The XHF Network Presents: A Call To Arms
Date: May 31st, 2020
Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A.
Attendance: Family and Friends of Participants....and uh.....Staff
The camera pans around Caesar's Palace's arena which is.....sparsley populated to say the least. It doesn't matter though because it's time to jam to "If I Die in Battle" by Van Canto!
Despite the lack of much of a live audience, the song jams and we pan over the family and friends of the participants as well as the backstage staff who are available filling some of the seats (though properly distanced from each other- several seats between each in fact). Pyros blast and we head to the commentary table.
Hawke: Hello ladies and gentlemen at home, welcome to Call to Arms! I'm Joey Hawke and with me is Jerry "The King" Lawler and man do we have a show for you tonight!
King: That's right! The XHF Network has gotten fifty superstars to volunteer their time to find a backdoor to the greatest prize of them all, the X*Crown!
Hawke: Before we start I should probably explain the format. In the first round of this tournament teams of five will face off. Only the winning team will advance to the semifinals BUT, there's a catch- only the surviving members of that team get to continue on. In the semifinals we'll see a triple threat between the first three winning teams and another team-on-team match between the other two winners from round one. After that the survivors will move on to the finals.
King: It could be a singles match by then!
Hawke: Yes it could! Or a handicap match!
King: Tell them what the winners get!
Hawke: The team that wins the finals- all of the members- will be automatically entered into the qualifying matches at Overheated in July to determine who will challenge for the X*Crown!
King: Oh my goodness! I'm so excited, I can't wait to get started!
Hawke: Well it looks like your wait is nearly over because Bonnie Jenkins is in the ring ready to introduce the first match!
Bonnie Jenkins: The following contest is an elimination match scheduled to last until one team is fully eliminated! Featuring first are the challengers. Jesse Styles, Frank Windsor, Shane Sparx, Lexxi Starr, and River Riley Rose. They are Team aGw!
“Hail to the King” by Avenged Sevenfold begins playing as Jesse Styles walks out from the back. He is joined by Frank Windsor, Lexxi Star, Shane Sparx, and River Riley Rose. They all head down to the ring, taking positions at their corner as Jesse Styles himself steps into the ring to lean in his corner.
Hawke: Who is this crew? Where did they come from?
King: I think the answer is obvious. They come from Anything Goes Wrestling. That’s Jesse Styles, man! He’s the King of Las Vegas! We’re in the hometown of aGw!
Hawke: Oh, right. I didn’t read the bios on these guys.
King: And you think I did? I just happen to watch aGw!
Hawke: I just watch XHF Network companies.
King: Right, like a straight up company kiss up.
Bonnie Jenkins: And their opponents. Nausicaa Suzuki, Rin Kubo, Carnivore, James Raymond, and Fukushima Zombie. They are Team Jrok!
Meshi Kuna by INU begins playing as Fukushima Zombie walks out from the back. She is joined by James Raymond, Carnivore, Nausicaa Suzuki, and Rin Kubo. They head down to the ring to take up occupancy on their corner. James Raymond steps into the ring, watching Jesse Styles with a grin.
Hawke: Now that’s a team right there. XHF native over any other team out there!
King: It’s a team of wrestlers. Probably one of the weakest teams on the entire Network.
Hawke: What makes you say that? Sky Force is a great tag team, Fukushima Zombie is one of the top Jrok stars. James Raymond is-
King: Useless. And, he’s starting things off for Team Jrok to boot!
ROUND 1 MATCH
Team aGw (Jesse Styles, Frank Windsor, Shane Sparx, Lexi Starr, and River Riley Rose) vs. Team J-ROK (Nausicaa Suzuki, Rin Kubo, Carnivore, James Raymond, and Fukushima Zombie)
James Raymond advances to the middle of the ring where Jesse Styles meet him. They eye each other up and down, evaluating the other’s threat capacity. James Raymond feints a punch, grabbing Jesse Styles as he dodges, and whipping him into the ropes. Jesse ducks underneath a clothesline, puts on the brakes, and clotheslines James as he turns around.; James hops back to his feet, Jesse drilling him with lefts and rights before bringing him into the air with a suplex position. Jesse takes a couple of steps before dropping backwards to send James to the mat. Jesse hops up, watching as James Raymond is slower to get to his feet. He grabs James, whipping him into the ropes. James ducks a clothesline and keeps going to the ropes. On the rebound, Jesse stops in the middle of the ring to go for a backdrop. James stops to bring his foot back as if to kick Jesse in the dome when Jesse springs into a spear, taking James down!
King: The King of Vegas taking James Raymond to town, baby!
Hawke: James is kind of the weaker member of the team.
Jesse pulls James up and throws him into the Team aGw corner. He strolls over to the corner as if deciding who exactly to tag in, tagging in River Riley Rose. She hops over the ropes and delivers a roundhouse kick to the midsection of James Raymond. She hip tosses him out of the corner where he rolls back to his feet. She leaps into the air, snapping off a crisp heel kick to the side of the head. She delivers another roundhouse kick to the midsection, sending James to the mat.
Hawke: That was a heck of a series of kicks.
King: What do you expect from a former kickboxing champion?
River goes to the ropes as James starts to rise and comes back with a running knee to the face! She goes for the pinfall!
One
Two
T-Carnivore breaks the pinfall!
River kneels up from the broken pinfall, watching as Carnivore retreats back to his corner. She stands up, dragging James up with him. She sends him into the aGw corner hard enough that he falls into a seated position. She runs across the ring, striking him with another running knee to the head. She drags James out of the corner and goes for the pinfall! The rest of team aGw watch from their corner as team Jrok decide if they want to risk coming all the way across the ring or not.
One

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: James Raymond has been eliminated by pinfall!
Fukushima Zombie hops into the ring as James Raymond rolls out. River quickly crosses the ring, leaps into the air, and goes for an axe kick to the shoulder. Zombie reacts quickly, hitting a backflip dropkick that sends River backwards across the ring to the mat. River lands on her feet and launches herself at Zombie again, but is found wanting as Zombie hits a superkick that sends her to the mat.
Hawke: And that’s the marks of a real kickboxer champion!
King: Fukushima Zombie was never a kickboxing champion.
Hawke: Yeah, but she could have been.
Zombie does a standing moonsault, landing on her feet as River rolls out of the way. River sweeps at the legs, but Zombie is in the air again. She nails a drop kick to River, sending her backrolling away. When River comes to a stop, she lunges at Zombie, hitting a leaping elbow smash to the side of the head. She grabs Zombie around the head and brings her down with a bulldog. River jumps up and tags in Shane Sparx. Zombie stands up, watching Shane as he steps into the ring with a smile. She hunkers down into a fighting stance. Shane rushes across the ring, ducking under a roundhouse kick, and striking with a strong uppercut that lifts Zombie up into the air. She lands on her feet, staggering backwards. Shane grabs Zombie by the arm and whips her into the ropes, Carnivore tagging himself in as she hits the ropes. On the rebound, Shane goes for a stiff knee to the abdomen, but Zombie rolls to the side to exit the ring. Shane’s eyes go to this movement, not seeing Carnivore coming through the air with a high crossbody that takes him down.
Hawke: What a bait and switch play by Jrok!
King: Low play if you ask me.
Carnivore holds Shane down for the cover!
One
Tw-Shane Sparx kicks out!
Carnivore stands up and begins pulling Shane Sparx up, but gets hit with a jawbreaker! Carnivore doesn’t fall to the mat, merely staggering back. Shane jumps to his feet, grabs Carnivore, and hits a jumping ddt! Shane goes for the cover!
One
Tw-Carnivore kicks out!
Shane kneels up and rolls Carnivore over onto his belly. Shane then jumps up and stomps the back of Carnivore’s head, busting his nose like an over-ripe tomato. Shane walks over and tags in Frank Windsor, who steps into the ring with a grin. Carnivore stands up, blood pouring from his nose. He looks angrily at Frank Windsor, about to say something when Frank hits him with a throat thrust! He follows this up with a double underhook piledriver!
King: What do you have to say about Team Jrok now?
Hawke: They can recover from this! Carnivore isn’t defeated yet! He said he would bring a war!
Frank drags Carnivore to his feet and applies a full nelson, converting it quickly into a full nelson slam! Frank pulls Carnivore up and whips him into the team aGw corner. He crosses the ring though to stand near the Jrok corner. He points and laughs.
Windsor: Fucking wankers!
Rin Kubo angrily gets into the ring, but is stopped by the referee who holds her back. Carnivore starts to come out of the corner by is grabbed by Jesse Styles and River Riley Rose. Frank Windsor runs across the ring, spearing Carnivore into the corner. He tags in Lexxi Starr.
Hawke: What the? Frank causing disruptions there! That’s not right!
King: At least it wasn’t bait and switch.
Lexxi grabs Carnivore and hits a DDT! He quickly climbs to the top rope, raises his arms into the air, and hits a massive flying elbow! He goes for the pinfall!
One

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Carnivore has been eliminated by pinfall!
Rin Kubo hops over the ropes as Lexxi Star starts walking toward the center of the ring. Rin rushes at him, hitting a leaping shoulder tackle that brings Lexxi down to the mat. Rin and Lexxi both get to their feet, but Rin grabs Lexxi and goes for a powerslam, but Lexxi holds his ground. He grabs hold of her around the head and hits a DDT! Lexxi hops up and tags in River Riley Rose, who runs across the ring and jumps into the air as Rin starts to rise, connecting with an axe kick to the shoulder to send Rin Kubo crashing back down to the mat.
Hawke: Team Jrok is down two members. They can’t be taking damage like this!
King: You know the King of Vegas has this match sewn up!
River pulls Rin back to her feet and grabs her in a side headlock. She goes for a bulldog, but Rin applies the brakes. She pulls River back up up and just hurls her backwards into the air. River hits the top rope and falls out of the ring, striking the ring apron with her head on her way down.
King: Jesus H Christ!
Hawke:That was quite the fall.
Jesse Styles drops down to the floor, running around the rig to check on the downed River. The referee yells at him to get back to his corner while Rin Kubo runs across the ring. She slides underneath the ropes, hitting a baseball slate drop kick to Jesse Styles, knocking him into the ring railing! Rin pulls River up and rolls her into the ring, following. She whips River into the Jrok corner and tags in Nausicaa Suzuki, who hops over the ropes. She grabs onto the corner ropes and slams a knee into River’s gut a few times to send her into a seated position where she begins choking her out with a foot. The ref begins to count her out and Suzuki stops on the count of five. Suzuki pulls River away from the ropes and applies a grounded octopus stretch!
Hawke: Nausicaa with Destiny! Will Team aGw try to break the hold?
King: Yes!
Jesse Styles jumps into the ring, but before he can get across the ring to break the hold, River taps out!
Bonnie Jenkins: River Riley Rose has been eliminated by submission!
Suzuki releases River so that she can roll out of the ring and stands up, catching a right hand from Jesse Styles that sends her straight to the mat. Jesse pulls her up, hurling her at the ropes, and hits a boot to the gut on the rebound that flips Suzuki over and to the mat. Suzuki gets back to her feet, Jesse grabs her by the shoulders, and hits several knee lifts. Jesse pulls her up into a press slam position. He throws her into the aGw corner, tagging in Frank Windsor. Frank steps into the ring and begins to lay into Suzuki with lefts and rights, throwing in the occasional knee to the gut. Frank whips Suzuki across the ring to the Jrok corner. He rushes across the ring, hitting a quick avalanche. He decks Fukushima Zombie, knocking her from the ring apron. He takes a swing at Rin Kubo, who ducks underneath the punch. She comes back up and pokes Frank in the eyes before tagging herself in.
Hawke: Rin back in the game!
King: Frank’s gonna demolish her!
Rin Kubo jumps over the ropes and grabs the blinded Frank from behind in a sleeper hold. Then, incredibly, she begins the motion of a giant swing in the center of the ring while still holding onto the sleeper hold. Rin releases Frank, landing him in a neutral corner with his legs on either side of the turnbuckles. Rin Kubo slides out of the ring, grabs Frank by the feet, and jumps up. She plants her feet on the corner post as she pulls Frank’s legs to rack him on the corner post!
King: Oh, that’s going to leave a mark on the boys.
Hawke: Rin showing her dark side in this match to help win it.
Lexxi Starr comes around the ring, but doesn’t catch Rin Kubo as she rolls back into the ring. Rin tags in Fukushima Zombie, who climbs to the top rope. She hits a moonsault foot stomp! Frank starts to sit up, but Zombie levels him with a low roundhouse kick! Zombie goes to the top rope, steadies herself, and hits a 630 senton! She goes for the pinfall! Jesse comes across the ring as if to break up the pinfall, but gets nailed with a missile drop kick from Rin Kubo!

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Frank Windsor has been eliminated via pinfall!
Hawke: Frank eliminated by the Jiatsu Sakuru!
Rin Kubo slides out of the ring while Jesse Styles stands up and remains in the ring. Fukushima Zombie grins as she watches Jesse from across the ring. She holds up two fingers on each hand.
Hawke: In case Jesse didn’t know, Zombie is reminding him that each team has lost two members.
King: I think that’s on Jesse’s mind right now, yeah.
Jesse crosses the ring to pick a fight with Zombie, who backflip kicks Jesse right in the jaw. Jesse recovers quickly, seizing Zombie by the throat, and hitting a choke slam! Jesse goes to the top rope, flying through the air, and hitting a frog splash for the cover!

Thre- Rin Kubo breaks the pinfall!
Jesse Styles stands up, watching as Rin Kubo retreats from the ring. He grabs Zombie by the leg, drags him over to his own corner, and tags in Shane Sparx, who climbs to the top rope. Jesse Styles helps hand the stunned Fukushima Zombie up to Shane, who hits a belly to belly suplex through a table that just happened to be set up by the aGw corner!
King: What? Where did that table come from!
Hawke: Shane set it up, duh.
Shane is slow to get up, rolling into the ring. He crosses the ring, spitting at Rin Kubo, who jumps into the ring. This causes the ref to try to get her back to her side of the ring. Lexxi Starr jumps from the ring apron to deliver an elbow to the slowly rising Fukushima Zombie! He gets back into position before the ref can turn around. The ref makes his way back to the aGw corner and sees that Fukushima Zombie is still on the floor outside of the ring. He informs Shane Sparx to stay back as he begins to count her out.

Shane Sparks runs across the ring as she gets up, hitting a running knee to the midsection in a move that flips her over to the mat. He pulls her to her feet and whips her into the ropes, hitting a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on the rebound.
King: Zombie looking like she’s struggling right now. Could be three people out for Jrok.
Hawke: Come on Zombie! Make the tag!
Shane Sparx steadies himself on the top turnbuckle as Fukushima Zombie starts to get up. He leaps through the air to grab Zombie for the Third Degree, but Zombie holds onto him. She takes a few leaping steps toward her corner and hits a powerslam, landing Shane directly on his head! She staggers to her feet, tagging in Rin Kubo.
Hawke: That’s a heck of a comeback!
King: That was rather impressive.
Rin Kubo pulls Shane up and hits a stunner/three quarter headlock jawbreaker known as the Rin Factor! Shane bounces up and lands on the mat. Rin goes for the pinfall!

Thr-Shane kicks out!
Rin Kubo stands up, pulls Shane up, and hits a swinging neckbreaker! She tags in Nausicaa Suzuki and they both grab Shane Sparx, hitting a double ddt! Suzuki goes for the grounded octopus stretch as Rin Kubo exits the ring!
Hawke: This could be it! One more elimination and Team Jrok will have the numbers advantage!
King: No!
Jesse Styles makes the save this time, stomping Suzuki to break the hold. Nausicaa stands up, looking at the retreating Jesse Styles in agitation. She reaches for Shane, who pulls her down into a small package!

Hawke: Oh no!
King: Oh yes! Team aGw has the numbers advantage now!
Bonnie Jenkins: Nausicaa Suzuki has been eliminated by pinfall!
Fukushima Zombie bounds into the ring as Shane Sparx stands up, catching him, and bulldogging him to the mat. She jumps to her feet and runs across the ring to dropkick Jesse Styles off of the ring apron. Lexxi Starr jumps into the ring, clipping Zombie in the side of the head with an elbow strike to knock her down. The ref is on him like white on rice, getting him back into his corner. Shane Sparx is up, he kicks Fukushima Zombie in the side of the head! He tags in Lexxi Starr as Jesse Styles gets back to the ring apron. Lexxi pulls Zombie up and pulls her into a piledriver position. Jesse Styles comes out of nowhere from the top rope, turning the move into a spiked piledriver! Jesse rolls out of the ring before the ref can yell at him and Lexxi goes for the pinfall!

