INTRODUCING THE COTT NETWORK Sam Keith: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is with great pleasure to announce the creation of the COTT Network. A video clip is shown of a screen and the URL: www.cottnetwork.com.
Sam Keith: The Confederation has slowly been growing as a strong wrestling collective, a showcase of the best that the American continent has to offer - whether it is Canada, Mexico or the Mid Atlantic, we are improving the quality of content with each new show - and would love to share it to you all on a larger platform. Clips of COTT's top stars such as World Champion, Nicolas Lopez, Fox Mask, Greg Gauge, Frankie Perez and the Tag Team Champions, Ring Generals are shown.
Sam Keith: Launching in three weeks time, at MAW Wrestling Classic, the Network shall bare witness to a new era of professional wrestling. In the main event, the COTT World Heavyweight Championship shall be on the line as Nicolas Lopez defends against the winner of a 15 man battle royal - the latter match kicking off the show. A video clip is shown of Nicolas Lopez holding the COTT World Heavyweight Championship after beating Hollywood Brett Star this time last year.
Sam Keith: The Ring Generals will also be making an appearance as they find out who will be challenging them for the World Tag Team titles at the upcoming super-show. Ring Generals are shown with the tag team titles.
Sam Keith: Not only this but many more of our top talent will be in action - it will be a must-watch show and you can already pre-order the live-stream at www.cottnetwork.com, using discount code, "New Era" to get 20% off! Video of the network and its awesome features, such as the separate rosters, title pages, facts and history.
Sam Keith: The Network will be continuously adding content from past COTT shows, such as the recent Rip Chord Invitational that took place less than a week ago and many more of the big events since the Confederation's founding in 2011. A video clip of the Rip Chord Invitational.
Sam Keith: So make sure to get a head start on a new era, and subscribe to the COTT Network today. OOC: Yes, editorial changes were made to get this running - it may be seen as cheating... But, I feel as though it needed to be done. The promotions would definitely struggle to stay in business based off of just attendances alone, so therefore I felt it was only right to give them a "network" to showcase their talent and shows. USA: Very Small. (Hawaii and Puerto Rico: Tiny) Canada: Very Small Mexico: Very Small In kayfabe wise, it was funded by contributions of OLLIE's ($1,000,000) and Sam Keith's (one of the most popular wrestlers in the C-Verse world) banks. Together, the network was created by them (but mainly financed by Keith himself, being the owner and founder of COTT).

You can always have him wrestle and protect him. I do that. Or just use him in angles. But it's not good for the business to have an injured wrestler. About the Network... CHEATER! We all saw that!!! Although a good choice specially to take the most out of your talent pool. Although I think you should be able to keep every company afloat if booked correctly financially speaking. At the same time, I want to see how much it will change the landscape of the entire C-Verse.

But yeah man, my idea for it is global expansion of the brand - down the line adding the likes of a British fed or Japanese fed into the alliance. The only way we can do that is by getting the Confederation more exposure. There's also storyline reasons for Fox being written out aswell, that will factor in when he returns.

CZCW VENDETTA Location: Grissom Auditorium (South West) | Attendance: 2,000 SELL OUT PRE SHOW:
Singles MatchErnest Youngman Mark Smart vs. Ernest Youngman df. Mark Smart | Rating: 47/D+The Assassin of the Squared Circle made his debut for CZCW in a "trial" match, battling local enhancement talent Mark Smart in the opening pre-show bout. He proved why he truly was an "Arch Competitor" and dismantled the poor guy in around five minutes, dominating the match-up with his excellent technical prowess and natural ring awareness. He finished him off with "The Hit" (A shoulder-lift, spinning stunner) to score the pinfall victory.
MAIN SHOW: Interview SegmentFrankie Perez The Guru The Guru interviewed Perez about RCI Victory | Rating: 54/C-
The Guru kicked off the show by announcing the winner of the Rip Chord Invitational XI - Frankie Perez. "Kill Switch" came out to a decent pop from the CZCW faithful and headed to the Coastal Zone Interview Podium. Shaking the colour commentator's hand before awaiting the questions.
The Guru: A massive congratulations on winning the Rip Chord Invitational and bringing it home to the Coastal Zone, Perez. Though I've got to ask you, now that you have a guaranteed shot for the COTT World Heavyweight Championship at any time of your choosing, have you already got a date in mind? Heck, what about that COTT supershow coming up in a few months time?
Perez thanks Guru before being handed the microphone.
Frankie Perez: Many, many people expect me to be cashing in my shot at the supershow - and I don't blame them, it will be the biggest show in COTT's calendar year so it only makes sense that I claim the title there and then... But... Guru... I have unfinished business here in CZCW... See I was pushed to the edge at the Rip Chord Invitational... None more so than by Marvel Malloy, who decided it would be a good idea to jump me with a steel chair to get the advantage in our semi-final match-up? I am not having that... Yes, I managed to prevail... Yes, the dipshit got himself disqualified... But no-one... No-one tries to take advantage of me...
