EWE HUMBLE BEGGININGS 1991
@porto, Portugal, Iberia, Europe in front of 62 People
BACKSTAGE
Everyone is getting ready for EWE first show. Wrestlers look up to Red Bastien, Max Ward and Fit Finlay who are the most respected guys in the locker room. The area is small but perfomers like Finlay, Ulf Hermann, Tiger Dalbir Singh, Koko B. Ware have their own personal space while other who aren't so well known are on the same locker room. Everyone is getting ready for this show and you can feel anxiety in most of the debuting wrestlers.
Tracey Kemp feels the anxiety in the air and she lifts up everyone's spirit.
A final meeting is held where Red Bastien communicates the general script of the show. Before proceeding to give individual notes to match perfomers. Everyone starts working together on their spots for their matches. LET'S START EWE HUMBLE BEGINNINGS !!!
Everything is set. There are 62 people in the arena and they're eager to see what EWE has to offer here in Portugal.
SHOW REPORT
RED BASTIEN OPENS THE SHOW
-- Red Bastien comes out with a briefcase on his hand. He talks about the Rookies Cup 91' always bragging about his scouting talent skills and also refers that at the end of the show he will make a special announcement revealing the briefcase contents. He finishes by saying that He says he his EWE General Manager and this will be his show. He will give to European fans what they deserve. And proceeds to announce "the Superior Indian" Tiger Dalbir Singh before leaving the small ring stage.
TIGER DALBAR SINGH & FIT FINLAY ANGLE;
-- Indian Music hits the speakers and Tiger Dalbir Singh comes out with a indian flag. He gets boos from everyone present. He picks up the microphone and starts ranting against Europeans. He says that he will have a match tonight and Europeans who think Indian are inferior will witness the superiority of Indians as he defeats the toughest wrestler in Europe, the best that Europe has to offer in a singles match. Crowd chants "EUROPE! EUROPE!" And Tiger Dalbir Singh starts to rant against them losing his calm.
-- FIT FINLAY MUSIC HITS THE SPEAKERS AND FINLAY COMES OUT!!! Finlay says to Tiger Dalbir to shut his mouth and advices him to keep his energy cause he will need it later! He will face not only his wrath but also the energy of the Europeans. Tiger Dalbir says to Finlay to put his word his words into action and challenges him to fight right now. Finlay charges at Tiger Dalbir Singh who receives him with the Indian flag onto his gut followed by several boots. Tiger Dalbir brags to the fans and walks away raising the Indian Flag high, as Finlay recovers in the ring. Once Finlay recovers he picks up the mic to say, "On tonights main-event I will make you suffer for this!"
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH
-- The crowd was still hot when both unknown young wrestlers came into the ring. Both were very focused in the qualification for the Rookies Cup but respected each other. The match was very technical biased with a lot of chain wrestling involved transitioning into mat wrestling as the match started to get faster the Pirate really shined and took the upper hand. The Handsome Sailer worked the crowd quite well during the match asking for their support. Jason Cross tried to work the Pirate's arm with a Armbar but The Handsome Sailer reversed it into a Surfboard Stretch forcing the young Jason Cross to submit. The Pirate went to the back very rapidly high fiving the crowd members in the front row as he seems to have forgotten something in the back.
YOUR LIVING LEGEND (OR NOT) AND A LOST TREASURE;
Zézé Taborda is backstage and cuts a shoot promo. He also shows his sexy skills. He presents himself as the Living Legend and thinks no Rookies Cup should be held cause everyone knows he is going to win it but that's fine, more hype for him. While he's going on about it. The Handsome Sailer appears in a turmoil and pushes him away "GET OUT OF MY WAY". Taborda says to him "How do you dare interrupting your Living Legend speech?" The Pirate doesn't respond and starts looking for something behind some boxes and screams "WHERE IS MY TREASURE?! I JUST LEFT IT HERE!". Taborda "You mean this junk?!" Sailer's eyes glow as he looks to a statue on Taborda's hand... "JUNK?!?! THAT'S A STATUE OF NEPTUNE! GIMME THAT!" Taborda replies "Alright" and hits The Pirate's head with the statue and continues to beat him up until the statue is completely broken. Taborda leaves the area, singing while The Pirate is laying unconcious on the floor.
