YOUR cereal maybe. Real men pour onion gravy on their Aldi Blueberry Wheats. I pour gravy on my weetabix, Nuff said. I live next to a Weetabix factory.

^ Title. Yes or No, is a hotdog a sandwhich? i think you can make the argument it is. because it is something bewteen bread. thus a sandwhich. I can agree that you can shut your whore mouth. And that if it is a sandwich, so is a taco most likely.

A sandwich is two breads with meat, PB&J (unless it's in a shell and sold in a supermarker refrigerated section) and cheese or a combination. A hoagie is cheese, meat and tuna salad (Yes tuna can also be put on a sandwich) Burgers and Hotdogs can be put on buns (hotdogs can be wrapped in bacon and called a Texas Tommy aka Pig in a Blanket which is not a sandwich) Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwiches can be placed on bread, rolls and bagels depending on your preference.
I should know since I work in food service cafeteria.

But what about Subway "sandwiches"? According to Ireland it isn't really bread and yet I doubt we'll stop calling them that. Doesn't that grandfather other pseduo-breads like tortillas in then?

No bread, rolls and buns are baked. Tortillas are fried or griddled.

If you walked into a bar and ordered a sandwich, would you expect a hotdog?

She can make a better sandwich then you ever will. And they serve pizza at some subways so get bent Woah I'm not knocking her qualifications. I assume her sandwich skills are above mine since she's been trained. HOTDOGS are another story though since it's not technically in her area of expertise. When I worked at the grocery store in the summer we'd have hot dogs out front. The butcher or the owner would cook them. The people in the deli made sandwiches. I'm saying that your girlfriend using her sandwich skills to tell me about hotdogs is like a mathematician correcting my grammar. Maybe said person has the knowledge but shouldn't be considered an expert on the issue
