LIVE From the Shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
Northern Pro Wrestling Presents: August on the Atlantic III
[RAAAAAAAHHH!]
Gus Arnold stands in the middle of the ring which is positioned about thirty feet away from the ocean. The waves crash in the background. In front of him, three sections of folding chairs have been strategically placed with social distancing in mind. Based on a quick survey of the crowd, there are about 1000 people spread out, taking in the action with another five hundred or so parked at a distance, streaming the audio of the event on their tablets.
Gus Arnold: "Welcome to August on the Atlantic III!"
[The crowd roars once again, as the waves continue to crash.]
Gus Arnold: "Three years ago, this event came to fruition as a way to push the promotion to new heights here in our home province. It remains an event that is near and dear to my heart, and we hope that everyone here taking it in will leave satisfied. I have rented ten cottages along the shore, which is where our wrestlers are sequestered, and we have a long curtain and tent in the back parking lot for food and beverage."
[The crowd surveys the area, knowing that this is far from a traditional venue.]
Gus Arnold: "Eastern Canada is littered with amazing landscape, and beaches as far as the eye can see. The lobster fishing is the best in the world, and we believe we're hosting the world's best wrestlers in Northern Pro Wrestling. Tonight, we will find out who's on the cusp of great things as we head into the second half of 2021. There is no better way to make a name for yourself, than to bring your A game to the table at August on the Atlantic."
[...]
Gus Arnold: "Tonight, we will finally have a decisive winner in the Lord Dominicus and Niko rivalry. Tonight, Keith Williams and Jesse Jamester are going to lock horns in what is rapidly becoming a grudge match. Plus so much more, so sit tight and enjoy the show!"
[Gus bows to the crowd, and our first match gets underway.]

Special Challenge Match
20 Minute Time Limit
Andi Snow vs. Sinclair Godfrey
--
A sight to be seen, as the Atlantic Ocean view is panned across, showing the dazzling city lights from afar. Stellarton, Nova Scotia, a beautiful scenic view from the sky on this summer night. Rising from the ocean view to the arena rafters, we see the populated seats with fans sitting, some standing and holding signs, and the ring crew getting set up as the following Special Challenge match for August on the Atlantic III was about to kick off.
“Electric Lady” by Janelle Monae smashed throughout the arena as Andi Snow made her way out onto the stage. A glorious walk to the ring highlighted this young star's bright future with NPW, as she made her first appearance on an NPW Pay-Per-View tonight. The newcomer to Northern Pro had a chip on her shoulder to find her footing in the rankings. With women of all nationalities and cultures coming to NPW to take on the best women in the world, Andi Snow fit the bill for a future superstar. Her athleticism and gymnast background mixed with a scrappy spirit was already swaying fans to cheer her on.
Drums pounded and guitars shredded, as the stage lit up and Lady Sinclair Godfrey, the 9th Baroness Godfrey walked out to a choir of jeers, and a few crowd signs showing her as a strong female lead. Considered as the disciple of Donzig, Sinclair Godfrey walked with confidence and an heir of arrogance. She commanded respect, and was not concerned with the opinions of others. Sinclair took to the apron and struck a pose before stepping into the ring.
The bell rang shortly after and Andi Snow would attempt an elbow-collar tie-up, being rejected by Sinclair who merely shoved her back into the corner she came out of. Andi wipes off her hands on her tights, nods her head as if pumping herself up, and tries again. Giving up wasn’t in Andi Snow’s vocabulary, but Sinclair would put that to the test this evening. Wanting to prove that she was the dominant woman in NPW’s rankings, Sinclair head butted Andi instead of tying up, and throws off the newcomer. A strong right elbow to the jaw, and Andi Snow is back pedaling into the ropes. Sinclair reaches out and grabs her by the arm, Irish whip to the far side of the ring! Snow comes back fast, ducking Sinclair’s clothesline, planting her hands; Snow does a gymnast handstand as she hits the ropes and comes backwards with momentum! Snow’s feet plant as her hips pop and we see a springing back elbow that lands in the chest area of Sinclair!
Andi Snow quickly goes for an arm bar to keep Sinclair grounded but The Baroness is quick to get to her feet, forcing Andi to stand up and meet her in a brawl. Sinclair gets the advantage after a series of blows are traded by both women. Lifting Andi on her shoulders, Sinclair lifts her up and drops her as she puts her knee into Snow’s gut! Andi crashes to the canvas and holds her midsection. Sinclair rolls Snow over, hooking her legs in a hold, before showing off as she applies a Mexican surfboard! Rolling backwards, Sinclair keeps her shoulders off the canvas to avoid the count, stretching Andi Snow limb by limb, like a Spider playing with its food.
Sinclair toys with Snow, before Andi gets an arm free! Sinclair sends Snow up in the air, causing her to land on her face and chest! The slap as Snow makes contact with the canvas is loud, and the fans ‘Oooooh!’ Sinclair gets up, relishing the hurt she is inflicting on her opponent tonight. Being in control was Sinclair’s M.O. and Snow was feeling every bit of what she had planned for tonight.
Sinclair grabs Snow by the hair, lifting her up to her feet and putting Snow in a suplex position. Up and over, Andi Snow lands behind Sinclair and goes for a roll up pin! Only a 1 count as Sinclair kicks out with authority. Andi Snow gets up quickly and dives at the rising Sinclair with a shoulder tackle! Knocking Sinclair over before she could get to her feet fully. Snow stays on Sinclair as she mounts her abdomen area and reigns down with punches, appearing fed up with Sinclair’s dominance in the match. Snow gets shoved off Sinclair and both women get to their feet at the same time. Sinclair lands a stiff kick to the right thigh as Snow goes to grapple, sticks Snow’s head between her hip and arm, before dropping backwards with a DDT! Sinclair doesn’t stop there, as she grapevines the waist area with her legs and locks the head in a choke hold! With the combination choke and grapevine locked in, Sinclair slows Snow down and retakes control of the match. The referee asks Snow if she wants to give up, but we audibly hear her say ‘No!’
Snow rolls her body over, getting some air as her head is now facing the ceiling and she sees the lights, but not for long as she tries to continue to roll. Sinclair’s legs wrapped around her however pose a challenge in that plan, and Andi Snow begins to fade. The referee continues to check on her, asking the same question, and Andi’s ‘No’ slowly gets quieter. Sinclair has her right where she wants, and the referee grabs Andi Snow by the hand and lifts it up, dropping it to the canvas.
Referee signals one finger to the timekeeper!
A second arm lift…
It hits the canvas.
Referee signals two fingers to the time keeper!
A third arm lift…
It drops!
Snow keeps it off the canvas as her arm visibly shakes and we see her eyes open up wide! Andi Snow uses her arms and begins punching the rib area and sides of Sinclair, forcing her to let go of the grapevine and put distance between herself and Snow! Sinclair rolls over to a knee and quickly gets up, Snow smacks the canvas and springs up, her adrenaline going - but visibly exhausted from the toll she took this match. Sinclair goes for a kick, Andi rolls underneath her leg, shifts her weight, and Snow leg sweeps the only leg holding Sinclair up! Crashing on the canvas on her back, Sinclair looks at Snow with shock. Snow rolls backwards, handstanding, before driving two knees into the chest of her opponent! Andi steps up beside Sinclair, and does a standing backflip splash onto the chest of Sinclair! Hooking both legs she goes for the pin!
1!
2!
Sinclair gets a shoulder up and breaks up the count. Snow rolls to a knee and uses the ropes to stand, Sinclair is right behind her! Sinclair wraps her arms around Snow’s waist and pops her hips as she launches herself backwards - release german suplex to Snow! Folded up on the canvas halfway across the ring, Andi Snow’s second wind is shut down by Sinclair Godfrey! Wasting no time now, Sinclair looks to put this one away, making her way over to Snow as she rolls her over and goes for the ‘The Blackstar’! Snow grabs the forearm, and begins to slide backwards from Sinclair, but Sinclair jumps on her back, keeping her pinned down! Throwing an arm around Snow, she attempts it again, but Snow puts both forearms up in an X to block the hold from locking in, and rolls over!
1!
2!
Sinclair rolls over and throws a punch at the face of Snow! LOCKED IN! Blackstar is locked in as the punch lands, Snow’s defenses drop, and Sinclair latches her trademark move in! Snow’s eyes tell the story, she’s been through hell and back tonight, finding ways to come back, but this was not a sleeper, it was a submission and Sinclair was wrenching it in like Snow owed her money!
Wrenching the hold on, the crowd watches on with their asses on the edge of their seat as Andi Snow reaches out for the bottom rope! Sinclair shakes her head and screams out as she tightens the hold!
Tap! Tap! Tap!
Andi Snows hand beats the canvas as she gives up to Sinclair’s Blackstar submission hold! Bell sounding from ringside, gives Sinclair her notice to let go, and she finally does. Standing up, the Baroness rebels in the middle of the ring, arms spread wide, Lady Sinclair Godfrey has her hand raised.
Announcer: Winner of this match via submission, LADY SINCLAIR GODFREY! (18:47)
Sinclair Godfrey takes her hand from the referees grip, and looks down over Andi Snow with a look of disgust. The gymnast had given her a struggle early on, but the Baroness proved she was the better prepared athlete on this night. The camera pans down from the apron, showing a shot of Sinclair Godfrey standing tall over Andi Snow before the scene cuts to a paid advertisement.

