BIOGRAPHY
He joined the army at the age of 20, during which time his ruthlessness and serious attitude quickly allowed him to become a member of the green berets. Spent 5 years total, traveling around the world as a Military Commando, using this as an excuse to gain knowledge of the martial arts. Choosing specifically to focus on lethal or "killing" blows, he would gain knowledge of these kinds of strikes in Karate, Monkey and Tiger Kung fu, and Kickboxing.
Afterwards, he returned home to Los Angeles, where he felt he could apply his knowledge in the pursuit of criminal justice, by becoming a police officer. Over the course of 5 years on the LAPD, he would eventually become a homicide detective. Unfortunately his attitude towards apprehending criminals resulted in more than a few lawsuits related to "extreme force". But damn it, he had a knack for knowing where the criminals were and flushing them out. It was during this time as well, that he added another weapon to his arsenal: Jiu Jitsu, rising to the rank of black belt with it. He would use these skills, in conjunction with his martial arts prowess, to disarm most criminals before they had a chance to harm himself or their own self. This all ended one day, when he was removed from the force over the accidental killing of a criminal of which he was attempting to apprehend. Though he claimed self defense; in reality the man had him at gunpoint. It was only due to an instinctive strike to the throat that allowed him to escape the situation. The problem was that this selfsame strike crushed the mans throat, causing him to suffocate to death. What made matters worse was that this man had influence; He had ties to organised crime, who used their ties to the mayors office to get Riggs fired.
Now jobless, and with the moniker of "lethal weapon" Riggs had contemplated what to do next. He could try going back to what he had done before, but he would have to be a mercenary, which he really didn't like the idea of. Opening his own school and teaching what he knew was possible as well, but he had no money for that. This was when he learned about a wrestling promotion that seemed to cater to a man like himself. Anonymous Xtreme Wrestling, or AXW. He decided to join up with them not only to add the skills of wrestling to his arsenal, but also to obtain enough money to open a line of martial arts studios. He stuck around for almost five months, before abrupting leaving. After all, he got the money and experience he came for. Around two months after that, he found himself back in LA, contemplating what to do next. He still had the idea of opening a school, but he was also still keen on the action that came from being a police officer. Luckily for him fate soon intervened; he passed by someone being mugged, and his old officer instincts kicked in. Quickly dispatching of the criminal, riggs soon found that the man who was being mugged was a film director, in need of an action star! Riggs fit the bill perfectly, and took to being an action star as well as anything else he had done up to this point. His first movie, based on his own life, was a box office smash! He spent the next year promoting his film, doing spots in other films and tv shows, put his name on a brand of "action star" jeans, and also finally opened his own chain of martial arts schools, which combined the essence of what he's learned so far.
He was set to start work on his second starring role, when current world events happened causing a shut down of everything. Undaunted, Riggs used this as an opportunity to get back to basics with his training. He honed his skills further over the next few months, before happening upon an advertisement for the fired up tournament being held by the AWF. Thinking this would be good for his brand, he signed himself up immediately!

- "The Lethal Weapon" (Shotgun dropkick, aimed at the collar bone/clavical area, usually done extra stiff, sending opponent into the corner)
- "Hollow Point Bullet" (A precisely aimed elbow strike to the throat, using the point of his elbow. This would be considered a "super" finisher he rarely pulls out.)
SIGNATURES:
- "Cease and desist" (kimura lock; he usually uses this as a counter for someones strike, as a means of stopping their momentum cold. Can also transition this into the rear naked choke)
- "Sudden ambush" (rear naked choke; he particularly likes to jump on his opponents back after they are stunned as a means of applying the hold "ambushing" them. Can be used either as a rest hold, or to make the opponent submit from out of nowhere)
- "See you on the FLIP side" Forward roll into a monkey flip (used as a bit of surprise offense he can pull this from out of nowhere, and hit it anywhere practically.)