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Fukushima Zombie has been eliminated by pinfall!
King: Rin Kubo all by herself now!
Hawke: Oh no! Rin can take down three outsiders by herself if she had to.
King: Well, she has to. That or lose.
Rin Kubo steps through the ropes to face Lexxi Starr, looking to Jesse Styles and Shane Sparx waiting at the corner. Jesse hollers and Lexxi smirks, resigning his eyebrows. He keeps his eyes on Rin as he tags Jesse Styles back into the ring.
King: The King of Vegas has this shit wrapped up!
Hawke: Rin is the most powerful of the SKY Force. She can pull it off!
Jesse and Rin run at each other, Jesse getting the drop on her as he hits a spear. He mounts her, slamming her with lefts and rights. He gets off of her as the ref begins to yell at him. He pulls Rin to her feet and applies a cross face chicken wing in the center of the ring.
King: Sure, she can pull it off.
Hawke: Well…
Rin tries to break out of the move, but finds that she cannot. With no way out and no team mates left to bail her out of this, she taps out.
Bonnie Jenkins: Rin Kubo has been eliminated by submission! This means that Team aGw will move on to round two!
Hawke: I can’t believe Mongo let a team of outsiders in this event in the first place.
King: That’s the kind of nonsense that won’t allow this network to grow. We want aGw to join the Network.
Hawke: Then they can join the Network instead of standing outside of it.
King: That’s the idea with this tournament.
Jesse Styles, Lexxi Starr, and Shane Sparx celebrate in the middle of the ring as Rin Kubo joins her companions.
Hawke: And now it's time for our next match of the night, which features the SWAT Team Vs The SAGA.
King: Which features Roxylishus you should say Hawke.
Orion's "Eternity (Chillout Version)" hits as "Timeless" Alex Turner struts out accompanied by Roxylishus. And that's it. They wait on the entryway when finally the rest of the SWAT Team make their way out- "110%" Syberus, El Combatiente, K-Jax, and Lunchbox Larry. Not all of them look real keen on the theme music welcoming to the event. Once they're out, Timeless and Roxylishus continue on their way down to the ring while the rest of the team follow suit.
Hawke: This is the first time several of these men have appeared on the global stage
King: But if you're not already watching SWAT then you're missing out- I mean just look at her!
Hawke: Them.
King: Yeah, that's what I said!
Four Spotlights appear on stage each with a letter spelling out S.A.G.A. "Who We Are" by Red hits as Joe Nobody, Travis Monroe, Wellington Dunne, and Raymond Harding are led out by Johnny Sniper. The group walk to the middle of the stage and trade solemn fist bumps, then nonchalantly walk to the ring.
King: It's not often we see all of Saga coming out together!
Hawke: That's right! And it looks like they're determined tonight to show everyone they mean business!
ROUND 1 MATCH
SWAT Team ("110%" Syberus, "Timeless" Alex Turner, El Combatiente, K-Jax, and Lunchbox Larry) vs. The Saga (Johnny Sniper, Wellington Dunne, Joe Nobody, Travis Monroe, and Raymond Harding)
Hawke: Both teams are in the ring, from The SAGA we have, Johnny Sniper. Travis Monroe. Wellington Dunne. Raymond Harding and Joe Nobody!
King: Quite the team, they have been making their way through the ranks here in the XHF and of late, are looking to make that next step, I like these guys, I think they are going to make it big here on the Network, maybe that will be today.
Hawke: They are up against it Kingfish, with the SWAT Team meeting them in the first round, and they are ready by the looks, with a team meeting taking place, their team includes Timeless Alex Turner, with Roxylishus. El Combatiente, 110% Syberus and the tag team of Lunchbox Larry and K Jax.
King: On paper, maybe you have got to give it to the SWAT Team, there are some big names in the business here, and all had a great showing at the Anzac Cup, but this isn’t the Anzac Cup, this is the Call to Arms. I got to say, I think The Saga are going to take this one.
Hawke: The ref is calling for the bell and we are under way here. El Combatiente starting it out for The SWAT Team. Joe Nobody for The SAGA. They hook up and El Combatiente whips Joe to the ropes, El Combatiente catches him bouncing off the ropes and hits an arm drag. El Combatiente tags in Timeless, he enters the ring, and he also delivers an arm drag.
King: Travis Monroe runs into the ring at Timeless but El Combatiente steps in front of him and delivers another arm drag.
Hawke: Some sweet arm drags buy the SWAT guys, they know there stuff.
King: Monroe and Nobody run at both El Combatiente and Timeless and the SWAT due hit stereo arm drags!
Hawke: Its Arm Drag City!
King: Timeless with a big T Bone suplex on Joe Nobody. He tags in 110% Syberus.
Hawke: Syb enters, he is on a roll, he just won the Anzac Cup! He grabs Joe and full Nelsons him, holding him for Timeless. Timeless measure Joe and delivers a HUGE Superkick!
King: NO! Joe moved out of the way! Timeless superkicked Syberus! Jo Nobody covers Syberus.
Hawke: One .................. two ............ ( Joe hooks the trunks) .... THREE!!!!
Bonnie Jenkins: "110%" Syberus has been eliminated by pinfall!
King: SYBERUS IS ELIMINATED!!!
Hawke: Joe had the tights!
King: Syb can’t believe it, he gets in Timeless’ face and the two start bickering, the SWAT Team hit the ring and try and break them up, telling Timeless to cool it and Syb to head to the back, this is all going pear shaped.
Hawke: Looks like a Saga promotional, all they wanted to do was yell at and fight each other. Maybe Syberus was partying too much after the Cup win.
King: The SAGA run into the ring also, and Raymond and Sniper both with twin flying body crosses on K Jax and Lunchbox Larry.
Hawke: The four of them tumble to the outside as inside the ring, we have here a three on two, with Dunne, Nobody and Monroe giving it to Timeless and El Combatiente.
King: The ref is counting out both Larry, K Jax AND Raymond and Sniper, is this legal?
Hawke: He is trying to regain order King.
King: Trying and failing, he is about to count out four men who aren’t even legal in the ring!
Hawke: They are oblivious to his count and brawling to the back. And LUNCHBOX LARRY, K-JAX, SNIPER AND RAYMOND ARE ELININATED!
Bonnie Jenkins: As a result of a count-out, Lunchbox Larry, K-Jax, Johnny Sniper, and Raymond Harding have been eliminated from the match!
Hawke: Wow! I guess that's what happens when you don't pay attention to the ref!
King: The remaining SAGA stomp away on El Combatiente and Timeless. They have the advantage of numbers here.
Hawke: I still can’t believe Syberus is eliminated.
King: Get with the times, that was so 5 minutes ago. Monroe with a DDT on Timeless!
Hawke: Dunne with a mad Spear on El Combatiente!
King: SWAT Team struggling here.
Hawke: Nobody with a hangmans neckbreaker on Timeless.
King: Dunne jumps on Timeless for the cover ....
Hawke: One ............. Two ..... Roxylishus breaks the count from the outside pulling Nodoby off of Timeless.
King: Nobody is livid. He starts screaming at Roxylishus and Dunne and Monroe are telling him to focus on the ring. El Combatiente with a drop kick on both of them sends the pair toppling over the top rope.
Hawke: Timeless grabs Joe and plants him with an exploder suplex!
King: Timeless with a backbreaker on Joe now, and he pushes down on the legs and chin of Joe while he is laying on the knee of Timeless, in a world of hurt.
Hawke: On the outside, we see El Combatiente getting into it with both Dunne and Monroe, he takes it to both of them for a short time, but then weight of numbers tells, and they wear him down and start stomping him outside the ring.
King: Javier (El Combatiente’s manager)is beside himself. He is screaming at the ref to get some control. The ref is leaning over the ropes trying to get some order, Roxylishus slides in the ring and she low blows Joe Nobody.
Hawke: Timeless hoists him up and drills him with a brutal Falcon Arrow!
King: Look at this! Roxylishus is standing above the face of Nobody! She is grinding, she swivels and pulls her panties down and waves them in the air! I can’t believe it!
Hawke: Get a hold of yourself King!
King: It’s not myself i want to get a hold of!
Hawke: She throws the panties into the crowd and there as a near riot for them, and then BAM! Drops down on the face of Nobody with the splits!
King: SPLIT SPLASH! Everybody wishes they were Nobody!
Hawke: Cover by Timeless, One ............. Two ........... THREE!!!!
Bonnie Jenkins: Joe Nobody has been pinned and is eliminated!
Hawke: Timeless then runs and flies over the ropes and takes down both Dunne and Monroe with a flying body press!
King: El Combatiente throws Travis Dunne into the ring, he runs up the ring steps and up the ropes in one motion and then flies off the top rope with a diving springboard forearm!
Hawke: El Combatiente whips Dunne into the corner and charges in after him crunching him with a STINGER SPLASH!
King: STREET JUSTICE! (Vertebreaker)
Hawke: Done like a dinner! El Combatiente covers Dunne .... One ... Two ............ THREE!!!!
Bonnie Jenkins: Wellington Dunne has been eliminated by pinfall!
King: The SWAT Team now with the numbers advantage! Travis Monroe left on his own with Timeless and El Combatiente.
Hawke: All three in the ring. Timeless connects with a BEAUTIFUL DROP KICK!
King: I don’t like to make outlandish statements Hawke, but that right thee is the BEST drop kick i have EVER seen!
Hawke: SLICED BREAD by El Combatiente!
King: Timeless pounces on Monroe and locks on the Turnabout! (Rings of Saturn)
Hawke: Monroe submits! It’ all over! SWAT Team advance!
Bonnie Jenkins: Travis Monroe has been eliminated by submission! Moving on to the next round is the SWAT Team!
King: But three soldiers short. Only El Combatiente and Timeless going forward!
Hawke: Javier and Roxylishus jump in the ring and both raise the arms of El Combatiente and Timeless in victory!
King: Look at them two.
Hawke: They look focused and could go all the way tonight.
King: No, I meant Roxylishus’ TWO!
Hawke: Please. Winners of the match and moving forward to the next round, Timeless Alex Turner and El Combatiente!!!!!
King: Well with only two members of team SWAT advancing and three from aGw, the onus is now on these two teams to try and get an advantage for the triple threat.
Hawke: Indeed King, it will be a tough match though with some of the names in this match.
Bonnie Jenkins: This match is a five on five elimination match with the survivors of the winning team advancing to the next round. Entering first … at a combined weight of 1,087 pounds, Eichi Yamaguchi, Andrew Daniels, Death Trap, Mistress Discipline, and MCCW World Heavyweight Champion Jason Justice … TEAM MASTER CLASS CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING!!!
“A Million Miles” by Goldfinger hits the arena as the People’s Dude steps onto the stage cradling his belt over his shoulder. He smiles and nods to the small crowd and looks behind him. DT and Mistress Discipline step out to his left, Eichi and Daniels step out to his right. They begin to walk to the ring as the music blares. As they hit the ring they climb up to the apron and settle into their corner as Justice hands his title to the timekeeper.
Hawke: Team MCCW has made no bones about how they feel underappreciated and undervalued by their fellow network superstars.
King: Well time to put up or shut up. A win here would go a long way to changing that perspective.
Bonnie Jenkins: And their opponents, at a combined weight of 1,151 pounds, the team of Kentuck… er … Ross Hanson, Bloodied Fox, Zach the Killer, Dallas Houston, and Cross Recoba … TEAM ASCENSION WRESTLING FEDERATION!!!
Hawke: A lot of folks look to AWF as the crown jewel of the XHF Network as the longest lasting federation in the company.
King: And that despite being run by that dweeb Felix Ziko and Terry Bradshaw.
ROUND 1 MATCH
Team AWF (Cross Recoba, Bloodied Fox, Dallas Houston, Kentucky Tarzan, and Zach the Killer) vs. Team MCCW (Jason Justice, Eichi Yamaguchi, Andrew Daniels, Death Trap and Mistress Discipline)
Zach the Killer charges to the center of the ring. Team AWF looks at each other and shrugs. They step to the apron as for MCCW Eichi Yamaguchi steps up and begins bouncing back and forth on his legs to taunt the young man. The bell rings and Eichi raises his hands into his fighting stance. Zack walks forward with a smug grin. He throws a right hand at Eichi who blocks with his left and hits a massive straight right. Zach stumbles back stunned. He lunges in again but Eichi unloads to hard middle kicks to the ribs. A crunching is heard from the stiff striking of Eichi. Eichi shoots for a double leg takedown and gains the mount position. He begins raining fists down on Zach. Zach shields his face as best he can but Eichi is just punishing him. Zack punches him in the face to knock him to the side. Eichi rolls to his feet and runs off the ropes and on the return punts Zach in the ribs again. More crunching.
Hawke: Good lord the striking power of Eichi is impressive.
King: Word from MCCW is he is known for just punishing people early and not letting up. His matches aren’t usually long or exciting.
Hawke: I can see why, MY ribs hurt after that.
Zach rolls to a prone position. EIchi gets back mount now and again throws lefts and rights to the head as the ref counts.

Eichi break the mount and hauls Zach to his feet. Zach reflexively throws a few fists and kicks matching the strong style of Eichi. Eichi stumbles then unloads with a big boot to the head. Zach falls to the mat and slowly rolls to a kneeling position. Eichi pounces with a front chancery and drives a knee into the chest of Zach, then the other knee. Finally he pulls him up into a muay thai clinch and hits a vicious knee to the head. Team AWF is leaning in for a tag but Zach has been knocked loopy. Eichi just bounces back and forth again taunting them. As Zack gets to his knees and starts to stand Eichi hooks the arms and turns around dropping Zach with the Bullet Through Her Head and holding the bridge.

Bonnie Jenkins: Zach the Killer has been eliminated
King: I am in awe, that was utter dominance. And that reverse Gory Special Bomb…
Hawke: This man is dangerous, you can see how he won both gold rush tournaments and the inaugural MCCW World title reign.
Eichi just bounces back and forth. Ross Hanson gets into the ring and is ready to try his luck. The two men grapple in the ring and move back and forth before Hanson gets Yamaguchi in a headlock. He hits two quick punches and spins into a drop toe hold. Eichi rolls with the momentum and to his feet quickly. He turns and is greeted with a single leg takedown attempt that Hanson lifts into a slam. He dives onto the half guard and gets an arm triangle locked in. Eichi rolls over and manages to wriggle out and spins to the front. He gets his arms under the arms of Ross and unloads knees to the crown of the head. Hanson flattens out and slides out of his grip then pushes quickly to his feet with a buzzsaw kick to the head of Eichi.
Hawke: Well the former Kentucky Tarzan seems to match Eichi with the MMA stylings.
King: Between the mat skills of Hanson, Justice, Eichi, DT, Discipline, and Recoba we may be in for a technical showcase.
Hanson pins.
ONE!
Eichi kicks out with authority. He rols to his feet and gets into his fighting stance. Hanson grapples him again and this time Eichi pulls him in for a pair of knees to the chest then shoves him back and hits three straight punches to the chest. Hanson collapses to his knees holding his chest. Eichi pulls him up to hit a lariat but Hanson ducks and uses the momentum to whip him to his own corner. Hanson barrels in as Dallas Houston hits a huge clubbing blow to the head sending Eichi to a sitting position in the corner. Hanson hits the cannonball senton!
Hawke: DOWN THE HOLLAR!
Eichi rolls out of the ring. He gets to one knee and shakes the cobwebs out. Dallas however turns and hits a double axe handle off the apron sending Eichi flat to the canvas. Houston winds up for a bigger move but he stops as he sees Justice coming around the ring on one side and Daniels on the other. He raises his arms in innocence and sends Eichi back into the ring and climbs to the apron. Hanson tags in Dallas who steps through the ropes and stalks Eichi. He drops a big leg drop. The Final Answer rolls to a sitting position and gets stomped and hit with a basement clothesline. Houston drags Eichi to his feet and taunts. He goes for a discus lariat but EIchi catches the arm and pulls him over with the judo hip toss. Houston is shocked and turns to try a clothesline from hell and gets caught with the high angle hip toss this time. Eichi tags in Andrew Daniels.
King: The gladiator into the ring now.
Hawke: Let’s see how his striking game plays with the roughhousing Texan.
Daniels meets Houston as he climbs to his feet. He throws a left hand then a right hand then a left hand in a combo. Dallas takes them all in stride and hits a haymaker of his own. He follows it with an axe handle blow. Daniels counters with a middle kick to the thigh. Houston stumbles to the side and Daniels decides to repeat this a few times. Finally he grabs Houston and sets him up for the Sparta-cussion DDT but Houston hoists him into a bear hug and squeezes tight. With the Baylor locked in he begins to shake Daniels to try and get the air out quicker. Daniels struggles to wriggle his hands between and break the grasp. Houston tightens the hold and Daniels gasps in pain. He then pushes on the head and neck of Dallas trying to break the hold but he gets ragdolled side to side again for his trouble. Finally Daniels pokes the eyes and Houston drops him. Daniels fires a kick but Houston catches it and pulls his legs out and hits the Raider Rash. The giant swing is only stopped with Jason Justice leaps onto the ropes and springboards off with a diving kick to the chest. This brings in Cross who charges Justice and hits him with a clothesline. The ref steps in and restrains Recoba and directs him and Justice to their corners. While the ref isn’t looking Houston pulls up Daniels by the hair and moves to his corner where he and Hanson hit a high-low sweep, clothesline combo. Houston pulls Daniels up and whips him hard into the corner and on the rebound just shoves him back in and tags Bloodied Fox.
King:Daniels is getting overpowered by Houston and now here comes the plucky underdog Bloodied Fox.
Hawke: Despite the drama and reputations of his former partners, Fox was the heart and soul of LGBTKO and one of the most underrated competitors in AWF.
Daniels stumbles to his knees as Fox slingshots over the ropes with a leg drop across the neck. He pulls Daniels up to his hands and knees again and unleashes the kawada kicks. Daniels flops over to a supine position and Fox for the pin.

Kickout!
Daniels has a lot of fight left in him. Fox runs off the ropes and comes off with a huge penalty kick. Daniels begins crawling to his corner. Fox however dives on top of him with the STF to stop him. He holds the hold for a few seconds before Daniels is able to pry his arm away. Fox goes for a basement dropkick but Daniels pushes off the mat to his knees avoiding it. As Fox rolls to his feet Daniels hits the corkscrew roundhouse on Fox!
Hawke: Whoa what an athletic move from the Gladiator!
King: Now is his chance to tag.
Fox is on the mat holding his face. Daniels crawls towards the corner then stops. He pushes to his feet and brushes himself off. He tells his team he’s got this and grabs Fox in a deadlift. He lifts for the Suplexus Maximus! Fox however breaks the grip and lands on his feet then unleashes his headscissor driver!
King: EXQUISITE RED!
Hawke: Fox just turned one finisher into another!
He hooks the leg.

Bonnie Jenkins: Andrew Daniels has been eliminated!
Hawke: The Gladiator got cocky and Fox took him down to even the score.
Jason Justice leaps into the ring. Fox beckons him to bring it. Justice moves in and Fox fires off a roundhouse kick that Justice ducks and shoots the takedown. Fox rolls through with it and gets a hold of Justice by the right arm and torques the wrist on the mat. Justice somersaults forward into a bridge to reverse the pressure onto Fox’s left elbow. Fox breaks the hold and scampers to his feet. Justice tries a clothesline but Fox again catches the arm and flips him into cross arm bar. He really begins to work the wrist, spreading the fingers and grasping his right hand. He then twists and torques it back. Justice yelps in pain. He rolls over and uses his free hand to balance as he gets to his feet and drops a knee on the legs of Fox to release the hold. Justice is to his feet as Fox kips up. The two trade kicks and elbows before Fox goes for an Irish whip but holds Justice and pulls the short arm back into an arm wringer flipping Justice to the mat holding his right wrist. Fox leaps to the ropes and springs off with the Air Vulpine!
Hawke:What a frog splash by Fox. He is really taking control here.
King: He’s working over the arm and has transitioned into an anaconda vice here.
Fox is tightening the hold. Eichi leaps the ropes into the ring and pulls Fox off the hold and hits two crushing kicks to the ribs leaving him gasping for air. The ref gets him back to the corner. Fox crawls to his corner and tags out to Dallas Houston. Houston comes barreling in and right past Justice with a huge clothesline from hell knocking DT and Eichi off the apron. He laughs but this distraction allows Discipline to slap the piss out of him. He holds his jaw and looks at her offended! Before he can make a comment however he is immediately brought down from behind by the Justice Served! Houston howls in agony as the life is choked out of him.
Hawke: Rookie mistake there. He went after the illegal teammates and couldn’t take them all down.
King: And he turned his back on a submission expert.
Justice is shouting as he torques the hold. Cross again leaps into the ring and charges but this time Eichi slides into the ring from outside and catches him with a running STO. The hold is still locked in. Fox leaps into the ring and moves towards the submission but Discipline leaps into the ring and charges. Fox sidesteps her allowing her to hit the Final Bell bicycle knee to Tarzan as he tried to enter the ring. Fox moves to help but stops and turns to save Houston who is still in the hold struggling to stay conscious. Fox charges in but DT catches him with a Cut the Strings. Houston is shouting in agony and fading fast as Justice is also wincing in pain from his weakened wrist. The ref clears the ring of the illegal teammates. Houston is now nearly out of it and finally taps out.
Bonnie Jenkins: Dallas Houston has been eliminated!
Justice releases the hold and lays on the mat to catch his breath as Houston crawls out of the ring.
Hawke: He showed impressive fortitude surviving that long in the signature hold of the former State of Ohio champ.
King:And MCCW World Champ. I think Dallas has a bright future ahead of him. But not today.
Justice slowly climbs to his feet. Cross is the only member of his team standing as Fox and Hanson crawl to the apron after taking some heavy hits. He wastes no time going for the quick finish. He grabs the right arm of Justice and locks in a top wrist lock. He then lifts him by that wrist and holds him for a few seconds before letting him fall and flipping him with an arm drag. Justice rolls to his feet then charges. He somersaults under a clothesline and tags in Death Trap.
King: And here comes the XHF Legend Death Trap.
Hawke: AWF is looking worse for wear but DT and MD haven’t even really been in this match yet.
Cross just taunts DT to bring it. DT is methodical about it and measures out Cross before sending a high kick his way. Cross sidesteps it and hits a few quick punches. DT grapples him and hits a knee left to the chest. Cross grips his chest then smashes DT in the head with his elbow. He repeats the strike trying to open up DT. DT grabs the arm and twists it into a hammer lock. He then pulls Cross back and locks in a dragon sleeper. Cross puts his feet on the second rope and springs over DT and catches him with a reverse DDT. He then holds the pin as he catches one of DT’s legs as it comes into the air.
ONE!
Kickout by DT. Cross pulls DT to his feet and hits a German Suplex. DT rolls to his feet and charges but Cross shoots the legs and jackknifes him.
ONE!
Kickout!
DT is visibly stunned. He shakes it off and gets to his feet. DT and Cross grapple. DT gets the advantage and hits a knee strike to the gut. He then hits a snap suplex. Cross rolls to his feet and DT hits the running STO. He then locks in the half crab. Cross shouts in pain but begins pulling his way to the ropes. He finally reaches them. DT releases the hold but Cross kicks his leg up as DT steps off and catches him with an accidental low blow. Accidental to the ref at least. DT drops to his knees in pain. Cross launches some stiff kicks to the chest of DT before grabbing him for a hangman’s neckbreaker. DT grabs his head in pain.
Hawke: Cross is bringing the fight to the multi time world champ.
King: Well they didn’t really interact in the rumble he’s trying to prove a point here.
DT rolls to his hands and knee and Cross drops him with a dropkick to the ribs. He then stomps on the spine of DT a few times. He pulls DT to his feet and DT hits a quick elbow to the throat and hooks him for a powerbomb. He lifts Cross but Cross is able to pull DT down instead and land on his feet with DT’s head between his legs. Cross cracks his neck and lifts for a piledriver. He steps through into the standing Boston Crab!
Hawke: THERE IT IS! Garibaldi’s Guillotine locked in! Nobody escapes this move!
King: DT doesn’t tap out though, how is this going to end?
Bloodied Fox launches out of his corner and sprints to intercept Jason Justice. The two begin to trade blows and tumble to the outside. DT howls in agony trying to claw his way to the ropes. Eichi is pulled off the apron to the outside by Tarzan and whipped into the barricade. Cross laughs and looks at DT. However the numbers game is too much as Discipline charges into the ring with the shining big boot to break the hold. She picks him up and lifts him for a piledriver. Cross lays on the mat as the ref goes to get her out of the ring. Cross slowly crawls to his corner where his team has returned. He tags in Bloodied Fox. Fox charges in and hits a sliding dropkick to the head of DT. He rains down punches to the side of the head of DT who grabs the ropes and pulls underneath. The ref stops Fox and backs him up. DT gets to his feet and Fox grabs his arm and pulls him in for the A Hustle Sweetheart!
King:RIPCORD CUTTER!
Hawke: No DT reversed it.
DT tosses Fox away using the ropes to prevent from falling and his size advantage to toss the man across the ring. He takes a second to catch his breath and stretch his back. Fox charges again and this time ducks a clothesline and leaps to the second rope. He springboards off with an enzuigiri. DT stumbles and drops to a knee. Fox senses blood and launches the question mark kick but DT rolls forward under it and ends up behind where he hits a tiger suplex. He holds the pin.
ONE!
TWO!
Kickout by Fox.
DT shakes the cobwebs loose and locks in the Seattle Stretch. Fox shouts in pain and reaches for the ropes. He finally reaches them and DT releases. DT pulls Fox up and Fox hits a jaw jacker. He follows it with a palm strike and a chop to the chest. He then hits a roundhouse to the head spinning DT around. He hooks the arms for the Fox Trap Suplex but DT puts his right arm down breaking that half of the hold and uses the other arm to spin Fox into a DDT position. He hooks the leg in a cradle and drops him with a huge cradle DDT right on the head. He rolls into the pin.
King: Main Attraction from DT!
Hawke: Fox is out.