Behind a curtain in the parking lot area, we open where NPW jobber to the stars, Shane Severe, is seen at the catering table. He’s the guy finger the tomatoes and picking through the lettuce. The guy that’s quite possibly the worst wrestler Northern Pro has in it’s locker room and he’s leaving his leftovers for the rest of the roster. He has a butter knife of mayo as he begins spreading it across his bread, whole wheat, he’s hoping for a push within the promotion so he’s eating right.
He layers the lettuce, tomatoes, and several slices of fresh avocado. He hastily grabs several slices of low fat turkey and places them carefully as he crafts a masterpiece of get in shape artwork. He gives the catering table another look over before settling on the sandwich.
His attention is brought on the sugary delicacies that any eight year old could ever crave. Looking over his shoulder and then side to side. He looks back towards a chocolate cake that hasn’t even been cut into slices. He again checks over his shoulder and not finding a prying eye he picks up the entire cake. With a quick flick he scoops a delicious half finger of icing and gives it a taste, he then again decides on a second finger full of chocolate goodness, until he’s literally eating the cake as he also covers his meal like a starve crazed animal.
“What you got there pig boy?”
Startled Shane Severe drops the cake missing the table as it topples over and lands at his feet. The look in his eyes is nothing less than sheer disappointment but his attention is quickly moved to the voice that had startled him.
“Uh, ummm, I was getting some cake for a little fan I saw crying?”
The camera focuses onto the new guy with his white pressed suit, scarlet colored hair, and an arrogant smug look upon his face. His brown pretty boy eyes look down toward the double layered cake adorned upon Severe’s shoes. His attention is directed back towards Shane’s embarrassed look on his face.
“Does that, uhh, kid always eat an entire cake? I mean minus the frosting under your fingernails.” Lochlyn Cade grins as he pats Shane on the shoulder and picks up the sandwich that he had made. Cade takes a larger than normal bite, chews and then swallows, before dropping the sandwich back on the table.
“I don’t think this table is large enough. What do you think?”
The response he expected was more stuttering and stammering over words and Shane Severe didn’t disappoint.
“I, ummm, uhh…”
Lochlyn Cade again pats him on the shoulder as he speaks, “It’s cool kid most promotions don’t have enough room at the table once I arrive.” He then turns and walks off camera leaving Shane Severe looking down at the scraps he’s been left. You could say it’s a simple analogy that most will be left to fight over his scraps once he, The Promethean, debuts in Northern Pro Wrestling.

Double Debut Match
20 Minute Time Limit
Xialong vs. Kintaru
--
The NPW faithful were looking forward to seeing two fresh faces mix it up on a big stage. What they got though? Something completely bizarre. Xialong hit the ring first and was waiting for his opponent, Kintaru. It appeared as though he may not make his way through the curtain, and the fans were growing impatient.
Then finally, Kintaru made his way to the ring. He was emotionless, and seemed irritated that he was there. Pretty insulting if you ask me. Xialong was stretching and ready to dive right into a collar an elbow once the bell sounded.
Kintaru said let's get on with it...
The bell sounded.
Kintaru exited the ring and refused to engage. The referee told him to engage but Kintaru just simply walked away.

Winner of the match via Countout: Xialong!
The fans continued to chirp Kintaru for his lack of sportsmanship, but he could't care less. Xialong remained focused in the ring, in case this was some sort of ploy. It turned out not to be. Kintaru took his ball, and went home.
Xialong raised his hand, and the fans cheered his willingness to battle.

In the parking lot on the shore of the Atlantic, staff is busy running around for August on the Atlantic III going on. The camera cuts to the interview area, showing a 10x12 backdrop of a red sunset over the Northern Pro Wrestling logo in front of an ocean view and fastened in place with a camera and mic stick ready for interviews.
Stepping into the frame was the newest addition to the NPW staff, interviewer and announcer, Archie Rude. Dressed in a black suit with a bold red tie to match his ginger ponytail that is gelled back, and a groomed red beard, the former hockey player turned announcer was quick to speak.
Archie Rude: The night is still early here at August on the Atlantic III! We have seen some incredible matches take place already, and still have a few blockbusters to come! My guest tonight really needs no introduction, he is known, he is a Canadian resident, and I think you’ll get exactly why I say that!
Gesturing to the right side of the backdrop -- Jesse Jamester appears. The Canadian Nightmare was dressed in his ring gear, showcasing a color scheme of black, white, and green with the tights and boots, and wore his signature shoulder cut off leather scaly trench coat with horned shoulders. Dawning his black scaly mask tonight, the hair was wetted, and his fists and forearms wrapped with black tape. This was a darker and more brooding version of the man who had been wrestling Eron Hunter not a month ago.
Archie Rude: Welcome to August on the Atlantic Jesse! I have a lot to get to, so I will do just that. Tonight you are set to face the ReVenants own Keith Williams! With the history we know of both the ReVenants and Keith, do you feel you stand a chance leaving here tonight the victor?
Leaning his head ever so slightly up and adjacent to Archie, the Canadian Nightmare’s blue eyes stare a hole through the man, before flickering at the camera.
Jesse Jamester: Chance? Doesn’t sound like Archie here believes I can get the job done… You’re concerns should be minimal tonight though Archie, because much like Keith Williams has said he has been dreaming of this matchup - so have I! When I crossed paths with Keith over at SWAT, I knew we were destined to lock horns and have a go at seeing what the other man is made of! Keith is no slouch in that ring, and due to that I have spent the better part of the past two weeks preparing for him. So yeah, to answer your question, the Canadian Nightmare feels very confident tonight that he has a chance to come out the victor.
Archie Rude: We saw the hand extended at NPW Shockwave, when your match was over with Eron Hunter, you showed him respect and shared the spotlight. When we last saw Keith Williams in a ring, he was hanging Eron Hunter by his feet and covered in the blood of your former enemy turned friend… How did that make you feel Jesse?
Jesse Jamester: Eron Hunter is his own man. I wouldn’t go so far as to call him a friend, as those are far and few in this business. Either way, I wouldn’t say I was watching on and thinking this is how I want to see a guy who just earned my respect. Keith Williams made his statement, he wanted all eyes on him - and he got it! Now he has my attention Archie, and I’m ready to show Keith why this is the House of the Canadian Nightmare!
Archie Rude: I would wish you luck, butttt I’m rooting for Keith Williams and the ReVenants tonight, so--- do your best, I guess is all I have for you.
Jesse Jamester: Rightfully so, these men are not for the weak. Every one of the ReVenants are sharks, circling for a taste of blood. When one gets it, they all come in for a bite! I’ll have eyes in the back of my head tonight, and I knew that coming into this. Keith Williams, you’re about to find out what all the hype is about! It’s time for us to pick up business, and get down with kickin’ each other's ass! Welcome to your Nightmare Keith!
Walking off the set the camera turns to Archie Rude who shrugs, unimpressed but professional about the exit.
Archie Rude: You heard it here first folks! Now let’s get back to the action!

