Still not much to go off. Best theories I got right now:
- I think character work is useless to go off of. Mav "claiming" Einstein looks like it's just him responding to Mosler asking where Einstein is and making a joke about his own superior intellect.
- To this end, it strikes me as odd that Mongo has pushed this thread - even though he is playing IC himself, and even though he's presumably seasoned enough to realise (as I said above) that h2f is unlikely to have repeated the very mechanic that caused the last game to fail - it looks like he MAY be attempting to push a narrative here.
- Kira is coming across as townie to me. He's maybe trying too hard to look into the 10:16 ratio and seeing clues where there are none, but he does seem to be trying. He brought up the "what if the spare inventions are extra scum powers?" question - this is plausible, because in both her previous games h2f has given people combined powers,I but I don't think Kira would put it out there if this is true and he's scum.
- Hype tried to tie DT down to a town role (commuter) very early on with a very strange link. This could MAYBE mean they're a scum team. That school bus probably hasn't been submitted by any of us so fishing to see if anyone claims it (nobody has) could be setting up a safeclaim. The counter to this is that Hype FOS'd DT but a FOS means nothing, especially this early in the game and for such a weak reason.
- Mosler asked scum if they had any plutonium they could give him. Eh, this is a really weak link because I've done it as town but directly addressing scum comes across as a scummy distancing tactic to me. Like I say, it's weak, but could have merit.
- Caffrey is in a similar boat to Mongo in that he's offering out opinions on what might be a scum power (Photoshop, ice cream machine) which could be an attempt to direct people towards certain powers once those powers become known.
- Kanyon stresses that he's town. Eh, not enough to condemn him but it never looks good.
FOS is going on DT, Hype and Caff right now based off of the above.

Vote - Mongo for chasing characters when it makes no sense as a scum-hunting method.