Bonnie Jenkins: Bloodied Fox has been eliminated.
Ross Hanson barrels into the ring and cleans DT out with a high flying knee to the head. DT crashes to the mat and rolls to the corner. Tarzan then hits the running body splash to stop his momentum. Ross knocks Eichi and Justice off the apron. He grabs DT and hits a vertical suplex dropping him back to the center of the ring. DT arches his back then rolls to hands and knees. Ross charges for a flying lariat but DT rolls underneath and leaps to his corner tagging in Mistress Discipline.
King: And here comes the librarian. I’d like to read about her. Think she’s filed under D?
Hawke: … Are you seriously talking about her chest?
King: Double D?
Mistress moves right to Tarzan and they grapple. She hits a trio of elbow shots to the head. She hits a snap mare and locks in a rear chin lock.
Mistress Discipline: CHIMPANZEES AREN’T MONKEYS! Is it a monkey or a chimp? CHOOSE! ANSWER ME!
King: Um … is she crazy?
Hawke: No just well read.
She torques the hold harder. Ross is still feeling the effects of the big knee from earlier and his breath is shallow. He finds the strength to push to his feet and drops her with a jaw breaker. She stumbles back and he lunges for a takedown. She blocks the takedown and hoists him into the air. She slams him to the mat with a HUGE powerbomb. He bounces off the mat holding his head as she hooks the leg.
King:WHOA! What a show of power from the little librarian!
Hawke: That;s the expulsion King and it may have taken Kentucky Tarzan out of the match.

Cross dives to break up the pin too late.
Bonnie Jenkins: Ross Hanson has been eliminated.
Cross now looks across the ring and sees three men on the apron looking at him. He turns and sees Mistress giving him the just bring it sign. Cross shrugs and charges Mistress hitting a punch flurry before ducking behind and hitting a bulldog. Discipline rolls to her back and then rolls again to avoid a running elbow drop. Cross holds his elbow in pain and Mistress grabs him and locks in the Suspension.
Hawke:Wow look at the contortion she’s getting on Cross with that bridging crossface.
King: You think she can contort herself too?
Hawke: King … no.
She wrenches back with all her might but Cross refuses to go out. He fights the hold and squirms and eventually gets his foot to the ropes. She releases the hold. She catches her breath and gets to her feet. Cross is slower to his feet. He’s already gone through hell with Death Trap. Cross eyes her up trying to find an angle of attack. He feints a takedown getting her to try and block it only to hit a roundhouse followed by a spinning back kick. She doubles over in pain and he hooks her to try the Garibaldi’s Guillotine but she back body drops him instead before he can lift her.
Hawke: For someone new to the business she sure is quick on her reversal game.
King: I’m impressed she’s going submission for submission with Cross Recoba.
She drops a knee across the face of Cross. He rolls to his feet and she greets him with an elbow. He launches a kick but she catches his foot. He shouts NO NO but she hits a massive slap sending him sprawling to the mat. Cross looks pissed now and gets to his feet. He grapples her and they stumble near the ropes. He hits a knee lift to the head and tosses her to the apron. He follows her out and hits the Staten Island Drop!
Hawke:OH! He just DDT’d her on the apron!
She falls to the outside and holds her face in pain. Cross stands on the apron and laughs. He measures her up for a diving elbow but he forgets which side of the ring he’s on and gets a bicycle kick from Eichi for his trouble sending him crashing to the apron and then the floor. He holds his head and neck in pain. Eichi drops to the floor and stalks towards Cross. The ref yells at him but Eichi ignores it. Cross slowly gets to his feet. He backs away. The ref finally gets Eichi’s attention and he relents. Cross laughs … until Eichi smiles at him and rolls onto the apron revealing a charging Mistress who crushes Cross in the head with the Final Bell. Cross was not ready for that and goes down hard. She grabs him and rolls him into the ring before fixing her bun. She follows him in as he slowly crawls to his knees. She catches him with the reverse STO and rolls her legs back into the Koji Clutch!
King: Oh my what a submission. Cross is being choked out.
Hawke: But will he give up?
Cross fights it for a bit but as he sees the other three men still waiting on the apron and feels the air escaping he finally taps out.
Bonnie Jenkins: Cross Recoba has been eliminated, therefore your winners are Eichi Yamaguchi, Death Trap, Jason Justice, and Mistress Discipline … TEAM MCCW!
Bonnie Jenkins: The following contest is a five man elimination match. The first team to eliminate all five members of the other team will be declared the winners and go on to the next round. First off the challengers. Zoran Sainovic, Subject 42, Brad Swann, Dreadvan, and Tarrasque. They are Of Monsters and Men!
After The Fire's version of "Der Kommissar" plays over the PA system as Zoran Sainovic walks out from the back. Fog billows out from either side of him as the rest of his team slowly come out to join him.
Hawke: Now that is a team of scary men.
King: Monsters.
Hawke: I think only one of these is a monster. Zoran.
King: That might be accurate.
Zoran leads his team down to the ring. They taking up their corner with Zoran Sainovic stepping into the ring.
Hawke: I guess Zoran is going to start things out for his team.
King: Sure looks that way. I wonder why?
Bonnie Jenkins: And their opponents. Lucky Linda de Fey, Zolothach, Olympia, Jade, and Kim. They are Team Amazon!
“Linger” by the Cranberries begins playing as Lucky Linda walks out from the back. She is quickly joined by the rest of her team. They head down to the ring with Lucky Linda keeping her eyes on Zoran Sainovic. As Zolothach starts to get into the ring, Lucky Linda beats her to it, sliding into the ring. Zolothach stops and nods, going to the corner with the others.
Hawke: This is why Zoran started out first. He wanted to draw out Linda.
King: Good plan.
ROUND 1 MATCH
Of Monsters and Men (Zoran Sainovic, Subject 42, Brad Swann, Dreadvan, and Tarrasque) vs Team Amazon (Lucky Linda, Zolothach Tabitha Osbourne, Olympia, Jade, and Kim)
Lucky Linda crosses the ring to just past the halfway point. It’s here that she motions for Zoran to come.
Linda: Time to get your ass kicked, Zoran.
Sainovic: You zink so?
That’s when Zoran holds out his hand and Subject 42 makes the tag. Linda’s eyes go wide when she realizes that she’s been duped. She’s frozen as Subject 42 enters the ring and charges! He nearly knocks Linda out of her boots as he hits a massive spear! Zoran cackles evilly as he exits the ring. Subject 42 stands up, pulling Linda to her feet. He picks her up into a gorilla press slam position and just hurls her across the ring where she slams head first into a neutral corner! She lands on the mat like a marionette with its strings cut. Subject walks over to pick Linda up, just palms the back of her head, and slams her head into the top turnbuckle several times before pausing. Lucky Linda takes advantage of the pause to strike backwards with several elbows. Subject 42 backs up a few steps. Linda spins around, places her hands on the top rope and lifts her legs. She kicks Subject with both feet, sending him toward the center of the ring. She runs to the center of the ring, hitting a scissor kick to further drive Subject back.
Hawke: Linda was tricked, but she’s on the rebound!
King: How long can that rebound last?
Linda rushes at Subject 42 to hit a clothesline, but is seized by the throat with both hands. Subject lifts Linda up into the air where she flails at him with both hands and feet, but to no avail. Subject 42 delivers a thunderous double handed choke slam, bouncing Linda off the mat by a couple of feet. He drags the limp Linda to the OMAM corner where he tags in Zoran Sainovic.
Hawke: Zoran had Subject 42 do his dirty work and is now taking credit for it.
King: It’s only right. He is the leader after all.
Zoran steps into the ring, looks across to the other corner with an evil grin, and goes for the pinfall!

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Lucky Linda la Fey has been eliminated by pinfall!
King: And just like that, Team Amazon has been beheaded.
Hawke: By a low and dirty trick by Zoran!
King: It was perfectly legal.
Hawke: I suppose it was.
Olympia steps into the ring, glaring across the ring with hatred as Zoran stands up. She charges across the ring as Linda rolls out of the ring, but puts on the brakes once Zoran raises a hand and Dreadvan tags himself in.
Hawke: Again! Zoran avoiding actual combat!
King: Are you shocked?
Hawke: I suppose not.
Dreadvan steps into the ring with a savage grin as he looks across the ring to Olympia, who suddenly looks uncertain for a moment. She steels herself and charges at Dreadvan, who lumbers in her direction. The two clash in the center of the ring, Olympia taking the brunt of a shoulder charge that sends Olympia to the mat with authority. Dreadvan grabs Olympia by a leg, lifting her up, and slamming her to the mat several times like she were a rag doll. He stomps on her ribcage a few times, watching with a certain amount of glee as Olympia rolls to her side and coughs up blood onto the mat.
Hawke: Can anyone stand up to Dreadvan?
King: Swann’s defeated him for that European title, but they’re on the same side. So, no one?
Hawke: Dang.
Dreadvan holds his arms in the air and it seems as if he falls in slow motion into a standing splash to the side of Olympia. She’s not on her back so it’s not a pinfall. It’s just a crushing weight of over five hundred pounds upon her. Olympia tries to slip out from underneath him. Tries to do simple things like breathing. None of it works. Dreadvan does a push up, the weight leaving Olympia so that she can breath in a great gasp of air. She tries to wriggle free, but Dreadvan falls back onto her to knock the wind right back out of her.
Hawke: Is he just going to lay on her? How long is he planning on doing that?
King: Well, he isn’t pinning her. He’s just crushing her. Maybe she’ll tap out? I would.
Hawke: Olympia won’t give up! She’s brave and true!
King: Stupid more like.
Dreadvan stands up, allowing Olympia to breathe once again and she does so in great gasps. Dreadvan rips her off of the mat and flings her into a neutral corner hard enough that the entire ring seems to shift. Dreadvan follows, crashing into Olympia with an avalanche that really does shift the ring by a few inches. Dreadvan backs away from the corner, watching as Olympia takes a few steps before falling onto her face. Dreadvan walks to the center of the ring, picks Olympia up, and drives her down with a sit down crucifix bomb! He goes for the pinfall!

Zolothach jumps into the ring to stop the count, but…
Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Olympia has been eliminated by pinfall!
Zolothach looks uncertain, but neither Jade nor Kim look like they want to tag in.
King: Zolothach looks like she volunteered for the next execution.
Hawke: I don’t know if execution is the right word for it.
King: Close enough.
Dreadvan kicks Olympia as she rolls out of the ring, keeping his beady little eyes on Zolothach, who grits her teeth. The demon laughs, his belly shaking like an obscene Santa Claus. Dreadvan begins walking toward Zolothach, who takes a few steps backwards.
Dreadvan: Come on, little Tabitha. Are you afraid?
Osborne: My name is Zolothach!
Dreadvan: Come on now, Tabitha. That’s just a made up name. It isn’t what your father gave you.
Osborne: Shut up!
Zolothach charges at Dreadvan, who takes a swing at her. She ducks underneath the punch and goes for a low blow. She hits belly instead and Dreadvan brings a fist down to thump Zolothach on the top of the head hard enough to send her crashing to the mat. Zolothach tries to lunge upward, but Dreadvan pounds her down with double axehandles. He smashes her over and over again until she’s laying on the mat. Dreadvan pulls Zolothach up and hurls her into the same neutral corner that he had thrown Lucky Linda. He charges at the corner, but Zolothach rolls out of the way to leave Dreadvan to crash into the corner chest first hard enough to shift the ring again. Zolothach climbs up the back of Dreadvan, getting to his shoulders where she does a standing moonsault heel stomp to Dread’s forehead, staggering him backwards a few steps. Zolothach springboards off of Dreadvan into a flip through the air. She lands on the turnbuckle, springing from it to hit Dreadvan in the face with an elbow strike that staggers him backwards some more. Zolothach drops down to the mat, sweeping the back of Dreadvan’s legs to send him backwards to the mat. Zolothach leaps onto Dreadvan for the cover.

Th-Dreadvan kicks out with a show of power, launching Zolothach over the bottom ropes and to the floor.
Hawke: Jeeze! Look at the power of Dreadvan!
King: Like I said...execution.
Dreadvan waits in the ring, looking down at the fallen Zolothach. She gets to her feet and looks up at him. Dreadvan backs up with a twisted smile to give her the room to roll back into the ring. Zolothach rolls back into the ring, walking over to tag someone else in.
Dreadvan: Can’t handle a demon, Tabitha?
Osborne: I. Am. Not. Tabitha!
Tabitha rushes at Dreadvan, ducking underneath a punch, and leaping into the air to uppercut Dreadvan. This takes him off of his feet, sending him crashing to the mat with a thunderous crash. Zolothach leaps onto Dreadvan’s chest, holding his shoulders down, and slamming her head down into his face over and over again until blood streams from his nose and mouth, stringing between the two as it splatters about. The referee gets into position, seeing that a pinfall had been made.

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Dreadvan has been eliminated via pinfall!
Zolothach jumps to her feet, her face a mask of blood that’s not her own. Brad Swann steps into the ring and Zolothach tags in Kim, getting out of the ring for a well earned rest.
King: How did Zolothach eliminate Dreadvan? How?
Hawke: He upset her that much.
King: I guess it isn’t wise to upset a psycho.
Hawke: Not a bit.
Brad Swann and Kim meet in the middle of the ring, sizing each other up.
Hawke: These two are closer in height to one another.
King: And closer in the sickness of the mind. Kim’s a hired killer, you know.
Hawke: That’s just their tag team name.
King: That’s not what I’ve heard.
Brad shoves Kim, who shoves Brad back. Brad grabs Kim, whipping her into the ropes, and hits a dropkick on the rebound. Brad quickly applies an Anaconda Vice, applying the pressure on Kim. Kim gets a foot on the ropes, causing a rope break. Brad gets up to his feet, quickly joined by Kim, who takes Brad down with a hip jujitsu takeover. Brad bounces to his feet, but is taken down by another takeover. He gets up again and again is taken down. This time, Brad kicks out with a foot, catching Kim in the right kneecap to hyperextend the leg and bring her down to the mat with him. She clutches at the knee in pain as Brad Swann gets to his feet. Brad adjusts his gloves, looking down at Kim. He kicks her in the ribcage a few times before picking her up and whipping her into the OMAM corner. He runs at the corner, nailing a corner dropkick to sandwich Kim between the turnbuckles and his feet. He tags in Tarrasque, who wipes off a bit of drool before stepping into the ring.
King: Oh man. He’s going to eat her!
Hawke: Eat her? I don’t know that Tarrasque is that hungry.
King: Well, maybe he is.
Tarrasque merely wraps his ham fists around Kim’s throat and begins choking her in the corner. The referee begins yelling at him and he releases her on a four count. Tarrasque gets Kim up into a press slam position, takes a few steps toward the center of the ring, and sends her crashing down onto the top of her head! Kim lays in the middle of the ring as if dead.
King: What a move!
Hawke: He could have broken her neck like that! Reprehensible!
King: You gotta do what you gotta do!
Tarrasque goes for the cover.
One
Two
T-the pinfall is broken up by Jade.
Tarrasque palms Jade by the face, lifts, and slams the back of her head against the mat a few times. His facial expression is one of joy, like a child playing with a toy. Jade runs into the ring and kicks Tarrasque in the face. Brad Swann hits a missile dropkick to Jade from clear across the ring, sending Jade to the outside! Tarrasque flips Kim over, applying a camel clutch. Except he holds the chin and forehead of Kim instead of cranking back. Jade jumps back up to the ring apron, her eyes wide as Tarrasque viciously twists Kim’s head to the side as if making an attempt to break her neck. He repositions his hold upon her as if to do it again.
King: What the heck? Is he trying to kill her?
Hawke: I don’t know if that should be a legal move. It’s called the Paralyzing Factor for a reason.
Before Tarrasque can twist her head again, Kim taps out. Tarrasque releases her and stands with a sloppy grin.
Bonnie Jenkins: Kim has been eliminated by submission!
Tarrasque: Next!
Jade starts to enter the ring, but is held back by Zolothach, who enters the ring.
King: Oh boy. Crazy meets crazy now.
Hawke: These two have faced each other in sparring before. Zolothach doesn’t fare well against Tarrasque.
King: I would imagine that no one does.
Tarrasque lunges at Zolothach, picking her up, and slamming her into the Amazon corner. Jade takes advantage of the moment to put two thumbs to Tarrasque’s eyes. Tarrasque backs up toward the center of the ring, his hands up to his eyes to try to clear his vision. Zolothach grabs the top rope, plants her feet on the second turnbuckle, and launches herself through the air to take Tarrasque down with a spear! Zolothach plants her hands on the mat by Tarrasque’s downed form, does a handstand, and then brings her knees down into Tarrasque’s midsection. She goes for a quick cover.
On-Tarrasque kicks out!
Zolothach stands up, but is met by a rising Tarrasque, who punches her in the side of the head to stagger her. He grabs her and whips her into the ropes. On the rebound, Tarrasque lunges for a spear, but Zolothach sidesteps the move. She sends Tarrasque through the ropes to the concrete floor!
King: And the beast takes flight, though in a bad way.
Hawke: What’s Zolothach doing now? Following him?
Zolothach runs across the ring to bounce off the ropes. She comes back to the side that Tarrasque is standing up, dives over the ropes, and connects with a suicide dive! The impact sends them both crashing into the ringside railing, knocking it back a few feet. Zolothach is the first to recover, grabbing Tarrasque and sending him face first into the ring railing a few times before rolling into the ring. Tarrasque stands up, blood running down his face from a gash on his forehead. He sneers at Zolothach, getting to the ring apron, and stepping into the ring. He only gets one foot into the ring when he is drilled by a running drop kick to the side of the knee! Tarrasque falls to be crotched by the top rope and falls into the ring. Zolothach takes advantage of him being tangled up in the ropes to deliver a punt kick to the face, sending blood and spittle splattering across the mat. The ref comes into play, informing Zolothach to step back and he helps Tarrasque out of the ropes. Tarrasque stands up, wiping at the blood streaming from his nose with the back of his arm. He growls at Zolothach and runs at her, aiming a clothesline. Zolothach ducks under the clothesline, grabbing Tarrasque from behind, and hitting a German suplex with a bridge for the cover!

King: What the heck? How?
Hawke: Looks like another monster has been defeated.
King: Wow!
Bonnie Jenkins: Tarrasque has been eliminated via pinfall!
Zolothach stands up, flinging her arms to the air in victory. She’s knocked into next Tuesday by a spear from Subject 42! Tarrasque rolls out of the ring and heads to the back while Subject 42 goes for the pinfall!

Thre-Jade breaks up the pinfall!
King: I don’t know if that was the brightest thing to do.
Hawke: Gotta hold some kind of resemblance to a team.
Subject 42 stands up, grabs Zolothach by both hands and does a double handed choke slam before going for the pinfall again.
One
Two
Thre-Jade breaks up the pinfall again!
Subject 42 kneels up, looking to the retreating Jade. He stands up, pulling Zolothach up into a gorilla press slam. He takes a few steps and hurls Zolothach AT Jade! Zolothach lands on the inside of the ring, falling against the corner while Jade is knocked off of the ring apron. Subject rips the top turnbuckle padding clean away. He pulls Zolothach up by the back of the neck and begins slamming her face into the unprotected corner, over and over. He casts her back toward the center of the ring, sending blood flying through the air from Zolothach’s face.
King: Now Zolothach has her own blood on her face.
Hawke: Why did Subject do that? I don’t know if that would be in his nature?
King: Perhaps he had been coached by Zoran.
Hawke: Perhaps.
Subject 42 walks toward the center of the ring where Zolothach is just starting to get to all fours, blood falling to the mat in droplets like rain. Subject kicks her in the ribcage, rolling her over. Subject goes to pick Zolothach up, but is taken down with a jawbreaker! Zolothach stands up, her face a mask of blood, and she makes her way across the ring where Jade is stretching out as far as she can. Subject 42 gets up, reaches for Zolothach, but she lunges and makes the tag! Jade jumps into the ring and hits Subject 42 in the midsection with several muay tai kicks. Subject 42 catches a foot and pulls Jade into a crushing clothesline that flattens her.
Hawke: Zolothach is just laying in her corner. Does she not have the strength to stand up?
King: After being manhandled by Dreadvan, Tarrasque, and then Subject 42...I don’t blame her.
Hawke: She managed to eliminate two of those three.
King: Very brave of her, but courage only goes so far.
Subject 42 picks Jade up by the legs and begins the motion of a giant swing. Zoran motions to Tarrasque, who puts a foot in the ring that Subject 42 crashes Jade’s head into as he releases her. Jade lays on the mat and Subject 42 looks at her as Zoran begins to speak some directions that are not picked up by the microphones. Subject 42 coldly stomps Jade’s face, breaking her nose. He places a foot on her throat and lifts his other into the air, placing all of his weight on her throat. The ref begins yelling at him right away and he steps off of her. He picks her up with both hands to the throat and performs a double handed choke slam before going for the pinfall.