Singles Match
20 Minute Time Limit
Greg Adkins vs. Ronnie Long
--
With the world tuning in to watch NPW August on the Atlantic III, the following match was one that would split the fans who had found favorites in both competitors, either from XHF events like ‘A Call to Arms’ or in other companies on the network, and from NPW itself.
Camera shot cuts to the entrance way as “Guttertrash” Greg Adkins of the Galactic Sex Pirates walks out to a roaring crowd. Excitement for the GSP member was one of electricity, and Greg Adkins soaked it in as the filthiest man in the building made his way down the ramp to the ring area. Greg Adkins was relatively new to Northern Pro Wrestling, with his arrival at Shockwave with his fellow GSP members and the Bastards squaring up with the KGB, they made their claim that they were here to save Northern Pro Wrestling, and did in Galactic Sex Pirate fashion. With their inclusion to the NPW ranks, all eyes were on Northern Pro Wrestling as fans were eagerly awaiting the next skirmish between the GSP and KGB. Adkins was coming out of Night of Champions 12 with a loss to Redmond Fury, losing his XHF Phoenix Championship in a battle for the ages. One could only imagine what the Pirate Greg Adkins was feeling following the end of his reign as Phoenix Champion. As the new chapter for the ‘Guttertrash’ of Wrestling started, he had a challenge ahead of him in Ronnie Long. Greg rolled under the bottom rope, getting to his feet, he threw a toothy smile as his arm shot into the air and he scratched his crotch. The music fades as Greg Adkins takes to his corner, where he shoots a snot rocket over the top rope and proceeds to stick his hand in the belt region of his pants.
"Grave Digger" - Blues Saraceno rips through the arena speakers and fans jolt to their feet once more with enthusiasm! Out walks Ronnie Long, one of the most decorated performers in the NPW locker room. Formerly retired for nearly 7 years, Ronnie made his way back to wrestling and found NPW as his new home. Recently teamed with HNDRXX and Takaru Matsui in Trios competition, but no stranger to the singles action was Ronnie. Quite the contrary, Ronnie’s 20 year career had many epic clashes, providing him the experience and know-how to create an explosive offense with his powerful frame. Tonight, Ronnie would compete against a man he was not shy about discussing, Greg Adkins. To hear Ronnie, you would think Adkins was an out patient from a psychiatric ward who lived in a dumpster behind a Walmart. As Ronnie Long wiped his boots on the ring apron, he gazed around the sold out arena’s crowd, fans cheering for this fan favorite. Ronnie stepped between the ropes, and he shot a glance of disgust at Adkins in the far corner. Ronnie leaned on the turnbuckle before jumping up to the second rope and scoping out the crowd, before he gave fans a photo op. Dropping down to his feet, Ronnie Long stretches using the top rope as the music fades.
Following a few words from the referee, the bell rang and the disgust on Ronnie Long’s face was evident. He could smell Adkins from across the ring, and just being in there with him, it was obvious he had no desire to lock up. Ronnie circled the ring, as Adkins scratched his belly, one hand up in a closed fist, ready to throw down. Adkins takes a step forward and Long shoots a single leg takedown, causing Adkins to fall backwards as his leg was pinned to the canvas. Ronnie leaps up and in one fluid motion drops a hard elbow on the chest of Greg Adkins! Long gets straight up and stomps Adkins twice. Greg doesn’t care for the scenario and rolls away as Long goes for a third stomp. Adkins pops to his feet and ducks under Long's grapple attempt, grabbing the neck, and hitting a quick snap neck breaker! Adkins rolls over for a cover on Long, but it’s immediately broken up as Long shoves him off.
Both men return to their feet, Long taking action immediately as he kicks Adkins in the gut and ships him across the ring with an Irish whip to the corner! Hauling ass right behind him, Ronnie mac trucks the Guttertrash in the corner, letting him stagger backwards before he uses the ropes to get momentum and clotheslines Adkins off his feet, spinning him 180 degrees in the air and causing Adkins to land on his face!
Greg is dazed and confused, and Ronnie Long is feeling the crowd, as he nods at their chants and grabs Adkins by the ankle, pulling him to the center of the ring. Adkins out of habit begins to kick Long in the thighs, freeing himself from his grasp. Staggering to get up, Greg Adkins shakes the cobwebs out, and swings wildly, but Long ducks and throws a heavy jab to Adkin’s right shoulder. Another swing from Adkins, and Long ducks again, jab to the pectoral of Adkins. Greg throws another punch but it’s a fake! Long ducks and Greg Adkins throws a knee at the hairline of Long! Adkins surprisingly more aware than Long thought, Adkins places Long’s head between his thighs, looking for a piledriver of sorts! Greg smiles to the audience as his fingers are wiggling, and he puts one under the belly of Long and the other over his back trying to lock in a cradle piledriver!
Long immediately drops to the canvas and grabs the ankle of Adkins, before going between his legs and causing Adkins to fall forward on his chest. Long gets to a knee, surveys the reaction time of Adkins, and prowls him as he stands up. Hunched down low, Ronnie Long was no small man at 6 foot 5 inches, two hundred fifty five pounds; but he moved with the agility of a cruiser weight, and was waiting for Adkins to get to his feet. As Adkins does just that, Ronnie Long prepares for the turn, Adkins does everything Long wants him to, and STANDING SPINEBUSTER! Adkins’ body is prone and motionless as Ronnie Long stands there looking down at him. The fans pop on impact, and this noise reminds Long to go for the cover. Hooking the leg, Long gets a whiff of Greg’s body odor, and his face contorts in displeasure.
1!
2!
Kick out! Adkins rolls away from Long, attempting to go to the apron, but Long is right on him. Adkins using the ropes, is halfway up to his feet, hunched over on the middle rope, as Ronnie Long strikes him with a heavy right forearm to the back from inside the ring. Long grabs the neck of Adkins and stands him up right on the apron, before hooking him in a suplex! Adkins' feet go up and over, he lands inside the ring! Mid-move Adkins grabbed the top rope, creating leverage causing Long to be unable to drop backwards! Adkins stomps the right foot of Long and headbuttes Long to create space, before he motions a hand in the air to the crowd!
Knowing exactly what the Galactic Sex Pirate is about to do, signs go up in the crowd that show a hand sliding down into a pair of jeans. Completing the same exact act in the ring, Greg Adkins hand goes from the air to the inside of his pants in the crotch region! Long regains his composure, noticing exactly what is happening and shakes his head as he is audibly heard saying “Oh hell no!” and rushes the one handed Adkins, shoulder tackling him off his feet!
Adkins rolls to the outside of the ring, finally freeing his hand from his pants, and leans up against the apron. Long doesn’t care for the rest period and exits the ring, slamming Adkins in the side of his head with a haymaker! Adkins is walked the distance of the apron to the turnbuckle as Ronnie Long lays into him, obviously disgusted and upset by the hand down the pants. Long grabs Adkins head and slams it into the steel post! Pausing for two seconds, Greg Adkins stares off into the crowd as he spins around and flops onto the outside mat.
Long notices the referee is at a 5 count, and rolls into the ring. This may be the best thing for Long, getting a count out victory would mean not having to deal with Adkins any longer.
The referee yells 6!
Adkins is reaching for the apron, but his eyes tell the story of a man not quite aware and not all there.
The referee yells 7!
Pulling the ring apron curtain, Adkins pulls himself halfway up to his ass in a sitting position.
The referee yells 8!
Adkins shakes his head, the rush of the crowd now chanting the count out with the referee!
The referee yells 9!
Adkins bursts from his ass to his feet and leaps under the bottom rope! Laying right where he entered the ring, a foot still hanging off the apron, but the count has stopped. Adkins looks like a homeless man who just ran a marathon, as he rolls over to his back and begins to pull himself up. Long can’t believe it, but instead of allowing Adkins’ any more time to compose himself, Long goes to pick him up!
The referee stops Ronnie Long, putting himself between the two men. Long stares down at the referee with a ‘What the fuck!’ look on his face, and the referee points to the foot under the bottom rope before telling Long to step back. Shaking his head in disbelief, Long obliges begrudgingly and steps back two times as the referee checks on Greg Adkins. Patting the referee on the cheek with his dirty hands, Adkins gives a toothy grin, before standing up. As he reaches his feet, the referee moves out of the way, and Long goes for a grapple and Adkins follows suit, Long pushes him into the corner, Adkins gets his feet planted and pushes back and turns. Putting Long up against the ropes for a moment, not for long though, as Long swaps spots and the two trade places as they rotate the length of the ring ropes from one corner to another - fighting for control.
Adkins finally has Long with his back against the turnbuckle pads, coming in close he gives him a hearty cow lick up his cheek and over his eye! Ronnie immediately breaks the tie-up and shoves Adkins away from him! The look on Ronnie Long’s face says it all, he’s not only disgusted, he’s irate at what Adkins just did to him. Shaking his head with a ‘No you didn’t just do that’ attitude, Ronnie Long comes out of the corner throwing haymakers! Adkins tries to dodge and block them, but the drunken stumble of a shuffle doesn’t time well and Long lands two massive blows to the head!
Ronnie Long rips the arm almost out of the socket as he slingshots Greg Adkins across the ring into the ropes, and then runs full speed at the ropes horizontal to Adkins, both men cross-cross once, coming back again, WESTERN LARIAT!
Greg Adkins is tuened inside out! Nearly taken out of his boots on impact, Adkins lays motionless in the ring as Ronnie Long drops down to his knees, hooking the legs, his eyes showing the adrenaline flowing still.
1!
2!
3!
A single foot kicks up as Adkins tries to make a kick out, but is moments late to it registering for the referee to consider it.
Long pushes off of Adkins, wiping his hands on his pants and looking down at the Galactic Sex Pirate member with a quizzical look. Long came into this match not wanting anything to do with Adkins, feeling as though the disgusting nature of the Pirate’s resident ‘Guttertrash’ was everything wrong with the world today. From filth to foul behavior, but after such a fight as the one tonight, did Long have a change of heart?
Announcer: Winner of this match via pin fall, RONNIE LONG! (19:35)
Long sees Adkins stirring as his arm is raised. Ronnie places his hands on his hips, showing he is thinking about something as Greg Adkins climbs to his feet and shakes his head. Adkins stands finally, still a bit groggy from the lariat he received, and turns to see Long behind him - Adkins stutter stumbles, a drunken staple for his normal walking style, and double-takes. Ronnie shrugs and gives a nod to Greg Adkins, giving him a gesturing motion with his hands to the fans, who cheer for the Pirate Adkins and Ronnie Long together! Adkins goes to extend his hand for a shake, and Long politely declines by saying something to him as the camera goes to a high angle view of the full arena and the overwhelming ovation from the fans - before cutting to a promotional video of the next NPW show.