He shakes his head, almost disappointed that he didn't see it coming.
Frankie Perez: Before I head off to greener pastures in the COTT World title... I want to teach Marvel Malloy a lesson... That no matter how much he thinks he can take advantage of me, I will always prevail...
The crowd pops loudly.
Frankie Perez: But enough of Malloy, I have bigger plans in mind for tonight - As of right now CZCW is my home, and it currently lacks a face of the brand - Fox Mask is out, and the CZCW Championship is vacant... The same title that has alluded me my entire career here in the Coastal Zone... I've been a three time tag team champion... A former Xtreme champion... and tonight... I want to become the CZCW Champion.
He points at the vacant title on the announcer's desk as the crowd heavily pops, before heading to the back!
Singles Match California Love Machine Jonnie Perez vs. California Love Machine df. Jonnie Perez | Rating: 48/D+
Following the interview, Frankie's cousin, Jonnie Perez was in action against the ladies favourite - California Love Machine. In a good match filled with high-flying, technical wrestling and taunting to the crowd - CLM managed to pick up the win in around 11 minutes, pinning the younger Perez after nailing him with his spectacular, highlight-reel, finisher - the LAX Departure (shooting star leg-drop).
Weapons Match Coastal Zone Xtreme Championship
Carlos Barrera (C) Bullseye vs. Carlos Barrera df. Bullseye to retain | Rating: 29/E
The Xtreme Championship was on the line as the new champion, Carlos Barrera, made his first defense of the title - defeating the "Extremist" Bullseye in around eight minutes. Full of over-booked spots and hardcore weapon shots, this match was only meant to serve the purpose of adding some extra flavor to the show - as was the deal with the Xtreme title. Bullseye came off as really sloppy in the ring, almost lost at times, and found himself struggling to find coherent ways to get into the next spot - Carlos on the other-hand managed to hold his own, impressing management by getting a slightly decent hardcore match out of an otherwise undeveloped worker.
Post Match Waylon Walls Miguel Riviera Bullseye Carloss is jumped by Walls and Bullseye, Riviera comes out! | Rating: 38/D-
Following the match Carlos held up his title, bleeding from the forehead. Former champion Waylon Walls rushed out and "pearl-harboured" the champ from behind, proceeding to stomp on him for good measure. Bullseye quickly joined in and Carlos was defenseless, being beaten silly by the former champ and his new "associate". That's when Miguel Riviera's music hit!
The fans popped for Carlos' tag team partner, who rushed out with a steel chair in hand! Walls and Bullseye quickly escaped the ring and awaited ringside as one half of "Notorious" slid in and helped his partner to his feet. Carlos thanked his best mate, but before he knew it Riviera cracked the steel chair upon his partner's head - knocking him out cold! The other two jumped back into the ring and continued on their attack. Miguel got a mic.
Miguel Riviera: Y'know Carlos... I thought that would have hurt me a little more than it actually did... But at this point, I've given up caring...
When we first came into this promotion in 2012, we promised to rise up the ranks together... Become tag team champions and stand tall atop the CZCW mountain... But here we are... Four years later and we're still the opening act on every show. The same routine, open, lose, repeat. We had one reign as champions but it lasted less than two months... Four years we've been scraping to get up the card. Four years we've tried our damnest to become champions of the world... Together. And yet here we stand, today, and you've suddenly decided to go on a pretty lil singles run with the Xtreme Championship?
Where's the "togetherness" in that homie?!
I couldn't just sit back and watch someone who, I thought, was my best mate leave me behind like I never even existed? So I made a lil call, to these two men standing beside me - the former champ, Waylon Walls... And the 2015 graduate, Bullseye... Together we would rise up the ranks... Without you, Carlos... Because one thing I finally realized in the past month since you left me behind... Was that it was always you holding me back... Well not anymore homie. We ain't "Notorious" anymore...
Me and my brothers here? We're the Coastal Guerilla...
Singles Match Air Attack Weasel Simon Waves vs. Air Attack Weasel df. Simon Waves | Rating: 47/D+
After impressing management last month with his qualifying match against Frankie Perez - AAW was given a chance to shine against Simon Waves, who has slowly been working his way up the card (albeit, despite losses). In the match, both men were given time to showcase their abilities, entertaining the fans with their skills as performers.
