Caffrey is one of the top stars of the entire XHF and he and Syb have been on a one way road to this confrontation since the Rumble in Jan, now, they meet one on one in the middle of the ring.

Results are decided on overall body of work over the duration, not just the currents weeks efforts. A no show for the entire show is a automatic loss the following show, pre match promo's carry more weight than post match promo's.