Bonnie Jenkins: Jade has been eliminated via pinfall!
It’s at this time that Zoran Sainovic tags himself in. He walks across the ring as Zolothach weakly rolls into the ring, leaving a blood trail as she does so.
Hawke: It’s three against one now. Zolothach doesn’t even look like she can stand up!
King: Should be an easy win then.
Sainovic: Get up, Tabitha. Make zis somezing of a pleasure for me.
Zolothach lays on the mat as if unable to get up. She looks up at Zoran with all the hatred that she can muster.
Osborne: My name is Zolothach!
Zoran stomps Zolothach a few times with a cruel smile.
Sainovic: Come on, Tabitha. Get up. Fight!
Hawke: He knows there isn’t much fight left in her.
King: That’s the idea.
Zolothach gets to her feet, her face a mask of blood. She grits her teeth in pain. Zoran cocks his head, kicking Zolothach in the gut. He takes her down with a high angled spiked gutwrench suplex!
King: Zoran bringing the pain!
Hawke: He isn’t going to bring much else. I think Zolothach is out cold.
Zoran tests Zolothach’s reactions with his foot. He grins. He rolls his sleeves back, adjusts his tie, combs back his hair, and goes for the pinfall.

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Zolothach has been eliminated via pinfall! This means that the team of Of Men and Monsters will be going to the next round!
Hawke: Zolothach tried to keep the team together after Linda was eliminated and took out two opponents, but even she couldn’t stand alone.
King: She is a crazy bitch, but brave.
Zoran Sainovic celebrates in the ring with Subject 42 and Brad Swann.
Bonnie Jenkins: The following contest is the last match of Round One! Introducing first, representing as the team captain for Fuck Mongo, from Cherokee, North Carolina, weighing in at 210 pounds, he is… JAAAAAAAACKKKK DIAAAAMOOOOOONDDDDD!
The stadium lights dim and red strobes begin to flash as "Legendary" by Skillet fillls the stadium. Diamond emerges from the back wearing his leather jacket and diamond shaped sunglasses and smiles big as he walks down to the ring. He rolls under the bottom rope and quickly pops up and throws his hands in the air in a diamond sign. He gives a very smug grin as he awaits his opponent or for the match to start.
Hawke: Jack Diamond came down to the final two in the Rumble last month, and now has the opportunity to begin making strides toward Night of Champions tonight!
King: The two-time X-Crown Champion knows the third time is the charm, and I’m sure he’s looking to exact some revenge on Caffrey.
Bonnie Jenkins: Introducing next, from Boston, Massachussets, weighing in at 216 pounds, he is… DYLLLAAAAANNNN BLAAACCKKKKKK!
The harsh riffs to "Blood, Tears, Dust" blare out over the sound system as flashing white lights spring to life around the arena. All the lights culminate on the stage, where white smoke appears and a figure walks out from the darkness. He crouches for a moment, and as the female vocalist belts out "THREE NIGHTS OF HELL" Dylan springs up, holding three fingers up symbolically. He walks down the ramp as the chorus finishes. He slides into the ring and crouches in the corner, only shedding his jacket when the opponent makes their presence known.
Hawke: The former CW World Champion is looking to get himself back onto the big stage.
King: He’s competed for the X-Crown a few times lately in December at A Very AWF Christmas, and beat the hell out of a lot of his competitors at the XHF Rumble.
Hawke: No Blacklight tonight for Dylan, who had his bat broken at the event.
Bonnie Jenkins: Introducing third, weighing a combined 523 pounds, they are RAT BASTAAAAAAARDDD AND STEEEEEEEEEVEEE AWESSSSOMMMMMEEE!
The intro riff of Flying High Again by Ozzy tips through the speakers.
“Oh No. Here We Go Now”
Rat Bastard and Steve Awesome come strutting out into the stage. Rat has a beer in his hand and is trashtalking already on his side. Steve is crotch chopping and showing off his abs.
“Momma's gonna worry
I been a bad bad boy
No use sayin' sorry
It's something that I enjoy”
"If you could be inside my head
You'd see that black and white is red
Flying high again
Flying high again"
I been a bad bad boy
No use sayin' sorry
It's something that I enjoy”
The dudes slide into the ring.
"If you could be inside my head
You'd see that black and white is red
Flying high again
Flying high again"
Both men hit their entrance poses in the ring as pyro sprays from the turnbuckle. Steve provocatively strips down to his ring gear and Rat chugs the rest of his beer. The Awesome Bastards wait for their last partner.
Hawke: The only established tag team in this match...
King: ...and made of two former X-Crown champions to boot. These two have future XHF Tag Team Champions written all over them, and they’re coming together
Bonnie Jenkins: And finally, from New York, New York, weighing in at 310 pounds, he is HYPEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRIIOOOON!
The opening chords for Slipknot’s “Gently” begin to play, as the lights darken completely. The empty crowd makes the haunting melody of Hyperion's entrance even more terrifying; the darkness blanketing the emptiness. Hyperion appears from a distance, walking through the crowd, tall and fierce. A single golden spotlight shines on him as he makes his way to the ring until he climbs over the barrier and approaches the ring steps. He pauses at the side, looking around with a scowl on his face, before raising his fist over his head. He enters over the top rope and prepares for his opponents.
Hawke: The former AWF Prestige Champion makes his grand return tonight at Call to Arms!
King: Three hundred plus pounds of pure mass and power, the former Legion leader looks fresh and ready to go.
Bonnie Jenkins: And their opponent, first, the captain of Team Robbie 2020/Team Murder Hornets, from Bristol, England, weighing in at 238 pounds, he is ROOOOOOOB AARRRNOOOOOOLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDD!
The lights dim down as the echoing intro to "St Patrick" by PVRIS begins to fill the arena and a single spotlight hits the entrance.
"You give me something to talk about (something to talk about), HEY."
The song bursts into life, and Rob Arnold slowly enters the arena. Dressed in ring gear and an all black hoodie which restricts the view of his face, he surveys his surroundings, nodding as he can feel the emptiness as he steps towards the top of the ramp. Staring ahead of him, offering little but a trademark smirk he places his right foot forward and takes to a knee and then flings back his hood with his right hand. Arnold stares straight ahead towards the ring once more, before slowly standing up and making his way to the ring.
"I know it's chemicals, that make me cling to you (cling to you)
Oh and I need a miracle, to get away from you (way from you)
I know it's chemicals (that make me cling to you, cling to you)
And I need a miracle (to make me stay with you, stay with you)
And I'm not spiritual (but please stay)
'Cause I think you're a saint, and I think you're an angel."
Rob approaches the ring and runs his hand along the apron before approaching and walking up the steps, and then through the ropes and into the ring.
"I said ooh, oooh, you give me something to talk about (something to talk about)
I said ooh, oooh, you give me something to think about, that's not the shit in my head
You're a miracle
You're a miracle (a miracle)"
I said ooh, oooh, you give me something to think about, that's not the shit in my head
You're a miracle
You're a miracle (a miracle)"
Arnold heads straight for the opposite corner and climbs the second turnbuckle and smirks, before slowly raising his arms out wide. Another smirk, and he hops back down, removing his hoodie, ready for action.
Hawke: One of the men who put AXW on the map, we haven’t seen the former X-Crown champion since Lay Rest to the Wicked in October!
King: He’s recruited an all-star team tonight, one of the best teams in the tournament according to experts.
Hawke: Some people thought this match could have been the main event, and instead it’s the very first round!
Bonnie Jenkins: Introducing next, from Liverpool, England, weighing in at 250 pounds, he is SCORRRPIOOOON!
"Ah look at all the lonely people
Ah look at all the lonely people"
Ah look at all the lonely people"
“Eleanor Rigby” by the Beatles plays over the P.A. system the camera pans around the arena showing all of the emptines. The arena lights dim and a spotlight appears on the stage.
"All the lonely people
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people
Where do they all belong?"
Where do they all come from?
All the lonely people
Where do they all belong?"
Suddenly Scorpion appears in the spotlight with his retired XHF European Championship wrapped around his waist. He whips his hair back and looks around at all the lonely people and smiles for sprinting down to the ring and sliding in. He pops up to his feet and removes the Championship from his waist and hoists it in the air. He hands the title to the ring announcer and awaits his partners.
Hawke: An AXW Hall of Famer and former X-Crown champion along with Rob Arnold, he captured the XHF European Championship and retired it at Lay Rest to the Wicked.
King: Certainly a big gun for this team. AXW loved him so much, they named a tournament after him.
Bonnie Jenkins: Introducing next, weighing in at 290 pounds, from Washington, D.C., he is the President of the United States, CURTIS KANYOOOON!
"We're all living in Amerika,
Amerika ist wunderbar
We're all living in Amerika,
Amerika, Amerika"
Amerika ist wunderbar
We're all living in Amerika,
Amerika, Amerika"
Curtis D. Kanyon emerges from the curtain when the drums kick in. He's got a sledgehammer slung over one shoulder and is carrying a small plastic container with his other hand.
"Wir bilden einen lieben Reigen
Die Freiheit spielt auf allen Geigen
Musik kommt aus dem Weißen Haus
und vor Paris steht Micky Maus"
Die Freiheit spielt auf allen Geigen
Musik kommt aus dem Weißen Haus
und vor Paris steht Micky Maus"
Curtis pounds his chest with his fists then raises the hammer in the air. He walks down to the ring, nodding as he holds the container away from the camera.
"We're all living in Amerika
Coca-Cola, Wonderbra
We're all living in Amerika
Amerika, Amerika"
Coca-Cola, Wonderbra
We're all living in Amerika
Amerika, Amerika"
Curtis then climbs into the ring and goes to the turnbuckles. He climbs a turnbuckle and pounds his chest. He points to the crowd with his hammer, then hoists it straight up into the air and yells "BANG!" He jumps down and looks ready for action!
King: Salute our President when he comes down to the ring!
Hawke: The former AXW Undisputed Champion has made its presence felt lately, as we last saw him at the Rumble. But I want to know what he has in his hands in that container.
King: It’s the hope of the American people!
Bonnie Jenkins: And finally, weighing in at 203 pounds, from Walsall, United Kingdom… he is BOBBBBBBBBBBY BARRRRRATTTTTTT!
“Be Legendary” by Pop Evil starts playing over the sound system. Purple lights swirl around the arena. When the lyrics come in, all of the house lights come up, illuminating the entire arena in a swathe of Purple and the spotlights converge on the entrance way as Bobby Barratt appears on the stage. He heads down to the ring with a plodding intensity that sees him walk past the empty seats, focused on the match ahead. Bobby hops to the apron and wipes his feet before springing over the top rope.
King: The two-time X-Crown Champion sat out the Rumble, but he looks well-rested and ready to outlast his competition.
Hawke: His Icon partner Jack Diamond is on the other side of the ring, and the two have been exchanging fighting words recently.
King: As for another Icon...
Bonnie Jenkins: And finally, weighing in at 195 pounds, from Wexford Town, County Wexford, Ireland… he is MAAAAAAAAVVERIIIICKKKK!
The remixed version of "Inception" begins to play as the lights go to a purple shade as the lights begin to spiral around the arena. Once the beat kicks in, all the lights start to strobe onto the stage where Maverick stands with his arms stretched out wide, he lowers his arms and makes his way down to the ring. Upon making it to ringside, he circles around the ring as if stalking his opponents. He climbs up the steps and walks along the apron, brushing his feet along the apron before entering through the middle ropes. He walks over to his corner as he prepares for the match to begin.
King: The former X-Crown champion makes his return to the XHF tonight, but you have to wonder if he’s mentally and physically ready.
Hawke: He’s seemed a little skittish when he spoke earlier last week, and there’s more than a fair share of people in this match who would like to put him right back on the shelf.
ROUND 1 MATCH
Team Fuck Mongo (Dylan Black, Hyperion, Jack Diamond, Rat Bastard, and Steve Awesome) vs Team Robbie 2020 (Rob Arnold, Scorpion, Maverick, Bobby Barratt, and President Curtis D. Kanyon)
The two teams gather in their corners and select who’s going to start. Jack Diamond smugly volunteers to begin the match for Team Fuck Mongo, and Bobby Barratt notices this, calling his shot and inserting himself to start for the opposing team.
King: Two of the Icons are going to start this match.
Hawke: These two were playfully going back and forth over the Around the Clock Championship, but when it comes to the X-Crown, there’s no pulled punches!
King: Don’t forget that Barratt defended the Crown and retired Diamond in that classic match at Diamonds are Forever!
The bell rings. The two Icons share a look, soaking up the electricity of the moment and knowing they’ll have to settle which one is best one more time. They lock up in the center of the ring, with Barratt taking the advantage as he transitions into a side headlock. Diamond counters by sending him off the ropes, and Rob Arnold reaches out to blind tag Barratt as he bounces back towards Diamond…
Hawke: Arnold’s legal, but Diamond doesn’t know that!
King: A smart move by the veteran!
...who lands a Thesz Press and begins socking Barratt, only to meet a shining wizard by Arnold! Arnold covers!
King: And Diamond pays for it in his rush to get his hands on Bobby!
Hawke: He just got rocked by that kick!
ONE!
Diamond kicks out!
Barratt rolls out of the ring as Arnold continues the offensive against Jack. He grabs Jack and delivers a german suplex before rolling through into another german, and then a third!
Hawke: Arnold taking names in the early-goings here!
King: In a way, this is an AXW vs. AWF match. I’m sure Rob has some bad blood he’s been dying to spill! Kick their asses Rob!
Arnold grabs Diamond and drags him towards the Murder Hornets’ corner, where Scorpion has stuck his hand out to be tagged in. Arnold obliges; holding Jack in the corner as Scorpion works up a full head of steam and moving out of the way for the Scorpion Splash! Diamond falls and is quickly covered!
Hawke: Scorpion Splash! Could this be it!
King: Jack Diamond’s going to be the first to go!
Hawke: What a shocker that would be!
ONE!
TWO!
Diamond kicks out!
Diamond realizes he’s caught in a bad place to be as Scorpion tags back in Arnold, who teams with him for a vicious snap suplex.
King: Great teamwork from Scorpion and Arnold, the two AXW Hall of Famers rolling on all cylinders.
Hawke: Jack needs to get himself to his corner in the worst way possible!
Arnold resists the urge to go for another cover and instead stands in an empty corner, waiting for his opportunity to strike with the Shattered Ice. He charges in…
Hawke: Shattered Ice! Shattered Ice!
...and barely whiffs on the move!
King: Missed it by that much!
Diamond instinctively rolls out of the way, jumping and tagging in Dylan Black!
Hawke: Diamond gets the tag! In comes the former CW Heavyweight Champion!
King: A missed opportunity by Team Robbie there, Team Fuck Mongo would have been in the rough with an early elimination of Jack.
Black climbs into the ring and immediately goes to clock Rob, but Rob shoves him back. The two men stare down.
King: Two different eras of AXW -- Dylan of course, turning out to be Anomoly, and Arnold being one of the ones who put the company on the map.
Hawke: Some say Dylan should have been inducted into the Hall of Fame, and I would have to agree with them!
Rob Arnold puts his hand out for a test of strength, but Dylan shoves it away and pops Arnold square in the jaw with his metallic hand! Arnold is knocked backward from the impact and turns to his corner, but Black whips him back across the ring with his reverse hurricanrana, the Headstrong! The cover and the count!
King: Right on his neck! That might be it for Arnold!
Hawke: Dylan will break someone’s neck if he’s not careful!
ONE!
TWO!
Rob Arnold kicks out!
King: Still in the match, and now Rob’s the one who needs to make the tag.
Hawke: This match is so full of egos that they wouldn’t even walk down to the ring together, no one wants to be the first one out!
Dylan stays on the offensive, grabbing Rob by the leg and dragging him into Team Fuck Mongo’s corner. Steve Awesome is tagged in, and Dylan grabs him for an irish whip as Rat Bastard knocks Arnold on his ass. Dylan whips Awesome with full force, sending him crashing into Arnold and into a Bronco Buster!
King: Rob’s in a bad part of town here as Team Mongo is having their way with him!
Hawke: Phrasing!
Rat Bastard tags in next and he grabs Arnold as Awesome heads up to the top turnbuckle. Bastard lifts him up, looking for the Plague as Awesome sets up for the Wrath of the Dragon…
Hawke: Awesome and Rat combining for the Wrath of the Bastards! If they hit this, Rob’s night is over!
King: Things aren’t looking great for him here!
...but Arnold slips out and rolls up Rat Bastard!
Hawke: Roll up! Roll up!
ONE!
TWO!
TH-NO!
Steve Awesome crashes down onto Arnold and Rat with the Wrath of the Dragon!
King: POW! Awesome just soared through the air with a moonsault and stomped down onto Arnold!
Hawke: He definitely also clipped Rat with the move as well, but sometimes you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet!
The blatant interference upsets Team Murder Hornets! They take the rules back into their own hands, with President Kanyon BANGING Awesome so hard that Awesome falls out of the ring!
Hawke: The cheating isn’t sitting well with the Murder Hornets!
King: This is quickly devolving into all-out war!
Kanyon turns around to be met with a bicycle knee from Dylan Black, knocking him to the floor!
Hawke: Diasterpiece!
King: The ref’s lost control!
The referee can only yell at the participants as Bobby Barratt sneaks behind Black and delivers an Icon Kick right as he turns around!
Hawke: Barratt almost took his head off!
King: Dylan’s going to want to avoid having Bobby put his hands and feet on him in the future!
Barratt stands over Black to brag, but soon finds himself joined by a 6’9 310 pound Mad Titan! Barratt turns around only to find a hand immediately wrapped around his neck, but instead of chokeslamming him, Hyperion military presses him onto the pile of bodies on the floor!
Hawke: There goes Bobby!
King: Hyperion looks as frightening as ever! The former Legion leader tossed him with ease!
Scorpion and Maverick share a look at each other before jumping into the ring in an attempt to take down the big man, but they quickly find a hand wrapped around each of their throats!
Hawke: No way! Could we see a double chokeslam?
King: If there’s anyone who could do it, it’s definitely Hype!
They both kick the big man, and Maverick spots the wrestlers on the outside of the ring, deciding to test his body and fly! He gets a running start and corkscrew planchas over the ropes, crashing down on the mass of bodies outside!
Hawke: There goes Maverick! He just took out like four guys out there!
King: Bodies are flying everywhere!
Scorpion is left in the ring with Hyperion and curls him back for the Scorpion Death Drop, but Hype fights out of the reverse DDT! Scorpion goads Hype into charging, looking for his drop toe hold...
King: MEGA DEATH DROP TOE HOLD! MEGA DEATH DROP TOE HOLD!
Hawke: I HAVEN’T SEEN THIS IN YEARS!
..but Hyperion rewraps his hand around Scorp’s throat, lifting him up and delaying the High One as he holds the AXW Hall of Famer high above his head, but the referee intervenes to finally regain order in the match! He counts down for Hyperion to release Scorpion!
Hawke: The referee finally taking back control of this match!
King: It’s about time! He’s looking to disqualify Hype if he stays in the ring!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Hyperion converts the chokeslam, powerbombing Scorpion against a turnbuckle and leaving the ring.
Hawke: Hype does the smart thing and drops Scorpion.
King: Oh man, can we talk about how brutal that turnbuckle powerbomb was? I’m always worried someone’s going to break their neck on that move!
Rob Arnold and Rat Bastard are left as the two legal men in the match after all of the confusion, and both have made it back to their feet after getting clocked by Awesome’s Wrath of the Dragon.
Hawke: Arnold and Bastard are the legal men!
Rat grabs Arnold and looks for the Rat Breaker, but Arnold knees his way out and takes Rat to the mat, quickly grabbing his ankle and locking on an ankle lock!
King: Ankle lock from Arnold! The OG ankle lock makes its return!
Hawke: The multi-time X-Crown champ is in trouble here! He needs to get out of this hold and make a tag! Both tasks easier said than done!
Rat Bastard screams out in pain as he’s stuck in the center of the ring. A weary Rob Arnold keeps the hold applied and looks to grapevine the leg, but Rat still has enough fight in him to prevent him from doing so! Rat reaches out for the ropes, but he still has a ways to go! He turns onto his stomach and does his best to crawl for the ropes, biting his lip as he shakes his head that he doesn’t want to tap. He reaches his arm out for the ropes again…
Hawke: Rat’s reaching with everything he has!
King: It’s not enough!
...and only manages to fingertip them as Rob pulls him away! Rat is left screaming in pain as he desperately tries to shakes himself out, finally managing to do so by rolling forward, sending Rob Arnold crashing to the floor!
Hawke: Rat got out of the hold! Rat got out of the hold!
King: Yeah, but look who’s behind him!
Rat gets back to his feet, only to be punched square in the jaw by Scorpion!
Hawke: Scorpion tagged Arnold before he hit the floor! And if you’re an XHF historian, you know the history between these two!
King: Rat’s been screwing over Scorpion for fifteen years now, and it looks like Scorps is finally going to get his revenge!
A dazed Rat is swiftly turned around and planted to the mat with the Scorpion Plex! The cover and the count!
King: Scorpion Plex! Finally a bit of sweet payback!
Hawke: Team Robbie looking to go up one elimination here!
ONE!
TWO!
Rat Bastard gets a hand on the ropes!
Hawke: No! Rat survives!
King: But Scorpion’s still right on him!
Scorpion doesn’t give Rat Bastard a moment of reprieve as he lands on as he grabs Rat Bastard and looks to slam him down again with another dragon suplex, but Rat elbows his way out and catches a charging Scorpion, popping him up for the Bastard Bomb! The cover and the count!
Hawke: Rat Bastard counters with the Bastard Bomb!
King: Scorpion got a little too hot and might be paying for it here!
ONE!
TWO!
Scorpion kicks out!
Rat hammers down punches on his long time rival and Scorpion eventually manages to shove his way out of the assault. The two men return to their feet and stare down, only for the fighting to quickly resume as Rat spits in Scorpion’s face!
Hawke: A cheap move from Rat Bastard!
King: These two men hate each other!
They grab each other by the head and punch each other, one after another, with a fierce flurry of punches that has their teammates cheering and trying to will their guy into taking the advantage!
Hawke: These two could go all night!
King: Rat’s been ruining Scorpion’s life for nearly two decades, screwing him out of anything he can, and now these two finally have their hands on one another!
Eventually, Scorpion does, lifting Rat up for the Falcon Arrow!
Hawke: Falcon Arrow!
But Rat drives a knee into his opponent’s head and drops back to the mat! He goes to lock on the Rat Trap…
King: Rat Trap!
...but Scorpion quickly rolls through and gets back to his feet, only to be kicked right in the dick! Scorpion drops to the mat clutching his family jewels!
King: WHOAH! OUCH!
Hawke: That was the dick kick to end all dick kicks! Oww!
King: He’ll be singing soprano after that! I hope he wasn’t planning on having kids!
But the kick was right in front of the referee, who moves to make the decision to disqualify Rat Bastard!
Bonnie Jenkins: As a result of a disqualification, Rat Bastard has been eliminated!
Hawke: The referee makes the right decision to disqualify Bastard there! Team Fuck Mongo drops to four members!
King: Look at Rat! He doesn’t care! He knows he’ll make it to Overheated if the rest of his team wins the tournament. That smug bastard just enjoys ruining Scorpion’s life!
Rat shakes his head for just a few moments, unhappy with the disqualification, before taking the opportunity to stomp on Scorpion’s balls one more time as the referee yells at him to clear the ring!
King: Get him out of there ref!
Hawke: Rat’s been forced to leave the ring, but he gets in a parting shot before he goes!
He holds up a middle finger and leaves the ring. The rest of his teammates look around before Jack Diamond takes the initiative to step in, dragging Scorpion towards a corner. He climbs up to the top rope…
Hawke: Oh no! Diamond looking to swoop in and eliminate Scorpion with the Stacked Deck!
King: Scorpion’s still doubled over in pain!
...and connects with his 450 Splash! He hooks the leg!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Bonnie Jenkins: Scorpion has been eliminated!
Hawke: Jack ties up the score to one elimination each as he eliminates Scorpion!
King: Scorpion’s an all-time great, but it’s hard to survive when the deck is stacked so strongly against you!
Hawke: That damn Rat Bastard screwed him out of the match!
Jack gets back up to his feet as Scorpion rolls out under the bottom rope, still clutching himself in pain. The look in his eyes is pure hurt, but he is also walking determinedly to the back, knowing that if he finds Rat Bastard he’s going to kick his ass.
Hawke: Scorpion goes out, but he looks like he has some unfinished business!
King: If I were Rat, I wouldn’t be sticking around Caesar’s Palace tonight!
Jack points back across the ring, inviting Maverick to step in with him. The taunting is a little more playful than the barrage of insults Barratt and Diamond were exchanging earlier. Maverick exchanges a glance with Bobby and steps into the ring, a little wary about having to go one-on-one with his smiling mentor.
Hawke: Diamond calling for Maverick to enter the match here, and these two have their own history together.
King: Jack gave Maverick the Diamond Lounge, Mav lost it to Caffrey, and Diamond just pried it back from Mongo after the X-Crown champ sold it to him!
Hawke: Diamond’s always seen great things in Mav, and I’m curious to see what these two can do against each other.
Maverick and Diamond circle each other, but Maverick’s quickness helps him close the gap and take the advantage. He flings a wild Icon Kick at Diamond, but Diamond ducks the blow and sends him bouncing off the ropes!
Hawke: A warning shot from Maverick there!
Maverick gets sent flying into the air with a back body drop! But Mav lands on his feet!
Hawke: Whoah there! Maverick lands on his feet! Mav’s been worried about taking bumps after almost getting paralyzed, and that would have been a hell of a way to be reintroduced to the mat!
Diamond gives his competitor a cheeky wink before leaning back for a tag.
Hawke: Did he just… wink?
King: I think Jack may have over-rotated him on purpose!
His eyes widen as Hyperion reaches out and tags himself in.
Hawke: Oh boy!
King: If you’re worried about taking a bump, Hyperion is the absolute last person you want to be wrestling!
Diamond shakes his head no as Hype steps over the ropes and into the ring. Hype gestures for him to kick the bricks as the Mad Titan stands in front of him. Maverick dropkicks Diamond into Hyperion! The big man is knocked backwards as the Icon goes crashing into him.
Hawke: Diamond looked like he wanted Hype to spare Mav a bit, but Mav dropkicked him right into the Titan King!
King: I’d be real careful if I were him!
Hype lands back in the corner and Maverick sprints into danger, jumping up and stomping down on Hype’s chest with the Blood Drive! The cover and the count!
Hawke: Blood Drive!
King: Could Mav eliminate Hype here?
ONE!
Hyperion tosses Maverick up and out of the ring! Maverick luckily lands on two feet!
Hawke: Nope! Somehow Mav lands on his feet!
King: The incredible power of Hyperion!
The referee begins his count as Maverick realizes there’s a small army and Hyperion in between him and tagging out to a partner. The problem is only worsened as Steve Awesome has hopped down from the corner and begun to shove him back, bullying the smaller and lighter competitor.
ONE!
Hawke: The referee begins his count as Maverick is in no man’s land!
King: There’s at least two guys in that corner who’d love to kick his ass!
Maverick fights back, swinging a kick into Awesome’s side. Steve grabs Maverick’s second kick and looks to do damage, but Maverick delivers an enziguri, knocking Awesome to the ground!
TWO!
Dylan Black leaps off of the apron and goes for a forearm, but Maverick catches him in midair with a jumping thrust kick!
Hawke: Assassin’s Blade!
King: Black tried, but Maverick was a little quicker off the draw there!
THREE!
