Question for the Universe users.

Although we're far from the end of the year we're slowly moving towards it. And I've been thinking about the database as we go.

I was thinking at the end of the year 1991 I convert the save game into a database and do proper editing in it. And start a new game for the year 1992. And do so every year.

PROS
- I'm able to add more broadcasters to the universe.
- I'm able to change most of the companies schedule/product to match what happened in that year/history. I'm expecting Monday Night RAW to come up, but things like Smackdown, Heat, Velocity I don't and I can't change it unless I take control of WWF and for the other companies as well. Brand split etc.
- I can easily add companies and workers who debut in the following year, but can also do it without this method.
- Momentum, gimmick, gimmick ratings, skills, popularity, attributes, title & title history, almost everything apart from Match History... have no changes. And remain the same as when the save game was converted.
- Title history is retained.

CONS
- We lose our match history from the previous year although we have it listed in our profile and I have everything that matters for achievements saved on a spreadsheet where I keep track of it.
- Universe might "re-balance" itself, which can be good\bad with a lot of hirings, broadcasting deals, etc.
- I think AI storylines are lost.

I would like to ask your opinion about it as we're all in the same boat.

Because of this matter I'm thinking of doing it at the end of August. So I can set everyone's potential to excellent that was my bad as I had something else in mind and it seems it plays a big role within TEW specially regarding as how AI companies perceive our wrestlers and unfortunately can't change that at in-game editor. So it's better to do it now rather than later, the match history will be kept in the user profile only the numbers at the bottom will change during the remainder of '91.

I will edit companies schedules manually during the game when I see fit, if a user wrestler is hired to a certain company or at the end of the year for the bigger companies. And I will import the broadcasters that are missing so the game world is even more realistic and maybe can snatch a tv deal for EWE sooner.
