Jeremy Tucker: Up next we have two former tag team partners in the Anzac Cup tournament about to go one on one.

Andrew Fulton: Yes these two were quite the interesting team, polar opposites but a great chemistry at the same time if I remember correctly.

Jeremy Tucker: Yes a team put together in the hopes of winning the cup, and and I will give you that, complete opposites.

Andrew Fulton: I hear Javier, El Combatiente’s manager thought these two could make a run in the tournament but to no avail.

Jeremy Tucker: Some may say a bad idea from Javier by putting those two together in the first place. Seems to me he was looking out for himself more than his client.

Andrew Fulton: Well, Javier is a Good business manager. He was giving me some insider trading tips earlier you know.

Jeremy Tucker : I believe that it is illegal to do that. And you broadcast that millions of people? I guess I will have a new partner on our next show after the cops take you away after hearing you just confess on air.

Andrew Fulton: Come on I was joking, you can not take a joke.

Jeremy Tucker: What a way to get out of that one.

Andrew Fulton: Lord Dominicus is a tough opponent and this should be a good match.

Jeremy Tucker: Let's head up to the ring.

Frank Salazar: This contest is schedule for one fall with a thirty minute time limit.

[The Bear Song by Green Jelly is blaring out.]

Frank Salazar: Weighing in at 180 pounds from Parts Unknown here is Lord Dominicus.

[Lord Dominicus comes from behind the curtain as the crowd is booing loudly but he does not care anything about them he looks at them as if they are unworthy of his time as he walks to the ring with a purpose, as he gets to ringside he climbs the steel steps and steps through the ropes. He begins to bounce off the ropes looming toward the entrance waiting for his opponent.]

Frank Salazar: And his opponent from South Los Angeles and he weighs in at 219 pounds and being accompanied by his manager Javier here is El Combatiente.

[The Game by One Blood is blaring out as the two make there way from behind the curtain as the two look right at Lord Dominicus. ]

Jeremy Tucker: You can certainly cut the tensions with a knife.

[El Combatiente and Javier get to ringside as they continue to stare as they both get into the ring as Javier is giving him last minute instructions, Javier steps back through the ropes, as he does so Lord Dominicus connects with a double axehandle right into the upper part of his back. ]

[The ref calls for the bell.]

Andrew Fulton: Lord Dominicus is getting the upper hand right off the bat.

Jeremy Tucker: El Combatiente turns around as he gets caught with a quick spinebuster. Lord Dominicus drops down as he throws a few elbow strikes to his head. He pulls him to his feet as he whips him right into the ropes and he bounces off the ropes and connects with a swinging neckbreaker. She goes for a quick cover.

Andrew Fulton: El Combatiente kicks out. Lord Dominicus picks him up and hits a quick backbreaker as he quickly races to the ropes as he comes off and connects with a moonsault. He pulls El Combatiente to his feet as he tosses him to the floor. He races into the ropes as he goes flying over the top ropes and catches him with a flying body press. Lord Dominicus pulls him to his feet as he whips him right into the guard rail back first. Lord Dominicus steps back as he measures him as he races in and catches him with a leg lariat as he goes flying into the crowd from the impact.

Jeremy Tucker: Lord Dominicus waits for El Combatiente to get to his feet as he staggers to do them he springs off the guard rail and catches him with a clothesline. He checks on the ref count as he tosses him back into the ring. Lord Dominicus jumps on him with a camel clutch.

Andrew Fulton: El Combatiente had not gotten off the ground after that attack. Javier is pounding the mat trying to get his client going.

Jeremy Tucker: Lord Dominicus is pulling back as El Combatiente is trying to reach the ropes as he is within inches of doing so, Javier is trying to push the ropes to his client, as the ref sees his as he is warning him. El Combatiente reaches the ropes as Lord Dominicus breaks the hold, but quickly drives a few knees right into his back.

Andrew Fulton: He pulls him to his feet as he connects with a dragon suplex. Lord Dominicus goes for the quick cover.

Jeremy Tucker: El Combatiente just kicks out. Lord Dominicus pulls him to his feet as he picks him up and connects with a snap suplex. He waits for El Combatiente to get to his feet as he does he gets ready to spring into the ropes but Javier jumps up on the ring apron. The ref tells him to get down.

Andrew Fulton: This is smart by Javier giving his client time to recover. Lord Dominicus reaches over as he grabs Javier.

Jeremy Tucker: El Combatiente gets to his feet and he dropkicks him right into his back as Javier goes flying to the floor, as Lord Dominicus turns around he catches him with various elbow and knee strikes as Dominicus tries his best to cover up but can not, El Combatiente springs off the ropes and catches him with a dropkick. He goes for the cover.

Andrew Fulton: Lord Dominicus kicks out, Javier is still down on the floor, as El Combatiente looks down with concern for his manager. He pulls Lord Dominicus to his feet as he picks him up and hits a snap suplex. He races into the ropes as he springs off and connects with a moonsault as he goes for the cover.

Jeremy Tucker: Lord Dominicus kicks out. El Combatiente races over and connects with a double stomp on his guy. He turns around and catches him with a senton splash as he goes once again in for another cover.

Andrew Fulton: Lord Dominicus kicks out again. Javier is still down on the floor, as El Combatiente turns his attention to him as he drops down to the floor.

Jeremy Tucker: This is not a smart move by him.

Andrew Fulton: He helps Javier to his feet, but Lord Dominicus is now on the ring apron as he waits for El Combatiente to turn around and he does so he comes flying off and connects with an hurricanrana. Lord Dominicus slides him back into the ring. Lord Dominicus jumps up on the ring apron and then onto the top ropes, he comes off the top ropes and connects with a frog splash as he goes for the cover.

Jeremy Tucker: He just kicks out. Lord Dominicus pulls him to his knees as he slaps on a surfboard stretch. Lord Dominicus throwing in shots to the side over and over. He is pulling back, as he keeps firing off shot after shot. He breaks up the hold as he pulls him to his feet as he spins him around and spikes him hard to the mat with a ddt. Lord Dominicus goes for the pin.

Andrew Fulton: El Combatiente just barely kicks out. Lord Dominicus races over as he begins to lay in a serious of forearm uppercuts as he pulls him back to his feet and hits a butterfly suplex as he floats over, goes for another cover.

Jeremy Tucker: El Combatiente just kicks out. Lord Dominicus pulls him to his feet as he connects with a flipping belly to belly. He begins to lay in boots to the chest of El Combatiente. He quickly drops down as he clasps on a body scissors as he lays in more body shots as El Combatiente is in pain.

Andrew Fulton: Javier appears to have himself straightened out as he motioning for el Combatiente to get on with it. Lord Dominicus breaks the hold as he pulls him to his feet laying in a few knee strikes to the head as he grabs El Combatiente by his neck and he climbs the top ropes for a tornado ddt but he puts on the breaks as Lord Dominicus goes flying face first on the mat.

Jeremy Tucker: El Combatiente races into the ropes as Lord Dominicus gets to his feet as he catches him with a cross body block, he springs back to his feet as he bounces off the ropes and Lord Dominicus gets back to his feet as he catches him with a flying forearm. El Combatiente pulls Lord Dominicus to his feet as he picks him up and hits a reverse atomic drop and then a quick kick to the gut and connects with a ddt that spokes Lord Dominicus right into the mat, he goes for the cover.

Andrew Fulton: He just kicks out. He pulls Lord Dominicus to his feet as he Irish whips him hard into the far corner as he races in and connects with the stinger splash. Lord Dominicus slumps in the corner as he jumps up on the top ropes and comes down and connects with a dropkick. He pulls Lord Dominicus to the middle of the ring. As he goes outside on the ring apron.

Jeremy Tucker: Lord Dominicus gets to his feet not knowing where he is at, as he leaps onto the ropes and he springs off and connects with a dropkick ans he goes for the quick cover.

Andrew Fulton: Lord Dominicus just kicks out. El Combatiente positions Dominicus into a near corner as he begins to make the climb up to the top ropes as he is there he looks into the crowd.

Jeremy Tucker: Do not know how wise that is? He is wasting time.

Andrew Fulton: I agree, he goes flying off with a 450 splash but Lord Dominicus gets his knees up. Lord Dominicus races into the ropes as he catches him with a shinning wizard. He pulls him to his feet and puts him on the top ropes. He begins to make that climb up as he jumps up and connects with a top rope hurricanrana as he goes for the pin.

Jeremy Tucker: He barely kicks out. Frustration is on the face as he thought he had him there. A look of concern on the face of Javier.

Andrew Fulton: Javier is shouting instructions but I do not know if he can really here him.

Jeremy Tucker: Lord Dominicus goes to the outside and on the ring apron as he waits for El Combatiente to get to his feet. This could be what he calls the Demon's invert.

Andrew Fulton: I believe you are right. He is waiting for El Combatiente to get to his feet, as he is finally doing so, he is about to jump on up on the top ropes but Javier grabs his ankle, but Lord Dominicus turns around.

Jeremy Tucker: What is he doing?

Andrew Fulton: He is saving his client. He is helping his meal ticket out. It is what a good manager does.

Jeremy Tucker: Springs over to the ropes as El Combatiente catches him with a foot right to the jaw! The move staggers him right into the ropes as he falls exactly right in between them.

Andrew Fulton: El Combatiente races to the ropes as he catches him with the 619. He quickly races to the top ropes as he is up there as he flies off trying to a connect with a frog splash but gets caught with knees from Lord Dominicus.

Jeremy Tucker: Lord Dominicus pulls El Combatiente to his feet as he grabs him by his neck as he is racing up the top ropes.

Andrew Fulton: Could be The darkness..

Jeremy Tucker: Javier jumps up on the ring apron as El Combatiente is able to block it as he sends Lord Dominicus to the mat. El Combatiente is looking over at Javier quizzically.

Andrew Fulton: El Combatiente needs to be grateful because he was about to take the loss if he had not distracted Lord Dominicus.

Jeremy Tucker: El Combatiente moves in for the kill as he connects with Street Justice as he drops down for the cover.

Frank Salazar: The winner of the match El Combatiente.

Andrew Fulton: What a solid match but El Combatiente pulled it out in the end thanks to Javier.

Jeremy Tucker: El Combatiente is having some words with his manager.

Andrew Fulton: He won the match and that is what is important. Javier gets the winning share of that purse that is what counts.

Jeremy Tucker: I do not know maybe El Combatiente did not like the fact he put himself in harm's way, or he is awaking to the true character of his manager.

Andrew Fulton: Maybe so, but a win is a win nevertheless.

I sat in a small corner backstage, drinking from a heavenly golden nectar from a brown paper bag. To be honest, I was drunk off my ass. I was almost always drunk or high. What could I say? I have my vices. I guess it helps me get away from real life. Sad, right? Wrong. It was fucking awesome and I loved it. Always had to be honest.

I still had my little cellphone camera. It was an iPhone or some shit. With me was some grease fuck ball of sadness. It was me, ok? I was going to interview myself. Any monkey who could speak English could do it, right?

I took a drink from my bag. I'd splurged on the good stuff. I knew I'd be getting that fat ass W.


“Sam!” I said in my most obnoxious voice.

This fucking guy. I hated him already.

“It's Samuel Blackstone. Only the bitch I'm fucking can call me Sam.” I corrected.

“Ok. Ok. Samuel Blackstone. You got your first big win here in SWAT! Where are you gonna go?” This fucking douchebag asked.

I thought for a moment, contemplating my answer.

“I gotta go to Ray Ray's house. I owe that kid some money for doing something for me. I might just have enough to get more blow. I used it all before utterly {No Means No} that clown tonight.” I answered.

“ Ok. I'm not sure you can talk about your drug use on live TV.” That boring asshole said.

Like I gave a fuck. SWAT wanted me to carry this little ass phone around and video myself. The fuck they think was gonna happen? Me pretend I'm something I'm not? Fuck that. I'm the real fucking deal.

“Ok? If anybody gets offended by me doing blow out of a hookers asshole that's their problem. I ain't about to change my life just cause some fucking nerd can't handle real men doing real shit.” I answered.

“Even if it was Anthony Cafferey?” He asked.

“Who the fuck is that?” I asked before taking a swig of what had to be Gods piss.

I thought the expensive stuff tasted good and I guess this stuff did compared to the shit I usually drank.

“You should watch your language. There are kids watching.” This asshole told me.

I laughed.