Maverick kips back up and rubs his neck, making sure he’s still fine even as the adrenaline courses through his body. Meanwhile, the legal man for Team Fuck Mongo, Hyperion, simply leans back against the ropes and laughs, knowing taking him down is not going to be that easy.
Hawke: Hype’s just watching his opponent, toying with him.
King: Maverick and Hype have fought in the past, and they’ve both been out for months, but Hype was in a prison cell while Maverick was recuperating from a career-threatening injury!
FOUR!
This fact seems to sink in for Maverick as well as he takes a deep breath, knowing he’s going to have to get back into the ring soon. Diamond reaches his arm out for a tag for Hype, but Hype shakes his head no, knowing he has the former X-Crown champion dead to rights.
Hawke: Mav has to get back in before ten!
King: I can see why he would be hesitant!
FIVE!
Maverick steps onto the ring apron and decides his best course of action --- but Hyperion puts a break in his plans, running and charging at him with a big boot! Maverick dodges and manages to hang Hyperion up with his leg on both sides of the rope! He begins bouncing the rope!
Hawke: He catches Hype on the top rope!
King: He may believe himself to be a God, but the former Legion leader still has the anatomy of a man!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Steve Awesome extends and manages to get the tag, tagging himself in!
Hawke: With one leg still in the ring, Hype manages to find mercy in the form of a Steve Awesome tag!
King: He’ll be walking funny for the rest of this match! Ouch!
Steve grabs Maverick and swings him onto his shoulders for the SteveKO…
Hawke: SteveKO!
...but Maverick counters, DDTing Awesome! The cover and the count!
King: No! Mav counters! This could be it for Steve!
ONE!
TWO!
Steve Awesome kicks out!
King: Steve kicks out!
Hawke: Mav’s been hanging on, but you have to wonder how much longer he can avoid getting hurt in there!
Both men are down in the center of the ring. Hyperion manages to free himself by pulling his leg up and above the ropes to free himself. He moves toward Maverick to harm him, but the referee gets between the two men and shouts at him to get to his corner! Meanwhile, Bobby Barratt has snuck into the ring and pulled Maverick closer to Team Robbie’s corner!
Hawke: Barratt’s bailing out Maverick here! The referee doesn’t see it!
King: All of those years of experience helping out Barratt here!
Dylan Black calls the referee’s attention to this, but Bobby is out of the ring before he can turn around! It looks like Bobby’s going to tag in, but President Kanyon takes the opportunity to inject himself into the match.
Hawke: Here comes Kanyon!
King: The freshest competitor in this match, and our greatest President!
Steve Awesome is still laying face down in the ring when Curtis Kanyon quickly gets to his level and locks his arm up with his leg before pulling back on Awesome’s neck and torso, locking him in the EFSH!
Hawke: That’s Everybody’s Favorite Submission Hold! That’s one of Awesome’s finishers!
King: Kanyon never met a move that he wouldn’t borrow to get the upper hand! I don’t know how much Awesome has left in him!
Awesome’s eyes rapidly grow in size as the air is being choked out of him and he recognizes his own finisher is being applied against him! He looks for the way out of the hold and can’t find it, screaming out in pain!
Hawke: Oh man! Can you imagine Awesome losing out here to his own submission hold?
King: If he doesn’t find a way out quickly, yes!
Kanyon wrenches on the hold further as Awesome kicks his feet out, looking for the ropes! A savvy Dylan Black uses his feet to put pressure on the bottom rope, pushing it closer to Awesome, who then hooks his foot onto it to get the rope break!
Hawke: Black bails out Awesome! A savvy move!
King: This collection of ring veterans knows every trick in the book!
Kanyon keeps the hold applied!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Awesome finally gets the counter, pushing off of the ropes and bridging his body to pin both of Kanyon’s shoulders down to the mat!
Hawke: Kanyon might regret keeping the hold applied! Both of his shoulders are down!
King: Awesome uses the counter to his own hold to pin our President!
ONE!
TWO!
Curtis Kanyon kicks out!
Hawke: No!
Steve Awesome uses the ropes to pull himself back up. Kanyon does not let up, smacking him back to his knees with a headbutt. Awesome gets sent off the ropes and spinebustered for his troubles as Kanyon continues to build momentum. He slowly picks Awesome back up to his feet and locks his arm under Awesome’s chin.
King: Our President looking to turn Awesome’s lights out with the Kanyon Cutter!
Hawke: Awesome’s running out of gas here! This could be it!
He takes a few steps but Awesome shoves Kanyon back to the mat! Awesome takes a few seconds to shake off the cobwebs and makes a running dive at his corner, looking to tag out, but Kanyon literally catches him! Kanyon goes to deliver another spinebuster, but Awesome double axe handles his way out and plants Kanyon with a superkick! He throws an arm over Kanyon’s shoulders!
King: Jaw Breaker!
Hawke: Awesome finds a way to stop Kanyon’s momentum dead in his tracks!
ONE!
TWO!
Curtis Kanyon kicks out again!
Hawke: No! What’s it going to take? Team Robbie and Fuck Mongo both don’t want to go home!
Steve Awesome crawls back into his corner. Hyperion reaches over and tags himself in, having had enough of the proceedings.
King: I think a Hyperion would certainly be enough to do the job!
He begins to move towards Kanyon, who begins rapidly shaking his head, not wanting any part of Hyperion whatsoever. As Kanyon crawls backward toward his corner, it becomes clear that Rob Arnold, Bobby Barratt, and Maverick aren’t exactly itching to fight the big man either. Luckily for Kanyon, he bumps into the sealed container he brought to ringside. He saves it from sliding under the ropes and hitting the floor, before realizing he can weaponize it against the Mad Titan.
King: Kanyon’s got that container he brought to the ring with him!
Hawke: What the hell does he have in that thing?
Kanyon stands back up and walks closer to Hyperion, who has a look of confusion on his face. Kanyon slowly removes the lid… and three murder hornets fly out of the container!
King: MURDER HORNETS! OH SHIT!
Hawke: Who the hell brings murder hornets to a match?!
Hyperion immediately backs the fuck up as the hornets fly up! A few members of each team hop off the apron, absolutely not willing to get stung or screw around with the dangerous creatures. You can hear multiple team members from both sides cursing out Kanyon for even bringing them to the ring with him.
Hawke: Has Kanyon lost his damn mind?
King: They’re called Murder Hornets for a reason!
Curtis Kanyon takes this opportunity to BANG the hell out of Hyperion! The cover…
King: An authoritative BANG from the President! Hype’s not moving! This one might be over!
... and as the referee makes sure it’s safe, the count!
Hawke: Hype might be out!
ONE!
TWO!
Hyperion gets a shoulder up!
Hawke: No! Hype gets a shoulder up at the last moment, and he looks pissed!
King: This is the one time I wouldn’t want to be the President right now!
The former AWF Prestige champion rises back to his feet with the assistance of the ropes. Kanyon rears back, knowing he’s going to have to BANG Hyperion another time. He charges in… only to be met with a First Principle that sends him inside out! Hyperion commands the referee to count as he makes the cover!
Hawke: A vicious clothesline from Hype there! Kanyon just got flattened!
King: Say goodnight to our great leader!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Bonnie Jenkins: Curtis Kanyon has been eliminated!
Hawke: Hyperion finally breaks the tie, leaving four members of Team Fuck Mongo to three members of Team Robbie.
King: After that display, I don’t know how you don’t call them Team Murder Hornets!
Hawke: I think those damn bugs are still flying around the arena!
Hyperion pounds on his chest as he awaits his next victim. Barratt, Maverick, and Arnold all look at each other with a “not it” mentality. Hyperion shakes his head and grabs Kanyon off of the mat, military pressing him above his head and throwing the President to the floor!
Hawke: Insult to injury as Hyperion waits for his next victim!
Barratt whispers something to Maverick, who realizes what he has to do. He moves out and positions himself, sneaking into the ring and waiting for Hyperion to turn around…
King: ...what’s Mav doing here?
...he bounces off the middle, striking Hyperion with a springboard roundhouse kick! Hyperion goes down! Maverick grabs Hyperion and… instead of pinning him, goes to lift him?
Hawke: I’ll double down on your question, King! Mav’s a man of many moves, but he’s under two hundred pounds and I seriously doubt he can lift the big man like he’s trying to do!
King: Well, he’s always been known to believe in himself!
Maverick is straight-up attempting to lift Hyperion for a deadlift german suplex! He manages to pull Hyperion back up a bit… but the three hundred plus pounder responds by wrapping his hand around Maverick’s neck! Maverick freaks out on Hype in response, striking and clubbing with everything he has, but an angry Hyperion lifts him high into the air!
King: Up he goes! Maverick’s luck has finally run out!
Hawke: This might end his night right here!
But Maverick hurricanranas him! Hyperion makes contact with one of his partners as he crashes through the ropes and down to the outside!
Hawke: Mav’s still got some luck left in him!
King: I don’t think he saw the tag!
Maverick bounces off the ropes and goes for a suicide dive… but Dylan Black gets a leg up, kicking him as he’s about to fly through the air, leading Maverick to smash facefirst into the apron!
King: OOF! Dylan could’ve kicked a tooth out there!
Hawke: Maverick’s left hanging over the apron as a result of that kick!
Dylan Black gets a devilish look in his eyes as he looks down at Maverick, whose head is hanging out above the floor. Dylan gets a different idea, though... he takes a few steps back as Diamond shouts at him not to do what he’s thinking!
King: What is he… what is he’s about to do?
Hawke: Oh no! NO!
BLACKOUT! BLACKOUT ON THE RING APRON! RIGHT ONTO MAVERICK’S NECK!
Hawke: No damnit! Black could’ve just broken Maverick’s neck there!
King: What a dirty rotten move from Black! He could’ve paralyzed him there in his first match back from almost dying!
Hawke: He’s not moving, King! That’s not good!
Diamond screams at Black as Black slides into the ring. Even the commentators are booing him as he pins Maverick.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Bonnie Jenkins: Maverick has been eliminated!
Hawke: Despicable!
King: With absolutely no care for the health and safety of his opponent, Dylan builds on Team-- here comes Bobby! Get him Bobby!
Hawke: Kick his ass!
Before Dylan Black can even get off of Maverick, Bobby Barratt is in the ring stomping a mudhole into him. Black can’t escape Barratt’s relentless assault as Barratt switches from stomps to kicks, clearly furious with Dylan’s actions. He turns around to look at the rest of the members of Team Fuck Mongo before blasting Jack Diamond with an Icon Kick!
Hawke: Barratt’s burning like a house of fire! I’ve never seen him wrestle so angry!
King: Diamond pays the price for not protecting Maverick there!
An emotional Barattt turns back to the target of his contempt, Dylan Black, who is trying like hell to get away from him! This does not work as Barratt rips him off the mat and delivers an Iconbreaker, driving his knee into Black’s face!
Hawke: Iconbreaker! Barratt drives his knee into Black’s face with fury!
Black goes down hard, but Barratt isn’t done! He doesn’t even cover his opponent as he instead lifts him back up and jumps in the air to deliver a second Iconbreaker!
King: Barratt’s looking to make Dylan pay! Icon-no!
But Dylan catches Barratt and lifts him up for Ragnarok! Barratt manages to plant his feet back on the apron! He gets a running start and flips backward off the turnbuckles over Black, planting him with the Prodigal Arrival!
Hawke: Prodigal Arrival! You get the sense that Barratt will run through the whole of Team Fuck Mongo to get his revenge here!
King: Barratt and Arnold may be down two men to four, but you get the feeling the momentum’s turning here!
Barratt uses the ropes for leverage to get back up but isn’t done with Dylan yet. Hyperion looks on as the former two-time X-Crown Champion grabs a stunned and barely conscious Dylan and pulls him back to his feet, this time pulling his head in as he drives his knees into Black’s face again! Black is busted wide open as he goes down!
Hawke: Another Iconbreaker!
King: Black is bleeding hard from that knee! Barratt may finally be letting up on him!
The look of disgust in Barratt’s face is palpable as he covers Black.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Bonnie Jenkins: Dylan Black has been eliminated!
Hawke: Good riddance to Black as Bobby unleashed an unholy fury on him tonight!
King: Team Robbie may still be down a man, but a huge emotional victory for them right there!
Barratt makes it back to his feet and kicks Dylan square in the jaw one more time for good measure before going to check on his former Icon partner Maverick. He looks dismayed as the medical staff that’s been working on Maverick since his elimination calls for more help. A stretcher begins working its way down the aisle.
Hawke: Oh this can’t be good, King. In his first match back from almost having his career ended, Maverick’s going back out on a stretcher.
King: Not good.
Maverick is already beginning to stir on the outside. The mic’d up medical staf memberf advises him to stay still and that they are taking the precautions to prevent any further possible injuries. Maverick is gently loaded onto the stretcher as Barratt looks out at him with a face of concern. Mav gives him a thumbs up to give him a status update.
Hawke: A positive sign from Maverick with that thumbs up there. He might be okay after all.
King: That’s definitely some good news. Maverick’s still got a long career in front of hi-
Barratt’s concern quickly shifts to himself as he finds himself falling backward!
Hawke: ROLLUP! HE HAS A HANDFUL OF TIGHTS!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Bonnie Jenkins: Bobby Barratt has been eliminated!
Hawke: Jack Diamond just eliminated Bobby Barratt!
King: No! Diamond screws his long-time partner out of this match with a handful of his tights!
Hawke: Barratt was looking after their friend there, and ultimately paid the price for it!
Diamond puts a hand up in victory as he’s gotten one over on Bobby. Barratt is even more furious, immediately unloading on him with lefts and rights. Blood quickly begins to trickle onto the mat as Diamond is bleeding from a cut above his left eye.
King: Barratt’s had enough tonight!
Hawke: He wants his pound of flesh, and I think he’s going to pound it out of Jack here! Jack’s been busted open!
With Maverick safely loaded onto a stretcher, the referee flags down medical staff members to jump into the ring and work together to pull Bobby off of Diamond! They eventually do, but the damage has been done!
King: Diamond and Barratt had been looking after Maverick, but after Maverick’s injury, both men’s emotions are running high!
Hawke: Bobby’s being forced to leave the ring, but you get the sense that this might not be over between them!
Barratt is ushered out screaming and cursing as Diamond rubs his face, applying pressure to his cut try to stop the bleeding. He tags out to Steve Awesome as one of the staff members stays on the apron to have a look at the cut. Steve Awesome steps into the ring to realize that the only one left on Team Robbie 2020 is the captain himself. Arnold shakes his head, knowing the odds as he steps in, but also knowing he’s Rob Arnold.
Hawke: After all that, Rob Arnold is left to battle one-on-three against Steve Awesome, Hyperion, and Jack Diamond. A tough hill to climb here.
King: Rob is the only X-Crown champion to defend the championship in a Rumble. If there’s anyone up to the task, it’s him.
He takes a deep breath before beginning to battle Awesome, immediately clocking him with European uppercut after European uppercut. Steve creates some separation by swinging his foot at Rob with the Jaw Breaker, but Arnold connects on a superkick of his own! The cover and the count!
Hawke: Superkick! He got him!
King: Goodnight Awesome!
ONE!
TWO!
Steve Awesome kicks out!
Hawke: No!
Steve finds a few brief moments of respite as he looks across the ring, realizing that a fresh Hyperion has his arm out and is looking for the tag. He crawls towards Hyperion, completely unaware of the fact that Rob Arnold is stalking him for the Shattered Ice!
Hawke: Rob’s digging deep to use every tool in his playbook here!
King: It’s go big or go home time for the captain!
Arnold pops up…...but Awesome rolls under the stomp! He jumps to tag in Hyperion, but Rob Arnold grabs him by the foot and pulls him into the center of the ring!
Hawke: Awesome doesn’t get there! Ankle lock!
He goes to apply the ankle lock again, but Awesome pulls him into an inside package!
King: his shoulders are down!
ONE!
Rob Arnold kicks out!
Hawke: Arnold survives!
Rob gets back up and thwarts Awesome from making the tag once again, this time pulling him back towards the ring and lifting Awesome off the mat. He connects on a german suplex and immediately rolls his hips! He slams Steve Awesome down with another german immediately after! Arnold rolls back to his feet and looks for one more…...but Steve uses his weight to flop back down forward, sending Rob Arnold into the ropes! Arnold turns around only to find that Awesome has finally gotten his tag!
Hawke: Awesome uses one of his flops to get out of Arnold’s triple germans, and now the challenge has just gotten harder for Rob!
King: Oh man, you can say that again. How do you pin down The Mad Titan?
Hyperion steps over the ropes and back into the ring as he and Arnold stare down. The staredown doesn’t last as Arnold fires off a surprise superkick and connects!
Hawke: Superkick! He might be doing it!
King: Rob’s got the big man wobbling!
Hype stumbles backwards as Rob connects on another, this time dropping Hype down to a crawl! Rob backs up, knowing this is his chance to hit the Shattered Ice!
Hawke: Shattered Ice time! Shattered Ice!
King: This elimination would be an incredible shift!
But Jack Diamond grabs him from behind, tying up his arms and keeping him in place! Arnold fights to free himself but Jack keeps his hold on him! The referee begins counting!
Hawke: No! Diamond’s got a hold of him!
King: Arnold was just about to eliminate Hype!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Rob Arnold shakes off Diamond’s hold before Diamond can even release it! Diamond tries to grab at him again, but Arnold jumps up and smashes a running knee straight into Diamond’s face, knocking him off the apron!
Hawke: There goes Diamond!
King: Rob evens the score!
Rob Arnold turns around for the Shattered Ice, only to have a hand wrapped around his throat! Hyperion lifts him up and chokeslams him to the mat with The High One!
King: Damnit! Hyperion absolutely crushes Rob with The High One!
Hawke: Is this the end of Team Robbie right here? The cover and the count!
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
The bell rings!
Hawke: It is! Team Fuck Mongo survives an instant classic against Team Robbie!
Bonnie Jenkins: Here are your winners, STEEEVE AWEEESOMEE, JAAAACKKK DIAAAMOND, AND HYPEEEERRIOOOOON, TEAAAM FUUUUUUUUCCCCKKK MOONNNNNNNNNNNNNGOOO!
King: What a match!
Hawke: Team Robbie brought everything they had tonight, but the fortitude of Team Fuck Mongo was too much for them!
The surviving Team Fuck Mongo members gather in the ring and exchange celebratory fist bumps, having survived a brutal war with Team Robbie and the Murder Hornets. The referee raises their arms.
Hawke: Wow! These teams battled and battled but in the end Diamond, Hype, and Awesome move on for their team.
King: These three will have to recover quickly, but if there’s a team that can hang in tonight and win the Call to Arms, it might be this one!
The group leaves the ring and begins heading up to the back, knowing their night is not over, and that the work has just begun.
King: I’m in awe Joey. How do we top a match like that?
Hawke: How about a triple threat elimination match with a 4 on 3 on 2 setting?
King: I’ll give it a chance to win me over.
Bonnie Jenkins: The following is a semi-final elimination triple threat match. The surviving members of the winning team will move on to the finals later tonight! Entering first, El Combatiente and “Timeless” Alex Turner … THE SWAT TEAM!
Orion’s “Eternity (Chill Out Mix)” hits the speakers as Timeless and Combatiente step to the stage accompanied by Javier and Roxylishus. They strut to the ring while the crowd in attendance hoots and hollers. Or that might just be King. Timeless and EC roll into the ring and pose for the limited crowd.
King: *Hoots and Hollers*
Hawke: Oh would you stop? Timeless could time travel and like … go to your childhood and have you neutered!
King: … Worth it.
Bonnie Jenkins: Entering next, the team of Jessie Styles, Shane Sparx, and Lexxi Starr, they are TEAM ANYTHING GOES WRESTLING!!
Avenged Sevenfold’s “Hail to the King” blasts through the arena as the team of non-network stars enter the arena. A spotlight illuminates the three of them on the stage. Lexxi is staring right at the light through his sunglasses. They march to the ring with a purpose and head around to the backside. They taunt to the announce team and then roll into the ring and pose.
Hawke: The scrappy group of ring veterans survived Team J-Rok in the opener and now are looking to punch a ticket to the finals.
King: I’m sad they lost River …
Bonnie Jenkins: And their opponents, the team of Death Trap, Mistress Discipline, Eichi Yamaguchi, and Jason Justice … TEAM MASTER CLASS CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING!
“A Million Miles” by Goldfinger hits as MCCW arrives on the scene. Jason Justice has his belt in his left arm as he slowly rubs his right wrist. Eichi leads the way to the ring after his sparing performance in the first match. DT and Justice follow with Mistress Discipline bringing up the rear glistening with sweat after her impressive performance in the first match. They move to the ring with purpose and slide into their corner.
Hawke: MCCW had a dominant performance over AWF in the opener to the surprise of many.
King: Well it was fueled by dominance from Eichi and Mistress Discipline, letting Justice and DT stay rested and fresh.
Hawke: Seeing Discipline take down Cross was impressive to say the least.
SEMIFINAL TRIPLE THREAT MATCH A
Team aGw (Jesse Styles, Shane Sparx, and Lexi Starr) vs SWAT Team ("Timeless" Alex Turner and El Combatiente) vs Team MCCW(Jason Justice, Eichi Yamaguchi, Death Trap and Mistress Discipline)
Shane Sparx steps into the ring for his team and is greeted by Timeless in one corner and Eichi in the other. The Final Answer again hops back and forth on his heels to prep for the match. The bell rings. Timeless saunters into the center of the ring and Eichi snaps to action. The Final Answer unloads on him with a kick to the ribs. Timeless shrugs it off … for a second … then suddenly his eyes go wide and he grabs his ribs. Eichi throws one at Sparx as well who dodges it. Eichi spins and hits a toe kick to Timeless and hooks him for the cross-arm fire bomb he calls Lover’s Last Kiss. Roxy however leaps to the apron and yells at him. Eichi looks at her for a moment and Shane takes advantage with a diving European uppercut to the gold rush winner.
King: Eichi is at it again, I don’t know if these competitors are ready for the Final Answer.
Hawke: Yes but this is a triple threat, anything can happen.
Sparx and Timeless recover and grab Eichi. They try for a double suplex but Yamaguchi breaks the hold and floors them both with big front kicks to the gut. He then grabs the ankle of Sparx and snaps back into an Achilles hold. Sparx shouts in pain. Combatiente meanwhile is leaning off the apron getting advice from Javier. He shakes his head but Javier insists. He then goes to Styles and Starr and begins to get their attention. Timeless stomps on Eichi and picks him up. He hits a crisp European Uppercut followed by a big headbutt. Eichi just fires a headbutt right back sending him stumbling to the corner. Combatiente leans forward and says something to Timeless who looks at him funny. Combatiente hangs his head then signs something to him. Timeless nods. Timeless steps back to Eichi and just stares him down before holding up a hand for a test of strength.
King: What are they up to? What is everyone talking about?
Hawke: Obviously some strategy to stop Yamaguchi-san.
Timeless grapples and looks to have the advantage. He smiles and you’d swear you could see the gleam off his teeth. Eichi then pulls him in and knees him in the head twice punches him in the neck three times and hits a quick uppercut to the jaw and a head kick. Timeless hits the mat dazed. Roxylishus again leaps to the apron. As she jaws at Eichi, Javier points to the MCCW corner and Combatiente, Styles and Starr all hop off the apron. Roxy is stopped from interfering however when Mistress Discipline grabs her, gives her a look of disgust, and slaps her so hard you’d swear you could see spittle fly ten rows deep into the crowd. Roxy hits the outside floor. MD follows her down and is about to berate her when Lexxi Starr comes out of nowhere with a clothesline to the back of her head. DT jumps down to attack him but gets chop blocked by Jesse Styles. Meanwhile Combatiente leaps onto the steel stairs and hits a hurricanrana to Justice tearing him off the apron. All six competitors are now brawling on the floor.
King: What is going on?
Hawke: Javier got everyone to just gang up on MCCW and leave Eichi 1v2 in the ring.
Roxy now jumps in with Starr to double team Mistress. Javier is stomping on Justice as Combatiente can’t see this as he has a figure four neck lock on Justice. DT and Styles are just brawling with each other on the ground. Eichi watches the ref try to regain control when Timeless hits him with a low blow. He then shoves him into Sparx who hits a pop up European uppercut. Eichi falls to the mat. Timeless and Sparx each grab a leg and perform a wishbone leg splitter on Eichi. Eichi holds his little Eichi’s in pain. They haul him to his feet and hit a double suplex and roll it through into a double gordbuster. Yamaguchi holds his gut. Timeless grabs him by the hair to pull him up but Eichi pops up and pushes him off the ropes and as he returns hits the Ii Kusure.
King:Big boot from Yamaguchi but his chances are dropping with this double team.
Hawke: The other competitors are all still brawling.
Styles now has DT near the ring steps and slams him face first into them then the ring post. DT falls to the ground busted open. The ref finally gets the attention of security and they break up the group. He then motions to the back and the security hauls off Javier and Roxylishus!
King: WAIT! Bring back Roxy! The world needs to see her!
The ref turns to see Yama squaring up with Sparx who surprises him with the brainbuster suplex he calls the Flames of War. He floats over into a pin.
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Bonnie Jenkins: Eichi Yamaguchi has been eliminated!
Sparx now hauls Timeless to his feet and hits a vertical suplex. He drags him to his corner and tags in Jesse Styles who has returned to the apron. The two men hit a double spinebuster on Timeless. Jason Justice comes charging in with a flying knee to Sparx sending him spilling out of the ring. Styles tackles him to the mat with a Thesz press and unloads punches. Justice grabs the arm and pulls him into the guard and locks in a triangle choke. Starr tags himself in however and hits a big slingshot leg drop onto Justice. He then hauls him to his feet as Styles exits the ring and hits a scoop slam dropping Jason onto Timeless. He then drops a double elbow, one for each foe. He taunts to the crowd and then taunts to Mistress Discipline on the apron.
King: Discipline looks disgusted at this man.
Hawke: Seems like most people are.
Starr drags Timeless to the center of the ring and locks in a sleeper hold in the seated position. Timeless reaches out for help. Starr torques the hold while laughing. Justice just takes the time to recover and catch his breath. Starr finally pushes Timeless to the mat and puns,
One!
Two!
Broken up by Combatiente.
Justice now takes advantage to hit a running senton onto Timeless. He then rolls to his feet and hits the Kawada kicks on Starr as Timeless rolls towards his corner. Justice doesn’t notice in time and Combatiente is tagged in and springboards off the top rope and hits a flying headscissor. EC doesn’t let up and locks in a torqueing arm wrench to the right arm and wrist of Justice. He pulls him to the ground with an arm breaker then locks in the fujiwara arm bar. Starr gets to his feet and attacks but EC rolls to the side sitting Justice up by wrenching the arm and letting him take the coming kick to the shoulder. Combatiente then rolls forward slamming the face and wrist of Justice to the mat and releasing to catch Starr with a monkey flip. Starr rolls to his feet staggering and is met with a shotgun dropkick sending him crashing into the neutral corner. Combatiente then charges and runs up the ropes, backflips off the body of Starr and then leaps hitting a stiff enzuigiri to the head. Starr stumbles and falls face first to the mat. EC rolls up Lexxi.

