Background: Cassie didn't start training to wrestle until she was 25 years old, but she was a fan as a kid before moving into other sports. After high school she began to focus on powerlifting recreationally, and after a long term relationship fell apart a friend had suggested she check out the wrestling gym he trained at to give her something new to focus her time and energy on. She caught the bug quick and picked up the sport relatively fast, with enough power to match up against men her size and overwhelm most women, and enough speed and technique to hang with larger opponents when she has to.
Outlook: Cassie's been wrestling for about three years now, having started to make a name for herself primarily in and around the GTA. A tour into Quebec and the Maritimes introduced her to some local talent, which prompted her to reach out to NPW about joining up.
