Biography: Rudy Tanaka was born in Vancouver, British Columbia to a Japanese mother and Canadian father. Rudy lived the majority of his life living as a normal, middle class child. His parents faced hardships at times due to financial burden, but everything changed when his father suddenly earned an inheritance of his grandmother: a franchise of fast food restaurants across the Cascadian region. His father had no interest in running this, so he instead sold them and made back double what it was earned. It was at this point that his father took the money and Rudy and left their mother behind. They moved East to Montreal where his father started a series of book stores across the region. They were mildly successful and raked in some manner of money, but it all took a turn when it was found out his father had been embezzling money illegally. Rudy returned to live with his mother in Vancouver. His mother struggled living by herself, so Rudy began training to wrestle around 14. He had always been athletically gifted in high school (wrestling, football, and baseball tri-athlete) and on nights and weekends he would wrestle to earn some extra money for the house. With five years under his belt and wrestling local shows across the British Columbia region, Rudy is finally ready to move-on from the city. After graduating high school but opting out of any scholarships, his mother supports his decision.