WOMENS DIVISION SINGLES MATCH
-- Back to the ring for a women's match. Both competitors are unknown to the crowd but they like them, both look good and the crowd loves to see women wrestling each other! The match started with Shinigami trying to hit Julie but she rolled on the floor and dodged out of the way several times until Shinigami met her with a Running Low Dropkick and both engaged in some chain wrestling and hair-pulling. As the match went on, Julie Starr showcased some of her flashiness and aerial skills while Shinigami or the Reaper had more of a puro stance with several stiff strikes and chops. Both women gave their all in a competitive match and the crowd was having a blast. Julie Starr applied a Bulldog on Shinigami leaving her on the floor and went for the top rope for a Splash. As she flew, Shinigami rapidly got up and met her with the Soul Seeker a strong European Uppercut that almost decapitated Julie Starr. She proceded to pin the british young women and won the match.
SHINIGAMI GRABS A MIC;
-- A visually tired Shinigami picks up a mic and presents herself as she recovers her breath and Julie Star is still on the floor rolling. She says that she is the emissary of death to those who disrespect this art, that she is the emissary of justice and speaking of justice she has a problem with Red Bastien and EWE injustice towards the woman. She complains about not having a womens tournament and that she has just proved womens wrestling has a lot to offer to the fans. She calls out Red Bastien for a explanation but when she turns... THE OBESE MONSTER, KLONDYKE KATE RUNS HER DOWN. Shinigami falls like she was hit by a train. Klondyke Kate screams in a british "Will you shut up, tiny little bi***?" Klondyke Kate mounts Shinigami and starts to slap her viciously. Julie Starr runs towards Klondyke Kate but the big female notices it and sends her over the top rope. Klondyke Kate stares at the crowd and goes towards a fan in the front row and steals his hot dog then eats it in 2 seconds.
HOW DOES DA VACANT SPEAK?!;
-- In front of a camera a full grey body suit in the form of a men appears. It seems something robotic, no eyes, no eyebrows, no facial expressions, no mouth... But a robotic voice is heard. "I'm da Vacant. I have the best mask in the wrestling business. I'm progra... destined to win wrestling matches, win titles and become the greatest wrestler ever. Rookies Cup. WIN. WIN.. WIN..." the voice starts to get some interference we hear now a human "Oh sh*t!" and the camera shake like someone was holding it to turn it off, but Vacant starts moving weirdly in a robotic way.
ERIC ALGAR VIDEO MONTAGE;
-- A video montage appears. It starts with a name. ERIC ALGAR... The Grappling Savant! We can see various grappling maneuvers in quick sucessions with a rock music on the background all perfomed by the same man. The video ends with a Brain Buster DDT and a random dude laying on the floor. "My name is Eric Algar and I will bring pain with my grappling expertise to those who deserve it. EWE wrestlers... Watch out!"
RASHID ALZAR, THE RISING STAR;
-- Back to the arena, a voice emerges on the speakers. "I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. I CARE ABOUT ME. I'M THE RISING STAR!" Rashid theme hits the speakers and he walks down the ramp very focused and doesn't even look towards the fans who boo him. He picks up a mic and says that everyone in the arena heard that right he doesn't care about them, he cares about him... He is the future of the wrestling business, the Rookies Cup will be his first achievement and who doesn't agree can go to...
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- Rashid Alzar's speech is interrupted by Spinner McKenzie theme and McKenzie himself who walks in a very bad ass way with his black Biker jacket and his biker looks into the ring for a crowd pop. Even before the bell was rung, as McKenzie slide into the ring Rashid Alzar started with the offensive delivering several kicks into McKenzie back. Rashid dominated the majority of the match off of that with several false comebacks from McKenzie. Minutes later as Rashid was applying a Sleeper Hold, McKenzie started to comeback to the match and broke free of Rashid, bounced on the ropes and hits a Flying Clothesline, he gets up goes once again to the ropes jumps to hit Rashid again, but Rashid ducks out of the way and McKenzie hits the referee by accident who falls onto the ropes... As McKenzie turns back onto Rashid, his face meets a stong right hand followed by The Descention (Cradle Spike DDT), the referee gets back up and Rashid gets the win following the 3-count.
A MAD SCIENTIST?!;
-- We see Nukillear in a chemical lab somewhere. We can see multiple caged animals in the background as Nukillear is working on a table with several chemical reagents. "A bit of this, a bit of that... into the alembic... Reduce the heat... DONE!" A red coloured liquid comes out which Nukillear stores in a glass ware, he picks up a medicine dropper and takes some of the liquid... A rat is inside a cage besides him and Nukillear proceeds to give 2 drops of the red liquid on the tiny rat eyes. "Just a tiny drop." The rat starts acting weirdly and becomes very inquiet he hits the glass cage breaking it. "YES... I'VE DONE IT!! EWE ROOKIES CUP SHALL BE MINE" and Nukillear proceeds into a evil laugh. The rat eventually breaks up the cage and goes on a rampage destroying everything on his path... "Maybe this was too much..." Before speaking to the lab speakers "SECURITY BREACH ALL PERSONNEL INTO THE MAD EXPERIENCES FLOOR! REPEAT"....
