GIMMICK SUMMARY
Claiming to be the last disciple of Yoshihiro Asai aka Ultimo Dragon, this happy go lucky Japanese wrestler is a pure babyface(Let's just ignore the fact that he's an annoying manager/spokesperson currently in EWS' show CHAOS). Toshiro idolize Japanese legends and strive to be great like them. At the same time, he doesn't take himself too seriously and loves to joke around at the expense of his opponents. He's a proud Japanese wrestler but at the same time, he enjoys interacting with non Japanese wrestlers and even making "western" cultural references every now and then.
HISTORY
The history before Toshiro Asai's pro wrestling debut has always been a mystery due to the fact that Toshiro makes up bullshit about his life. Hell, nobody know if he indeed was trained by Ultimo Dragon(or if he's the last disciple of Ultimo Dragon). What we do know is that his real name is Kenneth Osaki and he was born in Shibuya, Tokyo(got the birth certificate to prove it). Oh and he enjoys travelling all over the world, learning new things.
Toshiro made his pro wrestling debut at Rising Sun Pro Wrestling, a now defunct sub fed of EWS and based in his home country Japan. There he met Brodie Lee Stevens(and his brother Lee Stevens. He often wonder why Brodie's middle name is the same as his older brother's name. Must be a western thing) and together they formed "JapaCana Connection." The two became a beloved tag-team in RSPW, even scoring an upset title victory over Deadly Alliance, a dominating tag-team in RSPW. After RSPW shut down and the pair went on their separate ways, Toshiro proved that he is just as good as a single wrestler than as a tag-team wrestler and had some success of his own including winning the WSW Cruiserweight Championship
