Are you making these in PS or GIMP? Step 1. Make the background in PS. Saver e the hole shape as a separate file. Step 2. Rip a clip from YouTube, cut down in Premiere and add colour effects there. Step 3. Assemble everything in After Effects, add the text, play around with stuff until it looks cool. Step 4. Render as an animated GIF in Media Encoder. You can also import the Avi into PS and Export for web. If you want to go the free route, everything can be done in GIMP, DaVinci Resolve and Blender.