Blake Samuels: "We all witnessed the atrocity on our last show. Keith Williams essentially glorifying his trophy kill for the world to see. Let's take a look at how it all went down."
[Flashback.]
[July 15th 2021.]
[Shown in the crowd, a blur of white pushes its way through the sea of fans as a cable usually meant to secure a title during a ladder match randomly descends from the ceiling, distracting a lone Eron Hunter that remains in the ring. At the barricade, the man in white is Keith Williams. The Great White Terror leaps over the barrier and slides in the ring, placing himself behind his prey, Hunter.]
[The fans try to warn Eron that a threat is near, but he's too curious why there's a chain hanging down from above. Slipping a metal spike out of his pocket, Keith holds it high before driving the point of the weapon deep into the shoulder blade of Eron Hunter. Spinning around, Hunter stops another attempt at stabbing him, holding the arm that's grasping the spike as he struggles to disarm Keith.]
[Expressionless, Williams headbutts Hunter in the face repeatedly. WHACK! WHACK! WHACK! Flesh and bone meets a plastic shield that Keith started wearing after Eron damaged his mustache beyond repair.]
[Dazed and his defenses weakened, Hunter is open to a second attack from the spike by the Great White Terror. Targeting his forehead, Keith jabs the sharp end down into the ripe head meat and doesn't stop until there's blood gushing everywhere. On his knees, hands up and covering his face as a last ditch effort to protect himself, Hunter is bicycle kicked in the side of the head.]
[His all white suit now stained with blood, Keith keeps on the offensive, stomping Eron until there's zero movement or response from the cruiserweight. Williams using his foot, pushes Hunter onto his back. Dragging the spike in a jagged line across Eron's chest, KW leaves behind a gruesome wound that pours red.]
[Satisfied with his handiwork, Williams removes a torn Lynx mask from his jacket and hastily puts it on his victim. Grabbing hold of the cable that descended, Keith secures it around the ankles of Eron Hunter, checking that it's snug before signaling to someone to raise it. Slowly but surely, the chain is dragged upward along with Eron Hunter until he's hanging several feet above the ring where he stops. Handed a microphone from a company stooge, the Great White Terror steps underneath the man he stabbed to a bloody pulp as gore drips down further discoloring his clothes.]
Keith Williams: "You can only take so much until something is taken from you."
Keith Williams: "You pleaded for blood, for misery, for pain. That was your mistake to make. There will be no prisoners of war. Only casualties."
Pausing to look up, the Mueller face guard of Keith is splattered by the falling blood from Eron Hunter.
Keith Williams: "I am the devil. And I am here to do the devil's work."
Dropping the microphone, the Great White Terror adjusts his gaze to meet the camera, awkwardly staring while smearing the blood on his mask with both hands.
The fans looked disgusted as well as deeply concerned. Eron Hunter was hanging by his feet, with blood dripping, and a lynx mask over his face. It was as if he had been 'big game' hunted and poached by some rich douche. The symbolism was ever resent, and Keith Williams stood tall and admired his work while the fans cringed.
Our show went off the air with one final shot of Keith Williams in a white suit, which was covered in the blood of Eron Hunter.
[Cut.]
Blake Samuels: "To cap it off, Keith Williams found time to push his agenda even further after all was said and done. Let's take a look at Keith's comments after the incident with Eron Hunter."
[Flash Back.]
[Post Match.]
Stepping into view, his all white suit splattered with the blood of Eron Hunter, Keith Williams peers into the lens of the camera. The protective shield covering his face is noticeably covered in red. Removing a Jesse Jamester mask from inside his jacket, the Great White Terror uses it to wipe away some of the blood on his Mueller face guard.
Keith Williams: "Stop me if you've heard this one before..."
KW has a story he'd like to share.
Keith Williams: "A lynx, a lizard, and a fox. The lynx and lizard fought, but the fox watched from afar. The fox waited until the fight seemed over between the two, then he leapt to devour two meals to fill his rumbling belly."
Continuing to sully the mask of Jamester, KW holds it and dabs at bloody splotches on his suit.
Keith Williams: "Eron Hunter, you learned the hard way there's no escaping what you did to me. Consequences hung you like a bleeding, stuck pig and you're going to pay with every ounce of your soul for vandalizing my body."
Smiling, the Great White Terror shifts his focus to someone else entirely.
Keith Williams: "When it comes to Jesse Jamester... I don't like how he's paid me no mind. He's turned into the belle of the XHF ball and suddenly I'm yesterday's news. That's an insult I can't ignore. I'm going to rectify that."
Tilting his head as he speaks, Keith drops the bloodied mask of Jesse on the ground like garbage.
Keith Williams: "Are you still too good for me, JJ? I once extended an olive branch of The ReVenants to you, a lifeline to escape the tragedy that was The Syndicate. What'd you do? You big leagued me! That isn't happening again."
The Great White Terror wags a finger to emphasize this.
Keith Williams: "August on the Atlantic, I'm coming for you, you cold-blooded piece of shit!"
The last thing heard is the heavy, determined breathing of Williams as the promo ends.