Kickout!
Hawke:Wow a rapid kick out from the luchador from SWAT
King: Well DT took some punishment in that brawl outside and is showing the fatigue from blood loss.
DT turns his attention to Starr and locks in a buffalo sleeper. Starr howls in pain but eventually finds the ropes with his free hand. The ref breaks it up and DT stands up. He turns around and EC is to his feet and hits DT with an arm drag. DT rolls to his feet into another. He rises again and gets a hurricanrana sending him into the middle ropes. Combatiente feels the flow and runs off the ropes. He goes for the 619 but DT drops to the mat and Combatiente whiffs the kick and ends up on the apron. He springboards off for a flying forearm and DT ducks letting him hit the just to his feet Lexxi Starr. DT stumbles to his corner and tags in Mistress Discipline. Combatiente pulls Starr to his feet and hits the vertebreaker!

Discipline now squares up to Combatiente and the two trade chops. Discipline whips him off the ropes and on the return locks in a sleeper hold. Combatiente wriggles free and hits a discus elbow. Discipline grabs the arm and ducks behind locking in a crossface chickenwing. She then leaps up with the body scissors pulling EC to the mat. She pulls the hold in tight and EC is wriggling to get free. He is able to inch his way to the ropes and break the hold. Discipline gets to her feet and is greeted by a clothesline sending her over the ropes to the floor by Jesse Styles. He then grabs Combatiente and pulls him into a suplex. He holds the suplex grip and rolls through to hit a second but Combatiente pulls him into an inside cradle.

Kickout by Styles.
Hawke: Almost another quick elimination from the talented El Combatiente.
Combatiente pops to his feet and sprints off the ropes. He returns and leapfrogs the kneeling Styles to hit the top rope and come crashing down with a springboard 630 onto Discipline on the outside!
King: OH MY GOD! He crushed her!
Hawke:The unorthodox offense of Combatiente is causing problems for everyone in this match.
Combatiente is slow to his feet and stumbles back. He is grabbed by the mask through the ropes by Styles. He hits him with a Pele kick. He then rolls into the ring and leaps to the top rope. He waits for Styles to stand and hits the top rope seated senton. He then runs off the ropes, Timeless tags himself in, and EC hits a sliding dropkick sending Styles under the bottom rope and into Mistress Discipline trying to stand on the outside. He then runs off the rope as the ref counts to five and hits a tope suicida to both competitors! He then tosses Discipline into the ring. Timeless pins.

Mistress kicks out.
She is glistening with sweat and panting for breath. Timeless pulls her in and berates her for hitting his lady and slaps her in the face. She suddenly roars to life with a slap of her own. Timeless spins from the impact. She then hits him with a backstabber and rolls into the Suspension!
Hawke: There’s that contorting bridging crossface again!
King: Timeless needs to know when not to slap a lady.
Hawke: I would think that was all the time King.
King: You say that but …
Hawke: KING NO THE CENSORS!
Discipline has the hold locked in tight. She wrenches back and Timeless howls in pain. He is still gassed from the beginning of the match too. Just when he looks ready to tap EC dives in to break the hold then heads to his corner. Timeless pushes to his hands and knees and Discipline kicks him in the ribs. He responds with a punch to the gut. He fires in two more then stands up and hits a crisp T-Bone suplex. He stands up and dusts himself off. He looks down at Discipline and shakes his head. He pulls her to her feet and slaps her in the face. He then hits a snap suplex. She stays down for a minute before rolling to her knees. Timeless walks up to her and laughs. He then kicks her in the chest. He does this twice before she catches a leg and hits a dragon screw. She then ties up his legs and arches back into the muta lock.
King: The referral locked in!
Hawke: Timeless’s bad habit of underestimating his opponents rears its head.
King:And Roxy isn’t here to distract the ref!
Before Combatiente can do anything Timeless taps out.
Bonnie Jenkins: “Timeless” Alex Turner has been eliminated!
Hawke: And then there was one.
Discipline tries to get to her corner to rest but she is intercepted by an angry Jesse Styles. He kicks her and sets up for a piledriver. She resists being picked up and instead trips his legs out. She stumbles back into a reverse rana from Combatiente. He immediately attacks Styles with stomps and a leg drop. Styles rolls under the ropes. Combatiente runs to the opposite ropes but Discipline catches him with a boot to the gut and a piledriver! Styles charges in and hits her with a flurry of strikes. She pops him up onto her shoulders and floors him with a sitout powerbomb.
Hawke:There’s the Expulsion! The power seems to surge out of nowhere with this fiery competitor.

Bonnie Jenkins: Jesse Styles has been eliminated!
Combatiente waits for the three and immediately hits a basement dropkick to the face of Discipline as Shane Sparx enters the ring. They grab her and haul her to her feet. They whip her off the ropes where DT makes a blind tag in. On the return Shane lifts her for a flapjack and COmbatiente hits a dropsault turning it into a modified Alabama slam double team. DT comes barreling in with a spinning heel kick to Combatiente and then grabs Shane Sparx who breaks the grapple and hits a huge uppercut to the chin. DT stumbles back still hurt from earlier. Shane cracks his neck and hauls DT in for a crisp suplex. He rolls through and mounts DT and begins unloading elbow shots to the face from the mount. Combatiente runs off the ropes and hits a block buster style neckbreaker to Sparx.
Hawke: It may be 3 on 1 on 1 but there’s no guarantees. DT has lost a lot of blood, Discipline is just exhausted and Justice has had his right arm worked over all night.
Sparx rolls to his feet the freshest man in the ring. Combatiente hits a flurry of kicks before receiving one to the gut. Sparx then hits a gutwrench suplex to the luchador. He taunts to the arena. He pins.

Sparx looks annoyed but nods his head. He picks up Combatiente and whips him to the corner. He charges in but EC runs up the ropes and backflips off the corner catching him with a dropkick to the back as he charges. He crashes hard into the turnbuckle and EC hoists him to the top rope. He climbs up and looks for a top rope rana! But Sparx holds the ropes. EC dangles from his neck. He eventually sits back up and Sparx tries a powerbomb but Combatiente instead rolls backwards off of him to the mat. Sparx leaps for his finisher The Third Degree! Combatiente manages to avoid the stunner and turn it into a reverse DDT. Sparx crashes to the mat hard. Combatiente leaps to the top rope and comes off with the diving double foot stomp burying his boots in the chest of Sparx. Combatiente then locks in a jackknife pin.

Bonnie Jenkins: Shane Sparx, and therefore Team aGw, has been eliminated!
King: Whoa! The luchador is full of fantastic moves. He took out two of the three remaining aGw teammates!
Hawke: Yes but now it’s three on one and this is now an intense hill to climb for the rising SWAT star.
Combatiente leaps to his feet and turns his attention to Death Trap who is now standing near a neutral corner having caught his breath and the blood dried up forming a dark red mas over his face. COmbatiente charges and ducks a clothesline, he dropkicks DT in the back sending him stumbling forward. DT lands on his hands and knees and EC runs at him jumping up and landing with both feet on the back of DT. DT flattens out on the mat. EC pins.

Combatiente dropkicks him and he stumbles but uses the ropes to stay up. EC moves in but DT catches him in the clinch and rains knees into the chest of EC. He then slams the luchador backwards by his head to the mat. He then steps to the center of the ring and taunts to the crowd. Combatiente stands up and DT charges him. EC moves and DT hits the corner. Combatiente goes for the stinger splash but DT dodges and he hits the turnbuckle. DT catches him as he stumbles with a HUGE release German Suplex.

DT tosses him to the side and rolls to his feet eyes lit with adrenaline. He runs through EC with a big lariat. EC kips up but DT drops him with the front Russian leg sweep. He then taunts to the arena before locking in the Death Trap. They are in the center of the ring and DT is REALLY wrenching that hold. EC is fading but refuses to tap. He struggles and eventually slows down. He goes limp. The ref lifts his arm.
ONE!
He lifts the arm a second time as MD and Justice pound the turnbuckle in support.