WRONG PLACE, WRONG QUESTION?!;
-- After a weird segment we're back in the backstage with Cross Recoba who didn't semmed prepared to cut a promo cause he just started saying "This time I will get it right". Official start, Recoba presents himself as the best wrestler within EWE. He will prove it in the ring not only by words. He is the best looking, the best technical wrestler EWE has ever seen, he is the best... you get it. Cross Recoba was in the pinnacle of his self-hyping when Adam Sanders appears and asks. "Hey man, sorry to interrupt you. Do you know where's the mens bathroom? I went to the womens bathroom by mistake and the Reaper almost took me to the after life!" Awkward. Cross Recoba's anger was very visible as he grew red and red and red!! "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" BIG PUNCH ONTO ADAM SANDERS WHO FALLS ON THE FLOOR before pissing himself on his pants, he certainly couldn't hold it, awkward but happens. Recoba finishes his promo saying "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CROSS!! CROSS'S PATH!"
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- We get back to the ring for the 4th match of the night. A match between two japanese wrestlers. Gedo came to the ring alongside his tag team partner Jado. Gedo assumed control the match quite early as the small Kira Izumi was doing good on the beginning Jado distracted him by grabbing his foot and Gedo gained the advantage with a giant Lariat to the outside. After that it was basically a beat the meat match, Gedo threw the smaller Kira to the guardrail on the outside, through the announcers table, bashed his head on the guard rail... Kira was already bleeding when Gedo sent him back to the ring and went for the pinfall. But Kira kicked out showing a lot of resilience. Gedo couldn't believe it and the fans where cheering for the poor Kira... Gedo picked Kira up and lifted him in the corner to apply a Top Rope Frankensteiner! Goes for the pinfall... KIRA KICKED OUT ONCE AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE! Gedo's frustration was noticeable as he shouted in japanese. He went to the outside picked up a chair and started beating Kira viciously. The ref had no choice but to ring the bell and Kira wins by DQ.
IT CONTINUES;
-- Gedo continues to beat up Kira with a chair and Jado joins the party with a kendo stick. The referee, Max Ward, tries to interrupt but has to back off to not get hit as well. He's brave but not that brave. Gedo and Jado are enjoying themselves as Kira is completely bloodied in the ring and the crowd is him silence watching this attack and a fan screams "Someone stop this!". "IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE! CALL THE DONUT MAN!" Blasts in the speakers! DONUT MAN COMES RUNNING WITH A DONUT ON HIS HAND TO SAVE KIRA! The crowd pops. Donut Man with a big right hand into Jado! Now Gedo! He holds the donut up high and screams "TIME TO EAT!" he tries to shove the donut into Jado's throat but gets hit by a vicious chair shot from Gedo. Gedo & Jado look at each other and laugh. Donut Man and Kira are now fallen being beaten by the japanese.
WHO'S GONNA STOP THIS?!;
-- Dogs barking hits the speakers! AND THE PITBULLS COME OUT! THE CROWD POPS! They run to aid the poor fallen wrestlers and they surely look more menancing with chains around their necks and a impressive physique. They start swinging as they charge into Gedo and Jado who are forced to run away. Pitbulls proceed to aid the fallen wrestlers as they stare the japanese team leaving the arena.
THE FOUNTAIN OF ENERGY;
- Backstage Koko B. Ware cuts a promo saying that the fountain of energy came into EWE, the reason for is energy are the fans. And tonight, the old and grumpy Mike Sharpe will feel the energy of the fountain of energy something that he really needs.
TAKING THEM MASKS OFF!;
-- A video of Johnny Angel is shown. Angel is in a pub somewhere drinking a big cold beer and 4 masked guys come in... The british seemed a litle tipsy and as soon as he notices the masked guys laughing and having fun he starts to mock them. One of them answers to the big fellow which proved to be a big mistake as Johnny Angel starting beating them up badly in a bar brawl. Chairs flying, masked guys flying... After Slamming one of the masked guys in the snooker table, Angel proceeds to take his mask off "LET'S SEE WHO YOU ARE!!!" after taking off the mask we can see a random japanese guy full in fear begging for mercy. Johnny Angel loads a punch and hits the snooker table before shouting "IT'S YOUR LUCKY DAY! I HATE JAPANESE MASKED GUYS!". Angel starts to laugh as the video cuts back into the ring.