“Ok. So maybe Molly sue should go the fuck to bed then. This shit we do is violent. I mean...Did you see me put that beating on that can driver? It may as well have been actual {No Means No}. Dude never stood a fucking chance.” I answered.

“Yes. I was there.”

I thought for a minute. This shit was harder than I thought. I adjusted my balls. I hadn't showered yet and the boys were sticking to my leg.

“Ok. We're going to play the name game. I give you a name. You tell me the first thing that pops into your head. We'll start with Trent Jones.” The interview said.

“Who?”

I took a drink.

“Anthony Caffery.” He said.

Um. Ok. Joanne Canelli.” He said in the most obnoxious tone.

There was a cough.

I was almost ready to take this motherfucker head off.

“Look man. I don't know any of these people. Of course I'd say the word who. Who are these geriatric fucks?” I asked.

Fuck it. I was over this shit so I got up from my little corner. I almost fell over. The drink had taken its toll. It didn't really hit me till I stood up. I wanted to go and watch psychotic random gimmick guy fight the lard ass with the world title. That was sure to be a good show. Those guys with those random ass gimmick where they tell the world they're crazy and should be feared are always up to have their added handed to them. I mean. Me? I'm real. Ain't no fucking gimmick here. What y'all see is my daily life. But that dude? With his fake props and attempts at sounding intimidating only to get ran through like a two dollar whore at a truck stop? That shits just funny. I mean..seriously. I wandered around and into the parking lot. I had no friends in SWAT at the moment.

“Shit. I just wanna watch psychotic random gimmick guy get his shit pushed in. I also wanna get balls deep in that Joanne Canelli bitch. She looks like she can take a couple balls to the chin if ya know what I'm talk in about. Fuck it. I'm done with this shit.

We switch to the back and Timeless and Roxylishus are standing in front of a Battleground banner. Timeless has a KGB baseball style shirt on, unbuttoned, his muscles rippling and oiled up, the gold necklace around his neck gleaming in the spotlight. Roxylishus is beside him, looking hotter than the Sun. A KGB boob tube on, trying to restrain them huge melons, and she is holding a mic and we see she is going into Mene Gene mode.

Roxylishus : Folks, we are joined here right now, by Timeless Alex Turner. Timeless. We just saw earlier your opponent for the night Eddie D getting some counselling from the Terminator.

Timeless : Indeed we did, Eddie D! Let me tell you something pal. You could have Jack Burton!

Together, we will run through the rest of our bracket, and then, Sir Winsalot will prevail against what’s left in the main event.

Roxylishus : Speaking earlier of ‘expendables’, tell us of the culling of Team Fairtex from the KGB.

Timeless : They just weren’t Bandit material. Never were to tell you the truth, we agreed to bring them in because they were going to turn on Goth and help me win the belt to do it, but not long after that, they stopped serving their purpose. They were good at shinning Suit’s boots and carrying his bags. Telling him whatever he wanted to hear, but they couldn’t see the big picture, that he had lost it and gone soft.

Roxylishus : The rest of us saw it though.

Timeless : Frankly, I am real disappointed. (Timeless sighs) I was hoping to take the X Crown belt from Caffrey, and make it my own. It sadly doesn’t seem he will hold onto it long enough for me to though. (Timeless starts to giggle) Lucky Linda’s got his number.

Roxylishus : Don’t believe the hype!

*The scene opens up on a view of the Palm Springs Convention Center. The show is already underway and so the parking lot is full of cars and devoid of people. We zoom out and see a man driving up to the parking for talent in a blue corvette. He hops out of the car and locks it as he takes it all in. The camera view switches from overhead drone shot to a camera crew near the doorway to the backstage area. As the doors open and the man steps in we recognize the new #1 Contender to the MCCW World Heavyweight Championship, Death Trap. He sees the camera crew and smirks*

: "It’s funny, all these fans here in the stadium. MCCW had it in Canada and now here we are in Palm Springs and people are filling the arena. It’s the kind of rush I missed at the rumble, out there dominating with nobody to cheer my name. And here I am in SWAT for you fans. I’m not gonna lie it was surreal watching back the video of my first appearance here just to goad Zoran a bit. I didn’t know if you all were going to know who I was and yet you figured it out and cheered me over your own SWAT member. Well … der komissar Z has proven to be about as loyal to SWAT as Brutus was to Caesar. So I think I understand."

*He gestures to the locker rooms around him*

: "And so when he made the foolish taunt to the roster to challenge him, how could I say no? You all welcomed me for one brief appearance, I figured why not come back and give the people of this company what they want to see! Here in these locker rooms hide a collection of talented individuals who put themselves out there every show for you loyal fans. Here in these rooms are men and women who impress on the daily. Men like Radu and Timeless, Syberus and Valentine, women like Suzi and Lucky Linda. And yeah I guess even that snake Caffrey."

*He holds up his hands in innocence*

The well of bad deeds and evidence is WAY too deep on Caffrey for me to buy this transition. I guess next Battleground I can judge for myself. : "Psychologically you crave adoration, attention from your parents. But I’m Italian and as you know we’re all just big momma’s boys. Getting on daddy’s good side is always harder. It always seems like a fight just to get noticed, nothing is worthy in his eyes. Daddy has these plans for his son and if he doesn’t meet them? Well fuck him. See I was always a good student in school. I would come home with A’s and B’s in all my subjects, real knack for science and math. All dad cared about is if I was joining the school sports teams. *he begins walking down the hallway into the arena, away from the entrance doors. He heads towards craft services to grab a snack.*

: "When I got to high school it was baseball. As very few of you in XHF remember I started my adult life in the minor leagues before moving to ECF to try my hand at wrestling. A fine decision in the end. But for pops it was always about his ideas and how they were the best. Nobody could be smarter than him. So baseball was a ‘pussy sport’ and I should try ‘futbol’ or rugby. But you know how it is with those Europeans. Traditions and ideals die hard."

*He gets to the table of food and takes a hard look around judging the spread as compared to MCCW. He nods. Must be comparable.*

: "So while I toiled away learning my sport dad would shout insults from the kitchen window. He’d heckle me at games. He’d come only to hit on the other women there, and then regret how they weren’t ‘soccer moms’. Really he is an old, beat-up, crass, behind-the-times, narcissistic piece of work. He would call me Davey Disappointment"

*He shakes his head in sadness and wipes a mock tear from his eye as he grabs an apple and takes a bite.*

: "And don’t get me started on how he treated my mom. He man basically drank all the time and would often be gone for days at a time on some bender. We’d catch him coming in early in the morning covered in hooker sweat and stripper spit. Slap marks across his face because no amount of money was good enough to cover for the horrible person he was and how he treated people."

*He takes another bite and begins tossing the apple in the air to himself and catching it*

: "I never wanted to disappoint my dear old dad. But it’s hard to match his standards … or lack thereof. Nothing was good enough because he didn’t really care. He was a selfish prick. When he ran off it was the greatest day of our lives. I was able to become a wrestler because he wasn’t there to steal my equipment and mooch off my baseball pay checks. I was able to start working out and go from the slim cruiserweight I was in ECF to the well built stud of a man machine you see before you!"

*He rubs his abs glistening with oil. That’s the money shot right there.*

: "But I still hear that nagging voice in my head. Oh you won a title? Big woop they put that International title on anyone. Oh you are world champ? Who’d you beat, the company is dying. *He smiles and tosses the apple over his head, it lands in a garbage bin*

: "Padre … papa … daddy-o … I’m sorry man. I wish I could impress you but it’s hard to impress a man who only thinks about himself and how to make himself look like a bigger man. It comes from that small dick energy he’s got going. Always the manager, not the fighter. So he steps up and takes some power in the company and immediately all the money goes missing while he ends up main eventing and in the craziest of matches. And no loyalty to the people who make the show he is supposedly a headliner for a success. When you get right down to it … Zoran is the worst father a man could have. Look at all the myriad failings of character and action! You’d never catch my mom teaching her son to act like that … that’s why I ended up a real man … cuz you weren’t there for me!"

*He laughs*

: "Zoran let’s face it, you are a failure of a man. Passing the blame for every fault, hiding every nefarious deed and hoping nobody uncovers what a weak minded, weak spirited, pathetic old failure you are. It’s clear I got my penchant for dropping titles quickly from your side of the bloodline isn’t it? It takes a real failure to rig a match and still lose. Entering last, check. Army of minions, check. Illegal knives, check. A fucking robot to fight your battles? Check check checkeroonie. It’s a good thing your minions are as pathetic as you or the plan could have worked. Say what you will about Caffrey and his flaws but if he had enacted that plan we’d all have been done from the start. And your robot superhuman got bested by my tag team partner. NOT … my bitch … my tag team partner. Mistress Discipline. You should learn the name because if you do meet MCCW at the Call to Arms you will have to reckon with the fact that you all ignored us and denigrated us."

*He shows a fire and fury in his eyes*

: "And that’s what all comes down to daddy komissar z. This is about more than that X*Crown title. Oh it’s a big piece of the puzzle baby you better believe it. But for too long I have had to sit around and watch you and Caffrey and Goth and Timeless and Syberus talk about how SWAT is the big boys place, where the best in the business are … in between you taking pot shots at your whole goddamned roster of course. And lo and behold but you were partially right. There is a lot of stuff to like here. Getting the fans in here safely is a marvel of social engineering, hosting a HUGE card every show with title matches and everything to please them. I tip my cap to you. This roster is full of impressive talent. And unlike everyone else who loves to shit on any company they aren’t a part of … DT is a global ambassador of sorts. And unlike you dear old father … I take the job seriously. It is bad form to go around crapping on the good names of companies doing good work. Sure AWF has a bunch of cheats and psychopaths but look at the quality of shows. J-ROK is tainted with business corruption and gang warfare but look at some of the talent there! I mean it’d be almost tops in the business if Dylan Black wasn’t signed on there …"

*He pauses to let Dylan catch that one and sink in.*

: "I for one am excited to see TGK and CW back with some kick ass shows. But see they all have their defenders. MCCW just gets the short end of the stick. And that’s why I’m here. Yes I want personal revenge on the man who never came to my professional baseball games, who tried to sell pictures of my mom to adult magazines in Eastern Europe, who stole my X*Crown title at Supremacy and tried to have a robot assassinate me at the rumble. And yes … when I beat you … WHEN … I will go on to next Battleground and claim that X*Crown from the ‘reformed’ Caffrey and make him tap out like a bitch. I will put him in that delightful retirement community in Seattle he turned me on to, ya know they are really quite nice. You should look into it too. But this will also show everyone in SWAT that MCCW has some top talent too. And maybe it’ll show everyone to come watch Voltage and Ignition and see the new X*Crown champ perform. Beats watching you game the system … and seeing Hayden Callahan in the main event …"

*He walks up to the security to enter into the area he can prep for his match.*

Security: "Name and business here sir?"

: "Death Trap, I have a match on the card. I’m here to disappoint my daddy one more time."

*He walks into the secure area and leaves the cameras behind*

(Eddie D is getting some support down the gym from some of the dancers from The Double D Club. But his mind is elsewhere. The Robert Palmer hit "Simply Irresistible" is playing over the gym sound system. Eddie can't seem to focus. In between reps of the bar we get glimpses of where his mind is really at....)

(Eddie is jolted back into reality when the dancers jump off the bar unexpectedly all at once and the bar flies up and over their heads.)

EDDIE: Hey?! Where'd you go? What gives?!

Savannah: Hey?! We came here to help you and you get all creepy?

EDDIE: Creepy? What?

Savannah: You always treat us like your best friends? Almost like daughters?

EDDIE: Of course. Why?

Savannah: Well we came here because you asked us nicely and for the giggles, not to give you cheap thrills.

(Eddie looks down at this crotch, gets embarrassed and throws a towel over his lap to hide the wood he's unexpectedly got happening in his shorts.)

EDDIE: Girls! I apologize. I only came here to get a sweat on. That sounds worse.
I wasn't here to perv on you ladies, if I wanted to do that I'd do that at the club. Oh shit that sounds even more pervy.
Don't go ladies. We were having fun weren't we?

Savannah: We're only joking with you Eddie. You're only human. We are amazing looking ladies.

(Eddie was about to say he wasn't thinking of them and then realised how insulting that would potentially be and bit his tongue.)

EDDIE: Well I'm still embarrassed but I'm glad you're not insulted. I think I'll take a shower and get back to the club under my own steam.

Savannah: Make it a cold shower and we'll catch you later. 