He raises the arm a third time. EC JUST keeps it in the air and begins to pump it to get some lift back. He fights and fights. DT breaks the hold and stomps on the spine a few times before locking it back in. Combatiente is now in agony. He holds out for what seems like a full minute before just finally being unable to take it and taps out.
Bonnie Jenkins: El Combatiente, and therefore SWAT team, is eliminated. Therefore your winners and advancing to the finals … Mistress Discipline, Jason Justice, and Death Trap … TEAM MCCW!!!
Hawke: What a HUGE win for MCCW here to go to the finals!
Bonnie Jenkins: The following contest is a team elimination event. The first team to eliminate all of the members of the other team will be declared the winner. First up are ...Zoran Sainovic, Brad Swann, and Subject 42! They are Of Men and Monsters!
After The Fire's version of "Der Kommissar" plays over the PA system, as Zoran Sainovic pushes through the backstage curtains all business. He adjusts his cuffs with an arrogant smile before he is joined by Brad Swann and Subject 42. They make their way down to the ring, Zoran motioning for Subject 42 to go ahead and start inside the ring, which Subject 42 does.
Hawke: Is Zoran going to hide until the last of the opponent’s is basically crippled again?
King: Perhaps. It is a wise strategy.
Bonnie Jenkins: And their opponents. Hyperion, Jack Diamond, and Steve Awesome. They are Team Fuck Mongo!
“Gently” by Slipknot begins playing as Hyperion walks out from the back. He is joined by Jack Diamond and Steve Awesome. They make their way down to the ring, Steve Awesome rolling into the ring first.
King: You would think that Jack Diamond would be the new Captain of the team after Rat Bastard fell.
Hawke: Was Rat Bastard the Captain of the team, or was he just the man that gathered them all?
King: The world will never know.
SEMIFINAL MATCH B
Of Monsters And Men (Zoran Sainovic, Subject 42, and Brad Swann) vs Team Fuck Mongo (Hyperion, Jack Diamond, and Steve Awesome)
Subject 42 rushes at Steve, going for the spear right off the bat! Steve turns out of the way, allowing Subject to crash into the corner. Steve pulls Subject up from behind, hitting a reverse suplex to take Subject to the center of the ring. Steve hops up and begins slapping the back of Subject 42’s head. Subject stands up and shoves Steve backwards. Steve clocks Subject 42, but it does little to the beast. Subject 42 punches Steve back, knocking him down to his knees. Subject 42 wipes green blood from his mouth with the back of his hand before raising that hand as a fist. Steve begins to beg for mercy. Subject looks to Zoran, who just shakes his head. Steve takes advantage of the moment to hit a low blow that doubles Subject 42 over. Steve leaps into the air, slamming his shoulder into Subject’s face to send him flying through the air with a splatter of green blood and snot. Steve makes the tag to Jack Diamond, who comes into the ring with a shout. Subject 42 stands up with a “Ragh”. Jack runs across the ring, hitting a knee to the gut that doubles Subject over. Jack whips Subject into the corner and follows this up with a splash against the turnbuckles.
King: We’ve seen the Diamond splash. Will we see the Stacked Deck?
Hawke: Sure look like it.
Jack puts Subject up to the top turnbuckle, climbs up, and hits a cutter down to the mat! He goes for the cover!

Tw-Brad Swann kicks out!
Steve Awesome gets to his feet, pulling Brad Swann up. Steve goes for a high leg clothesline that Brad ducks under. Once Steve lands on his feet, Brad hits his own clothesline to take Steve down. Brad quickly hits a standing moonsault heel stomp and applies an anaconda vice! Steve tries to break out of the hold, but finds that he cannot. Hyperion jumps into the ring and stomps the back of Brad’s head to break the move. The ref gets into play, getting Hyperion to go back to his corner. Steve stands up, but Brad is already up and running to the ropes. On the rebound, Brad catches Steve with a slingblade! Brad goes for the pinfall, but Steve kicks out before the ref can get into position.
Hawke: The monsters trying to even the odds, but Steve not having it.
King: Team Fuck Mongo going to the end, baby!
Brad stands up, grabs Steve, and whips him into the OMAM corner. Brad runs at top speed across the ring, nailing a dropkick into the corner. He tags in Zoran Sainovic, who steps into the ring with a cruel smile. He picks Steve up out of the corner, flips him upside down, and powerslams him into the corner. He ties up Steve’s legs, getting the man set up in the Tree of Woe. While he does this, Brad Swann hops down, grabbing a bottle of water, hoping back up, and handing it to Zoran.
Hawke: What is this? Is Zoran already thirsty?
King: I don’t think so.
Zoran opens the bottle and slowly drips the water down onto Steve, laughing as the referee yells at him to get back. Once the bottle is empty, the ref gets in between Zoran and Steve, shoving Zoran back. The ref gets Steve unstuck from the corner and back to his feet. Zoran hurls the empty water bottle at Steve’s head, distracting him so that he can get by the referee and start punching Steve in the face with rapid fire fists. Zoran brings Steve down with a headlock takedown. He holds onto Steve, keeping the pressure on. The ref checks to see if Steve will submit. He gets a foot onto the ropes right away, being near the corner. The ref forces Zoran to break the hold. Zoran stands up, pulling Steve up, and applying a sleeper hold.
Hawke: Does he have a cloth in front of Steve’s face?
King: I think he does. What’s his game I wonder?
Hawke: No doubt chloroform.
King: Ooh that will help with sleep.
Hyperion tries to rush in to make the save, but the ref blocks him, and has to fight with him to get him to head back to his corner. By the time he gets this done and turns back toward Zoran and Steve, Steve is laying on the mat. Zoran pockets the cloth and goes for the cover.

Hyperion steps into the ring while Zoran rolls the unconscious Steve Awesome out of the ring. Zoran sees the angry Hyperion and backs up slowly, tagging in Brad Swann.
King: Zoran don’t want none of Hyperion.
Hawke: Zoran don’t want any of anything.
Hyperion rushes across the ring, slamming into Brad Swann with a shoulder charge that sends Brad crashing to the mat. Hyperion seizes Brad by the throat and lifts him into the air. He hurls Brad toward the center of the ring and then knocks Zoran off of the ring apron with a savage elbow. Hyperion heads for the center of the ring while Brad gets to his feet. He takes Brad down with a big boot, smashing the side of Brad’s head. Hyperion pulls Brad back up, wrapping him up in a bear hug. The ref checks to see if Brad Swann will give up, but Brad refuses. Hyperion begins to shake Brad side to side to amplify the effects of the hold.
King: It’s not good to anger a god.
Hawke: Hyperion isn’t really a god.
King: You want to tell him that right now?
Hawke: Not particularly.
Brad Swann fights to break free of the bear hug, but cannot. He tries headbutting Hyperion, but no effect. Zoran runs across the ring, hitting Hyperion behind the knees to knock him down and break the hold. Zoran exits the ring as Hyperion stands up and begins to give chase. When Zoran slides out of the ring, Hyperion turns around. He’s kicked in the gut by Brad, lifted up in what looks like a suplex and dropped to the mat in a small package bomb. He holds on to a leg for the pinfall!

Thr-Jack Diamond breaks the pinfall!
The ref gets Jack to exit the ring while Brad pulls Hyperion up and whips him into the OMAM corner. While the ref is still distracted, Zoran uses the tag rope to choke the Mad Titan. He releases Hyperion as the referee turns around. Brad rushes at the corner, nailing a corner dropkick. He begins wailing on Hyperion with lefts and rights, but Hyperion shoves Brad backwards. He elbows Zoran off of the ring apron again and grabs Brad Swann with a face claw, ripping the surgical mask away.
Hawke: Uh oh. Brad needs that!
King: Perfect distraction.
Brad screams in rage, reaching for the mask that Hyperion holds high in the air. Hyperion drops the mask and as Brad Swann goes to grasp for it, hits a massive lariat that sends Brad for a flip. Hyperion picks Brad up by the throat, holding him in the air as Brad frantically reaches for the mask above all things. Hyperion hits a choke slam and goes for the pinfall.

Three!
Bonnie Jenkins: Brad Swann has been eliminated via pinfall!
Zoran Sainovic’s eyes go wide as he realizes that he’s all alone. Hyperion charges at him, but Zoran pulls the ref in the way. Hyperion jacks the ref with a massive clothesline! Zoran flashes an evil grin. He gets something out of his pocket and stabs Hyperion in the side with it! He draws back his hand as if to do it again, but Hyperion's grabs him by the wrist and squeezes. The tiny blade that Zoran was holding falls to the mat. Hyperion kicks it out of the ring and sends Zoran nearly flying across the ring to slam into the corner where Jack Diamond awaits with a boot on the top turnbuckle for Zoran to slam his head into.
Hawke: Zoran stabbed Hyperion?
King: Looks like his plan to knock the ref out is going to backfire.
Hyperion slowly walks across the ring, watching as Jack Diamond uses the tag rope to choke out Zoran. Hyperion places his hand to the bleeding wound in his side and wipes the blood across his face with a twisted grin.
King: Why is he doing that?
Hawke: Some kind of ritual?
Hyperion takes a few running steps before nearly diving at the choking Zoran, hitting him full in the face with a headbutt! Zoran clutches at the tag rope to try to break free and Hyperion brings down a fist to Zoran’s face over and over again, smashing Zoran’s face into a bloody mess. Jack Diamond releases Zoran and steps into the ring without a tag. Hyperion lifts Zoran up into a military press slam and Jack Diamond grabs him as Hyperion sends him down for a cutter. The two simply stand in the ring and begin kicking Zoran Sainovic in the ribcage and face while the referee is still unconscious.
Hawke: This isn’t a match anymore. This is a massacre!
King: That’s what Zoran had done with Linda’s team. I guess this is karma.
Jack Diamond rolls out of the ring and goes around it, picking up the weapon that Hyperion had kicked out of the ring. He slides it into the ring where it lands by Hyperion’s foot, who picks it up.
Hawke: Oh no. What’s he going to do with that?
King: I would imagine whatever it is that he wants to do with it.
Hyperion turns the weapon over his hand as he examines it.
Hyperion: This little trinket is what you planned to do us harm with?
Zoran coughs up blood with a grin.
Sainovic: Us? Have you a mouze in your pocket?
Hyperion just chuckles, spinning the weapon in his hand, and going down to his knees. He brings the weapon down to stab Zoran in the chest and belly with his own weapon over and over again until he sees the referee starting to stir. He throws the weapon from the ring and lifts Zoran up into the air with one hand. He holds Zoran in the air as blood falls from Zoran’s wounds like rain onto Hyperion and the mat. As the ref stands up to begin yelling at Hyperion for the choke hold, Hyperion hits the choke slam in the center of the ring and goes for the pin.

Jack Diamond and Hyperion celebrate in the middle of the ring.

King: You see Zoran moving in the ring right now? He may well have done so.
Hawke: No, I see that Zoran is breathing.
King: And bleeding. There’s a growing pool of blood around Zoran.
The referee signals for medics to hurry down to the ring and they come running.
Hawke: I'm being told we're going to take a minute to go to a word from our sponsors after that colossal semi-final match.
“Are you parched? Do you need a beverage good enough for a man but meant for a bastard? BASTARD BREW! It’ll solve all your booze related problems.”
This message sponsored by Rat Bastard and the Fuck Mongo campaign.
We return to the commentary table and see Hawke and King still in awe over that last titanic tussle.
King: Joey I don’t know how we can keep topping ourselves but this event has provided us blood, guts, insanity, flips, kicks, and submissions.
Hawke: I know King, this event is truly one of a kind. It’s like a fusion of Royalty of the Squared Circle and Series of Surviving!
King: Whoever came up with this deserves a pay raise. And if we don’t know who that is … Mongo this was all my idea!
Hawke: Well the survivors from the previous bout haven’t left the ring so let’s throw it back to Bonnie to get the finals started.
The camera zooms around the arena showing the staff and families of the competitors who were allowed to the show going wild as “Legendary” by Skillet is still playing. Jack Diamond and Hyperion stand in the ring stretching and getting water from the timekeeper.
Bonnie Jenkins: Ladies and gentlemen the following match is an elimination tag match and is for the Call to Arms Finale! In the ring at a combined weight of 520 pounds, representing Team Fuck Mongo … THE TITAN KING HYPERION … and … THE LAST ICON JACK DIAMOND!
King: The final two members of TFM have fought through hell to get here. Can the overcome the three on two advantage tonight?
Hawke: You...you do realize this is Hyperion and Jack Diamond, right?
The lights dim and MCCW highlights flash onto the tron. “A Million Miles” by Goldfinger hits as the MCCW Captain, World Heavyweight Champion Jason Justice steps onto the stage. Flanking him on either side are the #1 contender Death Trap and his tag team partner Mistress Discipline.
Bonnie Jenkins: And their opponents, representing Team Master Class Championship Wrestling, at a combined weight of 650 pounds, MISTRESS DISCIPLINE, THE MAIN ATTRACTION DEATH TRAP, AND MCCW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION … THE PEOPLE’S DUDE JASON JUSTICE!!!
Hawke: Team MCCW was largely overlooked in the run-up to this event but what we might be looking at is the Cinderella story of the year
King: Except instead of one dragon they have to fight TWO!
Hawke: Uh, there's no dragons in Cinderella
King: Sure there are! They burned her enemies to cinder
The three of them stalk to the ring. Mistress is still showing a hint of exhaustion, DT is stained with dried blood and Justice is shaking out his right wrist. As they enter the ring Hyperion steps to the apron. For MCCW Mistress Discipline steps into the ring as trainers check on DT and Justice to make sure they are safe to compete.
FINAL ROUND MATCH
Team MCCW(Jason Justice, Death Trap and Mistress Discipline) vs Team Fuck Mongo (Hyperion and Jack Diamond)
The bell rings and Jack begins to strafe around the ring eyeing up Mistress Discipline. She stands still in a fighting stance following him with her eyes. He lunges in and she shoots a double leg takedown. Jack blocks it down then pulls her to a standing position and hits a quick jab combo to the face. She stumbles back and Jack kicks her in the gut. She catches the foot however and unloads with that signature slap. The echo in the near empty arena is deafening. All this accomplishes is to enrage Jack who lunges in and shoves her back into a neutral corner. He then slaps her in the face and gets right in her face.
Jack Diamond: YOU LIKE SLAPS HUH? HOW ABOUT THIS HUH?
He slaps her again. He steps back and turns his back on her in a rage. He turns around to charge her for a clothesline but she barrels out of the corner and hits him with a running neck breaker. She rolls to her feet and grabs his arm and locks in a cross arm breaker. Jack is more in shock than anything and now finds his left arm being yanked out of its socket.
King: Whoa Discipline doesn’t like being manhandled.
Hawke: … Maybe not by Jack at least …
King: She is an impressive competitor. I’m betting after tonight people will take notice.
Hawke: She sure is. She is really working over that arm of the former two time X*Crown champ.
Jack is trying to kick his way towards the rope to break. Hyperion watches in amusement as he doesn’t see a tap out occurring. Or he doesn’t care if it does.
Jack Diamond: GAH! Let go already!
He finally reaches the ropes and ref breaks it up. Discipline rolls to her feet, brow covered in sweat. She is clearly showing signs of fatigue from this grueling event. Jack rotates his arm and gets to his feet and is greeted by an Irish Whip. On the return he is just able to roll underneath an attempt at the Final Bell. Jack turns on a dime and as Discipline regains her balance after missed knee he kicks her in the gut and then drops her with a DDT. Jack gets to one knee and rotates the left shoulder once more before cracking his neck. He goes for a pin.
One!
Kickout!
Jack gets to his feet and drops in a few stomps before he gets his ankle grabbed by Discipline. She torques him to the mat and locks in an ankle lock with a leg grapevine. Jack immediately shows that firey rage again as he recognizes who inspired this move.
Jack Diamond: Take that weak Caffrey shit out of my ring.
He uses his free leg to kick her in the knees until she lets up the grapevine then he pushes up to his hands and knees and rolls forward sending Discipline into her own corner where Death Trap blind tags into the match. DT rolls into the ring and sits in the corner waiting. Jack gets to his feet and charges at Discipline who ducks and allows Jack to meet the educated feet of DT. A roundhouse finds its mark on his nose and blood begins to drip from it.
Hawke: Whoa what a well executed double team maneuver. And now Jack is busted open just like DT was in the opening round.
King: Jack needs to harness that rage, it may serve him well against a newer competitor like Discipline but against men like Justice and DT who are experts at maintaining their cool, it’s a disadvantage.
Hawke: And yet that rage is what got these two man this far.
DT wastes no time as Jack stumbles back to one knee. He charges in with a Shining Wizard.
King: BREAKDOWN from DT!
Hawke: He’s going for a quick pin.
ONE!
TWO!
Jack rolls the shoulder. He then rolls under the bottom rope to the apron and holds his nose in pain. DT is all business at this stage in the night. He has found his second wind and is firing on all cylinders. He bounces off the ropes and hits a basement dropkick through the ropes dumping Jack off the apron to the floor hard. He then bounces off the ropes as if hitting a dive but instead runs into the opposing corner and dives through the middle and top ropes spearing Hyperion off the apron. He rolls to his feet and taunts to the …well few people … in the crowd. He stomps Hype’s chest for good measure then goes over to Jack. He pulls Jack to a hands and knees position then grabs the left arm and holds it while hitting step kicks to the face. After 4 Jack recoils back to his knees and DT unloads a kick to the chest. The ref knows this is a finale and allows them to fight on the outside. DT senses Hype getting to his feet so he rolls into the ring as he charges over. Hype pulls up and checks on Jack.
King: Hype is now tending to his partner.
Death Trap: Come on Knox, put him in the ring. I wanna see how much Diamonds bend.
Hyperion: Impudent mortal. Do not mock us or we will end you.
Death Trap: I’m hearing a lot of talk and no action.
Hype growls in disgust and helps Jack to his feet. Jack wipes the blood from his face and then DT does something unexpected. He tags in Justice then slingshots over the ropes with a plancha onto both men. Discipline audibly gasps on the apron in between catching her breath. DT rolls off them with a smug grin right up until Hype just immediately stands up and grabs him and sends him crashing into the barricade hard. Hype turns around and Jason Justice attacks him with his patented sunset flip powerbomb. DT is crumpled in a heap against the barricade as he slowly tries to crawl to a kneeling position. Justice turns his attention to Jack who begins trading punches with the People’s Dude. Jack gets the upper hand and rolls Justice into the ring. Justice rolls to his feet but as he leans out to grab Jack he gets a poke to the eyes and pulls back into the ring. Jack turns and hits a knee trembler to the head of DT crushing it against the barrier again. DT drops to the ground holding his head in agony. Jack just smiles at him.
Jack Diamond: You wanted action right?
Jack climbs onto the apron and waits. Justice stumbles towards him and Jack grabs him. He is about to suplex him back to the floor when Mistress Discipline comes along the apron and catches him with the Final Bell bicycle knee strike to the right under arm. Jack releases the suplex grip and holds his side in agony. Justice leans through the middle and top ropes and sticks his head between Jack’s leg and back body drops him into the ring. Jack rolls into his corner and tags in Hype who has climbed back into the corner and grabbed the tag rope.
King: Uh oh here comes the big Hyperion. He outweighs DT by 50 pounds and Mistress and Justice by 110 and 120 respectively.
Hawke: He might be the difference maker here. He is remarkably fresh considering this gauntlet he’s gone through and is easily the tallest and heaviest man left in the tournament.
Hype moves towards Justice. Justice wastes no time grabbing him in a clinch and raining knees onto the big man’s chest and face. Hyperion takes about five before pulling Justice in and tossing him like a ragdoll across the ring. Justice rolls to his feet in shock. Hype just smirks and beckons him to try again. Justice moves in carefully and feints at Hype. Hype lunges but Justice faked him out and then shoots a double leg takedown. He gets into a mount and begins raining punches down. Hype is able to guard his face then pulls guard on Justice. Justice adapts by lifting the big man slightly and dropping him with a mat slam. He pins.
On-Hype hurls him off the cover.
Hawke: Hyperion showing off the power game here.
King: How do they plan on keeping him down?
Hawke: Do you think they carry ether?
Justice catches Hype as he rolls onto his stomach and gets a front headlock and begins ramming his knees into Hype’s head. Hyperion turtles for a moment before catching a knee and rolling Justice to the side. Hype is quick to his feet this time. Justice follows and grabs Hype for a ripcord knee.
King: Is he looking for the BWC?
Hype takes the knee and then just grabs Justice and launches him with a high overhead belly-to-belly. Justice arches his back in pain before rolling onto his belly. He pushes to his feet as Hype grabs his right arm and wrenches it. Justice cries out in pain. He quickly somersaults to the mat then kips up and turns the pressure into a top wrist lock on Hype. But the size advantage is too great and Hype just pulls him in and beal tosses him. Justice gets to his feet and is greeted by a running big boot. Hype pins.

Kickout!
Justice rolls to the ropes and pulls to his feet. Hype charges again and this time Justice drops the ropes and Hype ends up crotching himself on the top rope. Justice tags in Mistress Discipline and then begins shaking the rope up and down as Hype’s eyes bulge in pain. Discipline moves in and hits an inferno dragon screw pulling Hype off the ropes. She then immediately locks in a knee bar. The big man now pounds the mat in pain. He looks MD right in the eyes and she just smiles at him. The hold seems to go on forever before Jack Diamond comes around the ring on the outside and reaches in and grabs Mistress by her bun and forcibly removes her from Hype as the ref shouts at him to let go of the hair and return to his corner. Jack gouges the eyes on Mistress leaving her prone and underneath the ropes as he goes to his corner.
King: Dirty tactics by Jack Diamond.
Hawke: He knows Mistress doesn’t have a lot in the tank so it’s pretty smart to weaken her for Hyperion.
Hyperion gingerly gets to his feet favoring his left leg and … groin area … He reaches down to pull MD away from the ropes. As soon as she is free she reaches up and locks up a small package.
ONE!
Hype powers out and falls backwards to the center of the ring.
Hawke: For someone new to the business she shows incredible ring awareness in her pins and submissions.
King: She has the mark of a future world champion for sure Joey. But I don’t know how much that matters when Hyperion is in the ring.
Hyperion pushes himself back to his corner and allows Jack to tag himself in as Hype sits in his corner. Jack stalks Mistress as she is slow to her feet trying to catch her breath. He moves in and also gets an inside cradle for his troubles. But Jack rolls it through into a pin on her.
ONE!
TWO!
Justice breaks up the pinfall.
Justice steps through the ropes again and calls for a tag as DT has finally made his way to the apron, fresh blood on his forehead from the knee strike on the barricade. Discipline gets to her feet panting in exhaustion. Jack smells blood in the water and cuts off her path to her teammates. He launches a punch combo. MD grabs him and hits an elbow shot to the head and tries to whip him. However he catches himself and instead sends her careening into the wrong corner where Hyperion is glad to boot her head nearly clean off. She lands on the mat hard and holds her jaw in agony. The ref admonishes Hype. Diamond moves the ref out of the way as Hype steps onto the apron. Jack sends her into the corner and hits a heavy chop. He then grabs her throat and the ref pulls him off and tells him off. While his back is turned Hype uses the tag rope to strangle Mistress in the corner. He releases her and Jack moves in and mounts the middle ropes. He rains punches down as the few people in attendance count with the move.