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- Rhapsody came into the ring greeting the fans and doing some aerial stunts which the fans liked. But boos would eventually emerge as Johnny Angel theme song hit the speakers. He walks down the ramp with his british rowdy look. Rhapsody started meditating as Johnny Angel shouted at the fans in the arena before entering the ring. Moments after, the bell rang and Rhapsody broke his meditating position and charged towards Johnny Angel hitting an Enziguiri right away. Went quickly into the top rope and hit a massive leg drop taking the kneeled Angel face first onto the mat, bounces on the ropes and hits a low dropkick and Angel falls out of the ring. Rhapsody was wasting no time raises his hand towards the crowd who cheer for him, bounces on the ropes and after a cartwheel, moonsaults over the top rope onto the outside also known as the Sasuke Special... Johnny Angel catches him mid air and applies a Piledriver on the outside. Rhapsody barely moved after that. Johnny Angel bullyed the young wrestler on the outside and in the ring. Rhapsody showed signs of life as Johnny Angel was about to apply a Powerbomb to seal the deal, Rhapsody started punching Angel's head and did a Hurracarana Pin... Angel broke at the count of two and Rhapsody was hung on the ropes trying to recover, Angel lost no time and after some punches and kicks on Rhapsody signaled another Powerbomb, which connected! Followed by the 3-count Angel wins the match and qualificates for the Rookies Cup in a very dominant way.
"EL PODER DE MEXICO";
-- We return from a small break and Psicosis comes into the ring at the sound of his theme music with a mic on his hand, showcases a lot of his aerial abilities by moonsaulting of the top rope full of himself. "SILENCIO PENDEJOS! El poder de la lucha libre llegó a EWE... " basically what most of you would understand is that he is a heel cause of the crowd boos, he says he is the lucha libre power and will defeat Chris Benoit to become the Rookies Cup holder.
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- Benoit theme hits the speakers and he comes out, he has no time for games and has no friendly look as he stares Psicosis while coming into the ring. He high fives some of the fans but never takes his look away from Psicosis. We're in for a match! The bell rang and both men start evaluating each other. The match paced very slowly with a lot of technical skill. Everytime Benoit was gaining the upper hand in the chain wrestling Psicosis was able to revert the maneuver with a flashy escape. As we went by the moves started to get more and more dangerous with Psicosis falling into the mistake of trading blows with Benoit who clearly was more stiff. Psicosis almost won the match after a standing Moonsault into a pinfall with his feet on the ropes, but Max Ward was able to spot it. Despite all the aerial skill of Psicosis was Benoit who jumped off the top rope with a Diving Headbutt leading into the 3 count to signal Benoit victory. Benoit celebrated while Psicosis had a temper tantrum. Great match!
THE TOWER OF POWER;
A video is show hyping "The seven foot German" Ulf Herman. Quite short one, he even speaks in german in it. We see his finisher the TOWER OF POWER (Elevated Powerbomb) on several ocassions. The video finishes with Ulf Hermann saying "EWE ROOKIES CUP THE TOWER OF POWER IS COMING!" the video transitions to a black screen with the words Coming soon at EWE On Your City event.
SINGLES MATCH;
-- It took no long into the next match of the night. Mike Sharpe came into the ring and fans know him as the Dominant heel that he is. He think that he is something great and as a smug on his face. But he loses it as Koko B. Ware comes into the ring for one of the biggest pops in the crowd of the night! The match itself had great psychology into it with the wrestlers working the crowd very well as they're both very experienced . Mike Sharpe tried to slow down the match and used several under-handed tactics to keep control of the match. Koko B. Ware started to feel the energy from the crowd and managed to comeback when he caught Mike Sharpe out of his guard and applied a Bulldog from one side of the ring to the other. As Mike Sharpe got up he was met by a Missile Dropkick from the top rope he asked for the fans energy and a massive pop came out of it seconds later he applied his BIRDBUSTER! (Delayed Brainbuster) leaving Mike Sharpe out for the 3-count.

MAIN-EVENT TIME;
-- Tiger Dalbir Singh came into the ring with his Indian Flag and asked for silence as he was about to sing the Indian National Anthem... The fans were hating him, bottles and toilet paper flying all over the place. Chants for "EUROPE" emerged once again. Tiger Dalbir was surprised by Fit Finlay theme music who comes to the ring wearing a wrestling suit with a European flag pattern and his Ireland jacket Also holds an Irish and a European flag around his neck! THE CROWD POP IS HUGE!
