here is a trick i use when writing matches, you can change it around whatever your format is
first, i type the two commentators names
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
then, i copy that, and paste it underneath, hold control v down for pages
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :
Jeremy Tucker :
Andrew Fulton :

Andrew Fulton :
you get the point
then, scroll back to the top, and start writing the match with the guys talking about what they see and think
means once you have finished writing the match, you don't have to go and code each line
it gives you like a template to write the match with.

I use this tactic with my RPs also, I have a notepad file with all the coded stuff to copy/paste into word as I write (i'll load the clipboard on Word with the ones I need too). It has all the justify, font, color, and picture codes I use. It's a good strategy.

I like that idea, however as an add on the AXW lads used to use an RP coding toolkit that Steele sent me way back when. s4.zetaboards.com/FIWII/topic/1392689/1/Download the file, unpack it and save the link as a bookmark. Makes coding matches super simple once it's set up, has a preview window and even auto saves for you.
