, England; with a small and low wrestling ring sitting in the middle of the room itself. We find Alexia with her father, who's speaking with the booker of the event and the promotion. She begins to run the ropes as her father continues to speak to the booker.
Father: Alexia!
She stops in her tracks as her father's voice echoes throughout the room.
Father: That's not how I taught you, do it as I told you!
Alexia: Dad, I know how to run the ropes, it's not that hard.
Father: You will do it as I taught you, I want you to continue on the family tradition for when I cannot compete no more. I don't last forever, you know that.
Alexia: You keep telling me this all the time, dad.
Father: And I will not stop, now do as I told you.
Alexia: I'm nearly twenty, not twelve.
Father: I will not repeat myself, Alexia!
Alexia looks at her father with disgust on her face, she lays on her back and rolls out of the ring before walking away as her father yells.
Father: Get back here! You're a disgrace to this family's tradition, you will never be like me!
"Yeah, that's the day I realized that my father is nothing more than a selfish man. He only cared about his own reputation, nothing more and nothing less. He accepts no mistakes, a mistake will leave you not being booked until you don't make those same mistakes. How did he have the power to do that? He just had that way with the bookers, as I said before, he's a local celebrity. They will take his word over anyone else's word, and if I were to say anything... I'd be told how worthless I am, how I'm not cut out to be a wrestler, or even how I'm a shame to the family tradition. This is the sort of things I have to deal with on a near-weekly basis, and that's just half of the abuse I get. I'm supposed to be the first woman in the family that wrestles and he's treating me like i'm a student of his. I've always refused to train with him, work with him in any way possible, be apart of storylines he wants me to be in. I've always had to ask anyone that approached me with some plans they had that if my own father had any connection to it. That's how bad it got. That's when enough was enough."

"If I could tell you how fed up I was of wrestling, then this was it. I took a week off to heal from a sprained ankle, which still wasn't fully healed but here we are. This was the one event where my father didn't come with me for, then again, we had a fight a few days prior which left me and him not on speaking terms. Of course, I didn't tell anyone I still had a messed up ankle or the reason why my father wasn't with me. It's shocking to see how many can run up to you only to look for your famous father that's made a living in Professional Wrestling, and yeah, it does kill me with every person that comes up to me and looks for him but I don't care really because at this point it's just grown on me that he's always be better than me."
The camera shots opens to Alexia sitting along the ring apron, her hand gently caressing her sprained ankle as she raises her head and looks around the room, wrestlers for the show and workers for the promotion help get the show ready when bell time rings in approximately six hours. Alexia has a man, dressed in a slight purple-coloured suit, approach her with a clipboard in her hand.
Man: Where's your father? He's usually here with you.
Alexia: I told him I want to take this show on by myself.
Man: I feel like not booking you, or I'll have to face the wrath of your father.
Alexia: He's fine with it, you are making a big deal out of nothing here.
Man: Mhm, now you know what you're getting into tonight, do you?
Alexia: Yes, I do.
Man: Good, I moved that match up to the Main Event for tonight's show, so I'll be expecting big things from both you and Martha.
Alexia: Myself and Martha work perfectly together. I think we're going to steal the show, if you ask me.
"Martha Adams was a young up and comer like me, she had this bubbly personality about her that just made her likable by anyone. She was like a best friend of mine, she knew me well and I knew her well. We met on a little show in Portsmouth in October 2014, both of us teamed together and she was only making her debut. It still feels like yesterday when that match happened, I remember it clearly."
Man: That's good to hear, now is there anything I should know about before this show begins?
Alexia: W- What do you mean?
Man: You know... Any medication you've been on recently, any injuries that you're still recovering from, the usual questions a booker would ask their workers before a show. I cannot be having you go out there and tearing yourself up into pieces.
Alexia slightly hesitates her answer.
Alexia: I- I have nothing to report so far.
Man: So far?
Alexia: You never know what could happen between now and later, right?
Man: Right. Well, I'll inform Martha about the match being tonight's Main Event. I'll chat to you soon, Alexia.
Alexia: Yeah, thanks!
"Why didn't I tell him that my ankle could give up at any point during my match? Well, one reason I came alone was to prove to my father that I didn't need him, and that's how the fight began. He thought I was still a rookie, even after being a champion for a few times within the last year, and said that I'm still a child and shouldn't go by myself... even when I'm twenty-one years of age. Though I am jeopardizing my friendship with Martha, who would be slightly annoyed at me, this is something I need to do. This would be my first attempt at straying away from the family and my father's reputation of Wrestling."
A Few Hours Later...
We open to the show itself and it's Main Event time, as both Martha Adams and Alexia make their way into the ring, they're left facing each other as the bell rings.
Commentator: Well folks, this is one hell of a match in store. Friends become bitter rivals for one night only.
The bell calls for the beginning of the match and both women hammer away at each other, the match continues until we come to the near end of the match. Alexia is seen limping around on the same leg as her sprained ankle.
Commentator: Alexia looks to be having trouble with that ankle, she's seemed to have had problems with it since the start of the match.
Alexia continues on with the match and hits one Forearm Strike and then following up with a Hammerlock DDT, she brings Martha to her feet and then brings her in with a Waist Lock before hitting a Bridging German Suplex, a move made famous by her father but Martha kicks out at a close two count. Alexia quickly switches things up and hits a devastating Tiger Driver, as she's about to go for a pin, she hears a loud and familiar voice ring out through the room.
Voice: NO!
That's when realization hits everyone and it's her father, coming from the crowd and into the ringside area.
Father: You win with that Bridging Suplex, nothing else! I did NOT teach you to wrestle like that!
Alexia looks at her father with a twitch in her eye, but she turns to Martha and begins to hammer away with stiff punches and kicks to the head of her friend. She brings Martha to her feet and drops her with another Tiger Driver, and finally pinning her friend for the win. Her father enters the ring and begins to shout at her, right in her face in front of everyone.
Father: What the hell is wrong with you!? You're out of control, you're ruining my reputation and the family's reputation. You're a disgrac-
With one punch, Alexia drops her father and then leaves the ring. Her father lays there, holding his jaw and in perceptual shock.