-- The Belfast Bruiser and Singh started the match in a wave the flag contest, which of course, Finlay won. Both man worked the crowd and built the match slowly in a very British wrestling style of that time. The Indian said to the crowd to shut up several times as he had the upper-hand. The match eventually went to the outside and both wrestlers fought near the crowd throwing each other against the barrier and then in the middle of the crowd. Max Ward eventually managed to bring both wrestlers back to the ring and the crowd was very excited. Following an exchange of european uppercuts between both workers Finlay got the upper hand and applied a devastating Short-Arm Clothesline. Taking the tired Indian into the mat and Finlay had the opening to apply his Celtic Knot (Modified Indian Deathlock) and moments later Dalbir Singh was forced to submit for the fans delight!
FINLAY SAYS THANK YOU!;
-- A tired Finlay asked for a mic and thanked the fans for all the support he had. Usually he was a bad guy but he now knows how worth is to have such an amazing public on his side. He carries on by saying that he came to EWE with a promised title shot for their primary title on the contract. But where's the title?!
RED BASTIEN COMES OUT WITH HIS BRIEFCASE;
-- Red Bastien comes out with his briefcase once again and while on the ring stage he says to the crowd to shut it up. He is perfectly aware that Finlay as a title shot but it won't be tonight and that he will do everything in his power to negate Finlay this belt, cause he doesn't want such a beautiful title legacy be destroyed even before it started by a degenerate Irish. As soon as the fans stop the booing, Red Bastien proceeds to announce the greatest title the industry has ever seen and opens his briefcase. THE EWE SUPREME TITLE!
The fans and Finlay is amazed by the belt design. Red Bastien proceeds to announce than Finlay will have his title shot at Night 2 of the Rookies Cup but he has a special contender on his mind that will destroy all the hopes of the Drunk Irish. "Oh and another note he's right next to you!"
Finlay turns around and his met by a super agressive TKO! PURE POWER! WHAT A MONSTER! Finlay is laying on the floor. Red Bastien finishes taunting him
"As I said, This is my Show! And no IRISH PUNK WILL EVER HOLD A TITLE IN THIS COMPANY!"...

The match started with Shinigami trying to hit Julie but she rolled on the floor and dodged out of the way several times until Shinigami met her with a Running Low Dropkick and both engaged in some chain wrestling and hair-pulling. As the match went on, Julie Starr showcased some of her flashiness and aerial skills while Shinigami or the Reaper had more of a puro stance with several stiff strikes and chops. Both women gave their all in a competitive match and the crowd was having a blast. Julie Starr applied a Bulldog on Shinigami leaving her on the floor and went for the top rope for a Splash. As she flew, Shinigami rapidly got up and met her with the Soul Seeker a strong European Uppercut that almost decapitated Julie Starr. She proceded to pin the british young women and won the match.
SHINIGAMI GRABS A MIC;
-- A visually tired Shinigami picks up a mic and presents herself as she recovers her breath and Julie Star is still on the floor rolling. She says that she is the emissary of death to those who disrespect this art, that she is the emissary of justice and speaking of justice she has a problem with Red Bastien and EWE injustice towards the woman. She complains about not having a womens tournament and that she has just proved womens wrestling has a lot to offer to the fans. She calls out Red Bastien for a explanation but when she turns... THE OBESE MONSTER, KLONDYKE KATE RUNS HER DOWN. Shinigami falls like she was hit by a train. Klondyke Kate screams in a british "Will you shut up, tiny little bi***?" Klondyke Kate mounts Shinigami and starts to slap her viciously. Julie Starr runs towards Klondyke Kate but the big female notices it and sends her over the top rope. Klondyke Kate stares at the crowd and goes towards a fan in the front row and steals his hot dog then eats it in 2 seconds.
HOW DOES DA VACANT SPEAK?!;
-- In front of a camera a full grey body suit in the form of a men appears. It seems something robotic, no eyes, no eyebrows, no facial expressions, no mouth... But a robotic voice is heard. "I'm da Vacant. I have the best mask in the wrestling business. I'm progra... destined to win wrestling matches, win titles and become the greatest wrestler ever. Rookies Cup. WIN. WIN.. WIN..." the voice starts to get some interference we hear now a human "Oh sh*t!" and the camera shake like someone was holding it to turn it off, but Vacant starts moving weirdly in a robotic way.
ERIC ALGAR VIDEO MONTAGE;
-- A video montage appears. It starts with a name. ERIC ALGAR... The Grappling Savant! We can see various grappling maneuvers in quick sucessions with a rock music on the background all perfomed by the same man. The video ends with a Brain Buster DDT and a random dude laying on the floor. "My name is Eric Algar and I will bring pain with my grappling expertise to those who deserve it. EWE wrestlers... Watch out!"