Tag Team Match
30 Minute Time Limit
The Bastards [Riot & Windsor] vs. HNDRXX & Takaru
--
Frank Windsor and Takaru Matsui start the match out in the ring, going back and forth with simple brawling tactics as they wail on one another. That is until Frank levels Takaru with a roundhouse kick. He follows this up with a shining wizard, sending the rising Takaru back down to the mat.
Frank Windsor, seeking to end the match fast, gets Takaru to the top rope, and grabs him for the Bradford Bomb (muscle buster with theatrics). However, Takaru slaps a brain claw on to distract Frank before pushing him to the mat and riding both knees into his chest.
Frank is quick to get up, but Takaru grabs him for a power slam, leading to one of the first two counts for the night. Takaru grabs a rising Frank and hits a double knee backbreaker. Takaru tags in HNDRXX and the both of them stomp on Frank for a moment before Takaru exits the ring.
HNDRXX applies a side headlock, cranking on the pressure before throwing Frank into the ropes, slamming home a shoulder block that sends Frank to the mat on the rebound. HNDRXX gets Frank back up quickly and applies a hammerlock by reaching around to Frank’s back, clearly looking to ramp things up with the In the Peeling Birch We Remain. He gets the hammerlock cinched in, but Frank headbutts him instead to get him to break the hold.
Frank walks backwards to make the tag to Rob Riot as HNDRXX staggers backwards to make the tag in Takaru.
Rob Riot and Takaru Matsui meet in the center of the ring, Takaru goes for a roundhouse kick that Rob ducks under and hits a European uppercut that sends Takaru backwards a few steps. Riot follows this up with a stiff lariat that brings Takaru down to the mat. Rob goes right in for the Locking Clamp (Achilles Tendon Lock/Heel Hook), but Takaru rolls out of reach and to his feet. He goes for the ropes and comes back with a running knee strike that Rob steps out of the way of. Takaru lands on his feet and turns right into a roundhouse kick that takes Rob right off his feet.
Takaru runs to the ropes as Rob gets up to his knees. On the rebound, Takaru goes for the Kinshasa! It almost connects, but Riot catches the leg before the knee connects, lifts it up with one hand, and palm strikes the side of the other knee to allow Takaru to fall to the mat. Rob jumps up to his feet and stomps the side of the knee that he had just struck, causing Takaru to roll on the mat in agony while clutching at his knee.
Rob tags in Frank before pulling Takaru up and whipping him into the far corner. Frank lumbers after him at top speed, nailing a running avalanche that seems like it sends the entire ring moving nearly six inches! Frank peels Takaru of of the corner, but changes gears and puts him into the top turnbuckle. He gets Takaru up into the air to do the Bradford Bomb. Frank turns around in circles in the middle of the ring to get the crowd going, but Takaru begins to shake while he’s in the air. He breaks free from Frank’s grasp and grabs Frank’s head on the way down to hit a massive DDT! Takaru goes for the pinfall, but only gets a two count as Rob Riot runs in to make the save.
Takaru jumps to his feet, but can’t catch the retreating Rob Riot. He turns around for a massive spear by the bulky Frank Windsor that picks Takaru up and runs him into the corner. Frank drags Takaru to the center of the ring with a side head lock. He pulls Takaru ahead of him and goes for a German suplex, but he gropes at Takaru’s man boobs for a little “Sexy time” before hitting a release German suplex! Frank goes for the cover, but only gets himself a two count.
Frank gets up and rolls Takaru over before grabbing him by the wrist. He hits a grounded hammerlock inverted arm breaker, leaving Takaru in agonized pain. Frank pulls up Takaru and places him on the top turnbuckle, owing for the Bradford Bomb yet again. This time Takaru leaps from the corner, taking Frank down with a leg lariat! Takaru somersaults across the ring, leaps into the air, and makes the tag to HNDRXX! He comes into the ring to catch a rising Frank with a running knee strike that takes Frank down to the mat once again. HNDRXX goes for the cover, but manages to kick out at two and a half.
HNDRXX grabs Frank by the ankles and turns him over to lock in an Indian death lock! The ref checks to see if Frank will submit, but the large man refuses. Frank languishes in the hold for a few agonizing moments before he can get himself pressed up with his arms. He drags the both of them to the side of the ring so that he can grab a rope for the break. HNDRXX grabs Frank up and slings him down to the mat again with a Dragon suplex! HNDRXX gets Frank into position to go for the Buddha Strangled in Vines II - Over-the-shoulder single leg Boston crab / Calf slicer combination! Rob Riot breaks up the move before Frank can think about whether to submit or not.
Frank Windsor tags in Rob RIot in. Frank rolls out of the ring, walking slowly around the ring to grab a hold of Takura by the ankles. Rob Riot whips HNDRXX into the ropes and misses striking him on the rebound. HNDRXX goes to the other side and picks up speed. Rob Riot dodges an attack by HNDRXX, watching as he goes to the ropes again. This time on the rebound, Rob hits a super kick! With Takaru tangled up on the outside with Frank, Rob Riot caught HNDRXX out of nowhere with an elevated DDT. The impact was vicious as it drove HNDRXX to the mat quickly and with force. Riot floated over, and the referee made the count.
The Bastards stand, victorious, in the ring as their opponents slink out of the arena to try again someday.
Winners: The Bastards (11:22)
--
Blake Samuels: "After being the victim of Keith William's Heinous Attack. Eron Hunter spoke his mind, and also ensured everyone that if they wanted to tussle with him, they would be met with resistance."
“The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and goodwill, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know My name is the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon thee…”
The scene opens up in complete darkness. The only thing which pierces through is a well-known voice. A voice that usually emits peace and tranquility, now sounding angry and ill-tempered.
“Hear me quoting the bible there
..and I don’t even believe in God or Deities!
But I guess you do, Keith Williams.
I guess you not only think there is a god, but I guess you firmly believe you are one!”
The scene is still pitch black. The once placid voice now echoes fiercely through the room.
“And since you believe you are of godly status, you think you can put people through the fiery depths of hell and get away with it.
You think you can get away with everything you do, in this world and this business of ours, you think you can do as you please and be safe from Godly Punishment.
Well, I am no God, Keith Williams, but I sure as hell, to quote the bible once more there, will lay my Vengeance upon Thee…”
A strong light suddenly fills the room and exposes everything, for everyone to see. A man is sitting on a sofa, with a mask covering his face. It is the Lynx mask! The same mask Keith Williams used to mock Eron Hunter´s persona, Lynx. The man sitting on the sofa, as we can say by hearing his voice, is Eron himself.
“You put me through hell there, Keith Williams, and you thought I would never come back, or at least you thought I would come back a changed man. You thought you could instill fear in me and make it so that I would never be able to stare you straight in the face.
Eye to Eye.
Well, I am back, and not only am I able to stand with you, Eye to Eye.
I am also able to stare at you Eye for an Eye!
You thought you put me through Hell and for many a man that would be the truth, but for me, it only was a bad day like many before. Your plan was almost perfect there…
….How do you beat a man without fear?
You instill fear, in him!
But, as I said, it was just another bad day for me, there. There was a miscalculation in your plan, Williams, and that was the fact that the victim, meaning me, had never seen hell before. But believe me when I say, Keith Williams, I have been in Hell...
…And been able to come back from it, stronger.”
Eron Hunter lays back on the sofa, calmer now, with his arms on his chest, Lynx Mask covering his face. He takes a few deep breaths and resumes his speech, still in a fierce tone.
“I have felt hunger and cold
Been betrayed by brethren and thrown out of a place I called home
I have been found in a trash bin, Comatose, and spent months in a hospital bed unable to come back.
I have fought with the thoughts of never being able to normally walk again, let alone fight, because of a knee injury.
I have been through hell, Williams.
And been able to come back
..Mightier than before!
What you inflicted, were merely flesh wounds, they will heal, quickly.
Physically I will be In top form before you can even fart twice.
Mentally, though you did something you didn´t expect. You did not instill fear, no, what you did instead was to awaken the beast in me once more.
You awaken the animal.
The Hunter.
The Predator.
For I am now Lynx again. And will be so until I make you stare at the ceiling, with every bone in your body shattered and broken into thousand pieces.
This is not your Heaven, oh Godly Williams.
This is the Jungle.
And I am the King of It!”
Eron Hunter stands up, motions a cutthroat motion as the scene slowly fades to black.