(The girls wave enticingly at the gawping men stood around staring and strut their way confidently out of the gym as Eddie wipes the sweat from his head on another towel. He rests his head in his hands for moment of reflection...)

EDDIE: She's back.

(Cave by Muse hits over the PA system. Eddie D steps out from the backstage stretching out his shoulder muscles and starts to pace slowly down the ramp. He takes a big sweeping look around the crowd and shakes his head in disapproval at their mixed reception of him. Eddie is wearing his long black duster jacket and has his baseball bat resting on his shoulder. A montage video plays on the screens of him weight training and hitting his favorite moves on people, flashing up in negative to the beat of the music as he walks down to ringside. He threatens a rude fan with the bat, the fan lunges at Eddie and Security get involved, Security have the situation under control as Eddie laughs and walks confidently and slowly to the ring. Eddie raises his hands to accept the praise he feels he is due as he mounts the steps, but even though it's less boos than normal... it's a negative reaction)



EDDIE: So here we are, Battleground comes to my neck of the woods, California!!! 

(The crowd give a half-hearted pop)


Well I thought my home crowd could do better than that?! Then again I'm in Palm Springs. Where money talks.... with a plumb in it's mouth.
It was a long drive down here from The Double D Club in Lake County, but I'll be visiting my home town of Vernon before I head back north. I doubt Vernon turned out for me tonight because there's only 100 people live there anyways. Stay safe my home town, Covid could wipe out the damned population in a weekend so stay the fuck home.


(The crowd warm to Eddie a little as he continues.)


I am The Big Deal around here and I am ready to lay down a marker tonight that makes that claim self-evident in all your tiny minds and set in stone for all to see. 

Now just because I'm not out here with Trent Jones holding my hand, doesn't mean that we're any less of a team. Just because I didn't walk out here to the Brother in Anarchy music and video package doesn't mean that we don't still have shared goals and ambitions or that anything has changed. Tonight, in this ring, I represent singles match-up wrestler Eddie D and like it or not, I am a son of California and represent you all tonight.

Trent is wrestling with some daemons. Aren't we all. I knew that there might be a sanity deficiency issue cropping up on the horizon when I became his tag partner. I would rather have that big scary lug in my corner threatening to kill people, than having him threatening to kill people and being the idiot stood in the corner opposite to him when the bell rings. The tag belts could so easily be draped over our shoulders tonight after we beat the the SWAT tag champs, but the Anzac Cup has it's own funny ways, so we'll just have to schedule that party for some other time.

The path that I am on and the alliances I make are none of your business Timeless. If I told you the decisions and plans I have made tonight you wouldn't believe me or understand them.


Talking of being hard to fathom, Psychotic Goth gave me one of the biggest challenges so far, but I came through it victorious. I believe that Trent Jones is going to make it 2 and 0 for the Brothers in Anarchy over the Goth tonight but I doubt it will be easy. It looks to me as though Trent is going to try to out-psycho the psycho and that is going to make for some very gory and brilliant TV.

I am ready as I'll ever be to face you Timeless. Bring your A game pretty boy. You're already photogenic as fuck, now throw in some guts and determination and we've got ourselves a gasp filled ratings war winner on our hands. I want this bad-boy-made-good-home-coming to be an instant classic match up, not just a forgettable mid-card filler.

I know I probably started the whole thing, me name-dropping and sharing my drunken day with a movie star, but everyone seems to have the movie star bug tonight.
Apparently Timeless feels that I need a host of blockbuster movie hard men backing me up to kick his arse. He's wrong, so wrong, but it was fun to go down memory lane with him watching his promo.
Big bad Paul Souter thinks I'm a Police Academy dogsbody in the shape of Carl Proctor. Well The Double D Club is not The Blue Oyster Bar, I have no love or hate for leather-clad men dancing, but that's not my bag, and I sure as hell ain't about to jump to attention every time Syberus calls my name. Captain Harris and Syberus can both kiss my fat arse.

The Society and The KGB are star-studded no doubt, but stables have only ever held me back. Un'stable' tag partners are more my scene right now. I can't see me rubbing shoulders with Syberus and Valentine with all the bad blood right now and after I bury Timeless and his dreams of glory tonight, well I doubt the KGB will be banging down my dressing room door for my endorsement either. 

Roxylishus on the other hand, wow. She's a fire cracker. The best manger and interviewer we have in this damn company. Being objective and giving me my due, as Timeless bigs himself up and tears me down. Roxy baby, come feel the powerful arms of a real man around you and you'll leave that freaky Doctor Who / Skywalker wannabe to dream about crowns and his casting director fantasies. Never fear darling, if you ever get fed up of nursing that bum's bruises, to his ego and his head, you come on down to the Double D club and there's a job waiting for you.

I say 'never fear', but that's a strange term. I say I fear no one around here, time and time again, but that's not because I don't understand and know fear. I say it because I know I am good enough to beat anyone here if the fates decide and I have worked hard enough. The fearful thoughts of being hurt or not being good enough, should be a fleeting but necessary blip in your consciousness as you smile and step through those ropes. Just a reality check to focus your mind, telling you to reflect on all the experience you have earned and hours of training, and label those fears as false and conclude that from bell to bell you will be the better wrestler that night. Bravery is the mastery of fear not living in the denial or absence of it.

Timeless, you're mind is full of KGB politics and dreams of titles. That could be all the advantage I need. My only focus is on giving you The Headache From Hell and pinning your girlie golden locks draped shoulders to this very canvas for the 1... 2... 3. 
For your sake, I hope you take a moment to be fearful. You're gonna need that reality check and focus, or else this fake tanned and over-privileged mob are gonna see a classic encounter descend into just another business as usual Eddie D victory.

(The scene opens in a Palm Spring's Target. An over stressed, college aged brunette is busy wiping down shopping carts when Marty Donovan, covered in sweat and sunburned, comes running in.)

Essential Worker: I'm sorry, sir. Due to a new State law you are required to wear a mask when...

(The mediocre wrestler scurries over to one of the mini fridges and starts pulling out all the Pepsi bottles. Marty quickly twists the cap off two of them and douses himself with the soft drinks.)

Essential Worker: Oh. Um...

Marty Donovan: More! More of Caleb Bradham's sweet tonic!

Essential Worker: Sir! You must wear a mask. You're breaking multiple store and State rules.

Marty Donovan: Where were your rules when I was on that ski lift to nowhere? Where was the man and his regulations when time came to a halt and there was only blistering heat and Noid facts?

Essential Worker: I don't know what you're talking about!

Marty Donovan: I don't know what I'm talking about! There were just Canadians, snaking lines, and cold conversations between neighbors. Now I'm in a freaking six man match. Do you know how many bumps that is? My supple body can't take that much ring time.

Essential Worker: I'm going to have to ask you to leave!

Marty Donovan: Why? Because I won't wear a luchador mask? Am I a Mexican jumping bean? Do I look like Terry Gordy knocking on death's door? I'm a wrestling teen heart throb. You'd really cover up these chiseled good looks? Go ahead and cost the company millions.

Essential Worker: This has nothing to do with wrestling!

Marty Donovan: EVERYTHING has to do with wrestling. Didn't you see Uncle Eric's TED Talk? Look, I don't have time for this. I need to buy all of your candy to distract James Fierce with. You can't make me wear a lunchador mask.

Essential Worker: I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT WRESTLING MASK!

Marty Donovan: Don't you raise your voice at me. I've been loyal to Target for years. Hardly a week goes by that I don't stop in at one of your stores and leer at soccer moms. Once I even bought gum. I want to speak to your manager.

(A manager in a Sin Cara mask walks over.)

Manager: What seems to be the problem here?

Marty Donovan: Better put up a help wanted sign. Amy Cooper here is about to be out on her ass.

Manager: Sir, for everyone’s health we ask that...are you covered in soda?

Marty Donovan: It is tram related!

(A neckbeard with a cart full of El Combatienti action figures, no doubt to be resold online, approaches them.)

Neckbeard: Marty Donovan! I’m going to the show this weekend. What’s parking going to be like?

Marty Donovan: Well planned as always. Tell these idiots that I never wore a mask.

Neckbeard: You used to always wear a gay Vega mask until Capcom sued. Do you think you’ll beat The KGB?

Marty Donovan: I don’t know what this is.

(In the distance, we see a masked Jonnie Valentine carrying a new sprinkler and a condolences card. Marty gasps as he draws closer to the check out.)

Marty Donovan: Shit! Jonnie is here. He wanted to go on the tram a second time and I lied to get out of it. I told him Kilroy died hang gliding and the coroner needed me to identify the body. Give me your mask! I need a mask! I NEED A MASK!!!

(Marty attempts to tear the mask off the manager. Security rushes in and drags him out of the store.)


Marty Donovan: You can’t treat me like this! I want to speak to your Owner! I want to speak to your EVP. Hell, I’ll take this to the chairman if I have to!

(We cut to inside a board room. An executive in a La Parka mask dances around with a steel chair. The phone on his desk rings. The executive sighs, puts down the chair, straightens his tie, and answers the phone. The shot fades to black.)

Act 1: There is no I in Team

The scene opens on the backstage area where we see Joanne sitting against one of the lockers. The KGB had already shown that they were already in the building and ready for the fight that was to come later on in the evening. She smiles to herself as she wipes away a drop of blood from her deep red lips as she closes her eyes and lets out a sigh of contentment. A knock comes to the door, and Joanne's eyes open and flash red as she gets to her feet. Joanne walks to the door and opens it. There stands Glenda. Joanne sighs as she leans against the door frame.

Joanne: Can I help you Glenda?

GG: I was wondering if I can get a few words about your match tonight?

Joanne: I take it you didn't see our little gatherin' in the middle of the ring earlier?

GG: I did but I would like to get a few words from you. I mean you seem to be the one that everyone now answers too.

Joanne turns and walks back into the locker room and sits back on the bench as Glenda sits across from her on one of the chairs in the room.

GG: Now tonight you will face off against, “The Palm Springs Kid” Jonnie Valentine, Tuxedo Mask & Marty Donovan and I have to admit you have some heavy hitters on your team with you tonight. What do you think your chances are?

Joanne: Really? Really? Did you really just ask me that question? I mean look at who we are facin'! Tell me what have they done for me to take notice of them? Anythin' or importance? Any titles? No! They will fall just like everyone else has when we stood against us. Sure Frostbite and I got knocked out of the tourney which we were robbed of! But that's not our main focus here tonight. No we're here to work as a team, and you know what they say... There is no I in team. The way I look at it we are a family and I don't mean the usual way. I mean like "my family". We all have our place in it...

GG: I see. So where does everyone stand?

Joanne: Well... Timeless and Roxy remind of the younger generations that are comin' through the families. Lookin' to make names for themselves, and find their place. Fierce is like a button man, while Frostbite is a bodyguard and a made man.

GG: And what about you?

Joanne: I'm the boss. I was handed the reigns by Joe. I have a lot of experience in this kind of thin' so I feel like I can handle anythin' that comes our way.

GG: I see. Is there anything else that you would like to say to your opponents tonight?

Joanne looks down at the floor and then back up at Glenda.

Joanne: Well, they haven't even really mentioned me, let alone say anythin' that I should be afraid of. I plan on goin' into this match and winnin'. We are not people that you want to mess with. This is our night and KGB will once again win and walk away with three more victims laid out on the middle of the mat. This is where it all ends for those three!

GG: Thank you for your time Miss Canelli.

Joanne: You're welcome Glenda, now if you excuse me I have to finish gettin' ready for my match.

Glenda gets up from where she sits and heads for the door. As she turns around to say something she shivers slightly seeing that Joanne is no longer in the locker room. The bathroom light was off and the lights had flickered slightly but nothing that Glenda seemed to notice. Glenda leaves the room and walks down the hallway quickly as the scene fades to black.

[Trent Jones MR Bones.]

The old abandoned church and graveyard is in full view as the sun is coming up. The car Trent Jones had used to come to the church is still out front. Sounds of an organ being played is heard. It’s being played by someone who has no musical talent and most likely never played and organ before. The camera cuts inside an old wooden casket is sitting in front of the altar. The candles are burned down to almost nothing and wax has run down each pillar. Trent Jones walks out and he is dressed in all black and he stands at the altar.

“Ladies and gentleman today we are gathered here to pay our final respects to a man that stood in the way of the SWAT Champion. You see my brothers and sisters this man has sinned against me. He caused me to fail at Anzac cup and it’s time he pays the price.”