RASHID ALZAR, THE RISING STAR;
-- Back to the arena, a voice emerges on the speakers. "I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. I CARE ABOUT ME. I'M THE RISING STAR!" Rashid theme hits the speakers and he walks down the ramp very focused and doesn't even look towards the fans who boo him. He picks up a mic and says that everyone in the arena heard that right he doesn't care about them, he cares about him... He is the future of the wrestling business, the Rookies Cup will be his first achievement and who doesn't agree can go to...
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- Rashid Alzar's speech is interrupted by Spinner McKenzie theme and McKenzie himself who walks in a very bad ass way with his black Biker jacket and his biker looks into the ring for a crowd pop. Even before the bell was rung, as McKenzie slide into the ring Rashid Alzar started with the offensive delivering several kicks into McKenzie back. Rashid dominated the majority of the match off of that with several false comebacks from McKenzie. Minutes later as Rashid was applying a Sleeper Hold, McKenzie started to comeback to the match and broke free of Rashid, bounced on the ropes and hits a Flying Clothesline, he gets up goes once again to the ropes jumps to hit Rashid again, but Rashid ducks out of the way and McKenzie hits the referee by accident who falls onto the ropes... As McKenzie turns back onto Rashid, his face meets a stong right hand followed by The Descention (Cradle Spike DDT), the referee gets back up and Rashid gets the win following the 3-count.
A MAD SCIENTIST?!;
-- We see Nukillear in a chemical lab somewhere. We can see multiple caged animals in the background as Nukillear is working on a table with several chemical reagents. "A bit of this, a bit of that... into the alembic... Reduce the heat... DONE!" A red coloured liquid comes out which Nukillear stores in a glass ware, he picks up a medicine dropper and takes some of the liquid... A rat is inside a cage besides him and Nukillear proceeds to give 2 drops of the red liquid on the tiny rat eyes. "Just a tiny drop." The rat starts acting weirdly and becomes very inquiet he hits the glass cage breaking it. "YES... I'VE DONE IT!! EWE ROOKIES CUP SHALL BE MINE" and Nukillear proceeds into a evil laugh. The rat eventually breaks up the cage and goes on a rampage destroying everything on his path... "Maybe this was too much..." Before speaking to the lab speakers "SECURITY BREACH ALL PERSONNEL INTO THE MAD EXPERIENCES FLOOR! REPEAT"....
WRONG PLACE, WRONG QUESTION?!;
-- After a weird segment we're back in the backstage with Cross Recoba who didn't semmed prepared to cut a promo cause he just started saying "This time I will get it right". Official start, Recoba presents himself as the best wrestler within EWE. He will prove it in the ring not only by words. He is the best looking, the best technical wrestler EWE has ever seen, he is the best... you get it. Cross Recoba was in the pinnacle of his self-hyping when Adam Sanders appears and asks. "Hey man, sorry to interrupt you. Do you know where's the mens bathroom? I went to the womens bathroom by mistake and the Reaper almost took me to the after life!" Awkward. Cross Recoba's anger was very visible as he grew red and red and red!! "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!" BIG PUNCH ONTO ADAM SANDERS WHO FALLS ON THE FLOOR before pissing himself on his pants, he certainly couldn't hold it, awkward but happens. Recoba finishes his promo saying "THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CROSS!! CROSS'S PATH!"
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- We get back to the ring for the 4th match of the night. A match between two japanese wrestlers. Gedo came to the ring alongside his tag team partner Jado. Gedo assumed control the match quite early as the small Kira Izumi was doing good on the beginning Jado distracted him by grabbing his foot and Gedo gained the advantage with a giant Lariat to the outside. After that it was basically a beat the meat match, Gedo threw the smaller Kira to the guardrail on the outside, through the announcers table, bashed his head on the guard rail... Kira was already bleeding when Gedo sent him back to the ring and went for the pinfall. But Kira kicked out showing a lot of resilience. Gedo couldn't believe it and the fans where cheering for the poor Kira... Gedo picked Kira up and lifted him in the corner to apply a Top Rope Frankensteiner! Goes for the pinfall... KIRA KICKED OUT ONCE AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE! Gedo's frustration was noticeable as he shouted in japanese. He went to the outside picked up a chair and started beating Kira viciously. The ref had no choice but to ring the bell and Kira wins by DQ.
