I've been thinking about this quite hard (mostly because I'm under pressure to write two RPs for two different feds) and I've come to a conclusion...
Most of you know that for a while, I'd given up on participating in RP feds, and you were all under the impression (as was I) that I'd stop doing them solely because the pressure of sizing up to word limits and character development were getting to me and I needed to get out before I had a breakdown. This is still true, BUT... I've recently realized that there was another reason, it hit me like a ton of bricks. I gave them up in order to keep FWA alive.
Fast forward to today, and I'm now in two RP feds (NPW and a fledgling fed called Zion Wrestling, run by my old friend Trent, now known as Sara. No, he's not trans, that's just the name of his character). Which is why, as of now, I am stepping away from RP'ing after my business with them concludes, however, I will still be somewhat involved in both feds (occasional appearances for NPW and I've been invited to be a judge for Zion, which I'm still considering).
My apologies to the fedheads (you may think I apologize too much, but believe me when I tell you that I owe them a thousand apologies), but this is essential for FWA's survival.
Another thing... one thing that has been making me sick about FWA lately is that I feel like I've strayed away from what FWA is and what it was. As such, I'm returning to form. From now on, no more crazy gimmicks, force users, ghostly arsonists or anything like it will be allowed. I'm keeping it grounded in reality and out of the clouds, just like it was when I first started it. Sure, a few goofy things happened here and there, but never was it supernatural. Not until the XHF and now that I know what it is I want FWA to be, I'm gonna stick to it and never waver.
As we go, I'll also think of other ways to keep FWA alive and whatever those may be, do know that it's nothing personal. Just business...
Thank you for listening.
