Short and Simple: Evolution Triple H meets Old School Ric Flair flamboyant esque man's man glory hound heel with Macho Man levels of manic intensity. Only wishes to be called by his full name, fast smooth talking, argumentive and runs on pure ego. Knows all the moves and has all the nicknames. Thinks he's God's gift to professional wrestling and claims to be a purist pro wrestler.
The Long Version:
The former King of Crowns(he claims Titles are crowns fit for kings), the Residence Of Presence is a loud mouth glory hound who's illustrious accomplishments drive him to outdo himself to reach beyond his limits. Always looking to do the biggest and the best. A man with a flair for the dramatic, and eyes always set for the bigger picture. He's a shameless self promoter but his abstract sense of humor has kept him in either the favor of the crowd or despised by them.

APPEARANCE:
Long brown cascading locks of auburn brown hair with bleached streaked sections throughout.
Limber lean cut physique. Body riddled in battle scars from past intense matches.
Hazel brown eyes, big bushy well kempt beard.
A lean well built physique with minor scrapes and scraps detailing his body due to prior experiences with hardcore wrestling organizations. Neo fancies himself a pretty boy so he keeps his hair groomed and kempt, as well as a well trimmed conditioned beard. He has a tattoo of a gecko curled underneath the sun of his left bicep and an assortment of others on his forearms and torso. As for ring gear:
Black(colors can vary) spandex pants with two golden flamed emblems with a white bold face N C in the center of the flames. Plain black boots, black wrist tape and black elbow pads, and white wrist tape.

He's a shameless self promoter but his abstract sense of humor has kept him a chaotic neutral with his eyes on his own goals.
HISTORY
Neo Carner's story starts like many, with a birth in a hospital! Born to a Construction worker father and a hippy mother, he was christened Neo James Carner. Neo had an average upbringing, the dreams of becoming a professional wrestler always a prevalent thought throughout his young life. Taking a liking to mat based wrestling in High School, Neo also played a variety of other sports ranging from Baseball to Football.
After High School Neo joined Rufus Harlowe's wrestling school "Infinite Fury Wrestling Academy(IFWA)" in San Luis Obispo where he learned the ropes from famed 80's grappler "The Final Boss" Rufus Harlowe. Training with the likes of Cage Murdock, Ramsi Greene and Roy Harlowre.
Neo proved to be one of the best and brightest in his class. After training for nearly two years he crossed the Atlantic to join his first promotion New World Wrestling otherwise known as NWW in 2002. Neo wrestled extensively for the promotion collecting a vast array of accolades, rivals, and enemies. Having two stints as NWW Tag Team Champions with Cage Murdock.
After NWW shut its doors for the final time in 2004 Neo moved back to the states where he worked through several promotions from PWKOOPA, XCW, and AWL throughout the mid 2000s creating a path of notoriety wherever he went, winning a King Of The Deathmatch tournament against Rob Garcia in 2006 in one of the most brutal and bloody matches in the indies.
At the tail end of 2009 Neo signed a FIW contract and has experienced everything there is for a wrestler to explore, from title wins to intense feuds. Working with the company off and on throughout the 2010s enjoying his longest stints of success crafting a historic career that saw the longest reign as Undisputed International Champion. Neo would go on to win the grandest prize in the company's history, the FIW Dual Crown Championship a grand total of two times, his 2nd reign being the 2nd shortest in the company's history of a whole 2 hours. Neo would form a bond and friendship with former Dual Crown Champion Keith Williams to create The Revenants, a group that would find new life in a future company. FIW closed their doors down in 2017 and Neo would soon find his way to Extreme Wrestling Championship soon after.
Neo James Carner's career in EWC albeit short was filled with memorable moments. Winning the EWC Television Championship early on and accumulating a vast winning streak, losing sparingly as a dominant reign couldn't go unnoticed. Neo was soon joined by Keith Williams, former rival Rob Garcia and Darian Gray to form the devious faction The Revenants. The group winning a tournament known as Stable Wars to establish themselves as a dominant force in the company. The Revenants time was brief but awe inspiring as they galvanized a lot of attention in a short time but was unceremoniously fired and left the company on bad terms.
NJC has remained off the road for the last few years, resting nagging injuries and assisting Rufus Harlowe in maintaining his school "Infinite Fury Wrestling Academy" for the future of Professional Wrestling. The passion and drive for wrestling has returned to Neo who looks to bring his own classic caliber of sauntering swagger to the squared circle.

Neo's in-ring repertoire is an assimilation of fighting styles he has learned from his travels across the entire globe. A seasoned grappler whose amalgamated a highly tight in ring style. He approaches his matches like a craftsman, trying to craft them as a masterpiece. A sound technical wrestler, uses the ring to his advantage at any point and time. Likes to keep the pressure on his opponents with quick strikes, and wearing them down with moves to create openings for himself.
Likes to keep himself moving with running strikes and grapples. Likes to include the audience in on the match, antagonizing them and torturing the baby face hero to their dismay. Neo is a master tactician and strategist using this to his advantage for emotional support as well as to distract the enemy with hazing, taunting, and general loudmouth bragging behavior.
Neo is an all around showman, doing big moves to get the big cheers, and performing at the best of his ability. Neo likes to make use of leap frogs, kip ups and taunts to invigorate his matches.

ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION:
A cavalcade of clapping begins as the D.R.U.G.S. tune "King I Am" blares over the sound system.
"You can feel the fear when I walk by

And I can see the pain pouring out your eyes
I think I am finally, starting to feel like the KING I AM!
The song kicks in over the loudspeakers as the sound of guitars ascend to the boiling point and the song engages. Neo begins to make a triumphant strut down to the ring, his chin held high as his hands lay at his side moving with his stride, t. He looks down all around the ramp, keeping his bearded chin up as he glides effortlessly forward in a striding saunter. The pompous cocky attitude radiating from his being at this point.
Neo makes it to the ringside area as he circles around the ring, jumping up effortlessly onto the apron and climbs into the ring. He walks over to the ropes on the side of the stage as he grabs the top rope with his hands and then yanks down on it, flexing all of his muscles before releasing it, a giant white and red pyro exploding out the top of the nearby turnbuckle like a mortar.