*****scene cuts after static****

Trent Jones is in the ring at Anzac cup and it’s replaying the footage of him looking at who he thought was molly… but then the footage changes to Ray Ray earlier in the night talking about how he found a molly look alike that they can use to keep Trent in this zone.


*****back to the church after static*****

Trent Jones is standing at the podium now in the church, “this my brother and sisters is a man with sin in his heart. Today we lay him to rest and we all move on with our life”

You can hear muffled screaming and the casket is moving a little as you hear a kicking sound. The lid pops opens and a scared Ray Ray the midget tumbled out of his casket. He looks at Trent and runs his little legs at full speed for the door.

Trent screams out, “get your ass back here Ray Ray it’s time you pay the price.” Trent heads for the door and he is pissed the fuck off.

He opens the door and Ray Ray jumps out of the car. Trent was smart; he didn’t leave the keys in the car.
Ray Ray runs into the graveyard. Trent follows and he is looking behind the stones knowing that Ray Ray could be behind any of them.

“Come out you little bastard it’s time you get laid to rest. It’s time you answer to the maker for using my
Emotions and using my head to play games. You cost me the match at Anzac cup and you will not get the chance to cost me the title against the pail skinned creepy fuck that doesn’t deserve a shot.”

Trent quickly jumps behind the stone and he looks up and Ray Ray is running and Trent is running full speed after the midget.

***the scene cuts to static***

It comes in focus and then we see Trent standing at the altar in his wrestling gear and his swat title is propped up on the altar.

“Brothers and sister I stand here today on the altar as your champion and your dark lord. You see SWAT has this match all wrong. If you think some announcer got the best of me and got me to make this match your dead wrong. I hand picked this match to face the pale skin kid because I knew it was a safe match. You see this guy is no risk to me. He is a mid card filler at best. Let’s face it my tag team partner destroyed him. Goth could hardly beat tuxedo mask or whatever jobber he was facing that day.”

Trent stands up and walks over and picks up his title belt.

“I am coming into this match as a champion and I am still walking out your SWAT Champion!”

Trent opens up a black book that looks to be made up of leather and it has a skull on it.

“This book was written by a dark souled man and it speaks about the coming of the evil one in XHF. The person that wrote these words thought he was talking about himself but he was wrong. But here I stand world champion, something he never accomplished!”

*****static****

Back out in the graveyard Trent Jones is closing in on Ray Ray. Trent tackles Ray Ray and quickly drags his ass over to the grave site area. Trent lays a board across the straps that lower a casket down into the ground. Trent then lays Ray Ray down. Ray Ray is lying motionless form the huge tackle of his former friend. Trent grabs some rope from the shed and ties Ray Ray hands and little feet together.

Trent Jones laughs an evil laugh as he walks towards the church. Trent opens the doors and grabs the black leather book and walks back out to the grave. He stands at Ray Ray head and he looks at the empty chairs and speaks to those chairs.

“Brother and sisters you are gathered here today to watch your family member, your friend, your dad… wait I don’t think Ray Ray made any babies he was always talking about pulling out and finishing in her mouth.”

Ray Ray eyes open and he knows he is in trouble.
He tries to move his hands and he tires to move his feet, his mouth is gagged.

Trent Jones speaks, “we are just mere moments away from sending Ray Ray to the grave… had he not tried to play with my head and fuck with me over molly he would still be alive today.”

******static*****

Back on the altar the world champion sits. He has the belt on his lap and smile on his face. His eyes tell a story of a man in a dark place. He holds up the black leathered book and he reads from it.

“The dark one will come and will cleanse the title from the lot of jobbers. For the day he wins the title he will forever be changed. He will take on all challengers and all those that oppose him will pay the price.”

Trent closes the book, “you see pail skin the book knows of my winning ways and it knows that you are just a speed bump along the way. You already failed to impress me and Eddie d already destroyed you. Along the way you have gained some false hope but you will be very disappointed when the match ends and they announce winner of the match and still SWAT champion is Trent Jones.”

Back at the graveside Trent Jones is dressed in a black priest-like robe with a red sash around his neck. He is speaking in a form of tongues and the words make no sense to the normal person ((let’s face it to no one at all)). Trent puts his hand on the lever that will lower Ray Ray.

Trent speaks out once more, “into the ground you go Ray Ray where your little arms, your little legs and those sausage fingers can rot away.”

It was that moment a motor cycle pulled in. The bike had a sidecar. Trent let’s go of the lever as he watches molly jump out of the side seat. She is yelling for Trent To stop. Trent just watched her as he is unsure of what to think. Is it really Molly or is it just a mind game.

Molly gets closer and speaks to Trent, “Trent baby don’t kill this little guy. He was only trying to help you win a match. It was wrong but please if you go to prison form murder we can’t be together.”

Eddie D got off the bike, he knew he had to step in but even with everything going on he knew showing up with molly on his back would not go over well. He had the side car installed and made molly ride next to him at a good social distance.

Trent was still paying attention to molly, he doesn’t notice that Eddie D grabs ray ray from the lowering harness. And gets him away.

Trent Jones speaks to molly finally, “I haven’t heard from you in a while I figured you moved on when you realized I was no good for you!”

Molly stops and looks Trent in the eye, “I looked for you after the Mayo accident and you just left. I was hurt phyiscaly but I was emotionally hurt the most. I needed you Trent I wanted to crawl in those massive arms and have you just hold me. But you were gone and the locker room was empty. I gave up at that point I wasn’t going to be hurt. Then Eddie D called me…”

Trent quickly turns and sees that Eddie D has stolen Ray Ray back. Trent becomes angry and Molly steps back. He sees her face change as she become scared and he stops.

“It’s a good thing he called you and you both came… what the hell has gotten into me lately? Let’s get out of this dark place.”

Trent removes the robe and drops the book. He walks towards molly and his face has changed he looks more like the normal Trent Jones. They watch as Eddie D and Ray Ray drive off. Molly jumps in the car but Trent stops.

Trent walks back to the grave and he picks up the robe and the black book and tosses them on the lowering device and as Trent grabs the lever he sees himself on the table. He pulls the trigger and watches himself lower into the ground. Trent quickly grabs the tractor and fills in the grave plot.

Molly watches with a smile as she sees her man rejecting his dark side. She truly believed at that moment that he was right she did bring out the best in Trent Jones.

********Live in the arena********

White trash Renegade starts playing as Molly walks out in a sexy white dress with her blonde hair all curled up. She is holding the SWAT title. The lights dim
And a Whit spot light shines down on Trent who walks out wearing black pants and White Trent Jones t shirt. The two make their way towards the ring. Trent has a very happy smile on his face.

Trent steps in and holds open the rope so Molly can make it in the ring easier. Trent calls for a microphone as the lights come on and the music stops.

Trent speaks to the crowd, “ladies and a gentleman what a week it has been. Tonight you will witness the destruction of psychotic Goth and tonight he promises the flames of hell. Well fear not all you Trent Jones fans I won’t be sent to hell, truth is I have vacation in hell a few times and it’s not that scary just like the pale skin kid.”

He continues, “Molly here and my best friend Eddie D saved me from letting the darkside win, I took my medication and Molly and I are officially a couple. Life is good for me right now. This title is the second most important thing in my life next to Molly.”

The fans cheer even those that hate Trent have watched this roller coaster of a relationship over the past few months. The fans cheer as Molly kisses Trent.

Trent smiles as he speaks more, “tonight psychotic goth wants to prove to the world he is scary… he wants to prove he isn’t a jobber. He says he is like Freddy Kruger and the nightmare never ends… well I guess he misspoke. He is like genital warts and they neve go away.”

Trent asks for the title and Molly tosses it to him, “you see this belt says I am the best… I don’t care how long you held a title here in SWAT, hell I didn’t even know that belt existed. It must be defended early in the show if it’s still around before the real talent gets here. Anything you did before the Brothers in Anarchy took over this place doesn’t count. You beat other jobbers that sadly are worse jobbers then you. I guess the hardcore title was a participation trophy for you. A your the best of the worst talent here. I bet your mother would be so proud.”

The arena lights dim and then go dark as the screen lights up. We see the church… a man in all black wearing a mask that looks to be made of skin sewed together. Stands with a shovel as he walks to the grave that Trent buried himself in. The camera looks inside and the grave is empty. The man drops the shovel and the walks away.

The arena lights turn back on as the screen returns to normal. Molly is looking at Trent and Trent is looking at her. Trent looks down and he is now holding the black leather book once more.

Molly yells at him who was that?

“I don’t know who that was or why… or how did this book get all the way over here? Let’s head to the back.”

Trent dropped the microphone as he and Molly made their way to the back. Trent tosses the black book in the trash as they head to the locker room.


They open the doors and the room is full of candle and candle holders. And on the table is red cloth and the black book.

Molly looks scared as Trent looks around the room. Trent is searching for someone. Once he knows the room is cleared he blows out each candle then he flips on the light. Molly is shaking and Trent offers his large arms and lets her climb in.

Trent is not scared he is flat out angry that someone is trying to play mind games with him. Trent knocks over the candles and throws the black book out the locker room door. He locks the door and kisses molly and they sit together on the couch.

(Psychotic Goth is laughing as if he heard something funny and continues to laugh at Trent Jones's comments.)

Psychotic Goth: "What's wrong Trent. You seemed to have woke up the true demons of hell and since tou claimed to ghave been through hell and enjoyed it. The demons are probably demanding your return to hell. You did say you enjoyed it like a vacation."

(He laughs and speaks in a latin dialect.)

Psychotic Goth: "You're a dark lord now. You think because you acquired a black book and a robe with a red sash which you placed on the wrong part of your body makes you some expert on he dark arts. You attempt to speak the dark tongues but you have failed to even say it coherently since you were still drunk at the time and that can be forgiven. Yet the demon pursuing you isn't so forgiving."

(Psychotic Goth laughs and speaks again in a Latin dialect.)

Psychotic Goth: "Now you think that just because your little buddy Eddie D. defeated me means you can defeat me. You think wrong Trent. You see Trent you started this and I'm going to finish it tonight. I'm going to show why I'm your worst nightmare and you shall witness why I'm your worst nightmare when I take your title right off you. You shall see that I am darkness personified and you aren't since all you are is a drunken biker who likes to push people around."

He roars in a Latin dialect.)

Psychotic Goth: "You call me a jobber who barely defeated Tuxedo Mask not that Tuxedo Mask was a significant opponent who could be taken seriously. He's always carried the baggage an dead weight of the New Society of the New Breed. Just look at who Jonnie assigned him as a tag team partner. A fat out of shape pig named Rally Jackson whom you squashed in the first round of the Anzac Cup. Any tag team could beat those post two prime losers."

(Psychotic Goth laughs demonically.)

Psychotic Goth: "I admit I enjoyed your pathetic attempt to bury that dumbass little midget of yours. Who was he called Trent? Oh Ray Ray. If it was me burying that little piece of shit. I would have sacrificed him first on that church altar and then buried that shithole. Now tonight I warn you that if Ray Ray dares to interfere in the match. I shall save you the trouble of killing Ray Ray because I will finish the job you started Trent. Oh it's going to be so satisfying as my wife Vampira bites his skinny throat and drinks his blood. Then she'll carry him away to a safe place before I perform sacrifice on him sending him into the hell he deserves. You want me to do that Trent? If you do and I perform the task you must pay the price yourself and that price is the SWAT World Heavyweight Championship. A small price to pay for finishing what you started."

(He laughs demonically again and roars in a Latin dialect.)

Psychotic Goth: "Then again the soul taker stalking you shall probably stalk you for daring to mock Death. Keep mocking Death and the Reaper shall come and claim your soul no matter who you hide behind it won't matter. You have been cursed by your pursuer from that graveyard. It won't be lifted until you repent the sin you committed or perform the original sacrifice. Be assured about one thing Trent. I shall not help you with this matter because you aren't worthy for that honor."

(Psychotic Goth bellows in a Latin dialect before lowering his head and raises his arms flinging his head back revealing his pale handsome goth like looks.)

Psychotic Goth: "Tonight Trent you are being stalked by two sets of individuals. You know the first individual and then there's the actual Reaper. The bringer of death is stalking you too. Who is going to get you first and finish you off and send you to hell. Don't worry this pale skinned individual shall show you why I'm vicious and cruel. You'll see why I'm of the dark arts. Anything that happens to you is caused by you and you alone. You are on your own Trent. May hell have a bridal suite for you and Molly and your best friends Ray Ray and Eddie D. Thus I have spoken and thus I shall make sure your trip is unpleasant."