IT CONTINUES;
-- Gedo continues to beat up Kira with a chair and Jado joins the party with a kendo stick. The referee, Max Ward, tries to interrupt but has to back off to not get hit as well. He's brave but not that brave. Gedo and Jado are enjoying themselves as Kira is completely bloodied in the ring and the crowd is him silence watching this attack and a fan screams "Someone stop this!". "IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE! CALL THE DONUT MAN!" Blasts in the speakers! DONUT MAN COMES RUNNING WITH A DONUT ON HIS HAND TO SAVE KIRA! The crowd pops. Donut Man with a big right hand into Jado! Now Gedo! He holds the donut up high and screams "TIME TO EAT!" he tries to shove the donut into Jado's throat but gets hit by a vicious chair shot from Gedo. Gedo & Jado look at each other and laugh. Donut Man and Kira are now fallen being beaten by the japanese.
WHO'S GONNA STOP THIS?!;
-- Dogs barking hits the speakers! AND THE PITBULLS COME OUT! THE CROWD POPS! They run to aid the poor fallen wrestlers and they surely look more menancing with chains around their necks and a impressive physique. They start swinging as they charge into Gedo and Jado who are forced to run away. Pitbulls proceed to aid the fallen wrestlers as they stare the japanese team leaving the arena.
BREAK
THE FOUNTAIN OF ENERGY;
- Backstage Koko B. Ware cuts a promo saying that the fountain of energy came into EWE, the reason for is energy are the fans. And tonight, the old and grumpy Mike Sharpe will feel the energy of the fountain of energy something that he really needs.
TAKING THEM MASKS OFF!;
-- A video of Johnny Angel is shown. Angel is in a pub somewhere drinking a big cold beer and 4 masked guys come in... The british seemed a litle tipsy and as soon as he notices the masked guys laughing and having fun he starts to mock them. One of them answers to the big fellow which proved to be a big mistake as Johnny Angel starting beating them up badly in a bar brawl. Chairs flying, masked guys flying... After Slamming one of the masked guys in the snooker table, Angel proceeds to take his mask off "LET'S SEE WHO YOU ARE!!!" after taking off the mask we can see a random japanese guy full in fear begging for mercy. Johnny Angel loads a punch and hits the snooker table before shouting "IT'S YOUR LUCKY DAY! I HATE JAPANESE MASKED GUYS!". Angel starts to laugh as the video cuts back into the ring.
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- Rhapsody came into the ring greeting the fans and doing some aerial stunts which the fans liked. But boos would eventually emerge as Johnny Angel theme song hit the speakers. He walks down the ramp with his british rowdy look. Rhapsody started meditating as Johnny Angel shouted at the fans in the arena before entering the ring. Moments after, the bell rang and Rhapsody broke his meditating position and charged towards Johnny Angel hitting an Enziguiri right away. Went quickly into the top rope and hit a massive leg drop taking the kneeled Angel face first onto the mat, bounces on the ropes and hits a low dropkick and Angel falls out of the ring. Rhapsody was wasting no time raises his hand towards the crowd who cheer for him, bounces on the ropes and after a cartwheel, moonsaults over the top rope onto the outside also known as the Sasuke Special... Johnny Angel catches him mid air and applies a Piledriver on the outside. Rhapsody barely moved after that. Johnny Angel bullyed the young wrestler on the outside and in the ring. Rhapsody showed signs of life as Johnny Angel was about to apply a Powerbomb to seal the deal, Rhapsody started punching Angel's head and did a Hurracarana Pin... Angel broke at the count of two and Rhapsody was hung on the ropes trying to recover, Angel lost no time and after some punches and kicks on Rhapsody signaled another Powerbomb, which connected! Followed by the 3-count Angel wins the match and qualificates for the Rookies Cup in a very dominant way.
"EL PODER DE MEXICO";
-- We return from a small break and Psicosis comes into the ring at the sound of his theme music with a mic on his hand, showcases a lot of his aerial abilities by moonsaulting of the top rope full of himself. "SILENCIO PENDEJOS! El poder de la lucha libre llegó a EWE... " basically what most of you would understand is that he is a heel cause of the crowd boos, he says he is the lucha libre power and will defeat Chris Benoit to become the Rookies Cup holder.
ROOKIES CUP '91 QUALIFICATION SINGLES MATCH;
-- Benoit theme hits the speakers and he comes out, he has no time for games and has no friendly look as he stares Psicosis while coming into the ring. He high fives some of the fans but never takes his look away from Psicosis. We're in for a match! The bell rang and both men start evaluating each other. The match paced very slowly with a lot of technical skill. Everytime Benoit was gaining the upper hand in the chain wrestling Psicosis was able to revert the maneuver with a flashy escape. As we went by the moves started to get more and more dangerous with Psicosis falling into the mistake of trading blows with Benoit who clearly was more stiff. Psicosis almost won the match after a standing Moonsault into a pinfall with his feet on the ropes, but Max Ward was able to spot it. Despite all the aerial skill of Psicosis was Benoit who jumped off the top rope with a Diving Headbutt leading into the 3 count to signal Benoit victory. Benoit celebrated while Psicosis had a temper tantrum. Great match!
