Details surrounding Project 51's appearance in Mexico is "Top Secret", but he lives within the region of Area 51. Rumors have been said that Project 51 has been around for Centuries roaming different realms in search of DNA to gather from the most powerful and exotic Dragons imaginable. Over the last century he was able to collect enough DNA to create a hybrid specimen that he now calls "Vaim Dragon". Since the beginning of Vaim Dragon's existence Project 51 has been going from realm to realm looking to prove his and Vaim Dragons dominance.