(He laughs maniacally as the scene slowly fades to black.)

[We fade in on Rally Jackson in the backstage locker room.  He is sifting through everyone's bags.]

Rally Jackson:  ::talking to himself::  Syberus.... Syberus.... where the hell is Syberus' bag?

Voice Off Camera:  He keeps everything in his fanny pack.

Rally Jackson:  ::disgusted::  Fucking pro wrestling tropes.  What does he wear those with his zubaz pants?

[Rally keeps going through the bags.  He comes across one that smells like Colin Trentwood's cologne.]

Rally Jackson:  I love the smell of Drakkar Noir in the morning.  I think this must be it.  Colin Trentwood's.  He's a friend of Syb's.

[Rally pulls the bag out and takes it into the hallway.]

Rally Jackson:  Here's what I'm going to do.  I'm going to empty out this cologne.  ::emptying the bottle::  And fill it up with Covid-19.  ::pulls out a flask and fills the bottle back up::  This ought to teach Trentwood for being friends with MY opponent.  NOW.... now he's going to get himself a dry cough.  And.... AND if he goes anywhere near his grandparents, well let's just say two less Christmas gifts to buy in the Trentwood family this year.

[Rally puts the bottle back in the bag and places the bag back in the pile of bags in the locker room.]

Rally Jackson:  Here's the thing that really bother me about Syberus.  This 110% shit.  Did you know it's a physical impossibility to give 110%?

I mean, the percentage exists.  Like if you're an architect and you want to build your next building 110% the size of your previous building.  Or you might make an investment that brings in 110% profit...

But effort?  

The only amount of effort you can give is your best, one hundred percent.  If you find yourself doing better than your best well that's just your new best.  It's not that you would be giving 110% now, it's that you were giving less than a hundred percent before.  So basically, calling himself 110% now he's essentially saying he was half assing it earlier in his career.  Which is fine, there are those that say I half ass it all the time.

Off Camera Voice:  Gee Rally, I thought this was a wrestling promo, not a math lesson.

Rally Jackson:  Would you look at this?  We got a regular fucking comedian here.  Yeah I gave you a math lesson.  Would you like my explanation as to why high flyers are wrong when they say they executed a 900 degree splash?

Off Camera Voice:  It's a nickname, Rally.  You're not really a golden god are you?

Rally Jackson:  First of all, you address me as sir.  We are not on a first name basis.  Second, yes I'm really a golden god.  Of course I am.

What's Tux doing tonight anyway?  I hear Jonnie invited him and Marty to some all male key party tonight.  Sounds like loads of fun.

Now this match is for the SWAT International title.  Now Syberus already put the title over.  He explained to all of you why it's the most important title here and I'll just co-sign that statement.  And I will just add to that statement that by the end of tonight it will be the first title in all of SWAT to be used as toilet paper for a prostitute.

Off Camera Voice:  Need I remind you Rally you are already a tag team champion.

Rally Jackson:  Ok, it will be just the second title in all of SWAT to be used as toilet paper for a prostitute.

Off Camera Voice:  Well there is a toilet paper shortage.  So you would be helping the economy.

Rally Jackson:  That's right.  You might even call me a philanthropist.

Off Camera Voice:  A philanthropist that gives 110%?

Rally Jackson:  A philanthropist that eats your mother's butthole.

7 Hardkore World titles between us, that's quite a number my man.  And of course I know how many that is each, but I'll just let you tell them.

We each have so many accomplishments.  We won this, we won that.  You won the SWAT International title.  I beat type 2 diabetes.  You beat some of the best wrestlers in the world.  I beat off 9 times.  Yesterday.  NINE TIMES.

It's about perspective.

(The show returns from commercials for upcoming SWAT shows along with a documentary about "Timeless" Alex Turner and Roxylishus on SWAT's streaming channel as well as Brothers in Anarchy in a beer commercial before returning to ringside where ringsiders are holding signs saying "Foxy Roxy!," "Eddie D. is a dumbass!," "Timeless4Ever!," and "Eddie D. Gump!" before fading to the broadcast booth where Jeremy Tucker and Andrew Fulton are sitting at the broadcast booth wearing headsets.)

Jeremy Tucker: "Welcome back to Battleground and up now is an interesting battle between two of the most hated groups in SWAT."

Andrew Fulton: "Enough about Team SWAT and Society of the New Breed. Let's talk about this match."

Jeremy Tucker: "I meant this match between a newly aggressive 'Timeless' Alex Turner of the newly reformed KGB and Eddie D. of Brothers in Anarchy. We both know this is a battle between two of the most hated groups in SWAT."

Andrew Fulton: "What a choice between my two favorite groups. Imagine Commissioner Zoran must hate The KGB so much that he's sending poor 'Timeless' Alex Turner to his potential death, because Zoran hates The KGB's guts enough to kill them off one by one."

Jeremy Tucker: "Apparently 'Timeless' Alex Turner and Roxylishus are ticked off about Commissioner Zoran screwing them over and entering into Call To Arms. He has even more problems with Psychotic Goth who's still obsessed with taking Turner's metal hand."

Andrew Fulton: "You forgot that Psychotic Goth has a grudge against everyone, that includes tonight with 'Mr. Bones' Trent Jones and Eddie D. Hell, his comments earlier and the actions he committed with that motorcycle and jar of mayo describe his intentions when he and Jones meet."

Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D.is upset that motorcycle was destroyed... along with a jar of mayo. You can bet that Eddie D. is all fired up for what was done. 'Timeless' better beware of Eddie D's angry rampage."

Andrew Fulton: "I don't think 'Timeless' even cares about that since he's really pissed off about Commissioner Zoran and he's going to take it out on anyone in the ring - including Eddie D. There's not going to be a happy ending for either one of them."

Jeremy Tucker: "Commissioner Zoran assigned Dragonatrix as the special guest enforcer to get between these two and everyone knows her legendary reputation for not taking anything from no one."

Andrew Fulton: "If Dragonatrix is the special guest enforcer for this match, its going to get rough. You can bet that neither one of these guys is going to respect her, they don't respect ANYONE.  And ignoring her?  That is going to be trouble."

Jeremy Tucker: "Well things are going to get real interesting. Right now let's go to the ring for the introductions."

Frank Salazar: "This next match is scheduled for one fall and the special guest referee for this match is the legendary Dragonatrix.. Introducing first from Vernon, Ca. USA. He comes in at 6'6" and weighs in at 303lbs. He is one half of the Brothers in Anarchy. Please welcome Eddie D."

("Cave" by Muse plays and Eddie D. walks out as a black and white montage video plays on the screen of him weight training and hitting his favorite moves on people, flashing up in negative to the beat of the music. Regularly threatens the rude fans, tears up the opponents fan's posters, has vicious one liners for ugly fans walks confidently and slowly to the ring. Raises his hands to accept the praise he feels is due, but usually gets boos.)

Frank Salazar: "Now introducing from New Hope, Minn. He comes in at 6'3" and weighs in at 262lbs. He is accompanied by Roxylishus and is a member of The KGB. Please welcome 'Timeless' Alex Turner."

("Orion"-by Eternity [Chill out version] and Turner struts down the aisle glaring at the crowd with contempt and disgust. Roxylishus stops to interact with one of the crowd, then wretches and turns away heading to the ring, She gets up on the ring apron and holds the ropes down for Turner. Roxylishus grabs the microphone and hands it to Turner.)

"Timeless" Alex Turner: "I got passion in my pants and I ain't afraid to show it!"

Crowd: "IM SEXY AND I KNOW IT!"

"Timeless" Alex Turner: "No! (He holds his hand up) You're not! I-(He points to himself with his thumb) AM!"

("Timeless" drops the mic and saunters smugly around the ring impressed with himself.)

Jeremy Tucker: "Both are in the center of the ring and are already pushing and jaw jacking and pointing at each other.)

Dragonatrix: "BACK TO YOUR CORNERS.....NOW!"

Andrew Fulton: "Eddie D.'s jawing with Dragonatrix demanding she goes back to the kitchen to make him and Trent dinner which is a real big and terrible mistake."

Jeremy Tucker: "Alex wastes no time going after Eddie D. with a series of brutal kicks and punches. Eddie D. covers up and shoves Alex away before taking out Alex's legs out from under him and grounds and pounds him."

Andrew Fulton: "Eddie D. throws 'Timeless' out of the ring and follows him out. He makes really lewd remarks and motions towards Roxylishus which is also a big mistake. Alex chopblocks Eddie D. and looks under the ring finding a baseball bat and he starts beating Eddie D. with it."

Jeremy Tucker: "'Timeless' tosses Eddie D. back into the ring and reenters with the baseball bat. He starts to work on that injured leg and now he starts stomping on it. Dragonatrix counts and he backs off before chopblocking that leg again."

Andrew Fulton: "'Timeless' whips him into the ropes and delivers on of his signature and trademarked dropkicks which valentine still owes royalties on. He delivers a second and a third dropkick sending Eddie D. out of the ring. Alex bounds into the ropes and dives out of the ring knocking Eddie D. into the security guard railing."

Jeremy Tucker: "Alex finds a chair and starts beating Eddie D. with it before jamming the chair into his throat repeating it several times before tossing him back into the ring. Alex reenters the ring with the chair and is ready to beat him with it but Eddie D. counters with a big boot."

Andrew Fulton: "Oooh that hurt."

Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D. places the chair over Alex's face and chest and he opens up a can of whoop ass. He removes the chair and smashes Turner's face wih it bloodying Alex's head. Dragonatrix yanks the chair away from Eddie D. and throws the chair out of the ring and gets in his face."

Andrew Fulton: "Don't do it Eddie D. She's not someone to mess with and get into the face of. Eddie D. just said something that Dragonatrix objected to and turns his attention back to Turner. He whips him into the corner and trainwrecks him. He whips him into the opposite corner and does it a second time."

Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D. tries it a third time but Turner rolls out of the way. 'Timeless' goes to the top rope and comes off with a tornado DDT. He goes for the cover for a one count."

Andrew Fulton: "Roxylishus just handed Alex a barbed wire baseball bat and he takes a few practice swings before he swings and smashes Eddie D. repeatedly with the barbed wire bat. Alex swings again and he smashes Eddie D. in the head and then scrapes his head and face with the barbed wire bat and Eddie D.'s face is a bloody mess."

Jeremy Tucker: "Dragonatrix just grabbed the barbed wire baseball bat and she tosses it out of the ring. Turner looks angry but knows the better than to fool with Dragonatrix and turns his attention back to Eddie D. and he mounts and grounds and pounds him."

Andrew Fulton: "Well you can tell Dragonatrix's reputation for taking nothing from nobody is on display in this match. Roxylishus just handed Alex an icepick and he starts digging and carving into that bleeding head of Eddie D. before biting that cut making it much worse."

Jeremy Tucker: "Apparently the ringsiders are siding with 'Timeless' Alex Turner."

Andrew Fulton: "That's because Roxylishus is here and nobody likes a real sexist pig."

Jeremy Tucker: "Then again enough of your latest attempts to try and get dates with the Amazon roster. Alex resumes his work on that injured leg of Eddie D. and cinches in a leg bar and Eddie D.'s lucky to have been near the ropes to break the hold."

Andrew Fulton: "Alex leaves the ring and Roxylishus finds and hands over the barbed wire baseball bat again before reentering the ring. He places the barbed wire bat between the crook of the leg and he applies a single legged Boston Crab and Eddie D.'s screaming in pain."

Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D. struggles to and again barely gets to the ropes forcing a break. Alex waits until the last moment to break the hold and once again Dragonatrix gets into his face for not breaking the hold when ordered before she disposes of the barbed wire bat and then disposes of the icepick.""

Andrew Fulton: "Eddie D.'s being treated to another can of whoop ass before Alex stomps on his back relentlessly before he goes back to work on that leg. Alex attempts a figure four but Eddie D. desperately kicks bm off and 'Timeless' is even more furious than he has ever been."

Jeremy Tucker: "Who can blame him. Alex is obsessed with sending a message to both his Call To Arms teammates and opponents as well as the rest of the XHF Network, the commissioner and Anthony Caffrey that he isn't playing around. He's going to prove he's in it to win it and that The KGB is back and more dominant than ever."

Andrew Fulton: "Obsessed is putting it lightly. Alex has just plain entered Psychotic Goth mode and that's being complimentary. Alex whips Eddie D. into the corner and Eddie D. counters with a clothesline out of the corner."

