Mongo the Destroyer and Oh-Oh like this
Post by Jesse Jamester on Apr 18, 2021 2:34:09 GMT -5
You really got in over your head.
“What?”
You’ve taken your eyes off the prize, distracted by Dane.
“Fuck you I have!”
So absorbed by him, you keep forgetting the rest of them.
“I haven’t forgotten about a damn thing! There's a network of pain to go around!”
If you don’t focus on the task at hand, you’re going to blow this opportunity.
“I’m not talking to you, all this negative bullshit. I’m bringing the fight to them, you’ll see.”
You better.
“Violence never solves anything; was the grandest lie ever told. All the sheep believed the shepherd, as he led them to slaughter.”
The works read like scripture from a Pope’s lips. However the person speaking them is anything but a religious person. His mask focused in from the side as the camera sees Jesse Jamester shut a coverless book.
Jesse Jamester: I have a newfound respect for what violence the XHF has taught me it's endured. Looking back through the archives, as I studied the film from the first Rumble I could find back in 2003. Scorpion taking home the victory and a chance at the XHF Heavy Weight Championship as it was known then. Yes, back in the day the X*Crown as we know it now, wasn’t on the line in the Rumble. To endure this brutal clusterfuck of a match, and then go on to Night of Champions and face the champion was the path men paved to make this opportunity a reality.
Swiping the hair out of his eye holes, the scene pulls back to Jesse Jamester, in his wrestling attire, the scars and tattoos littering his upper body. His elbow pads and tape were missing, but from the waist down he was dressed. The black lizard looking mask had a red X carved into the forehead, freshly painted it appeared, as the paint was dripping down the front as though it were bleeding.
Jesse Jamester: All this time I have thought of myself as a survivalist of the violent history of wrestling. See I was young and dumb and full of… ohm, I was full of piss and vinegar. I can relate to XHF’s extreme past. The gore and elaborate speciality matches that lead a rabid cult like following across the globe. I did the same for myself long ago. Much like J-ROK, my past is checkered with a brush of death, exploding rings, and barbed wire scars. These days, I keep away from self-infliction, as age has taught me the wounds don’t heal as quickly.
Running his tongue along his lips.
Jesse Jamester: These tattoos that litter my body were the badges of honor I rewarded myself after every year I survived another death match tour in Japan. It wasn’t until my late twenties that I smartened up, realizing that my career path wouldn’t end pretty. Maybe it was seeing death that shortened my attention span to flaming tables and barbed wire exploding boards. Yeah, I may have gained a reputation, but it cost me parts of my body for that respect.
This is what you are going to yawn on about? Your shitty death match run? Nobody gives a fuck about that. You’re as weak as when I showed up.
Head cocking to the side, Jesse looks away from the camera. The sidebar with himself showing an obvious tick of the Canadian Nightmare.
Jesse Jamester: As I was saying-- I- I’ve endured my fair share of violence. What makes the XHF dangerous is how unpredictable it can be. From the moment you enter the Seiwa-en Japanese Garden, you will be out there against the unknown. Every man in this has a play to be the next X*Crown champion. Every one of them wants to be the top guy, representing themselves or their company, and by proxy, being the king of the land for as long as they can. Regardless of who wins, we know one thing. They have to give their pound of flesh to accomplish it! Nobody is going to sneak by with a win here. This one is going to be a fight unlike anything the XHF has seen!
Pansy… you sound like Adrien Cochrane, trying to make yourself believe your own words.
Jesse Jamester: That’s it! You know what, you're absolutely right! I don’t respect the XHF, the participants in this match, or the people who think they have it all figured out! This is a crapshoot at best! What I’m aiming to do is take heads off and leave meat bags for the morgue to deal with! Dylan Black keeps yapping his fucking gums about being the bionical man! Well when it comes down to it Dilly, we are going to have to break that android arm off, smack you around until you're silly, and send it straight down your throat on a one way ticket to elimination!
There we go! Let it rip!
Jesse Jamester: I’m not impressed with what J-ROK has sent to the Rumble either! Their ‘lets play hardcore’ attitude doesn’t jive so hot in a traditional setting of Japanese lore. Once you take the crazy out of their promotion, they are just a dumpster fire waiting on a hose. I get it boys, you can’t wrestle like the rest of us, so you swing chairs and kendo sticks, and jump off heights into barbed wire to make yourselves feel important! (Thumbs up the camera) SUPER creative! The only thing that is violent about J-ROK and it’s roster is the amount of people that leave a show with hemroids from watching that garbage. I’m not afraid to say it, the X is right here, take your best shot kiddos - because when it comes down to it; I don’t think you have what it takes to cross the finish line in a marathon! Not in this one at least. You’re shock and awe tactics, they don’t last sixty or ninety minutes or two hours, no they’re the one two pump chump, and then off to sleep. What you do is a short shelf life product that gets a ‘Best Of’ series sent straight to DVD. It’s pathetic that you even call yourselves wrestlers J-ROK.
Is that all you have? Is this the man who is dead set on winning? I’m disappointed in you.
Jesse Jamester: What I lack in agility, I make up for in precision. What I lack for in age, I make up for in experience. It's a trade off I have accepted, one I work to my strengths for matches of this nature. In the end, there is going to be the drums beating, the fans pounding their chests, your ass - me lifting it up in the air - and you seeing your face driven straight into the canvas as I try and break the neck of the aspiring X*Crown champions from all the companies in the network! This is not a prophecy, this is not a warning, this is the results of XHF Rumble, you’re future is here--
Pointing to himself with a crooked index finger that is taped all but the black paint on the tips. Moving from his chest to the red X on his mask, Jesse continues what he was saying.
Jesse Jamester: I’ve marked myself for you all to get your shots in! You want me, I won’t be hard to find! But as I drop you over that top rope; smack dab on your dome piece -- and you look up and the last face you see is this one! (still pointing at his mask)
Yes…
Jesse Jamester:I will earn your respect! If it takes a beating, that’s what it takes! A fight is a route to a resolution of earning what others won’t give you! Cavanagh knows that. Dylan has lived that. Adrien is learning that. I - I live and breath it! April twenty fifth, I unleash your worst nightmare XHF!
I knew you could do it, all you needed was a little push.

No, no they are not.