THE TOWER OF POWER;
A video is show hyping "The seven foot German" Ulf Herman. Quite short one, he even speaks in german in it. We see his finisher the TOWER OF POWER (Elevated Powerbomb) on several ocassions. The video finishes with Ulf Hermann saying "EWE ROOKIES CUP THE TOWER OF POWER IS COMING!" the video transitions to a black screen with the words Coming soon at EWE On Your City event.
SINGLES MATCH;
-- It took no long into the next match of the night. Mike Sharpe came into the ring and fans know him as the Dominant heel that he is. He think that he is something great and as a smug on his face. But he loses it as Koko B. Ware comes into the ring for one of the biggest pops in the crowd of the night! The match itself had great psychology into it with the wrestlers working the crowd very well as they're both very experienced . Mike Sharpe tried to slow down the match and used several under-handed tactics to keep control of the match. Koko B. Ware started to feel the energy from the crowd and managed to comeback when he caught Mike Sharpe out of his guard and applied a Bulldog from one side of the ring to the other. As Mike Sharpe got up he was met by a Missile Dropkick from the top rope he asked for the fans energy and a massive pop came out of it seconds later he applied his BIRDBUSTER! (Delayed Brainbuster) leaving Mike Sharpe out for the 3-count.

MAIN-EVENT TIME;
-- Tiger Dalbir Singh came into the ring with his Indian Flag and asked for silence as he was about to sing the Indian National Anthem... The fans were hating him, bottles and toilet paper flying all over the place. Chants for "EUROPE" emerged once again. Tiger Dalbir was surprised by Fit Finlay theme music who comes to the ring wearing a wrestling suit with a European flag pattern and his Ireland jacket Also holds an Irish and a European flag around his neck! THE CROWD POP IS HUGE!
-- The Belfast Bruiser and Singh started the match in a wave the flag contest, which of course, Finlay won. Both man worked the crowd and built the match slowly in a very British wrestling style of that time. The Indian said to the crowd to shut up several times as he had the upper-hand. The match eventually went to the outside and both wrestlers fought near the crowd throwing each other against the barrier and then in the middle of the crowd. Max Ward eventually managed to bring both wrestlers back to the ring and the crowd was very excited. Following an exchange of european uppercuts between both workers Finlay got the upper hand and applied a devastating Short-Arm Clothesline. Taking the tired Indian into the mat and Finlay had the opening to apply his Celtic Knot (Modified Indian Deathlock) and moments later Dalbir Singh was forced to submit for the fans delight!
FINLAY SAYS THANK YOU!;
-- A tired Finlay asked for a mic and thanked the fans for all the support he had. Usually he was a bad guy but he now knows how worth is to have such an amazing public on his side. He carries on by saying that he came to EWE with a promised title shot for their primary title on the contract. But where's the title?!
RED BASTIEN COMES OUT WITH HIS BRIEFCASE;
-- Red Bastien comes out with his briefcase once again and while on the ring stage he says to the crowd to shut it up. He is perfectly aware that Finlay as a title shot but it won't be tonight and that he will do everything in his power to negate Finlay this belt, cause he doesn't want such a beautiful title legacy be destroyed even before it started by a degenerate Irish. As soon as the fans stop the booing, Red Bastien proceeds to announce the greatest title the industry has ever seen and opens his briefcase. THE EWE SUPREME TITLE!
The fans and Finlay is amazed by the belt design. Red Bastien proceeds to announce than Finlay will have his title shot at Night 2 of the Rookies Cup but he has a special contender on his mind that will destroy all the hopes of the Drunk Irish. "Oh and another note he's right next to you!"
Finlay turns around and his met by a super agressive TKO! PURE POWER! WHAT A MONSTER! Finlay is laying on the floor. Red Bastien finishes taunting him
"As I said, This is my Show! And no IRISH PUNK WILL EVER HOLD A TITLE IN THIS COMPANY!"...
The first EWE show in history, I really hope you guys enjoy! I'm sorry for messing up with some pics (not much, Rhapsody match, Psicosis promo and Finlay & Tiger Video Angle) but as I retuned to the booking screen I skipped the images on the show but all the important information is present anyway, While on the booking screen also messed up with the Video angle of Finlay & Tiger as it should've been after the Koko B. Ware match, nothing big as well. This was quite some work and the show turned out bigger than I expected but I'm pleased as a result. Tomorrow I will update the wrestler profiles accordingly! Please show me your love!
And as per usual any ideas, storylines, angles pitch them to me!
