EWE Something to Prove announcement and other news;

Seven months already passed since EWE opening as we start the August month. It has been a frenetic year for EWE and we already held several competitions, events and our season finale. Evilness might seem to have ended around here once Red Bastien left but those who follow EWE action closely see that it didn't.

EWE currently sits at 10 popularity in Iberia which has some spillover and despite being growing steadily it might feel a bit too slow specially since we don't have a broadcasting deal and I'm kind of booking it like it was a big company already but with time we will grow in Iberia and hopefully in the process some of our XHF wrestlers get poached by bigger companies.

The company has been losing money since it opened but that's not really a problem. Most of the financial breakdown are wrestler bonuses to keep them happy but EWE's board of chairman have no problems in investing money for the company to grow as long as EWE stays producing major events like in the past. I can guarantee that our shows are becoming better and better as we progress.

The roster is progressing steadily which makes us happy! Everyone is rising but we're reaching the point where someone has to lose and someone has to win. Everyone will have their progression according to their character and as opportunity arise although it might seem that some will have more chances than others. This is our beginning year anyway. I don't want user-wrestlers to be unhappy with their booking most need to understand that there's no reason for it cause there are going to be 30 years or more for the said characters. I also would like to point out for those of you who would like to create more characters feel free to as it is a nice way to add color to the universe and who knows if they don't become the next big star in the industry or in EWE.

Moving forward. After Prime Time Wrestling League and Supremacy which were big turning points in EWE history. We're proud to announce our next supercard that will take place at Iberia on Monday, Week 4, August 1991:

(Monday, Week 4, August 1991)

RHAPSODY VS. LANCE STORM - For the Best Flyer Ever Status
Owen Hart started all this plot but he got injured and was replaced by 2 Cold Scorpio in a match to declare who really is the Best Flyer Ever at Supremacy. Rhapsody won the match. But now Hart is back as manager of the finest Canadian prospect, Lance Storm. Storm wants to proove that he is the right choice but must defeat the impressive Rhapsody to do so!

SHINIGAMI (C) VS. SELINA MAJORS - For the EWE Womens Title
Shinigami lost to Selina Majors in a tainted way at the Wrestling League Final, Selina wants to use the title shot she just won and the match is set.

ADAM SANDERS VS. DA VACANT VS. ZÉZÉ TABORDA
Taborda has Princess Paula as his manager and Adam Sanders is in love with her, so both man have been feuding over her but things got wild when Da Robot got his software update and attacked Paula. Apparently, Da Robot is out of control, who will avenge Paula?

RASHID ALZAR (C) VS. THE HANDSOME SAILER - For the EWE European Title
Rashid Alzar has been EWE European champ since February and he should've lost the title on several occasions but always cheated or used under-handed tactics like disqualifying himself to keep the title, but Alzar did the big mistake of taunting the entire EWE locker room. Everyone came to the ring and a massive brawl took place, Sailer took advantage - like a pirate would - of the perfect opportunity and stole the title! Alzar wants the title back but the Pirate has already shown that he is smarter and the school that Alzar attends Sailer was a professor.

SPINNER MCKENZIE VS. CAMULUS
Camulus and Ulf Herman, former EWE Tag Team champions split up and since than Camulus lost control and acts like a psycho, he was hired as Steven Regal bodyguard and in that night's main-event interfered in Regal's match vs. Spinner McKenzie and attacked him viciously. Spinner McKenzie wants Revenge! Who will come out on top?

LORDS OF THE RING (C) VS. WORLDWIDE CLASS TEAM - For the EWE Tag Team Titles
At Supremacy Lords of the Ring won a fatal 4-way to become the #1 contenders to the EWE Tag Team titles in a match where Worldwide Class Team was involved as well. LOTR took advantage of the problems between Camulus & Herman and won the titles at EWE Prime Time Wrestling League. Rudy Tanaka set the titles as a goal and despite LOTR being injured by The Pitbulls they accepted to face them at Something to Prove. We all know that Rudy Tanaka & Goro Shimura feel no remorse when beating someone up. Was this a good decision by Johnny Kidd & Ben McCoy?

STEVEN REGAL VS. ERIC ALGAR
Regal wants the EWE Supreme Title but nothing is given at EWE and after attacking the champion Finlay he now has to deal with EWE's hitman, Eric Algar.

FIT FINLAY & STEVE WRIGHT VS. THE PITBULLS
The Pitbulls became villains in EWE and they look more menacing than ever with their hardcore tactics, they've attacked and injured the EWE Tag Team Champions and have been destroying everyone in their path. Despite having a shot at the title, Steve Wright accepted to join forces with Finlay to stop The Pitbulls! Wright & Finlay share great respect and seem to have forgotten the problems of the past and the dispute of Finlay ex-wife... Or maybe they haven't... Who knows? Wright would love to have the Supreme title back at his waist as any EWE wrestler would. But now they have a bigger problem to deal with!
