Help is on it's way! It's been a while, huh? (Kira and Yuki)

Last time we saw the shocking return of Angela Dewitt. She really pissed everyone off by saying Breaking News at the beginning of every sentence. I mean what idiot thought that was gonna work? No wait people didn’t hate that? Well wow. So anyways she has some bomb death nano tech thingy macguffin in her head. If she doesn’t break news she’ll die and her head will look like a watermelon being dropped from a tall building. Real gory type stuff. No one wants that and Mongo The Destroyer doesn’t feel like having another lawsuit on his hands, so our ungrudgingly hero Kira Izumi does the best he can to help this poor woman, who he met by sheer chance and not because we wanted a good overarching story for the rumble.
A few days have passed and now Angela Dewitt breaks the news for the king of hokkaido himself. Kira whips out his phone to call a number he hasn’t called in years. Honestly he didn’t even know if it would work. He took a deep breath before pressing the name on his contacts. The phone rings after a moment and we can see a sigh of relief on his face.
”Hey, i know you probably still hate me after what happened years ago, but this is really important right now.”
”I told you i never wanted to speak to you again. Please don’t call me again.”
The female voice on the phone hangs up on him as he hears a brrrrr sound. He recalls.
”I said i had something really important to say damn it! A few things really, but I seriously need your help with the space alien people you hang out with nowadays. There’s a god damn woman here who’s gonna fuckin’ die if she doesn’t get help!”
”I still don’t want to talk to you, but i can’t just sit by and let an innocent die.”
”So you will help?”
”Yes… where are you right now?”
”We’re in Roswell.”
”New Mexico?”
”Yeah.”
Kira hangs up the phone and almost as soon as the phone hangs up, we see a flash behind him and Angela. A young woman, many fans know as Yuki Sakaraba, Emerges from the bright light as she approaches them.
”I’ll never get used to that teleporting stuff, i swear!”
”Who’s the person in need of help?”
”Breaking News With Angela Dewitt! If I don’t break the news i’ll die!”
”There’s a chip or some curse thingy in her head. It was put in there by Cosmo Kid, at least that’s what she told me.”
”Come here, let me check your head.”
Yuki walks over to her before pressing some buttons on what looks like a wrist watch or gauntlet. She waves it around Dewitt’s head and neck area before she looks at it. The device beeps and bops for a moment.
”Yeah this isn’t good. Somehow Cosmo Kid implanted an ancient cursed rock in her brain. There’s no way i can remove it right here and now, but i should be able to if i get her to the ICP HQ.”
”I don’t think Juggalos will help much right now Yuki.”
”No it’s the International Coalition of Peace. God it’s like you didn’t even check out the recreation of how i became the Kawaii Supernova!”
”I don’t watch anything on the network unless i’m on it or my opponent is on it.”
”And you wonder why you lose all the time. Enough small talk, i gotta take her with me so the ICP Doctors can get this thing out of her brain.”
”Oh no your not doing anything unless i’m coming too! I gotta make sure she’s safe and gets out of this alive.”
”Fine… Just hold my hand, We gotta teleport there.”
Kira and Angela do as they’re told hesitantly. In a flash they vanish from the awful desert landscape and appear in the middle of a metallic like building from a quick glance.
”Follow me this way.”
They do as they’re told again. Not wanting to get lost and stuck in this weird place. They see many different beings from all across the multiverse, from cat girls to cuthulu like beings. They walk for a short while before we do a fancy star wars like cut and they walk in front of a door with alien writing above it.
”In Here, quietly.”
They follow her in.
”(Sir, i have a favor to ask of you.)”
“(What is it child?)”
”(This woman was implanted with some kind of ancient curse stone deep in her brain.)”
Yuki urges Angela to move forward.
”Breaking News With Angela Dewitt! There’s something in her brain! If she doesn’t break news, she’ll die!”
“(This is the curse put upon her, yes?)”
”(It appears so. She was extremely annoying when PHI was around. Every single second of every single day breaking the blasted news.)”
“(I see. Come here young one. I’ll break the curse in a few moments.)”
”Angela go sit in that chair. He’ll take out the cursed stone in your brain.”
”Breaking News With Angela Dewitt! She’s never been more happy in her entire life!”
”Come on Kira, we’ll wait outside.”
Kira nods as they head out.
They stand outside before sitting on a bench.
”So how’s your daughter and wife doing?”
Yuki says, trying to break the ice and tension.
”I thought you didn’t want to talk anymore.”
”It’s better to talk then sit here awkwardly. Besides, you’ve really changed Kira. Going out of your way to help her like this.”
”They’re doing good. Kirito misses talking with you. Ai asks where aunt Yuki is from time to time too. They really loved you. It’s just me, always being a screw up ruined something good again.”
”That’s good to hear. I miss them too. Kirito was always a person i could rely on backstage. Ai’s such a great kid too. Besides you guys all i had was…”
”...Sang-Hyun…”
A brief moment of silence comes after.
”...Yeah… I still can’t believe he’s gone. We loved each other. You know that?”
”He was a good kid. Too good for the world and too good for this business.”
”Yeah he was.”
More silence.
”He’ll always be with you. In your heart and memories i mean.”
”Thanks. I really mean that too.”
”You’re welcome.”
”Hey Kira…”
”Yeah?”
”I’m happy we got to talk a little here. Maybe we can try to be friends again after i win the rumble.”
”Yeah after i win it i’d like that. I don’t want to lose anyone else. It hurts too much.”
”You can say that again.”
Yuki gets up and nudges Kira to follow her after a short while. They head inside of the previous room where we see Dewitt laying in the chair and strapped down. The large dragon like being who operated on her is standing beside her.
“(The operation just finished up. She should be in good health and uncursed now.)”
”(Good to know, thank you so much for helping us!)”
“(Not at all, it was a very low level curse stone actually. It was just in a hard to reach space is all.)”
Soon after Angela is back to normal, we’re back on earth and this thing is finished because i’m tired of writing.
