The scene opens up in the locker room of Enmity, although with MGK still kind of missing from the scene, for the exception of his one match against Mr. Mysterio on Gastro, it had pretty much just become the locker room of Tara. She was leaning down and tying her heel boots at this particular moment with her bangs dangling below, and her wet hair that was tied back into a ponytail going over her shoulder and also hanging below her face while she was still tying her boots. After finishing tying the boots, she sat up on her couch and fixed her shirt as it clung to her body. There was a look of frustration of what she would have to step into this next week; two matches with Mr. Happy. At ‘In Harm’s (Geta)Way’, as well as ‘Ruthless & Reckless’. She lets out a sigh before finally speaking to the cameras.
“I don’t necessarily know what our Executive Director has against me, but he seems to have something against me…putting me in a match with Mr. Happy, who is downright a psycho. I mean, seriously, who the hell does he think he is? Walking around outside of my house? Watching me sleep? The man shouldn’t be in the ring, he should be in jail!”
Tara stared into the camera with a stern look. She allowed a pause for a brief moment before continuing.
“If this is what you want to do, though, that’s fine. I’ll take on Mr. Happy in the middle of that ring, and I hear that he’s going to try to avoid me in that six-man tag at In Harm’s (Geta)Way…but he should rethink that entire strategy, because I’m going to drag him into the ring if I need to. I’m going to hurt him on Wednesday, and when Sunday rolls around; you will scream my name, Mr. Happy. If you want to go home alone and abuse yourself while screaming my name, I’m not going to tell you not to! In fact, I think I’m flattered. But sweetie, we’re not right for each other. If I have to beat you within an inch of your life, and force you to scream my name, and leave you broken in the middle of that ring; so be it. I’m not some high school girl, I’m not going to tell you how much I don’t want to hurt you, or how sorry I am for you. Because I’m not. I want to hurt you. I’m not sorry for you. You are a joke to this ring, you are a joke to life. You and your whole family should’ve stuck to the circus, where freaks belong.”
Tara sat still in her seat for a couple seconds before putting one of her arms on the armrest, and her feet up onto the coffee table and resuming.
“This Wednesday, Mr. Happy won’t be fighting alone. He’ll be fighting with Tyrone Smith as one of his partners, as well as Primal…well, we’ve seen how much of a bitch Primal really is! He couldn’t get the job done against Jason at Decimation, and then when I called him out on it, what did he do? He had a fit! Look at him now; he couldn’t even defeat Kris Destiny to earn a shot to face Raven, to then earn a shot to face Jason in a rematch. What’s he doing about that? Oh yeah, he’s crying!
He’s crying because Chris Kanyon, who I’m forced to team with, forced him to lose the match. He’s blaming everyone but himself, and crying to the Executive Director to make things right; and what does our Executive Director do? He grants his every wish! Oh, a five count match? Sure! For the number one contender spot for the No Mercy Championship? Absolutely! You, Primal, I have said it before…have become one of the biggest disgraces to the XHF. When I first saw you step into that ring, I saw you as being one of the most promising wrestlers of the XHF, I saw you as a future…someone that MGK and I could eventually pass this torch to. You dropped the ball. You cried. You whined. You didn’t want to get the fuck back to your feet and earn your way from the bottom…you wanted to cry to our Executive Director and make him give you the match that you wanted! You did exactly that, and now what? You’re going to beat a nobody to become the number one contender, and then you’re going to face Jason and choke again? If that’s what you want to do, go for it.”
She waves her hand at the camera acting like she didn’t care so much as to what Primal did. The only reason she even did care about Primal was because she would be on the opposite side of the ring this Wednesday to face off against her team…she felt it to be more unfortunate that she would have to rely on Chris Kanyon, but if this is who she was going to be given as a partner, then she would have to accept it.
“The final person that I’ll be facing on Wednesday is Tyrone Smith.”
She paused for a moment while looking towards the ceiling and thinking a little bit about this name. The man who had taken Tara to her limit the last time that they stepped into the ring against each other, although she wouldn’t admit it.
“Are you serious?”
Another pause here as she stared into the camera, more dumbfounded by the fact that she would have to step into the ring with Crazy Boy again.
“Tyrone, I thought for sure that you would have learned your lesson the last time that we stepped into the ring…what have you done since the last time you fought me? You defeated Spike West a couple times. You defeated Pyro. You defeated Jayson Matthews. You defeated Mr. Mysterio. What do those names mean to me? Absolutely nothing. You’re the XHF Chaotic Champion, congratulations! It’s a belt that nobody cares about. Anybody that matters, I should say. Do you really think that just because you beat a few nobodies, and have been on a little bit of a hot streak, means that you’re going to defeat my team and I? No.”
Still looking into the camera, Tara finally brought her feet back down to the floor before getting up to her feet and taking a few steps forward. The sound of her heels hitting the floor stood out quite a bit with the slow steps she took.
“All three of you are walking into your own demise at In Harm’s (Geta)Way. The fact of the matter is that I have more talent in that ring than any of you, combined! I guarantee that I could step into that ring, gauntlet style…much like I did with the RCMP back in December of 2006...and I could win. Because I am that damn good in that ring. Wrestling…it’s what I do. It’s what I was born to do. Beating all of you…being better than all of you. Well, that’s just how good I am.
There’s another new person running around the back right now…”
She tapped her finger on her chin while she was thinking about who it was.
“Brad Kane!”
She says with some enthusiasm, and a smirk coming to her face.
“The last time that I stepped into the ring with him it was him that got a pin fall victory over me… for the XHF World Championship. Well, that doesn’t suit so well with me! Brad, I have a victory over you. Just as I have a victory over your dumbass of a brother. The thing that damages me is that a nobody like you, who just tucks your tail between your legs and runs every time something that’s a challenge for you comes up. You’re not running this time, Brad. You signed that contract with the XHF. And after I finish with Mr. Happy, believe me, I will wrap my chain around your neck and drag you out to that ring if I have to…if that’s what it’ll take for you to finally lay in that ring and I will finally have my redemption.
Until then, though. I’ll see Tyrone, Primal, and Mr. Happy at Wednesday. And Mr. Happy…you will be screaming my name next Sunday.”
Tara walks out of her locker room, only hearing the sounds of her heel clicking against the floor as the scene finally fades to black.
