we're at an undisclosed presser for the upcoming show for FIRESIDE. Piledriver Pete is there to hype up and promote the event, meeting with fans and taking questions.
Interviewer: "Pete this will be the first time you and Paul will team together, what's your thoughts?"
Pete: "I'm excited if i'm honest with ya pal. This is the first step to us becoming a great tag team and maybe even tag team champions."
Interviewer: "You know Pete fans and media alike have been very interested in one thing, why do you only do piledrivers?"
Pete: "Glad you asked that actually, well it's a funny story really. Back when i was trying to get into the business i was too poor to afford training for anything else. So i did what any respectable man would do. I learned the piledriver and mastered the craft."
Interviewer: "Couldn't afford other training? what do you mean?"
Pete: "Well growing up in Lagrange, we were a poor family. I was born and raised in the trailer park. ain't even ever seen a house till i started traveling here if i'm honest. Heck when i saw my first check i almost passed out seeing how much it was!"
Interviewer: "Interesting... but, sir, what are your thoughts on your opponents?"
Pete: "You know... i'm not too familiar with them if i'm honest. I mean one was in that shitty dark something fed for a show or two. While the other one moves from place to place so much i just quit trying to keep track. Sure i respect these two men for trying to compete against us, but honestly? i just don't think they have what it takes to beat us. i mean did you hear that nobody feller? he said all that in one breath! what lungs he has on em, ain't no one else gonna be able to do that there, i tell you what."
Pete: "We're mean, we're big and unlike our opponents, we want to team together. i don't care what titles they've won in the past or who they've beaten. because the fact of the matter is they ain't ever faced a group like us. so get ready punks, because we're gonna show you our PowerDriver!"
with that pete waves goodbye to the fans in attendence.
