Spencer Newman a man who has always been on the borderline of being either a criminal kingpin or the perfect citizen in the eyes of the world. Yet no one has ever been able to prove a thing. He has managed to make his way to the cushioned position as the Head Warden of the Missouri Department of Corrections where he uses his position to gain money, power and control over everything and everyone. He now has managed to do so in the world of wrestling by using his position as Warden to acquire The Convicted to due to his bidding.

"Shepard of Fire" starts to play by Avenged Sevenfold as several armed correctional officers walk outlining up along the rampway as "The Warden" Spencer Newman makes his way out onto the entrance ramp. As he stands there holding a large key ring with two handcuff keys on them. He slowly walks down the ramp with a look of pure self deserved dominance on his face as he enters the ring and waits for a microphone.