Singles Match
30 Minute Time Limit
Keith Williams vs. Jesse Jamester
--
All eyes were focused on this one. Keith Williams crossed so many lines with what he did to Eron Hunter, the way he displayed him in front of the masses as some sort of trophy kill. The fact that it was considered a repayment for an accidental mishap in the ring where Hunter tore Keith's moustache.
But the fact that Keith claims he did all of this to get Jesse Jamester's attention? Is he suicidal? Does know what happens when you find yourself in 'JJ's' crosshairs. The 'King of Violence' isn't a name that was given to the man. This is a nickname that he has taken, run with and proven to be worthy of.
The target was an interesting one, as Jesse and Hunter had their differences throughout 2021, and seemed to have buried the hatchet after their epic Match of the Year Candidate at Shockwave. But was that just more of being caught up in an emotional moment? It's hard to say. Very little was ever said or done after that point in time.
What we know now is.
[Lynx.]
Lynx is back and he doesn't appear to be going anywhere until he settles the score.
And also!
Lynx was watching this match in the distance surrounded by NPW security. Gus Arnold also made his way out to the ring area and was keeping a close eye on the action.
The fans showed their disgust for Keith Williams, and he loved every second of it. He stood in his corner with his arms folded, looking down on everyone with a snarl on his face.
Jesse Jamester hit the ring, and you could see he was ready for action. He pointed at Keith, and told him if he was looking for him, he surely found him. Then boom! It was on!
Fists of fury, as both men started to trade blows! Jamester is known for being a hulking man with a lengthy body, but Keith stood up to his size well, not backing down from the fight! Keith is often overlooked for having a power and precision style offense. He was able to take Jamester down early, and did his best to hold his position on the ground. JJ was able to scramble and remind the world that he's not just efficient with brawling but is also capable of holding his own from a grappling perspective, using explosive suplexes and brute slams to wear down his opponents.
Using great upper body strength, Jamester was able to suplex Keith backwards to the mat from a standing position and drop him on the back of his head. The crowd roared! As Keith did his best to pretend he wasn’t affected by the onslaught, no-selling any pain during the start of the contest. Keith rushed forward and was met with knuckle sandwiches abound. Williams bounced backward into the ropes, and was clotheslined ass over tea kettle to the outside!
RAAAAAAAHHHH!
Jamester followed, not wanting to give Keith a chance to breathe. A rake to the eye followed, and a stiff uppercut, before Keith whipped JJ into the guardrail! Jamester held his back after his 270 pound frame rattled off the steel. Keith followed it up with a spear, and took JJ down to the sand hard!
The referee was counting them down and out on the outside! This forced Keith to roll into the ring and exit again to keep the onslaught going while breaking the count. Keith jumped off the apron with a double axe handle down the small of Jamester's back. Stomp and kicks followed, as the ReV clearly looked pleased with himself and his handy work.
The Canadian Nightmare was down early, but we all knew his tolerance for pain was through the roof, and he actually tends to feed off of it. It’s no surprise that when Keith grabbed him by the facemask and pulled him back up, he caught a right hand right in the bridge of his nose. Keith winced in pain, holding his face. JJ reared back and slugged him again before throwing Keith under the bottom rope.
Jamester wanted to inflict pain, but he also wanted to win this match.
Back inside of the ring, Keith begged off, wanting to negotiate the terms of the contest. The fans roared for JJ to keep up the onslaught. A stiff kick to the chest followed, and then mounted punches from above while the crowd counted along.