Tag Team Match Coastal Zone Tag Team
The Wild Cats (C) Rich and Famous vs. The Wild Cats df. Rich and Famous | Rating: 56/C
El Jaguar and Tigre Salvaje Jr made their second successful defense of the Coastal Zone Tag Team titles defending against former four time champions, Jake Idol and Jackpot Jordan. Once more they brought over their lucha influence to the American wrestling scene, proving why their style of wrestling may be the future here in the c-verse. All four men performed at a high standard and management are said to be very happy with the match and it's rating.
In-Ring Promo Marvel Malloy
Marvel Malloy addresses the Frankie Perez situation | Rating: 47/D+
Former COTT World Tag Team Champion and Perez' enemy, Marvel Malloy comes out to a rather loud boo from the crowd. He gets in the ring, taunting them, before grabbing a mic and cutting a promo.
Marvel Malloy: I am guilty. Yes.
And I apologize... To no-one but myself! That's right, I got too caught up in the moment that I let my arrogance get to me... And it cost me my chance of winning the Rip Chord Invitational. However, despite being eliminated from the tournament due to trying to take an advantage... I have an even greater advantage right here, right now... Because I know Perez... I know his kind... The fighter that isn't content with just winning but making sure he is in-fact number one. Well Perez, you and I both know for sure its eating you up inside that you made it into the finals with a bye... And I know for sure you're doubting your own victory because you never had the chance to face me in the semi-finals... You feel like your win is tainted. False. Lucky, almost...
Well it is. And you can keep telling yourself that. You never beat me, fair and square, to advance into the finals.
He lets off a loud chuckle as the CZCW faithful loudly boo.
Now, you've already challenged me to a match - you've already put the offer on the plate. And because of that, I once again have the advantage... See, if I don't accept this match, then even if you went and won the COTT World Heavyweight Championship... Deep down inside, in the back of your mind, you'll know you never 100% earned the right to that title. Because you never beat Marvel Malloy.
So here's what I'm proposing.
Me and you battle it out, in three months time at CZCW's biggest show of the year... Welcome to the Coastal Zone... BUT. In order to get that match... You have to put your title contendership on the line... And if I beat you, then the record books say that I, Marvel Malloy, won the Rip Chord Invitational 2016...
He cackles into the mic, his arrogance and ego fueling him - he throws it away before heading to the back.
Singles Match Storm Spillane American Flash vs Storm Spillane df. American Flash | Rating: 48/D+
The other half of the former COTT World Tag Team champions was up next, as he battled the All-American hero himself... American Flash! Flash, being one of if not the smallest member of the roster (at 5'7" and around 170 lbs) saw himself the underdog against the toned lightweight wrestler - but made sure to rectify this by hitting moves the likes of someone only his size can, so unique Spillane was almost struggling to combat them. Unfortunately for CZCW's resident underdog though, he was put away with the Kneeling Boston Crab submission in around thirteen minutes to call and end to their exciting matchup.
In-Ring Promo Cliff Anderson
Cliff Anderson makes a match for the title! | Rating: 53/C-
CZCW's owner and play-by play announcer finally revealed that it was main event time, and that they would crown a new CZCW Champion after the former champion, Donnie J, had left the company. He would introduce the competitors one by one before allowing the match to start.
Cliff Anderson: So at this time... I would like to bring out first... Marvel Malloy!
Marvel came out from the back looking rather surprised, and extremely cocky that he had been chosen to battle for the vacant championship. The crowd heavily booed him! He taunted them and even offered a handshake to Cliff, almost licking his ass at the thought of being chosen to battle for the belt. He'd get a mic.
Marvel Malloy: You've made a good decision here, Cliff! That belt is mine baybay!
Cliff would almost smirk before announcing that...
Cliff Anderson: And... His opponent... "Kill Switch", Frankie Perez!
The fans would pop massively as Malloy's face of grandeur dropped into a face of terror - he would shake his head and plead very loudly as the RCI winner would make his way out from the back to "Kill Switch Engage".
Marvel Malloy: No! Please, Cliff! I- I already came up with a great marketing for the match! Yo- you like money right?? This would sell tickets man! Not tonight! Please man!
Cliff would ignore him as he welcomed Perez into the ring, the RCI winner moved into his corner, ready to teach Marvel a lesson... But Cliff wasn't done...
Cliff Anderson: And introducing last... But not least... The Japanese wrestling superstar... the indie wrestling sensation... CZCW's very own... SUPER NINJA!
The CZCW faithful popped extremely loud for the former five time TCW Cruiserweight Champion and CZCW regular - who was out of action last month due to a nagging back injury. He came out doing his signature poses as Perez and Malloy reacted to the announcement... Perez a bit disappointed that he couldn't get the one-on-one singles match... And Malloy pissed off that this was now a three-way featuring Perez.