Jeremy Tucker: "It's a surprise Eddie D. is just barely standing on one leg."

Andrew Fulton: "I'm surprised Eddie D. is still getting up. He picks up Alex and bodyslams him with authority before dropping an elbow. He makes the cover....One....Two....T....No! Alex kicks out."

Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D.'s in Dragonatrix's face complaining angrily about a slow count but Dragonatrix isn't having any of it. He threatens to slap her but Dragonatrix threatens to disqualify him and reminds him that she's the special guest referee."

Andrew Fulton: "Meanwhile Alex sneaks up and he rolls Eddie D. up but a close three count. He resumes working on that leg and calls on Roxylishus to hand him the fluorescent light tubes"

Jeremy Tucker: "Alex turns and he just got speared hard into the corner by Eddie D. and Alex slumps into the corner. he grabs the fluorescent light tubes and smashes his head with those tubes and then opens up a can of whoop ass."

Andrew Fulton: "Eddie D. digs the sharp edge of the fluorescent tube into Alex's head followed by using the shards to scrape and wash 'Timeless's face and head endangering his million dollar good looks. Now he carves his initials into Alex's head before biting that cut."

Jeremy Tucker: "Eddie D. just grabbed a fistful of hair and relentlessly pounds on Alex's head. He rams Turner's head repeatedly into the turnbuckle. Eddie D. whips Alex into the opposite corner but Turner gets his knees up as he charges in."

Andrew Fulton: "Alex mounts the top turnbuckle and delivers a Superman punch with that metal gloved hand and makes the cover....One.....Two....Th....No! Eddie D. kicks out."

Jeremy Tucker: "Alex is getting frustrated but tries to keep it in. He mounts and grounds and pounds Eddie D. Alex removes the turnbuckle padding and smashes Eddie D.'s head hard into that exposed corner repeatedly."

Andrew Fulton: "'Timeless' unleashes a series of vicious kicks and then follows up with a series of vicious stomps and Eddie D's slumped into that corner. Things aren't going to get better as he backs up and charges in with a running knee."

Jeremy Tucker: "Things may get even worse than that as he backs up again and charges in with a dropkick and Eddie D. slumps forward and barely looks conscious. Alex grabs him by his hair and gets into his face and uses the hair to shake Eddie D.'s head - taunting him. He uses his boot to raise Eddie D.'s head mounting the turnbuckle and delivers a death stomp."

Andrew Fulton: "What a death stomp it was Jeremy. Alex does it a second and a third time and he is in his zone and he looks like Psychotic Goth when he's a bloody mess and that's being complimentary even though Psychotic Goth would consider that an insult."

Jeremy Tucker: "Psychotic Goth would consider it an insult to compare Alex to him especially with their issues. Speaking of insults 'Timeless' just added insult to injury by slapping and spitting on Eddie D. before falling to his hands and knees and getting into Eddie D.'s face insulting him."

Andrew Fulton: "Dragonatrix just warned him to show some respect. Alex slaps and spits on Eddie D. before getting up proving that The KGB isn't going to be challenged by anyone - not even the Brothers In Anarchy."

Jeremy Tucker: "I don't think 'Mr. Bones' Trent Jones is going to like that and he's going to kick someone's ass and Psychotic Goth isn't going to be him."

Andrew Tucker: "Psychotic Goth's already in a bad mood after Trent insulted him and Eddie D. embarrassed him a couple shows ago. So both are going to want to give the other a vicious beat down. Alex is signaling the end as he picks him up."

Jeremy Tucker: "He chokeslams Eddie D. using that metal hand of his and then picks him up again and sets him up for a pedigree and executes it before making the cover......One.....Two.....Three."

Andrew Fulton: "I think Eddie D. got his arm up but it was too late."

Jeremy Tucker: "That's definitely the case."

Frank Salazar: "Your winner at 11mins. 50secs. 'Timeless' Alex Turner."

Jeremy Tucker: "'Timeless' Alex Turner survives a battle and defeats Eddie D. in what can be considered to be a bloody brawl."

(They fade to commercials.)

(Andrew Fulton introduces a special guest interviewer back stage, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Eddie D is limping into frame backstage, bloodied heavily down the left side of his face fresh from the ring.)

ARNOLD: I am backstage at this great Palm Springs venue at Battleground 27 "Mamma Said Knock You Out" and I am here with my buddy Eddie D after his epic loss tonight.
Eddie? You said that it was going to be close run thing, that you were going to lay down a marker, but I have to be honest that was painful watching. Shouldn't you get some medical attention?

EDDIE: I will tell you what was painful. It was painful to witness the worst piece of officiating I have ever been subjected to. It may be a bad workman that blames his tools, but Asterix, Obelix and Dogmatix could have done a better job as referee than that arsehole Dragonatrix.
I was booked for a straight up fight with a SWAT legend, admittedly in the mid-card, but thought it was OK to assume... that as a nod of respect to us both... that a top tier referee would be presiding over the match. I came out there with a "If it bleeds, we can kill it" attitude, but the bout was not signed as a no DQ match. So why the hell wasn't Timeless' use of the baseball bat the end of the match there and then? 

ARNOLD: I know you of old big guy. We go way back. Don't take this the wrong way but I must say, hearing you say a match was too hardcore does hurt the ears.

EDDIE: Don't get me wrong Arnold. I gave as good as I got once I knew the rules were out the window and I know it's never ballet out there, but I was screwed over by that bitch referee.

ARNOLD: Easy on the language about a lady Eddie. Imagine someone talking that way about one of your dancers....

EDDIE: That ain't no lady, but you're right. Trouble is, when you realize the main reason the rules were ignored is because the referee can't take a bit of banter? ....it cuts deep. One joke, one sexist comment to break the ice and she got in my face and threw her impartiality out of the window. If you can't take a joke you shouldn't have joined sweet cheeks. If you can't manage your own feelings and call the match down the line because you took offense at a slight during exchanges in an intense wrestling match... maybe she really does belong in the kitchen not a ring!

ARNOLD: So you feel it was all the referee? You're clearly angry. I know you've been training hard and perhaps this loss is hurting and blinding you about your own performance?

EDDIE: No Arnie. I'm not blind to anything. I am still THE Big Deal around here and one loss doesn't change a thing!
Timeless was on form tonight. I knew I was up against it before I hit the ramp. I expected Timeless to have Roxylishus in his corner backing him up and cheering him on.
Only thing is I didn't expect to be up against one of the biggest draws in the industry, his beautiful manager and a bent fucking referee.
No. I was screwed. 
Timeless spat on me. I forgive him. We've all done things we regret in the heat of a match. 
But right now it feels too many people think that they can wrong me, abuse me, take advantage and get away with it. That stops tonight.

ARNOLD: Well, sorry you took a beating tonight buddy. Not meaning to be a big shot, but I came here by helicopter to avoid the traffic. Can I give you a lift to the ER? 

EDDIE: No that's fine. I have a few things I need to get done here first. Get to da choppa Arnold.

Dragonatrix: "I guess you want to know what my thoughts on Eddie D.'s ranting about my officiating."

WWW: "Yes I was."

Dragonatrix: "Look let's get something straight. I never had any problems refereeing matches and nobody ever complained about my officiating a match. I called it right down the line and I kept order and I made sure it was fair and down the middle."

WWW: "He claimed he was making banter with you."

Dragonatrix: "Demanding that I return to the kitchen to make him and Jones dinner isn't banter. Maybe where he comes from that's banter but this is the real world and present day and time and what he said was just plain insulting."

WWW: "He did accuse you of bias because you couldn't take his banter and his jokes."

Dragonatrix: "Really I'm surprised many of his customers and employees didn't either leave and then sue his ass off because of his jokes and banter."

WWW: "He did call you Sweet Cheeks."

Dragonatrix: "See what I mean."

WWW: "Yeah I guess so. He did accuse you of being partial."

Dragonatrix: "That's funny because I got into both Turner's face and I got into Eddie D's face. Is that being partial."

WWW: "No."

Dragonatrix: "When Timeless and Eddie D. were using weapons didn't I grab and toss the weapons out of the ring."

WWW: "You did....Well except for the fluorescent lightbulbs."

Dragonatrix: "Eddie D. both destroyed them and threw the remains aside and they fell out of the ring. So that didn't count now id it."

WWW: "Eddie D. claims you had no business being in the ring to referee."

Dragonatrix: "You know Warren I've been in the ring longer than he was a wrestler and I won more championships during my storied career than Eddie D has in his whole time in SWAT and any other place he was before SWAT."

WWW: "Everyone knows that."

Dragonatrix: "I commentated more matches for SWAT and I'm quite respected in the Amazons lockerroom. I'm the liason for the commissioner and even if I don't like that guy. I put up with him and try to warn him and advise him though he doesn't listen. At least he doesn't act totally childish like Eddie D. after the match was over."

WWW: "He claims he was wronged."

Dragonatrix: "How many wrestlers claimed they were wronged. Whether the referee was a man or a woman doesn't matter. What matters is that referee, male or female, doesn't matter does it. If Eddie D. got into a male referee's face wouldn't matter either since he would have complained about the samething wouldn't he."

WWW: "I would think so."

Dragonatrix: "Point made Warren. I recently took in an AWF show and saw Seth Dillinger and Ryan Young and Bloodied Fox was the special guest referee. Seth Dillinger won and Bloodied Fox called it down the middle and there was no bias whatsoever. Now if Ryan Young didn't complain about the decision why should Eddie D. complain about my refereeing."

WWW: "I guess he doesn't like a female referee."

Dragonatrix: "Well that's his right, but he better make sure that the next referee in his next match isn't a woman and if he complains to losing because the referee was a man. Let's hear his excuse for losing and since I wasn't officiating he can't blame me. Anyway, the match is over and I did my job. So that's all I'm going to say on this issue."

(She places her gear bag over her shoulder and leaves.)

WWW: "Well that was quite infromative from the legendary iconic Amazon legend. Back to you."

(The scene slowly fades to black.)

[James Fierce, Joanne Canelli and Frostbite make their entrance. Fierce leads the way with Canelli and Frostbite flanking him either side. The crowd reign with boos which they each seem to ignore.]

Jeremy Tucker: Can you believe what happened at the Anzac Cup – with James Fierce seemingly leading a coup to kick Soutter and Team Fairtex out of the KGB.

Andrew Fulton: It's a different world we're living in now. We're all adjusting.

Frank Salazar: The following contest is a FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE Six Man Tag Team Match!! Introducing first... James Fierce... Frostbite... Joanne Canelli... they are THE KGB!!!

Jeremy Tucker: The crowd here letting their feelings be known.

Andrew Fulton: Oh geez, I wonder who they're going to cheer for tonight?

[The crowd absolutely lose it as Jonnie Valentine leads Marty Donovan and Tuxedo Mask out from the curtain. Down the ramp they are on their feet as the Society of the New Breed make their entrance, with several giving Jonnie the bowing motion.]

Frank Salazar: And their opponents... Tuxedo Mask... Marty Donovan... and “The Palm Springs Kid” Jonnie Valentine! They are THE SOCIETY OF THE NEW BREED!!!

Jeremy Tucker: The Society of the New Breed and Jonnie Valentine in particular are getting a rapturous ovation here tonight!

Andrew Fulton: Let's see how the crowd are feeling when the KGB hand them their asses.

[All six competitors stare each other down. As the music dies and the bell rings, a mass brawl immediately ensues.]

Jeremy Tucker: Well we're straight into it ladies and gentlemen! No love lost between the KGB and the Society as we know, and all hell has broken loose!

Andrew Fulton: Someone get some control! This is professional wrestling damnit!

Jeremy Tucker: Marty Donovan Clotheslines Canelli over the top rope. Frostbite spears Tuxedo Mask, and Jonnie Valentine and James Fierce are exchanging rights and lefts in the centre of the ring!

Andrew Fulton: This is chaos!

[Joanne Canelli drop toe holds Marty on the steel ring steps. Tuxedo Mask catches Frostbite with a hurricanrana which brings a pop from the crowd.]

Jeremy Tucker: James Fierce drops Jonnie with a jawbreaker!

Andrew Fulton: On the outside Joanne Canelli picks up Marty Donovan and chops him across the chest. But he catches her with a thumb to the eye and spears her into the barricade!

Jeremy Tucker: Frostbite with a belly to belly suplex on Tuxedo Mask! Throwing him overhead with ease.

[Fierce stalks Jonnie, but gets caught with an uppercut. Jonnie whips him into the corner and steams in with a shoulder block.]