JJ relented as the referee intervened.
Once the referee allowed the match to continue, JJ irish whipped Keith into the ropes and smashed him with a running clothesline that turned him inside out. JJ scooped Keith off the mat and drove him down with a running power slam!
1.
2.
NO!
Jamester held his position over Keith, grabbed him by the neck and walked him back to his feet. When he lifted him off the mat, Keith scrambled and raked JJ's eyes through the mask holes. The best way to slow a man down one might argue. Followed by a kick to the gut and a double arm DDT, Keith drove Jamester’s head into the mat causing a sickening thud!
Keith dropped to the mat and tied JJ up in an arm triangle! Keith was squeezing for all he's worth, doing his best to choke the air out of JJ's lungs. Jamester put up a fight, doing his best to turn on his side to alleviate the pressure. Finally JJ was able to get his left leg under the bottom rope to force a rope break.
Keith stayed on the offensive, knowing any sort of recovery time JJ could muster wouldn't serve him well. When you have a man like The Canadian Nightmare hurt, you need to stay on top of it. Keith executed a few stiff strikes to the ribs and face, before whipping JJ into the corner, attempting to follow it up with a clothesline, but Jamester moved at the last second!
Keith's arm and chest hit the turnbuckle and when he turned around ... POP UP POWERBOMB!!
WHAM!
1..
2..
NO!
Keith was able to kick out! Close call as the referee showed JJ two fingers.
Lynx continued to look on, with his mask it was difficult to gauge his emotions. What we did know, was that after a six month feud with Jesse, he seemed to have found a new enemy who was willing to go to great lengths to humiliate and discredit him.
JJ followed up the near fall with an irish whip and a tilt a whirl backbreaker!
This is where things got interesting.
Neo James Carner and Rob Garcia walked out of their cottage, and slowly made their way through the crowd and towards the ring. Here we go again, 3 on 1.
Jamesrer was keenly aware that this might be the case, so when the fans started to stir, it was instinctive for him to look around and be prepared for a blindside. NJC and Garcia started to approach, JJ stirred the fans up by welcoming their presence. One might ask, why would he do such a thing? Whether JJ was shining them on, or doing his best to break their confidence remained to be seen. But what we all knew, was the numbers game at 3 to 1 was not a favorable position to be in, especially if you were the one.
Camera cut back to a quick look at Lynx, who continued to watch stoically.
Williams was back to his feet, but JJ hadn't lost focus on the task at hand. A quick crow shop into a side kick to the gut followed, which folded Keith over. JJ turned his back to Keith, continuing to watch Garcia and Carner stroll their way closer and closer to the ring area.
At which point the fans in the arena had to wonder if JJ had anyone who might be willing to come and watch his back? The options were few and far between. After his desire to split from former associates and go about his business on his own... After cutting corners and leaving bodies in his wake... Who could he really count on at this point in time? JJ had stated he was a loner, and he preferred it that way. One would argue that tonight, his opinion on that may have changed.
The answer was simple.
Himself.
The Canadian Nightmare had to sense that danger was near. To his credit, he didn't take a step backward, and seemed willing to accept whatever beating might be coming his way.
Keith caught JJ with a wild discuss clothesline as JJ turned his focus back to him! Knocking him off his feet, Keith tried to go for an arm bar submission, but JJ fought it off, rolling Keith over into a pin! Keith quickly kicked out, knowing full well he wasn’t letting that happen.
Neo James Carner and Rob Garcia walk through the broken up barricade from earlier. Both men nod and take to different sides of the ring. It was clear, the ReVenants had a plan and they were ready for the Canadian Nightmare.
Keith chopped JJ’s chest as he rose up to his feet. The crowd got into the chop fest, as JJ returned one of his own. With every chop, the fans got behind JJ more, and boo’d Keith louder. The animosity of their favorite versus the hated was obvious in the arena tonight. JJ swung with a heavy chop, Keith ducked and hit a neckbreaker! Rolling over for the cover, Keith drove his elbow into the exposed chin area of JJ’s mask as he hooked a leg.
1..
2..
Kickout! Keith looked around at the other ReVs and nodded, whatever the plan was, it was in motion. Picking JJ up by the neck, Keith sets positions him for a tiger suplex and lifts! JJ counters, backdropping Keith with authority! Like sharks smelling blood, Neo James Carner jumps on the apron, Rob Garcia on the other! The referee trying to find some order goes towards Garcia, yelling he will eject him! JJ sees Carner first, who is baiting him to come closer. JJ shakes his head, looking back at Keith, he knows the tactic well - distract and conquer!
Lifting Keith up, JJ lands a european uppercut and sends him into the ropes back first. Keith bounces off and jumps up looking to knee Jesse in the face! Quickly catching Keith in mid-air, JJ drops him with a high angle back body drop on the mat!
Neo James Carner nearly enters the ring, one foot in! JJ with a forearm to the head! Carner sails into the guard rail, knocking it over and rolls into the sand.
Rob Garcia is on the apron yelling something as Keith Williams grabs the referee, turning his back to Garcia. JJ taking out the trash, runs towards Garcia and aims to send him sailing too! Garcia smashes JJ with a closed fist -- brass knuckles! While JJ makes the connection and sends Garcia to the outside floor, the loaded punch lands right above the mask on his cranium!
Keith sees the staggering Jamester, and lets go of the referee to take advantage. Heaving JJ up on his shoulder, Keith goes for the K-DRIVER! JJ somehow slips off his back! Kick to the gut! JESTERPLEX! NO! Keith knees JJ in the top of the head, falling over his shoulders to his hands and knees! JJ’s bleeding from the brass knuckles, some of it dripping off his chin as it runs down under the mask. Garcia jumps back on the apron!
LOW BLOW!
Keith hits the uppercut on the family jewels! JJ buckles over, and within a moment of this, Keith hits the K-DRIVER! Rolling JJ up, Keith grabs a handful of tights as Garcia leaves the apron and the referee slides into position for the count!
1…
2..
3!
Kickout! Keith looks at the referee and sees him holding three up! JJ was too late with the kickout. The bell rings as the announcer stands up.
Announcer: Winner of this match by pinfall, KEITH WILLIAMS! (27:10)
The ReVenants plan worked, and with it, Keith claimed victory over the Canadian Nightmare tonight.
Sliding a chair into the ring, Neo James Carner slides in, holding his side, pissed about earlier. Garcia follows suit with a chair of his own, and the two men proceed to bludgeon Jesse Jamester one at a time, taking shots at his back and legs!
Heinous in their execution, the ReVenants were sending a message - they would not be ignored any longer. NPW will watch and pay attention to the ReVs, whether they like it or not.
Keith Williams rolls out of the ring, heading behind the time keeper table, pulling out a sledgehammer. Looking at the iron head, his eyes are seen just over it as the camera focuses on Keith holding the sledgehammer as though it was the answer to all his dreams.
NJC smashes Jesse’s head with the chair! Rob Garcia does the same to the midsection, before Keith re-enters the ring, and tells them to pick him up. NJC and Garcia hook an arm each, placing a foot on the back of each of his knees.
Looking Jesse Jamester dead in the eyes, Keith mouths “You are no Nightmare to ME!”
Wailing the sledgehammer back behind him with a hand on each end, Keith drives the head of the hammer right into the skull of the mask of JJ!
Crumbling forward, the ReVs let JJ fall on his face, blood flowing more steadily both under the mask and over it, causing a small puddle to form.
All three of the ReVenants appear pleased with themselves, nodding and giving one another credit for their accomplishment. Keith however points up and waves his hand to the mega structure that was surrounding the ring and hung 40 feet above, displaying video footage to everyone in the arena of the match.
A chain descends from the structure’s center. A familiar sight, from what the ReVs had done to Eron Hunter not long ago.
Picking Jesse back up, NJC and Garcia held him on his knees, as Keith grabbed the chain and began to fasten a loop. Wrapping it around Jamester’s neck, Keith connects it so it’s tight, and motions for it to go up!
[All the lights go out.]
BOOOOOM!
Pyro explodes from the turnbuckles! The ReVs are big eyed and looking on as the entrance to the ramp is their focus!
Out comes a massive figure, hooded and cloaked in torn up brown and black patched clothing, a brown leather hannibal style mask crossing over his face, covering one eye, it was….
[Clyde]
Swinging a massive railroad chain that draped his huge shoulders and frame on both sides, the monster that had accompanied Jamester to XHF’s Birthday Bash for the Deathmatch was here!
Rushing the ramp to get ringside, his presence was enough to scare any living being, let alone with the massive chain in hand!
Clearing the ring on each side, the ReVenants high tail through the broken barricade area into the sand and through the crowd. Looking back in shock, as JJ hung just a few feet from the canvas, his feet off the ground. Clyde hit the ring like a freight train, every step made a sound, and in moments, snapped the chain with his bare hands! JJ is caught and draped over the shoulder of Clyde, looking small in his presence.
The camera focuses on Clyde’s face and then cuts to the ReVs, who have now found their exit. Keith Williams smiled with a sly disgusting look of satisfaction at what he accomplished tonight. Though if anyone would be a gambling person, they could bet this one wasn’t over yet.
[Cut.]

(Niko is heading for the backstage entrance with Commandrix ready for his long awaited match with Lord Dominicus and runs into a Reporter.)
Reporter: "Niko can I have your thoughts about your match with Lord Dominicus."
Niko: "You know for months and two matches we've been battling it out in what everyone feels should be either Feud of the Year or Match of the Year. We had two draws and nothing seems to be settled and tonight we are going to settle things once and for all."
Reporter: "Everyone also feels you made things personal."
(Niko lowers his head and sighs calmly controlling himself.)
Niko: "You see that's the problem with everyone I keep saying it's not personal but serious business. You see if we had our match the last time Lord Dominicus defended his NPW Cruiserweight Championship. We would have settled the matter but Gus Arnold had Jason Stephens stealing my shot at the championship. So I did what I had to do and conduct business my way and everyone thinks it's personal. Imagine if it was anyone else in any of these XHF feds and they did the samething. It would be considered business but if it's a Dark Star or Dark Nova. It's all personal and unfair to the now former cruiserweight champion. Am I right."
Reporter: "I guess."
Niko: "You guess. Why is that typical of Earthlings these days. Look we have two draws Lord Dominicus and tonight in a No Time Limit Match which is a match I'm used to because I went days and weeks in training and combat. I'm a gladiator and I'm pretty good in long matches and endurance isn't a problem for me. I'm used to exhaustive battles and whatever can be thrown at me. I know you've been working at increasing your endurance as well and I expect another classic battle between us."
Reporter: "You were said to be wanting to unite both championships again."
Niko: "That's right because we need unity in this area. The great NPW ringsiders and fans need a strong champion and one they can believe in and have great pride and respect for. Who better than me. Who better than Niko of The Dark Stars to be that great champion to represent the Triple Crown Championship."
Reporter: "Rumor has it that with the new talent The Dark Stars and Dark Novas have lost significance."
Niko: "You see that's the problem. Just because you have all these new warriors entering means that we aren't significant. Well we're going to begin making a statement that we aren't some small faction that just talks. We're going to show that we all action and we back our talk up. We don't care if you are a bunch of phony perverted pirates from a space pornography movie. We don't care if you're a bunch of worthless bastards or even this KGB."
Reporter: "The Kross Global Bandits are feared and are the XHF Trios Champions."
Niko: "I could care less if they are thieves from a bad Earth movie. The fact is we don't care who is in NPW since we aren't on anyone's side but The Dark Stars and Dark Novas."
Reporter: "KGB member Sinclair Godfrey blames Commandrix for costing her an opportunity to be champion since she lost to Sinclair a few months ago."
Commandrix: "Gus Arnold obviously felt a three way would settle things between the three of us and Sincair just couldn't take it. That's her choice not mine."
Niko: "Now getting back to me and Lord Dominicus. We are going to step into the ring and settle our issues once and for all. Then we can get back to moving on to other things. We can get back to what you call reality and then we can continue on until the next time we renew our little war championships or no championships doesn't matter. What matters is that we settle things once and for all or until the next time we meet to fight in the ring."
Reporter: "What do you think of being cheered more frequently."
Niko: "Doesn't matter to me. The Dark Stars are used to it where we come from and Earth ringsiders are finally coming around slowly but inevitably. However, tonight I'm not just going to do this for the good of NPW. I'm going to dedicate this victory to the glory of the mighty Shaakar. Now if you'll excuse me I have business in the ring now. By the way it's not personal business but real business."
(Niko and Commandrix leave as the scene slowly fades to black.)

