GIMMICK SUMMARY
Anarchistic cult of personality type leader, who uses her soapbox to try influence people to live outside the norms of society. A former lovable loser, who grew tired of being kicked around, she looks to raise up her own army for vengeance on a society she felt shunned her.
HISTORY
Debuting into the business aged 17 as an impressionable scene kid, alongside her childhood best friend and wrestling mark Trixie, Dark found success early on as a tag team. However, when Trixie found love and in turn, in Dark’s eyes at least, neglected her friend, the kid became resentful and turned on her. This would be the story of Dark’s career for many stretches, often teaming and associating with more popular people and being relegated to the butt of most people’s jokes, because she was small, or not pretty enough, or a bit of a loser. Always a nice bubbly person despite this, over many years Dark’s frustrations grew, as did her insecurities. With her long term relationship dying around the same time as she was released from a global American promotion, a twisted and resentful Dark fled the limelight to the small-time American independent scene. Here she met her first disciple, and later partner Chance Gamble. Over the next couple of years,Dark recruited a couple more to her cause; former tag partner Ignis, who once had been viewed as her more popular and talented friend, but had since fallen on equally hard times, and Arabella, a deeply unsettled and temperamental woman cast aside by those she loved. Now, Hayley and her disciples are ready to strike on Japanese shores... the country where society and the daily bustle of life is most celebrated.