Jeremy Tucker: Former SWAT World Heavyweight Champion Jonnie Valentine driving the air right out of James Fierce, the new leader of the KGB and the crowd are absolutely electric for Valentine tonight.

Andrew Fulton: Jonnie with a hip toss out from the corner, and clamps on an arm bar.

Jeremy Tucker: Frostbite goes for the irish whip but a reversal from Tux. Frostbite comes back only to get caught but a springboard back elbow!

Andrew Fulton: Frostbite is rocked, but takes Tuxedo Mask's head off with a clothesline!

Jeremy Tucker: Frostbite now breaks the hold Jonnie Valentine has on James Fierce and drags him to his feet, Frostbite whips Jonnie to the ropes but Jonnie hangs on, Frostbite charges in but Jonnie pulls down the ropes and he goes tumbling to the outside!

Andrew Fulton: Meanwhile Canelli and Donovan are still going back and forth on the outside. Donovan bounces Canelli's head off the ring post with a sickening thud!

Jeremy Tucker: James Fierce drops Tuxedo Mask with a spinebuster!

Referee Carl Greene: 1... 2... (Tux kicks out)

Andrew Fulton: KGB almost had it there.

[Jonnie whips frostbite into the steel barricade, forcing it back and spilling some fans. Frostbite then counters Jonnie's attack and flips him over the barricade!]

Jeremy Tucker: Look out!

Andrew Fulton: You can't do that! This isn't the 90's!

[Elsewhere Marty Donovan hooks Canelli up for a suplex but she blocks it. Raising a knee, she dumps Marty with a DDT on the outside.]

Jeremy Tucker: Oh my!

Andrew Fulton: We need a second ref!

Referee Hugo Wellington: 1... 2... (Marty kicks out)

[The crowd break out into a “Let's go Jonnie!” *Clap Clap ClapClapClap* “Let's go Jonnie!” *Clap Clap ClapClapClap*. Jonnie whips Frostbite into a bunch of steel chairs and he unceremoniously tumbles through the wreckage.]

Jeremy Tucker: Jonnie stets up some steel chairs in a bridge. This is clearly not good for Frostbite's health.

Andrew Fulton: Jonnie still hasn't forgiven Frostbite's betrayal in the wargames. Even after that nice group spa trip he organised.

Jeremy Tucker: Jonnie Valentine suplexes Frostbite onto the bridge of chairs!

[The crowd let out a huge “Oooohhh!!” as in the ring Tuxedo Mask drops James Fierce with a tornado DDT!]

Referee Carl Greene: 1... 2... (Fierce kicks out)

Jeremy Tucker: Canelli rolls into the ring and backdrops Tuxedo Mask over – but he lands on his feet!

Andrew Fulton: Uppercut by Canelli, forcing Tux back into a corner. She rocks him with a head butt!

Jeremy Tucker: Canelli hooks the arms and drives both knees into Tux's midsection!

[ A fan hands Jonnie his crutch. Jonnie takes a moment to ask “are you sure?”]

Jeremy Tucker: Look at this! Jonnie crack that crutch over Frostbite's arm!!

Andrew Fulton: This has to be stopped! Think about the sanctity of this glorious sport!

[There's murmurs from the crowd as none other than Bruno makes his way out onto the stage, glaring down at the proceedings.]

Jeremy Tucker: What's Bruno doing here?

Andrew Fulton: He doesn't look pleased.

[Frostbite blocks a right hand from Jonnie and fires back. He scoops slams him onto some chairs before realising the Bruno is on the stage.]

Jeremy Tucker: Looks like Bruno isn't pleased with the latest developments in the KGB.

Andrew Fulton: Joanne Canelli meanwhile punches Tuxedo Mask right in the gut. But look out- Marty Donovan leaps on her back with a sleeper!

[Fierce bulldozes Tuxedo Mask with a clothesline. He hooks him up for a vertical suplex and crashes him to the canvas.]

Jeremy Tucker: Fierce follows up with a Fireman's carry. Marty catches Fierce with a neckbreaker!

[Donovan gets back to his feet but starts freaking out looking down at James Fierce screaming “Oh God! I broke his neck!” On the outside, Frostbite brainbusters Jonnie Valentine onto a chair.]

Jeremy Tucker: Oh dear God!! Jonnie could be out cold!!

Referee Hugo Wellington: 1... 2... thr(Jonnie rolls a shoulder up)

Andrew Fulton: No! I don't believe it.

Jeremy Tucker: Frostbite still seems distracted that Bruno is watching over this match. He's keeping one eye on him as he zeros in on Jonnie for the kill.

[Joanne Canelli chops Marty in the throat, then mounts him and just starts wailing in punches.]

Jeremy Tucker: Frostbite snaps a steel chair shut and waits for Jonnie Valentine to get back to his feet... Jonnie can barely stand, and is busted wide open.

[Another rapturous chant of “Jonnie!! Jonnie!! Jonnie!!” fills the audience. Frostbite though bends the steel chair over Jonnie's head and he collapses into a pile of other seats.]

Andrew Fulton: Marty Donovan blocks Canelli's right hand. He catches her with a Dragon Suplex!!

Jeremy Tucker: James Fierce drops Tuxedo Mask with a piledriver!

Referee Carl Greene: 1... 2... (Marty breaks the count)

[Tux rolls out of the ring and drops to the mat below. Marty goes for a german on Canelli but she elbows him off. She and Fierce then double team suplex Marty Donovan!]

Referee Carl Greene: 1... 2... (Marty kicks out)

Jeremy Tucker: Meanwhile in the crowd Jonnie Valentine is a crimson mask shadow boxing on his last legs.

Andrew Fulton: Looks like Frostbite is still distracted by Bruno's presence, Valentine is a sitting duck but he's staring down Bruno!

[Tuxedo Mask takes out Joanne Canelli with a flying cross body out of nowhere. He gets clotheslined over the top rope by James Fierce for his trouble.]

Jeremy Tucker: Jonnie catches Frostbite off guard, ramming a chair right into his ribs!

[Jonnie hands the chair to a fan and tells him to hold it up.]

Andrew Fulton: Jonnie Picture Perfect Dropkicks the chair into Frostbite's head!

[In the ring Fierce applies a Stump Puller on Marty Donovan.]

Jeremy Tucker: Fierce has the Hillbilly Dirt Show locked in! But Jonnie falls onto the cover on the outside!

Referee Hugo Wellington: 1... 2... 3!!!

Jeremy Tucker: He's got it!

[The bell rings and Fierce raises his arms thinking Marty Donovan submitted but “Strength in Numbers” by the Music plays again and the referee raises Jonnie's blood stained hand on the outside.]

Frank Salazar: “Here are your winners.... THE SOCIETY OF THE NEW BREED!!!”

Jeremy Tucker: Well this was far from textbook wrestling, it was carnage from the first bell to the last, but it's the Society that come out on top.

Andrew Fulton: Frostbite couldn't shake Bruno's presence, that's not the last we've heard of that.

Jeremy Tucker: But Jonnie Valentine gets vengeance for Frostbite's betrayal in the wargames. What a match.

[SWAT Team]

Jeremy Tucker : Coming up now, we have The International Championship on the line, two Society members up against each other. It’s a big match. It’s a title match. Allies turned against each other again, just like the Anzac Cup.


Andrew Fulton : Not sure about your conspiracy theory Jerry. Every man and woman in the roster wants their share of glory and belts. Are you criticising the Fed for promoting regular title defences with a diversity of opponents?


Jeremy Tucker : Of course not. It will be interesting how this one goes down though. Will they be on speaking terms after this one? We’ll see.

"Two Notes Shy Of An Octave" by Red City Radio kicks off and the crowd pops, Syberus doesn't leave them waiting long though and pushes his way out from the curtain. He takes a second to look around at the audience on the stage before pumping his fist in the air with a "YEAH!!" and swaggering his way down to the ring, high fiving a few fans on his way. He wears a black sleeveless wrestling robe with "The Society of the New Breed" embroidered on the back.


Frank Salazar : Introducing now, hailing from Manchester, England. Coming in at 6’ and 232 pounds ...representing the Society of the New Breed ... 110% SYBERUS!!!


Jeremy Tucker : A great champion, Syberus has said that the International Title is more coveted than the SWAT World Title.


Andrew Fulton : Well he said that the International Title is more coveted than the SWAT World Title now that Trent Jones is champion. He’s saying it as an insult to upset Trent Jones. Given the chance I am sure he would love to get his hands on the World Title.


Jeremy Tucker : Unifying the titles under one wrestler... Now that would be an excellent match up.


Andrew Fulton : Well he’s got to get through Rally Jackson first. Rally might not have the engine of his earlier years but he still loves to grapple and no one wants to get locked in that Rio Squeal heel hook of his.

Hate or Glory" by Gesaffelstein hits and Rally Jackson makes his way down the ramp way. He is taking his time and looks seriously out of shape, he gets in the ring and struts around in a confident manner and then cracks his own neck and the ref approaches him and starts patting him down.


Frank Salazar : Introducing now, hailing from Rio de Janeiro. Coming in at 6’1 and 300 pounds... ALSO representing the Society of the New Breed... THE GOLDEN GOD... RALLY JACKSON!!!


Jeremy Tucker : The bell rings and we’re under way… Hang on what’s this…


A short burst of “Cave by Muse” hits the PA system and Eddie D walks out on to the ramp in his black duster jacket using a folded metal chair as a make shift walking stick. The crowd boo and Eddie limps slowly towards the ring. Eddie smiles broadly as both men look at each other suspiciously and look angrily down on Eddie as he approaches. Eddie is still bloody from his encounter with Timeless earlier tonight. Eddie seems dismissive of the men as he stops at ringside and looks up at them incredulously.


Andrew Fulton : What is Eddie doing? The referee isn’t happy. Eddie looks confused by their objection to him being here.


Jeremy Tucker : Eddie is saying something about being given permission by Security to ensure that there are no run-ins? He has unfolded the chair in the center of the aisle, is sitting in the seat and waves for the men to get on with their match?


Andrew Fulton : Why would KGB care who wins this one? Why would Security involve Eddie? This is all highly suspicious.


Jeremy Tucker : Rally and Syberus are arguing whether to just go out and beat Eddie up or not, but the referee is insisting that they get on with their match… Rally and Syberus return to their corners and the referee calls for the bell again to start proceedings…


Andrew Fulton : Rally offers out a hand for a handshake…. Rally and Syberus share a clean handshake and pace around… Collar and elbow tie-up… Syberus slips Rally into a wrist lock…. Syberus takes the wrist lock down to the mat…. Rally begins to sneak out of the hold… Syberus switches the hold into a hammerlock… Rally shifts around in a circle on the mat and forces himself back to a knee, then up to his feet… Rally grabs out and wraps a forearm around the top rope… Syberus releases the arm as the referee counts…. Rally applauds Syberus and encourages the crowd to applaud Syberus… Rally and Syberus circle around… Collar and elbow tie-up …. Rally snaps Syberus into a side headlock…. Syberus manages to squeeze an arm into the headlock and power out and straight into a headlock on Rally instead…. Rally walks Syberus into the ropes and sends him running across the ring… Rally meets Syberus center ring with a shoulder block…. But Rally gets knocked down… Rally rolls away and chuckles to himself as he takes his time to get back up…. Syberus gives Rally space allowing Rally back up…. Syberus offers a hand for a handshake…. Rally pauses, but they share a clean handshake and pace around each other….


Andrew Fulton : This match is so clean and respectful, but the fans must wonder for how long? There’s a title on the line and some shenanigans afoot at ringside, tensions are rising.


Jeremy Tucker : Rally and Syberus pace around each other… Rally fakes to lunge into a collar and elbow tie up… Rally with a leg trap take down …. Syberus manages to block against any leg locks, but Rally manoeuvres around from the feet and grabs Syberus in a headlock… Syberus can’t seem to escape the hold, but manages to force Rally up to one knee…. Syberus manages to squeeze an arm into the headlock and power out and straight into a headlock on Rally of his own…. Rally walks Syberus into the ropes and sends him running across the ring… Rally meets Syberus centre ring with a shoulder block…. Rally gets knocked down…… Rally rolls away frustrated, gets to his feet, lashes out with a fist on the nearest turnbuckle and kicks the bottom rope… Syberus smirks at the outburst and offers Rally the middle of the ring to get things moving again… Collar and elbow tie-up …. Rally snaps Syberus into an arm lock then switches into a wristlock…. Syberus drops to one knee…..


