Background: Gordon received his training at the 'Eagle's Nest' wrestling academy in Mississauga Ontario. After years of putting in time and work all over the Canadian Independent Scene - Gordon nearly packed it in when his hard work wasn't enough to bring in a steady cash flow. Gordon's mentor; Albert Erickson welcomed Gordon back to the Academy where he served as it's top trainer/coach from 2016-2018. It was during this time that Gordon's passion for wrestling seemed to reset, and on a whim he sent our feelings to various promotions in the U.S. Eventually, Gordon was contacted by the Universal Wrestling League where he worked his way up to the top of the card. During this time, Gordon wrestled their World Champion to a thirty minute match where he fell just short. After being promised a rematch at a later date, Gordon grew increasingly frustrated by the company's stall tactics.
Before long, Gordon found himself searching out other opportunities. This is where the Gulf Coast Grappling Club reached out to him to recruit his services. At the same time, the same UWL Champion which was mentioned above also surfaced within a sister promotion. Gordon felt that the two of them had some unfinished business to take care of. This prompted Gordon to use under handed tactics for the first time in his career to secure a rematch with the wrestler that had alluded him for nearly six months. Gordon would make good on his opportunity and wrestle the Canadian Heritage Championship away from his adversary. Having found some success by tip toeing the line of the law - Gordon has been more outspoken, and more apt to push the envelope after having success utilizing that particular strategy.
Outlook: Being the current Canadian Heritage Champion is a big deal to Gordon. While Gordon was pursuing his rematch, he also sought to implore a more aggressive outlook with the Eagle's Nest Gym. Albert's son Ralph is also a contracted wrestler with Northern Pro Wrestling, and the two of them have been engaged in a power struggle over the current and future direction of the Eagle's Nest Academy.
