WRESTLER’S WEIGHT:

TWEENER:
Benefactor (Face-leaning)
Neutral
Antagonist (Heel-leaning)
HEEL:

Pure Evil (Pinnacle of Heel alignment)
STATUS AND GIMMICK TYPE: (where are you at in your career and what kind of wrestler are you?)
Status:
Greenhorn (Either still in training or fresh outta wrestling school. These guys usually go out there and make established guys look good while they’re learning the business)
Jobber (Usually veterans who have been around, are well travelled and know how to get guys over without having any issues doing it. They will likely put younger guys over as their stock rises, knowing that that ship has sailed for them)
Opener (Guys who open the show. Sometimes they win, sometimes they lose. But typically, they don’t tend to win the championships. Instead, they’re perfectly content opening the show with a good, hot match that sets the stage)
Lower Midcarder (Guys who are on the undercard, usually wrestling in the 2nd-4th matches. They might get there someday, but right now, this is where they are)
Midcarder (Those guys you KNOW are stars, and typically, they’re the show-stealers and workhorses of the show, even though they’re not the biggest draws. Basically, whenever these guys show up, you’re in for a treat!)
Upper Midcarder (They’re like the Midcarders, except you can believe that these guys could be World champions. And someday, that may very well come to pass)
Main Eventer (The active guys who are the most over and draw the most money. Essentially, you’re working hard to get to where these guys are, and once you’ve been there, your name will be etched in history)
Part-Timer (Those special attractions who aren’t quite of legend status yet, but when they show up, they could sell out some of the largest arenas. The only catch is, they don’t appear full time, only making the big events to spike ratings and PPV buys. Heck, most of the time, they don’t even main event the show they’re on!)
Legendary (And lastly, those guys who have done it all and made their mark on the business. When these guys are long gone, they will forever be remembered as one of the GOATs in the business)
Answer:
Gimmick Type:
Rassler (The most vanilla and basic of character types, guys of this type are typically great in terms of In-Ring Psychology, but don’t often tend to be tremendous talkers. There are exceptions to this rule, however. Not every Rassler type is bad on the mic and this type can be applied to pretty much anybody)
Showman (Easily one of the most charismatic types, the Showman always knows how to entertain the audience and make a spectacle of their match. The Showman is usually great on the mic and great in the ring, usually more willing to do comedic spots in their matches as opposed to Rasslers, who are all about the no-nonsense, old fashioned wrestling)
Bigmouth (Often considered the “Evil Twin” of the Showman type, Bigmouths are typically greater on the mic than the Showman is and often, they’re considered better talkers than the Showmen are. The tradeoff of that being that typically, their matches tend to be slightly less entertaining than their “Good Twin” counterpart)
Hulk (Now, these guys are intimidating in stature and forces of nature in the ring. They typically tend to brawl more than wrestle and usually, even though other wrestlers might find their matches to be lackluster, the fans eat it up)
Ghoulie (An absolute horror show, The Ghoulie type tends to be either frightening or comedic. Some would say that the Ghoulie type is a close relative of the Showman type, as both are equally as entertaining in the ring as they are on the mic)
Specimen (HOLY SHIT, LOOK AT THAT BOD!!! The Specimen typically tends to have the most impressive physique of anyone on the roster, and they are VERY proud of that fact!)
Patriot (The Patriot is… pretty self-explanatory. They’re proud of where they come from and anyone who dares to challenge them on it is gonna be in serious trouble)
Athlete (More impressive than anyone else on the roster due to their past achievements, the Athlete usually has a background in some kind of previous athletic or combat sport, before coming to the world of Professional Wrestling)
Loner (The Loner, much like the patriot, is very self-explanatory. Typically, this type is reserved for Anti-Hero Tweeners, but can also be applied to Faces and Heels, too. Whether they live for chaos, or are simply seeking fortune and glory, the Loners are ones you’ll wanna watch out for)
Flyer (The Flyers are the excitement types and are equally looked up to by younger fans and revered by hardcore fans for their flips, athleticism and High Impact maneuvers. The Flyer types are usually babyfaces as a result of this and for the most part, they go under masks, either as a part of their culture or simply because it looks cool)
Luminary (The Luminary started in the ring, but is now legitimately more famous for their appearances in media besides their wrestling career. Nowadays, they have real emotional and financial investment behind them, as well as a LOT of experience, thus really only reserved for those within the Main Event-Legendary range)
Anointed (The Anointed is the next big thing, whether the audience, and the other wrestlers, admit it or not. Someone backstage is putting all of their weight behind them and they just have to hold up their end in the ring)
Ace (The Ace is the top star, the face of the federation. Consistently either holding the title or in contention for it, they’re under constant pressure to represent the federation and take it to new heights)
Provocateur (The Provocateur is the sui generis, the strange one, the weirdo. Whether they’ve been saddled with this role or they’ve sought it out, they’re great at pushing boundaries… but how far is too far? We shall see!)
Please choose up to three (bare in mind, if there’s something not on that list, feel free to list it and I’ll be sure to add it in later)