Andrew Fulton : ….. Syberus can hear the crowd chanting his name and manages to force himself back up to his feet…. Rally snaps the wristlock back into an arm lock…. Syberus walks Rally into the ropes… the referee calls for a break…. As they break Syberus chops Rally, sends him into the ropes…. Rally comes back and clatters Syberus down with a shoulder block…. Rally opens his arms to the crowd for appreciation as Syberus stays down holding his shoulder, but gets no reaction from the fans….. Rally heads off the ropes but Syberus rolls onto his front, Rally has to skip over him…. Syberus hops up to his feet…. Rally comes back and is hip tossed down…. Rally lands hard and reels away holding his lower back….. Syberus raises his hands and the crowd cheer for him


Jeremy Tucker : …Rally slowly gets back up using the ropes… Syberus offers a hand for a handshake…. Rally offers a wry smile and they share a clean handshake again and step away and pace the ring….. Rally offers up a single hand for a lock up …. Syberus looks to the crowd and locks fingers with just the one hand ….. Syberus is expecting a two hands test of strength but Rally twists the arm into a wrist lock…. Rally applies pressure and arm drags Syberus down…. Rally cranks the pressure with the wrist lock applied on the mat….. Syberus starts to power up, but Rally slams the twisted arm against the canvas and gets up and stamps on the arm….


Andrew Fulton : Maybe the handshakes and the smiles will disappear now and we can really get the contest flowing…


Jeremy Tucker : Syberus favours the arm but gets back up quickly…. Rally goes to slam Syberus, but Syberus wriggles free and drops behind Rally….. Rally turns around…. Standing Dropkick!!... Rally hits down hard but gets back up…. Syberus has hit the ropes…. Roaring elbow!!... Rally is dropped by the blow, but he slowly rolls away and rests breathlessly in a corner…. Syberus smiles as the fans whoop, but he gives Rally time and respect as Rally nurses his jaw and punches the canvas in frustration…. Rally is up and the pair circle each other again…


Andrew Fulton : Rally fakes a collar elbow tie-up and head drags Syberus down….. Rally manoeuvres around to the legs and looks to be going for the Rio Squeal!!!!…. Syberus is trying desperately to block it… Syberus manages to free his feet from Rally’s feet, Rally lets out a cry of annoyance, swivels back up top and just switches the hold into a rear chin lock….


Jeremy Tucker : Narrow escape for Syberus there. It would be ironic if Rally had been the one to share the best blocking technique against his finish with 110% as stable mates…


Andrew Fulton : Syberus forces Rally to his feet still locked in the headlock…. Syberus backs Rally into the ropes…. Rally is sent off the ropes…. Syberus leaps up and hits a flying head scissors …. Rally bounces out and falls through the ropes to the outside….. Syberus goes to the middle rope for applause and the crowd cheer…


Jeremy Tucker : Rally gets up and he stretches out the pain in his back and shouts at the fans to stop cheering… Rally sees Eddie laughing and crosses over to him… Eddie remains seated and just smiles up at him… Rally gets in his face and shouts at him… Eddie just wipes away a piece of spittle from his cheek and flicks it over his shoulder and gestures that he his shooing Rally away to get on with the match… The referee is calling Rally back to the ring… Rally paces away from Eddie… kicks the ring steps so hard they move away from the ring a few inches… Syberus sits on the second rope and beckons Rally to come back in…. Rally cautiously enters the ring and Syberus gives Rally space…. Syberus offers up a fist for a fist bump…


Andrew Fulton : …. Rally looks at the fist for a moment before finally bumping the fist and stepping away…. The two men circle for a few paces and lock up… Rally Irish whips Syberus to the opposite rope…. Rally follows in quickly behind…. As Syberus hits the ropes Rally is right there and delivers a vicious two handed throat thrust and Syberus falls through the ropes and tumbles to the arena floor…… The referee challenges Rally for the blow to the throat and Rally holds his hands up innocently…. Syberus is down and holding his throat and manages to stand using the ringside railings….


Jeremy Tucker : Eddie stands up and Syberus looks over at him suspiciously as he struggles back to his haunches and gets his breath… The referee is looking down on Eddie to see what he does… Eddie just circles around behind the chair and leans on the chair back rest to do some knee flexes…


Andrew Fulton : Look how nervous they all are?! Eddie gets a bit of cramp and moves around to stretch it and the world sits up and listens… What is THE big deal?


Jeremy Tucker : Syberus is back up… Rally sits on the second rope and beckons Syberus to come back in, returning the favour…. Syberus cautiously hops up onto the apron…. Syberus steps a leg through the ropes and Rally stops holding the ropes open and punts the second rope!!!...


Andrew Fulton : Here we go folks. The gloves are off. No more smiles and handshakes. The rope kick is an old playbook dirty trick and there’s no prizes as to where that rope connected. Syberus is doubled up in pain….


Jeremy Tucker : Rally drags Syberus up and props him in the nearest corner and unloads with punches to the guts…. Rights and lefts…. big body shots…. The referee warns Rally about the punches and tells him to get him out of the corner…. Rally argues with the referee and tells him to get out of the way…. Rally snapmares Syberus out of the corner…. Rally barks at the referee “are you happy now?” The referee is unimpressed….


Andrew Fulton : Syberus is sat in the middle of the ring holding his ribs looking around for Rally…. Rally takes a run up and boots Syberus at the base of his back…. Syberus goes to get back up and Rally drops a knee in his upper back… Syberus arches his back in pain…. Rally walks the ring trying to get the crowd to cheer and praise his efforts but only gets boos…. Rally returns to Syberus annoyed at their reaction…. Rally drags Syberus up steps away a couple of paces and hits a RIO SPECIAL!!! (Rolling Koppo Kick)… covers…

… … Eddie pulls Syberus’ leg up onto the bottom and does a wolf whistle to get the referee’s attention!!


Jeremy Tucker : Rally is incensed! He shouts at Eddie D and Eddie gestures towards the rope and the leg and fanes innocents… Rally glares venomously at Eddie then turns and shouts at the referee about the speed of the count…


Andrew Fulton : Rally drags Syberus up and Syberus fights back with a snap jab….. Rally punches Syberus back …. Rally and Syberus exchange several punches and Rally seems to be taking the worst of the punishment…. Rally thumbs Syberus in the eyes and staggers out the way of the next punch….. Syberus swings punches wildly as he tries to protect himself after the thumb to the eye….. The referee ducks a punch and complains as Syberus finds himself in a corner still half-blinded….. Rally sneaks up on the hindered Syberus and grabs him by the back of the neck and the back of his tights and drags him out of the turnbuckles and tosses him back into the corner, through the turnbuckles….. Syberus crashes shoulder first into the steel of the ring post!!….. Syberus slumps forward and tumbles to the arena floor….


Jeremy Tucker : Good God! Rally sees an opportunity here to take the gold and no longer seems worried about the Society of The New Breed relationship that might be strained later if this ends in a dirty finish.


Andrew Fulton : It’s warfare not welfare… Title fights bring out the best in some people… Syberus is taking a long time to get up… clutching that shoulder, it doesn’t look great…


Jeremy Tucker : Rally leaves the ring and starts an argument with Eddie, shouting about messing with the pin… this time Eddie is standing face to face with Rally… The referee is telling the pair not to fight… Eddie just points towards Rally gesturing that’s where all the aggression is coming from… The referee looks confused and decides to count both combatants out… 1…… 2…… 3…… 4…… The referee abandons counting them out and runs down to check on Syberus instead… As soon as Eddie see the referee drop out of sight on the apron on the far side of the ring, Eddie punches Rally… Rally is stunned by the blow as Eddie steps in beside him… lifts Rally up into a swinging side suplex onto the steel chair!!!


Andrew Fulton : Wow. The referee is unsighted. What is Eddie doing? I thought he hated Syberus? Does he want to keep the belt on Syberus to have his chance to take it from him?


Jeremy Tucker : God only knows, but The Golden God is clutching his back and struggling to get back up… Eddie heads under the ring for a moment and drags out a folded table….. Eddie looks up smiling to a chorus of boos….. Syberus is just getting back up and the referee meets Eddie outside the ring and tells him to put the table down….. Eddie laughs in the referee’s face “What are you going to do disqualify me?” …Eddie shoved past the official, slides into the ring with the table and props it in the far corner of the ring… and rolls to the outside… Syberus is walking around on the outside using the railing to prop himself up… Rally is back up… There’s a brief moment of indecision, head after Eddie or go after Syberus… but Rally heads after Syberus… Syberus chops Rally across the chest as he approaches… then again and a third chop, this time to the throat…Rally drops to one knee with the hurt of the third shot…. Syberus goes to grab Rally for a DDT, but Rally lifts Syberus and hammers him chest first across the railing… The crowd gasp at the pain Syberus is clearly in…


Andrew Fulton : Rally takes a moment to catch his breath, drags up Syberus and sends him rolling into the ring… The referee is full of complaints about what Rally is doing… Rally rolls in and drags Syberus to the turnbuckles opposite the table….. The referee is threatening Rally with disqualification if he uses the table…. Rally Irish whips Syberus towards the table… Rally doesn’t seem to care about DQ right now… Syberus somehow manages to put on the breaks and is on his tiptoes inches from the table when he stops…… Rally follows in and tries to grapple Syberus into the turnbuckle with the table…. Syberus gathers enough strength to change places and whip Rally back into the turnbuckles opposite the table….


Jeremy Tucker : But the referee is in the way!!! Oh No!? Syberus clearly didn’t mean to do that, it was just desperation… Rally and the referee have clashed heads and are both down... The referee has rolled off to the apron edge and has fallen to the outside….. Syberus has seen Rally down and heads over to capitalise…


Syberus drags up Rally… THE PURE CONFIDENCE 110%!!! (Impaler DDT with a single underhook)... Syberus covers Rally…… There’s no count….. The referee is down on the outside still…. Syberus rolls to the outside and tries to wake the referee… Eddie sneaks up and taps Syberus on the bad shoulder, Syberus spins around and Eddie slaps him hard across the face… Syberus is staggered…


Andrew Fulton : Eddie picks Syberus up and hits a shoulder breaker!!... On that damaged shoulder! Eddie rolls Syberus back into the ring… Eddie claps his hands together for a job well done and attempts to wake the referee… Rally is starting to stir after that devastating finisher moments ago…Syberus is down clutching his shoulder… The referee is finally up but dazed on the outside…. Rally has rolled over and covered the suffering Syberus… Rally is shouting for the referee to hurry up and count….. The referee slowly rolls into the ring; he tries to make the count…..

Jeremy Tucker : Folks I thought this one was over. Eddie has dragged the referee by the foot out of the ring and is getting in his face and arguing about the count… the referee is still dazed but has had enough of Eddie’s presence and starts prodding Eddie in the chest and shouting back at him… Eddie begs off, shocked by how angry the referee has become…


Andrew Fulton : Syberus is finally on his feet near the table looking down on the referee and Eddie… Syberus clutches his shoulder as he turns to see where Rally has gone to… Rally sprints at Syberus... SPEAR!!! Spear into the table!! ... Rally drags Syberus out of the wreckage of the broken table and covers… Eddie pretends to leave for the locker room as directed and the referee returns to the ring for the cover… Eddie has snuck around and is holding Syberus’ feet down to block the kick out…

Jeremy Tucker : We have a new champion everybody! Why on Earth would Eddie D help Rally Jackson, the man that took a crap in his kit bag. Rally is one half of the Tag Team Champions. Eddie wants those belts, so why give Rally the boost of holding another title belt?


Andrew Fulton : It’s anarchy. It doesn’t need to make sense. Eddie is pissed at both men so it was a win-win situation whoever won I guess?


Jeremy Tucker : Well Eddie is soaking in the boos and the hate being thrown his way and has retreated to the top of the ramp. Well maybe we’ll get some answers now Eddie has been given a mic.


EDDIE : Rally Jackson. Congratulations. Syberus. Hard luck, I almost thought you had it there. I am glad I was here to make sure that there were no run-ins. You’re very welcome for the assist referee, it was a pleasure working with you and Security. Thank you and good night.


(Eddie walks out of sight briefly and then returns to the ramp)...


EDDIE : Oh and before I go… I know I promised not to say this on TV, but a promise to a cheat is no promise at all… Rally!? I want my money for tonight in cash, not cheque or contactless card. Anarchy ain’t as cheap as you might think, but it is a definitely a cash business.