Main Event
North American Double Crown
No Time Limit
"The Real" Lord Dominicus (c) vs. Niko
--
The Main Event had everything you could want. Two competitors at the top of their game who are familiar with one and other. Gus Arnold believes that based on Niko's track record and his ability to match wits with Lord Dominicus inside of the ring, he is the most logical opponent and challenger to the North American Double Crown. 'LD' has been on top of Northern Pro Wrestling for nearly a year, so it's no surprise that he's headlining this event a year after his official debut with the company. He solidified the Cruiserweight Championship as a top championship anywhere in the world, and he's been a stellar leader for the roster for all of 2021.
The first encounter happened at this year's Cruiserweight Cup, where Niko was the first to put a halt to the LD hype train, by nearly scoring a victory before the time limit expired. A few months later, fate would bring these two men together once again, where they once again went to a draw. Niko felt as though LD was dodging him, and didn't give him the feedback he was looking for in the way of outward respect for his efforts. This caused Niko to plot to put himself back on LD's radar. The former co holder of the Imperial Crown Tag Team Titles and his partner Kono, made sure that LD lost his coveted Cruiserweight Championship to Jay Stevens in early June.
A prize that LD held near and dear, the championship and division that he bought all eyes to, was now in the possession of a rival due to the underhanded tactics of the Dark Stars. To say that LD is fired up for this match would be an understatement. Kono accompanied Niko to the ring, which should send alarm bells everywhere and have our senior official on his toes for the entire contest to ensure it's fought fairly.
As the match got underway, it was clear the fans were behind LD. What was also clear, was that LYNX was still watching from afar, and after previous match, one might've assumed that his night was over. But as we know, Eron Hunter and LD have forged a respectful partnership on multiple occasions. Add to the fact that Lynx and Kono are set to tangle at Honor on Friday the 13th, and it's more clear as to why Hunter is keeping close tabs on this contest.
Early action saw the champion bating Niko from pillar to post. An early near fall had the crowd gasping, as it could've been over THAT quickly. Kono then started to run distraction tactics, looking to keep the referee off balance to create an opportunity for his brother to strike.
LD wasn't having it, and hit the ropes, dove out of the ring and wiped Kono with a tope suicida.
RAAAAAAHH!!!
LD!
LD!
LD!
Niko looked over the ropes, but LD grabbed his ankle and pulled him under the ring. Which should've been dangerous, but Kono was still trying to gather himself. LD nailed Niko with a swift kick to the gut and then used the apron to plant him head first into the sand with a tornado DDT!
LD hopped back up on the apron and dove backwards with a back elbow smash and caught Kono coming in hot. The fans were on their feet, cheering on the champion, as he seemed to have the Dark Stars scouted early on.
LD rolled back into the ring, and bowed to the crowd.
Niko dusted himself off, adjusted his neck and rolled back into the ring. He use the referee to shield him, before lunging forward and poking LD in the eye through his mask.
BOOOOOO!!
Spinning back kick from Niko, followed by the double underhook suplex! Niko hit the ropes and hit LD with a flashy leg drop, before covering.
1..
2..
KICKOUT
Niko picked LD Up, pushed him into corner and lit him up with a chop! LD hunched over but struck back with a chop of his own. Niko, then LD, then Niko with machine gun chops!
Whack Whack Whack
Step up high kick from Niko! LD slumped over and fell into a DDT!
1..
2..
NO!
Another kickout by the reigning champion.
Niko continued to pour it on like a true pro, as he took the mount positioned and laced a few stiff shots from above on the prone LD. LD did his best to smother the punches, but the shots were still landing albeit not full force. Niko grabbed LD's arm, and executed a cross arm breaker, to keep the pressure up. LD was fighting it off, not wanting to have his elbow hyper extended.
WHOOSH!
It was locked up, and LD was trying to twist his way out of the position. LD reached as far as he could and was able to grab a hold of the ropes to force a break before too much damage was done.
The challenger maintained the pressure, and whipped LD into the ropes before chopping him with with a stiff short clothesline. Niko hit the ropes, Moonsault!
1..
2..
NO!
Another close one.
The fans thought that was it, and proof of which is half of them were falling forward in their seats, and gasped in relief when LD was able to kick out.
Niko again, back at it, but LD fired up and fought back, bouncing the challenger off the ropes and planting him head first with a bulldog. A quick one two and LD was on the middle rope, and dropped down with a leg drop.
Kono tried to get into the ring but the referee pushed him out!
LD hit the ropes, springboard back elbow! Niko is sent tumbling into the corner. LD runs forward, KNEE STRIKE!
WHACK!
LD rushed forward again, but Niko kipped up and caught him coming in with a european uppercut! A basement drop kick and a running yakuza kick follow!
WHACK!
The camera went backwards and showed a shot of Lynx standing with NPW security, looking on. Kono then on the outside, cheering his partner on. It was so close they could feel it. The former tag team champions were half a second away from holding the Double Crown. The Dark Stars are always in the mix of things in NPW, and have the ability to unseat any champion at anytime. They've also added Xialong to their crew, and seemed to get getting strong as each week passes.
Both men were back to their feet, and LD looked worse for ware, he was dealing with an oncoming challenger who could sense victory. LD was staggered in the middle of the ring, wide open... Niko hit the ropes, coming off looking for a clothesline, but LD countered with a Backslide!
1..
2..
3!
OH MY, He did it!?
Kono was in the ring before the referee could raise LD's hand, Kono was in the ring with the Double Crown and blindsided LD with it.
DING DING DING!
It wasn't over. The Dark Stars executed a double power bomb on LD after the belt shot. A flash pin where Niko was in control certainly doesn't sit well, but this also showed that this rivalry wasn't over. The referee was then thrown to the mat for trying to get in between the action.
The ark Stars picked LD up again, Stereo Superkick!
WHAM!!
RAAAAAAH
[Lynx.]
Lynx ran through the crowd, jumped into the ring and started to fire up. He was able to knock Niko out of the ring, before blitzing Kono with strikes. These two men will meet inside the ring in a week's time. Lynx did his best to revive LD who was on dream street. Niko tried to get back in the ring, but Lynx caught him with a Dropkick!!
RAAAAAH!!
Facebuster for Kono, and Lynx was as fired up as could be. Suddenly, the Dark Stars decided to retreat, feeling as though the damage was done and their message was sent. So close, but we all know The Dark Stars are always in the title hunt, and it's only a matter of time before they break through once again.
Inside the ring, Lynx picked up the discarded Double Crown, and walked up to LD and handed it over. As LD tried to take it, he noticed Lynx wasn't letting go so easily.
OHHHHHHHH!!
The fans noticed too, as the two friends were holding the most valued prize in Northern Pro, and it seemed as though Lynx was letting LD know that he's interested in competing for the gold. LD nodded his head, and then snatched the title from Lynx's hands.
LD raised it above his head, and Lynx applauded. But the message was clear.
These two were going to be putting their friendship aside, and one of these days, would meet inside the ring to see who was the better man. The better warrior.
The fans were on their feet. What a way to cap off Night One of August on the Atlantic III.
[Cut.]

BOOOOOOO!!

4.
5.

2..
[Cut.]