Discipline slides down to a sitting position and pulls out Jack’s legs as his jaw smashes on the top turnbuckle. She turns him into position facing her and hits a HUGE chop.
Crowd, DT and Justice: WOOOOOO!
She then slaps the taste out of Hype. She chops Jack, slaps Hype who falls to the floor on his feet holding his mouth. Chop, WOOOO, Chop, WOOOO! She then grabs Jack and whips him into her own corner and follows with a running discus elbow to the face. She tags in DT who climbs the ropes. MD hits another elbow then moves as DT drops Jack with a double knee bulldog off the top. DT then tags in Justice. The two men then combine on a double team high angle hip toss. Justice then drops a leaping elbow drop and pins.

Kickout from Diamond.
MD is on the apron trying to get some energy back as DT roots on Justice. Justice climbs into a mount and transitions into a neck lock. Jack uses his free hand to send shots to the temple of Justice. He then puts his feet in the gut of Jason and launches him out of the mount. Jack rolls to his knees and Justice rolls backwards to his feet a distance away. He moves for a bicycle knee but has to quickly slam the breaks as Jack pulls the ref in front. The ref dives away as Justice skids to a stop and in that moment Jack launches a HUGE low blow to the People’s Dude’s Dudes. The ref looks at Jack as Jack is about to tie up with a visibly wincing Justice. Jack spins around and protests that he did nothing and in the moment kicks his leg back with another low blow the ref misses. Justice crumples to the mat in a heap as DT tries to come into the ring.
Hawke: What despicable tactics by Diamond. This isn’t how you are supposed to fight.
King: No but it’s fair if the ref doesn’t see it and winning is the goal Joey.
The ref holds DT back as Jack whips Justice to his corner and Hype chokes him out with the tag rope. DT tries harder to get in the ring and get the ref to look but the ref is stuck on DT. Jack barrels in with the Diamond Splash! Jack hoists Justice onto the top rope. He turns to DT and blows him a kiss as Hype holds Justice’s legs on the rope so he can’t fight. Jack leaps up and drops a top rope cutter!
Hawke: TOP ROPE STACKED DECK!
King: This doesn’t look good for the MCCW World Champ.
Jack calls the ref and pins. DT charges into the ring but Hype intercepts him!

Mistress Discipline yanks Jack out of the ring from the outside. She leaps onto his shoulders with a hurricanrana and transitions into a gogoplata!
King: The Naughty Child on the outside! She can discipline me anytime!
Hawke: King this is not the time.
The ref is too busy separating DT and Hype. Finally DT smirks at Hype who looks confused before looking outside the ring as Mistress releases the hold and Jack drops to the padding on the floor. Hype moves to attack but DT grabs him from behind and locks in a dragon sleeper! He drops to one knee and buries the knee in the back of Hype. The ref begins a count.

DT releases the hold and shoves Hype. Hype stumbles into Justice who hits the Justice Served! Hype rolls out of the ring as DT and MD go to their corner. Jack slowly makes his way to his feet on the outside. The ref allows the match to play out with no count out.
Hawke: All kinds of carnage in the ring. These two teams are not going to let the other win without a fight.
King: And fight they shall! I am loving this Joey.
Jason Justice takes a minute to sit in the ring and regain his composure and breath as Jack leans on the apron. He looks over to Hype who has rolled to the outside and is holding the back of his neck. Jack slides into the ring and gets to his feet as Justice does as well. Justice tosses out a few of those quick feeling out the distance punches. Jack launches a leg kick but gets it checked by Justice. Justice shoots for a takedown but this time Jack has it scouted and jumps up and hits a double foot stomp onto the spine of Justice. He rolls forward and clears DT and MD off the apron with a leaping running split leg dropkick. They both careen to the floor. He turns and runs at Justice who is now in a sitting position and hits a thunderous penalty kick. He then stomps on the right wrist. Justice recoils in pain and Jack hits a standing shooting star press crushing the wrist to Justice’s body. Justice rolls away. Jack sees DT climbing to the apron and baseball slides his feet out sending him face first into the apron and stumbling to the barricade next to MD who is still trying to catch her breath. Jack stalks over to Justice and puts his right hand on the mat with his elbow up in the air and then stomps the elbow. Justice howls in agony and Jack viciously stomps the fingers again. He picks Justice up and hits a swinging neckbreaker. He rolls the legs up and hooks the tights out of view of the ref.

THRE-NO!
Justice somehow kicks out. Jack looks angry.
Jack Diamond: Well that wasn’t very smart of you.
Jack grabs the right arm and hits a spinning armbreaker onto the mat. Justice again pulls the arm in. Jack pulls him to his feet and bounces off the ropes for a running knee to the gut. Justice uses the momentum to hit a deep arm drag snapping Jack to the mat. Jack rolls to his knees holding his back as Justice launches the bicycle knee! He drapes his right arm across.

Justice howls in pain as Jack grabs the arm and snaps a finger breaking the pin. He then torques the arm back into a grounded hammer lock. He leaps into the air and drops a knee right on the wrist while maintaining the hold. He repeats this three times. Justice is in agony at this point. Jack pulls him to his feet again and gently slaps his face a few times to antagonize him.
Hawke: What disrespect from Jack.
King: Did these two ever tangle in AWF?
Hawke: I don’t know but Jack sure looks like he wants to eliminate the man who abandoned them.
Jack hooks Justice for a DDT. Justice however lifts him up and goes for the Justice Served. In midair Jack shifts his weight onto the right wrist and Justice loses his grip and on the way down Jack catches him with a Stacked Deck! He rolls into the pin.
ONE!
DT scrambles to his feet.
TWO!
DT slides into the ring and charges.
THREE!
DT hits a double axe handle a second too late.
Bonnie Jenkins: Jason Justice has been eliminated!
King: And just like that we are at 2-2.
Hawke: Yes but while DT and Jack are tired but still going, Mistress Discipline was overtaxed in those first two matches and her stamina isn’t at the elite level of her tag team partner.
King: Yeah and Hyperion ALWAYS looks ready to outwrestle a horse.
Hawke: There might be money in that match…
DT is already in the ring and laying shots to the back of the head of Diamond. Hyperion however reaches over the ropes and grabs DT by his belt area and yanks him away then slaps Jack on the back. He comes into the ring but DT hits a drop toe hold.
King: OH MY GOD A DROP TOE HOLD!
Hawke: Scorpion is already eliminated King.
King: Oh. Right. Carry on.
DT leaps forward and locks in the Seattle Stretch. Hyperion grunts in pain. He flails his free hand to try and reach the ropes but the omoplata crossface is locked in too close to the center of the ring. So he reaches back and pull at DT’s face and eventually finds an eye gouge to break the hold. DT rolls away. He ends up in the opposing corner and Jack kicks him in the back through the ropes. Hype comes barreling in but DT ducks through the middle and top ropes and launches a rope assisted Pele kick as Hype hits the turnbuckle chest first. DT then launches himself over the top rope with a clothesline to finally bring down the Titan. Jack grabs DT by the hair over the ropes but DT pulls him forward and hits his own cutter onto the top rope.
Hawke: Oh my God! Cut the Strings onto the top rope and Jack has been launched out to the floor on the recoil!
King: I don’t know where DT finds his energy but his endurance and ring awareness are the reason he’s a legend in XHF.
Hawke: Doesn’t look like Hyperion buys into the legends.
Hype is indeed to his knees and launches a punch barrage to DT’s gut. He then tosses DT with a release Northern Lights Suplex from his knees. DT lands hard near his corner. Mistress Discipline is back on the apron and reaching over the ropes for a tag. DT sees she is visibly tired though.
Death Trap: Gonna need you later, I got this.
DT waves her off. Hyperion approaches and DT stands up and grapples. Hype easily overpowers him with a huge headbutt drops him to a sitting position reopening that same head wound as blood pours to the mat for the third time tonight from DT. Hyperion grabs DT by the throat and lifts him to his feet. But DT launches a kick volley to the ribs of the Titan and then gets the muay thai clinch and unloads with three powerful knees and follows it with a high kick. Hyperion stumbles and DT shoves him into a neutral corner and sprints in with a spinning heel kick and grabs the top rope to direct his landing onto the apron. He then spins Hype and grabs both arms. He leaps up and locks in a figure four with his legs around the Titan’s head and pulls down on both arms trapped in the submission over the ropes furthering the force on the big man.
Hawke: The submissions of Death Trap may be exactly what’s needed to stop the big man.
The ref counts to four and DT drops to the floor on the outside releasing the hold. Hype is forced into the ring from the rope recoil and falls to the mat. DT climbs the ring steps and then ascends to the top rope. He measures for a diving elbow drop but Hype rolls to his corner and tags in Jack. DT wisely drops off the ropes to meet Diamond head on. Jack and DT trade punches. Jack finally pushes DT back and hits a crisp dropkick. DT rolls through to his feet and hits a dropkick of his own. Jack also rolls through to his feet. He tries a clothesline but DT reverses by grabbing the arm and dropping into the Seattle Stretch again. Jack now howls in pain and flails. DT pulls back hard.
Death Trap: Give up Diamond. Give it up!
Jack Diamond: Fuck you!
Jack manages to roll to the side into a pin over DT.
ONE!
DT releases the hold and rolls away.
As he gets to his feet Jack kips up and clips his leg and then locks in the Aces Wild!
King: Jack with his signature figure 4 leg lock!
Hawke: But DT is known for never tapping out.
DT grits his teeth and slams the mat in pain.
Jack Diamond: What’s wrong DT?
DT rolls over reversing the pressure causing Jack to release the hold. DT pulls in his legs and holds them in pain. Jack climbs the turnbuckle. DT rolls to his back and sees too late. Shuffled Deck! Jack holds the pin.

THR-DT rolls the shoulder. He sputters and coughs.
Jack just smiles and shakes his head. He stomps on DT’s leg a few times before climbing the turnbuckle again. SHUFFLED DECK! NO! DT gets the knees up. DT holds his legs in pain again but Jack is now holding his gut in agony. Jack grabs the ropes and pulls up to his feet. He moves to DT who is trying to stand. He hooks DT for a vertical suplex but DT hooks his leg then pulls up and cradles the leg before dropping Jack head first spiked on the mat with the cradle DDT.
King: DT with the Main Attraction! He reversed Jack and hit his big impact move!
Hawke: But is he too gassed to make the pin?
DT answers that by taking a brief moment then rolling over onto Jack and hooking the leg. He counts up with the ref!

Hyperion stomps a mudhole in DT to break the pin. DT grabs his ankle and wrenches him into a knee bar. Hype grabs the ropes instantly and DT reflexively breaks the hold. Hype stomps him again and pulls Jack to his corner and tags himself in.
DT pulls himself to his feet panting from exhaustion and blood loss. Mistress has her arm out for the tag but DT now has tunnel vision. DT unloads a kick flurry to Hype but Hype just pie-faces him and sends him to the mat. DT rolls through and drops Hype with a jaw jacker. DT runs off the ropes for a Breakdown but Hype springs up and hits the First Principle. DT flips to land face first from the impact and goes limp.
Hawke: HOLY SHIT! DT may be dead.
King: Maybe.
Hype just looks at Mistress and dares her to step into the ring. She is in shock but noticeably not gasping anymore. Hype places a foot under DT’s body and rolls him then puts the foot onto DT’s chest.

DT has put his foot on the bottom rope. Hype’s smile fades.
Hyperion: WHY DID YOU CEASE COUNTING THE FOOL IS DEAD!
The ref points out the foot. Hyperion turns to the ref and threatens him again. He turns around and DT kips up and drops Hype with a thunderous clothesline. He then falls to his hands and knees and begins psyching himself up. He pulls Hyperion up into a Buffalo Sleeper. Hyperion begins to shift all around trying to find refuge but DT holds it in tight. Finally Hype is able to slightly elevate and sit down having the effect of a jaw breaker on DT. Hype is now visibly winded. He grabs DT and power whips him at his own corner but DT elbows Jack off the apron and crashes into the turnbuckle. Hype barrels in and DT moves letting him crash. He then hooks him for the Main Attraction. But Hype is too large and lifts DT with a military press and dumps him into the middle of the ring like a ragdoll. DT rolls up and is greeted with a spinning body slam and a pin.

THRE-NO!
DT somehow rolls the shoulder. Hyperion looks enraged.
Hyperion: STAY DOWN YOU WHELP! I AM YOUR GOD! YOU ARE BENEATH ME!
He pulls DT to his feet. DT using every ounce of strength shoves Hype back close enough to his corner for MD to hit a massive elbow blast to the back of the head. Hype stumbles forward into DT’s patented forward Russian leg sweep. He IMMEDIATELY transitions it into the Death Trap! DT’s finisher the dragon clutch is locked in tight! Hype is gasping for air and flailing. DT sits back with all his might holding the titan down. Hype looks ready to pass out and his hand lifts to tap.
King: THIS IS IT! DT HAS THE TITAN DOWN!
Hawke: WAIT IT’S JACK DIAMOND!
Jack sprints in from behind and hits a shotgun dropkick to the back of DT’s head sending him face first to the canvas. He then hits an Icon Kick to MD knocking her to the floor. Hyperion slowly rises to his feet as Jack picks up DT before being told to leave by the ref. Hyperion grabs DT by the throat and hoists him for the High One but DT somehow wriggles free and drops behind only to be smacked with a discus elbow from Jack and Hype immediately catches him with a sit-out spinebuster and then pushes forward with a pin with leverage.

Bonnie Jenkins: DEATH TRAP HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!
DT kicks out just after three as the bridging move has once again spelled his downfall. DT looks stunned and sits up and asks the ref. The ref confirms three. DT looks at Discipline who is now alone with these two monsters.
King: DT had it all locked up and somehow still Hyperion managed to take him out.
Hawke: The young upstart now has two very big obstacles between herself and putting MCCW into Overheated.
DT mouths I’m sorry to Mistress. He stands up to go to her but Jack is through stalling and hits him with an icon kick to the mouth sending him stumbling into a First Principle. DT again crashes hard to the mat this time without the anticipation of getting hit and it’s clear he is hurt. He is twitching on the mat holding his neck. Hyperion laughs and slowly pushes him out of the ring with his foot.
Hyperion: Let me remove the garbage from the ring. Now little lady, come meet your doom.
Jack Diamond: It’s not like you stood a chance to begin with.
Discipline however looks enraged by the post pin attack and enters the ring with renewed vigor. DT showed her the road map. The ref gets Jack out of the ring and Hyperion opens his arms for Discipline. She slowly moves in but then surprises him by sprinting and connecting square in the mush with a Final Bell.
Hawke: Oh man that flying knee to the jaw of the titan.
King: She … she knocked him down in one!
Hawke: That is the move that took down the robotic Industrial Man, Attila Balan in the Rumble, King!
She rolls him up with a jackknife pin.

TH-Hype forces his way out of the pinning predicament.
Discipline is unrelenting and unloads with a flurry of hard slaps to the face as the titan tries to rise. She grabs the arm and spins him to the mat with a jumping armbreaker. Mistress finds the will within to kick out.
Hyperion: It is unwise to anger a God. If you stay down we won’t have to end you.
She spits in his face. He laughs and winds up for the first Principle when She grabs his arm and drops him with a leaping reverse STO then rolls her legs back and locks in the Koji Clutch!
Hawke: THE DETENTION! THE MAD TITAN HAS BEEN LOCKED IN DETENTION!
Hyperion is fading fast. The move contorts his large frame and is sucking the very breath from his lungs. Mistress is using all the energy she has to choke the big man out. Just as she is about to claim victory over him, Jack Diamond crushes her with a Shuffled Deck. The ref forces Jack back to his corner as Mistress crawls to hers holding her chest in agony. Hyperion slowly stirs. He begins to crawl, literally to Jack. The tension mounts. Mistress slowly pulls herself to her feet on the turnbuckle. She coughs a few times then charges and dives to grab Hype’s leg. But Hype lunges and tags in Jack who springs off the top rope with a clothesline to MD. She rolls to her feet and he hits a left jab, a right hook, a left uppercut, and a right haymaker.
King: This is not good for Mistress. She ALSO had Hype dead to rights and Jack again saved his backup.
Hawke: Don’t count her out, she’s proven to be scrappy.
Hyperion is slowly recuperating in the corner. Jack hooks her and drops her with a DDT. He pins.

Discipline is fighting with all her heart. Jack pulls her up and hooks for a Stacked Deck but she shoves him off and on the return kicks him in the gut and out of nowhere hits a HUGE sitout powerbomb!

She holds the pin.

She is pulled off the pin by Hyperion who has her by the hair. She screams in pain but Hyperion is tired and tired of her. He beal tosses her across the ring. Foot on the ropes.
Mistress is clearly gassed and has nothing left. But she refuses to die. Jack is to his feet now and wobbly. He cracks his neck. Hyperion lifts Discipline. From nowhere she SLAPS him in the face hard. Another echoing shot. Hype shows pain but then a smile and looks at her.
Hyperion: That one actually hurt.
She tries again but this time Jack grabs her arms in a chickenwing as Hype unloads with punches to her gut. She sputters and loses her breath. Hyperion laughs and runs off the ropes behind Jack then continues off the ropes in front of Discipline as Jack shoves the limp body of MD forward into a MASSIVE First Principle. She flips completely and lands on her back and neck. Hyperion places one hand on her stomach.

Bonnie Jenkins: MISTRESS DISCIPLINE HAS BEEN ELIMINATED! Your survivors are Jack Diamond and Hyperion, and your winners of Call to Arms … TEAM FUCK MONGO!
King: What an effort by the crew from MCCW. Hard to fault that performance tonight. But the power of Hyperion and craftiness of Jack Diamond was too much to handle.
Hawke: Now … wait what is happening.
Hyperion has a microphone.
Hyperion: Is this the best the XHF Network has to offer? I’m barely sweating. A God deserves more fitting challengers. Weak and feeble MCCW mortals … I suppose I have to wait for Overheated to claim my spot to fight for the Crown.
Jack Diamond: Whoa whoa. The fun isn’t over. Mongo might dislike this but we can make him cringe. I failed to end Michael Storm, let’s see how Mongo likes us destroying the career of a NEW star on the rise.
Jack and Hype nod and move to the limp Mistress Discipline. She can’t even stand she’s so tired. She looks up at her former foes. Hyperion reaches down and pulls her up. He holds her high in the air. Then from nowhere someone chop blocks Hype. He drops Mistress and falls to the mat. Death Trap unloads on Jack with a flurry of kicks. Hyperion rises and whips DT but on the return he slides under both men and baseball slide kicks Mistress out of the ring. He sees she is safe then stands up and turns right into a Stacked Deck.
Jack Diamond: WHY WON’T YOU FUCKING DIE?!
Jack Diamond: Well #1 contender for the MCCW title, possible challenger for Caffrey … this works just as well.
Jack picks up DT who is visibly hurt. He tosses a few right hands at Jack but Jack dodges them and hits a low blow on DT. Hyperion then grabs DT and whips him off the ropes with another First Principle. DT has now gone limp on the mat. Jack and Hype have to lift him like deadweight. Hyperion lifts him by the throat as he dangles there. He tosses DT from that height after 30 seconds and Jack catches him with another Stacked Deck spiking him on his face. Blood again pools under DT’s face.
Jack Diamond: He still moves … he still breathes. That won’t do.
Suddenly from the stands an air horn blasts out. Hype and Jack turn to face the sound and see a blonde woman in Mistress Discipline branded clothes scampering out of the arena up the stairs in the crowd. Meanwhile an arm reaches into the ring. Mistress Discipline has grabbed DT and pulls him out of the ring and they both roll under the ring. Jack and Hype turn back and their prey is gone. They look around but decide it’s beneath them.
Hyperion: No matter. At Overheated … five men will punch their ticket to fight for that X*Crown. If it’s Caffrey? Good. If it’s Zoran or DT? Well you saw how they both looked tonight. WE are the stars of XHF. KNEEL BEFORE US!
Rat Bastard, Steve Awesome and Dylan Black join them in the ring and raise their arms in victory.
King: That’s going to do it from Las Vegas and XHF’s Call to Arms.
Hawke: Thanks for tuning in. We can’t wait for Overheated. See you all later!
