Merchandising and Infamy

(Terminatrix and Kono are in a shopping mall looking at the displays in the windows as they pass each store by.  Kono spots a mother and her kid coming out of a toy store with something that looks like Kono's staff before spotting the display with stand up life like cardboard cut outs of The Dark Stars and Dark Novas.  They are wearing masks as required so they won't be too conspicuous.)

Kono:  "Look at this Terminatrix."

Terminatrix:  "I see it Kono."

Kono:  "Did you see that earthling walk out of this place of commerce with my combat staff."

Terminatrix:  "It's called merchandising and it's part of our NPW contract."

Kono:  "Look at these smaller images of us.  They don't even look like us."

Terminatrix:  "They're not supposed to look like us.  However, since these are touch sensitive figures they shall be repeating quotes of our leader Shaakar.  What better way of spreading his wisdom  and there is another benefit."

Kono:  "Which is Termnatrix."

Terminatrix:  "There is a three way split of all earth currency made from the sales which is also part of our NPW contract."

Kono:  "Sort of like on our world in the far distant future."

Terminatrix:  "Yes it is but with more reward.  However, right now we have a more important important mission to accomplish."

Kono:  "We must acquire new uniforms for those we have liberated when we purchased that toxic plant."

Terminatrix:  "Correct Kono."

(They hear sounds of panicking shoppers and popping sounds as Terminatrix presses some buttons on her forearm band and detects someone storming their way.)

Terminatrix:  "There is a threat heading our way at a fast rate."

Kono:  "I'll handle this Terminatrix."

(Kono storms in the direction towards where the disturbance is and sees someone with a weapon.  He launches himself and roars as he executes a Superman punch before he picks up the weapon and breaks it in half before throwing him against a wall hard.  Kono grabs him again and throws him into a fountain and is about to delivering a beat down as Mall Security Guards come up to him.)

Mall Security Guard:  "We'll take it from here."

(Terminatrix appears behind them and signals him to back down which he reluctantly obeys.)

Mall Security Guard:  "What you did was gutsy despite being foolish."

Kono:  "He was a threat to all that was gathered at this place of social gathering."

Mall Security Guard:  "Well you saved people from becoming casualties and we're grateful to what you did."

Kono:  "It was no trouble sir.  Just make sure this offender gets the justice that he deserves or he shall regret everything he has done."

(Terminatrix signals him to leave and he does giving the man a warning glare before returning to Terminatrix's side and walks away with her as the Kid comes up to him with his mother.)

Kid:  "That was amazing."

Kono:  "I was saving the lives of innocents."

Kid: "But you were so amazing....."

(The Kid's eyes grow wide as he looks at his action figures and back at Kono.)

Kid:  "You're Kono of The Dark Stars."

Kono:  "That's who I am."

Kid:  "You and Niko and The Dark Novas are my favorite wrestlers."

Kono:  "We are."

Kid:  "Yeah and you are all the coolest and greatest wrestlers in the NPW."

Kono:  "I'm grateful that you are great fans of ours."

Kid:  "Couldyou autograph my action figure and toy staff."

Kono: "It shall be an honor."

(Kono signs both the action figure and the staff and urges Terminatrix to do so which she does.)

Kid:  "Thanks."

(The Kid and his mother leave and they continue on their mission to acquire uniforms for those they liberated at the toxic plant. Hours later they are flying on their modified Harley's heading to the toxic plant and when they spot the old plant they head towards it and land inside one of the buildings where they are met by Commandrix.)

Commandrix:"You are tardy and that can not be tolerated."

Kono:  "There was trouble at this place called a shopping mall and I prevented great death and destruction."

Terminatrix:  "He tells the truth Commandrix."

Commandrix:  "I see and I suppose you weren't caught on the video cameras performing such a heroic act."

Terminatrix: "There was no time to sabotage the cameras to prevent Kono's presence."

Commandrix:  "I see. Then it was unavoidable and you couldn't help it.  However, did you get what was requested of you."

Kono:  "Uniforms acquired as you ordered Commandrix."

(One of the people they liberated comes out and rushes over to them.)

Man:  "Commandrix there's a news update about the shopping mall incident."

Commandrix:  "Report."

Man: "There are government investigators at the scene."

Commandrix:  "Very well.  You should turn in with the rest and we shall distribute your new uniforms."

Man:  "Uniforms."

Commandrix:  "You and the others are back in full health and now you shall be rewarded by replacing those old clothes with uniforms tailored to fit you comfortably. You are all one of us now and we shall treat you with the respect that comes with it as long as this place can be maintained."

Man:  "Yes Commandrix."

Commandrix: "Good. Now retire to your quarters and report to duty fresh and tell everyone they shall receive their new uniforms at sunrise."

(The Man salutes and leaves and Commandrix turns to Kono and Terminatrix.)

Commandrix:  "As for you two you need to begin training for your mixed tag team match with Isabel Rios and John Cavanaugh."

Kono:  "We shall train like gladiators and shall fight like them."

Terminatrix:  "She says she wants to use us as this thing called stepping stones."

Kono:  "Yeah and then she goes to some warm beach spot to do something called a photo shoot all because it's being paid for.  Then she brags about being undefeated along with John Cavanaugh."

Terminatrix:  "Nobody stays undefeated forever and they shall be no exception to the rule.  She has good submission skills and we shall prepare appropriately and shall be fully prepared."

Kono: "We shall be ready for this battle and it shall be that and if it becomes a war.  The more savage that we shall become and we shall show the NPW why The Dark Stars and Dark Novas are forces to deal with."

Terminatrix: "Cassie shall try to return and interfere and cost us the victory and then she'll want to team with Rios in order to avenge herself."

Commandrix: "We shall plan accordingly but right now you shall begin training and you shall continue training until you have perfected our strategy for this match."

(They shout and salute Commandrix and leave and enter a building as the scene slowly fades to black.)