Triple Threat Match Coastal Zone Championship
Frankie Perez Super Ninja Marvel Malloy vs. vs. Super Ninja df. Frankie Perez and Marvel Malloy to win | Rating: 66/C+
Super Ninja really shone in this matchup, despite being 41 years old he is just as good as ever and proved that when battling two of CZCW's brightest stars. Marvel was always looking to try and avoid Perez in the match, whilst the latter was attempting to hunt him down and teach him a lesson or two. This allowed Super Ninja to keep on taking the advantage, and in the end after 21 minutes of brilliant wrestling Super Ninja was able to put away Malloy with the Ninja Strike! That meant that Super Ninja was the NEW CZCW Coastal Zone Champion!
Post Match Brawl Ninja thanks fans, Perez and Malloy brawl to close! | Rating: 61/C
Following the match, Super Ninja thanked the fans and held up the CZCW title high - promising to defend it each and every show and be their fighting champion! He headed to the back whilst Malloy pulled himself to his feet, angrily shouting at Perez that "if he didn't focus on him the whole time, they both could have had a fairer shot at winning". He then spat in Perez' face, which made "Kill Switch" pull himself to his feet and shove the cocky youngster to the mat!
Malloy, almost shocked, swivels back to his feet and charges at Perez - both men throwing fists at each other - leading the crowd to pop loudly!
Back and forth they went, going up the ramp, battling on the stage, fighting with steel chairs in the time keepers area... Nothing could stop them! Security and referees tried pulling them apart but still, somehow, they managed to rush back at one another and throw strikes. This carried on until Malloy was finally subdued - and Perez was seen walking to the back with Cliff, who looked as though he was calming him down... And maybe even pitching something...
SHOW RATING: 59/C- | This show increased CZCW's popularity in one region.

Ernest Youngman df. Mark Smart Poor Mark not-so-smart to get in the ring against Ernest Youngman. I've always treated Ernest Youngman in the same way with some other nuances that might interest you down the line. I build him as a Wrestling Machine, a cold, calculist, technical wrestler that dismantles his opponents. The Man of Thousand Holds and yes I inspire myself on Mike Quackenbush for his technical submissons.
Interview Segment Frankie Perez The Guru Frankie Perez getting bussiness done. Average promo. Hasn't said much, but hey, he's on screen.
Singles Match California Love Machine Jonnie Perez CLM wins. I'm not adapt to have matches in the card just for the sake of having two guys wrestling. I get the picture of "Filler Match" but that's not the reason why I watch wrestling. But okay.
Weapons Match Coastal Zone Xtreme Championship Again filler match with hardcore. Hardcore elements make it even less watchable for me. Like we are this dudes fighting each other to death is what gets me to watch it. But at least they're fighting for a championship so is half as bad as it should be.
Post Match Ok... This is getting interesting. Partners break-ups are always a fun watch. Is this a stable now?
Singles Match Air Attack Weasel Simon Waves Average match rating, but then again match with no story. I know you are building up your characters and show. But have people fighting each other for a reason, some hype. Is a live event after all.
Tag Team Match Coastal Zone Tag Team A match I would like to watch with more story into it. Tigre Salvaje Jr is a great perfomer. I always hire him. Jake Idol and Jackpot Jordan are great too.
In-Ring Promo Marvel Malloy Well this seems such a WWE thingy to do Swann. A guy won a tournament with several contenders. Now Malloy wants to fight for what Perez has won? It removes all the credibility from the tournament itself. But hey this is a fantasy booking but I'm certain Malloy and his ego could blame Frankie Perez whining and that he is mad at him and the management, bla bla bla, and carry on the feud.
Singles Match Storm Spillane American Flash Well another filler match. Okay.
In-Ring Promo Cliff Anderson Okay so I remove what I said earlier. Let's hope you don't put the contendership of Perez on the line. SUPER NINJA!
Triple Threat Match Coastal Zone Championship I was about to say this was good booking. And it is until a certain point, the match is hyped at least. Didn't liked the description. Malloy should target Perez so you hype your feud, but instead he was running away from Perez. Not gucci. Good title win for Super Ninja that is a bit shadowed by the feud so nobody really pays attention to it.
Post Match Brawl Again, a guy just won the title. But is shadowed by another feud. He thanks the fans while the others are going at each other? Is a mess at this point. But Perez and Malloy brawling is building up the only feud you have at this point - the partners thing just had a segment so far. But once again, Perez over. You need to make Malloy look credible he was on the RCI semi-final. If he isn't credible enough how do you expect them to sell tickets if they have a match scheduled? People would already know the outcome.
SHOW RATING Overall an average show. You're still building your roster and your characters, carry on Mr. Swann. I will be here reading and giving my opinions, most of them are just personal thoughts and I like what you're doing. Don't take my thoughts wrongly as I really appreciate what you're doing here, I'm just a smark. Next show!
